It’s one of the famous JCPENNEY store here in Polaris area. This is located in Polaris fashion mall. This store has two floors and accessible outside the mall and inside the mall as well. This is pretty big store and has all the departments. This store is accessible from wheelchair. Store is clean, neat and Friendly staff.

I would like to give a "shout-out" to Kiara who helped me in the Catalog department. She greeted me with a smile and was very patient and kind to me. She was so helpful. Yes, she should be one of your valued employees. She also was not afraid to ask another employee "how to do". She deserves 10 stars in my appointment. I so wanted to give her a hug! Visited today to buy a suit. Joseph assisted us in an uncommon way. I needed a special ordered suit. Joseph is knowegable, polite, no pressure, and helpful. We also needed a new mattress but not thinking about one today. He navigated us throughout this process and we left feeling pleased with the knowledge that we recieved a good price and excellent customer service. Great to have top rate service.

With all the store closings at malls I was so happy to find JCPenney was still at Polaris. We were looking for a sports coat for an uncle, of course you have your Macy's, Joseph Banks, Brooks Brothers. I used to shop at those before I retired. And of course the prices for sports coat was just outlandish, but we went to JCPenney's and were able to find a very nice cut sports coat off the rack at 50% off, my uncle was able to purchase one. In the sales staff were very friendly knowledgeable and they were right there when we were ready to check out. Knowing that JCPenney's is still there I'll continue to go down even to Polaris and give them my business. For the Polaris mall I was so disappointed how much lack of business they had going on at this time it's about 11:00, however I guess the younger generation those in the 30s and 40s prefer ordering online instead of going to the physical store. And also the covid scandal scare whatever you want to call it attributed to a lot of physical places going out of business. But I'm glad JCPenney is still there

They offer good deals frequently. But you need to wait in queue so long to pay. If you shop 30min, you might end up waiting 10-15min in queue. Slow service.

The store seems disorganized every time I go in, but I like their selection and prices. Weirdly, the loss prevention guys were standing around the store in a few areas I went through just chatting the last time I was there. Nothing wrong with it, it was just odd and a little distracting.

Understanding that times are rough to get employees, but we had to run in circles trying to find help, fitting room and bathroom. I needed to use the family restroom for my son and it was closed. I like the styles in the store, prices are decent but it was a hassle.

My daughter and I stopped here on New Year’s Day. We were return-exchanging some Xmas items. It wasn’t very busy that morning yet didn’t really get a lot of help. (Hung over?) The wife, daughter and I came to this location at Polaris Mall to shop for clothes for my daughter's Easter. We were really impressed with how clean, neat and stocked the store was. The cashier's and customer service was very great. The selection of clothes was plentiful with many different brands. We really enjoyed shopping in this location. We will definitely be back. The shopping experience was excellent.

2/27/21...Stopped by here while in town for the weekend with my family. I found a couple of really cute dressy shirts on clearance for myself, some clearance leggings for my daughter & my fiance found some dress pants he needed for work. I had an amazing experience at this location and it was all because of Mara! I went here looking for a name necklace and chain for my daughter, her birthday is Tuesday! They didn't have anything in the store but Mara was able to place a order online for me and she did it all. I was with my mom and since she has a jcpenney card she gets a huge discount so we saved about 180 dollars in total after all the discounts. Mara was very personable and relatable! It felt like I was buying from a friend and it was so natural. I live in whitehall and Mara's service will be the reason I drive all the way to Polaris jcpenney to shop going forward.

Went looking for dresses with my daughter. She found several fairly quickly, we look and find an employee to show us to the fitting room, she tries them on, and finds one that fits that she likes. Only downside was that we couldn't easily find a checkout.

My husband purchased a pair of shoes. The shoes were on sale. Price was fair and in our budget. Shoe dept needed attention. Boxes were open, shelves were in disaray and gave the appearance that dept was ignored. First impressions are important. Other parts of the store looked great. Lois checked us out. Good customer service.

Good selection, but the store is slightly crowded and chaotic because of the amount of items. There’s usually some sort of sale going on which is very helpful. Registers tend to get backed up which causes some “animated” customers. Wouldn’t expect any less out of a department store.

