Great atmosphere, very helpful staff! Showed up 10 mins before they closed and all never felt rushed. I had to exchange a luggage box I'd gotten less than a week ago before I came to Columbus and they were so patient with me. The one I bought in Arizona wasn't sold here so it took me some time to find a replacement one. They ended up staying a little late just to make sure I was happy. Thanks y'all. Very satisfied.

Macys is the only place I will ever buy a suit. The prices are by far the greatest deal and most locations still have a tailor available that can alter garments as needed. The fitting rooms were freshly cleaned and spacious with great lighting and mirrors. The Macy's sale currently going on especially with a Macy's card makes it by far the best deal in town. Don't forget to check the last act for clearance items that are a hidden treasure.

I was doing a return without a receipt from Xmas, and the first person who tried to help me didn't listen and thought I was purchasing the item I brought in to return. The second person tried to do it but ultimately sent me to customer service, where they were finally able to assist me. I was there last weekend looking for a homecoming dress for my daughter.. This place was a madhouse, Black Friday style. Walked into the Dept. And there must have been 50 girls there digging through the racks. While I'm totally fine with it being busy there simply wasn't enough staff to refill the racks of dresses being left in the changing rooms. Not entirely their fault yet kinda is. Otherwise the store is mostly clean. Staff seems nice. However, I'll give the bathrooms only 2/5 because they smelled like BO hardcore. I'll give 3/5 because of the stinky bathrooms..

I really like shopping in this Macy’s store. It is usually clean and well kept, so it is easy for you to find items. They have some great sales. Their sale racks are always full, so you can easily find some great name-brand items for sometimes ¼ of the original cost. They also have a great shoe selection and the staff is friendly.

Ms. Veronica (i think she at West enter) is very wonderful worker in Macy. I shop at Macy a lot , so the one i appreciate the most is ms. veronica. She is very nice and patient, she is so professional, too. When i returned my items at late hour, long day i know she tired but she still find the order number, something very detail...she is so NICE and friendly to me, i was feel so bad because returned a lot of stuffs. Tony and I were doing some Christmas shopping in Columbus Ohio and we dashed into Macy's looking for something for his mother I love the larger department stores because they take my mind to happier memories shopping with my grandmother when I was a child. Especially at Christmas time with the decorations and music. Everything Bright, clean and shiny. The noise, the people and the escalators. Even at 57, I am still a little timid around them. We looked at several items but in the end couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Lovely Large store, helpful friendly staff, definitely going back when needed and in the area.

But Mohammad is why I’m leaving this review; he is the most positive, happy and helpful person I’ve ever met in sales. Every time I go there is in a pleasant mood and will get me any shoe I want. I like Macy's. They, more than any other department store, really do the holidays well. It's not quite the holidays yet, though. The parking structure is nice, but the open space counters and indicator lights don't work. The selection is scatter shot. Retail clothing sales must be a strange business now that everyone works from home and business casual dress is a thing of the past. They probably are trying to adapt and just aren't quite there yet. Also, enforce the mask mandate. If you refuse to do so with customers, at least enforce it with employees. You pay them. Set a good example for the shoppers to see.

The store manager is absolutely AWESOME. The jewelry counter specialist and who I would assume is the assistance manager is amazing as well. We had family in from overseas doing last minute shopping and due to some issues with a Macy's credit card, we were processing the order past the 9pm stop time. They were beyond patient and found a good solution to resolve the issue (was not caused by them but by whatever bank they use to support their card). Highly recommend them if you're jn the area.

Did not have what we were looking for, prices were high, very few employees out on the floor to help. Eventually, my daughter found a couple of decent dresses to try, so we had to hunt for an employee to tell us where to find a fitting room. We get directions, she goes in, and nothing fit as it should (probably not Macy's fault), we look around some more, she doesn't find any else. Bummer.

It wasn't a bad experience per say, I just didn't like that they are still requiring masks when close to 80% of our population is vaccinated and most places no longer require it. I still didn't wear one, that's a hard no for me along with the vaccines. Kind of hard to take seriously when their employees are wearing them under their chins lol.

This Macy's is really big well organize by depts. Love the bright lights. You are able to see & feels new & colorful. Enjoyed walking through. Every Macy's its layout is similar but some are not as bright & not well organized. This fits the bill.

