I love this store!! Wonderful environment, clean, organized and wonderful staff. The selections of clothing and shoes are top notch! I love love love shopping to a live piano player tickling the ivories! Shout out to Roger for his excellent musicianship! I loved the other gentlemen before him too.

There are some excellent staff working here and quality clothing. I just wish the women's area would get a better variety and more clothing that is make to go with other clothing such as shells and shirts to go under blazers and cardigans.

I've been here many times and it's always a great place to shop.. They almost always have someone playing live piano. They have just normal clothing as well as higher end items. 5/5 as it's always clean and bright inside. Only thing I'd say I'd like better is the trashcan right by the door in the men's restroom. I hate having to touch a door handle without a hand towel.

This is a great store to shop at. It is one of the most upscale stores in Polaris. They always have a live piano player. The staff is very helpful. They have some great sales on shoes in the shoe room(that’s mostly what I come in for). They also have something for everyone in the family and you can find great gifts here!

I cannot express how much we appreciated the help from Ms. Jessica in men’s and kids shoes. She was the most patient sales associate a parent could wish for whose buying ‘fancy’ shoes for their 5 year old daughter. Von Maur is our regular stop simply because of the quality of product, but also the service. Ms Jessica exceeded what I hope for from a sales associate. I literally think she ran down 12 styles in two sizes for our daughter. She didn’t hesitate or look bothered in anyway. I sincerely hope she is available in a few months when are requiring bigger sizes for our ever growing daughters! Thank you Jessica.

I am so relieved that they have a mother's room!!! I was able to pump and change my babies. It had 2 chairs, a table, changing station and sink. It even has a free charging pad dispenser. It is located on the 2nd floor through the women's lounge by the bathrooms.

I am always so impressed with this store! How many businesses do you call and have a real person promptly answer and connect you to the correct department that also answer promptly? Not many. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. And all are dressed so nice. The store is beautiful. I wish i could shop there more often. I would especially like to thank Denise from Lauder who recently helped me with a phone order from the fragrance dept.

This store has always been a very beautiful store. I don't shop here often and when I do it's to look at the selection of seasonal gifts/ household. I haven't had a ton of interaction with the employees, they don't make a huge effort. I still recommend it, connected to the mall, plenty of parking. Clean bathrooms.

This is one of my wife's favorite places to shop. She shops the sale racks and can pick up unbelievable item sometime 50 plus percent off. Their clothes will last a lifetime they are good well made long wearing clothes. They will ship for free anywhere in America you can buy it there you can ship it to your family as a gift and theyll ship of her furry. I love that period they are a quality high quality store

This is what a department store should be. Always friendly staff, always available staff, well dressed staff, piano playing, lots of selection, clean bathrooms, great atmosphere. Prices are a bit higher because you don’t see a new “sale” every 30 seconds. All those “sale” stores are annoying and von maur refuses to play their games.

Great service and high quality items. You can find clearance items on the circular racks in every department. Do not be turned off by the idea this is a high priced store. Shop the circular racks and ask questions and you will get a item at a fair price.

My wife and I visited the Columbus store yesterday afternoon . She was in need of a new pair of comfortable, easy on and off shoes. Fortunately we were greeted by a wonderful sales person(Casandra Ingram). Miss Ingram was patient, very low key, but informative as different shoes were tried on. She displayed compassion as my wife has Parkinson's Disease. I am the world's worst shopper, but this experience was extremely positive for both of us. Selling a quality product is extremely important in business, but more important is employing quality people. On this afternoon I give Von Maur an A+. We bought the shoes!