My macy's credit card is almost maxed out so yes it's a great place to shop. Especially for sales clearances and black Friday. Keep an eye on the jewelry as it's all legit and there's some good sales

I’m not a shopping guy. Having kids we tend to neglect ourselves. My Goddaughters First Communion is tomorrow... My wife is like why didn’t you tell me sooner.. I just need to get proper clothes and I thought no problem.. I got this. Ha! Off to Polaris. After blanking out... I asked Jim for some help and he had me squared away in 15 minutes. Last weekend I went to the Macy's at Polaris Mall, and I had an AMAZING experience. I was looking for a specific shoe I had seen a few weeks ago. When I was in the shoe section I found the shoe I was looking for but in a different color. I spoke to a sales associate by the name of CJ and she was AMAZING! She told me I could order it from the store, but suggested I try on the shoe before I place the order in the color I wanted. I didn't know I could place an order from the store, and I was so grateful she told me about this option. She was very attentive and friendly, this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had going shoe shopping. Despite being busy with other customers CJ brought out the shoes and placed my shoe order all in a timely manner and with a smile on her face. I felt 100% comfortable while at Macy's I definitely recommend to everyone if they're shopping at Macy's to ask for CJ if they have any questions!

They've got some really great deals going on. I was returning something I bought inline and you can now do that at any register, which is really nice. However, this year it's obvious that retail stores are suffering from online sales. Not as many registers open. Clerk was very nice but very obviously stressed!

We purchased a suit for our son. The gentleman who helped us out was knowledgeable and efficient. Sadly, when we went back to pick the suit up after the alterations were completed, we dealt with another clerk and his customer service was severely lacking. Bright well lit store! Though the walking paths are strategically laid out so you always feel like you are walking right into the next "department", that is not all bad. Employees were very nice, and even pointed out the kind-of hidden "last chance" racks with some great deals!

The women's dress department was amazing. I needed a long dress for a wedding and went to 3 Macy's stores. The Polaris mall store was clean, organized and we'll stocked. The other two were horrible. The sales clerk was really nice and helpful. I can't say that about the other stores. Sales people were impossible to even find at the other stores.

We went shopping for a mother of the bride dress. Let me just say, wow! The selection was outstanding and they had ever size available in all the dresses. We had over 20 dresses to try on. We had such a hard time picking. The sales associates weren't very attentive or helpful, one could hardly speak English. They never once asked if we needed help. They also had so many dresses for the young girls to pick first homecoming. Definitely recommend for someone needed any type of dress. You should be able to find something with their huge selection.

You know, if you like something at Macy's, just get a coupon. No matter what I like, it seems that all I have to do is hit my mom up, and she's got about 27 different coupons that make almost anything affordable. There are too many departments, but I always focus on accessories. I've bought the most fantastic purses the last couple of months, things I've never seen the like of anywhere else. I always go there for purses. They have forms of layaway there too, and if there's an upcoming sale, you can buy it now, pick it up once the sale officially starts. They'll always tell you your options.

Macy's is the American Department Store. The Polaris store is two levels and even on a snowy Sunday was busy with shoppers. Today I needed to return a gift purchased online. Any Service Desk can handle it and it took less than 2mins to get the item returned. Great service.

This is a big store with lots of selection but the wait time to pick up an online order was forever. We had to wait atleast 20-30 min to pickup an online order. (might have been a busy day but based on the crowd it might have been the norm). Please add more cashiers for online pickup or atleast an automated one like walmart does these days.

I was there Sunday afternoon when I heard what sounded like thunder. It was a sea of people running toward us from the main part of the mall into Macy's. People were sceaming ..RUN...SHOOTER...RUN. It was terrifying. Thank God it was a false alarm but I 'm truly surprised that only a few people were hurt in the stampede of people leaving all at once. The parking lot was unreal. Solid Macy's store easily accessible from the Polaris mall. Wide variety of options depending on what you're looking for. Everything from clothes and perfume to kitchen appliances and beds. It's large, split horizontally by escalators, and you'll need to park on the south side of the mall to access it directly but you have access to the rest of the mall from inside the store.