The staff is nice but the store closed all fitting rooms except one for all men, women, boys, and girls. There is no staff nearby to watch the dressing room. The opened dressing room is in the women's section on the upper level. I hope they would open a fitting room on the lower level.

Good store, they should update the jewelry cases with LED lights so you can see the diamonds. We use our cell phone and what a big difference. They should upgrade the old place a little

This is a nice location! Sometimes their signs can be misleading though so be sure to check at the register if doorbuster is still available.

I bought a Liz Claiborne purse, that was really overpriced considering the material it's made of. Clearance racks were pretty good. Nice items for fraction of original price. The staff at the counters were excellent. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the stock

One and Done! I needed a dress for my son's upcoming wedding. After searching online, I decided to visit Penneys because I liked many of the styles they carried. At the store, I was happy to find the dress that was pretty much my favorite. It fit perfectly, just needs to be hemmed. Bonus: It was also on sale! The associates were helpful and friendly. One visit, one dress tried on, mission accomplished! Hallelujah! Just an all around great shopping trip!

This overall experience for this JC penny shop is good. The dresses and garments are organized well. The discounts for members and non members make great deals. The checkout is easy. Returns are accepted only at the counter present on first floor.

Man, this was a tough day. Prices are great and they still have a lot to offer, however in the entire store, less than 2 weeks before Christmas, they only had a total of 4 registers open between 2 floors? That is crazy. They actually have to queue a line to the checkout areas. I waited for about 15 minutes, the entire time looking at the stuff in my hands debating whether or not it was worth the wait. Frustrating

Visited a specialty department in the store. There was three employees for the department the wait was reasonable. The attention was very good questions were answered. I would have given the visit another star if the employees didnt make me feel as if there was a better deal to be had if I would have been in the "know" . The check out was as usual at the department store. They Chain really ought of be thinking about changing the check out set up to one that is designed more efficiently.

We went to the photo studio. Our photographer was amazing. Our two year old was moving around and she still got good ones. Only downside was it was like mine million degrees there. The rest of the store was laid out nicely. Got a lot of shopping done.

Store is always neat and easy to shop but the checkouts are always a pain. The line is always ridiculously long and no one is on register. They need more registers!! I've sometimes seen the lines and just put my stuff back because I don't want to wait in line forever.

I went here with my daughter, who was looking at dresses. I have to say... The prices seemed a bit high (read: exorbitant), but hey, who am I to blame a retailer for extracting every possible penny from our kiddos. It's actually our fault as parents for allowing or kids to scramble over each other reaching for ever-more extravagant lives. I didn't buy her the dress, but let's be honest...i probably will. Oh well.

Everyone from a manager to salespeople to stockers greeted us and answered questions. Clean restrooms. Clothing, beds and bedding, shoes and clothes for the whole family, purses, suitcases, jewelry... pleasant atmosphere. Helpful and efficient. Got a purse, sweater and vest on sale. Happy with them. Good experience. We're from Pennsylvania and not familiar with this store's layout. Yet felt at home. Will shop here again, when we get a chance.

It's a typical JCPenny location, nothing too special here in complete honestly. Little to no actual employees to point you in the direction of what you're looking for and I don't feel like this store is very well laid out at all. It was difficult finding which section was for big and tall, juniors or regular adult men's clothing. Parking is easy enough, everything is easily accessible and the store was fairly well stocked.

Today I stopped at the salon. I needed Biolage products and they are on sale! I also got an eyebrow wax from Tasha. Tasha was great! She did a thorough job and left me feeling great. She is very friendly. Tasha also helped me with a heat protection spray and a Chi flat iron because they are on sale too! I didn't have an appointment and they got me right in. Make sure you check the website for coupons. I saved an extra 15% in addition to the sale prices. Ask for Tasha too, you will be glad you did!

This is the only place in town to find clothes to fit my child during an akward growth phase. They have the most amazing clearance deals or bogo sales. Clothes are relatively the same price as places of lesser quality clothing. Swim suits are a bit expensive but well worth it for the form fitting qualities. I really hope they don't go out of business like many similar clothing stores at local mall's

We had family photos taken at the photo studio here. We were called back to the studio right on time, no waiting around. The photographer was great with the kids and even discarded several photos that didn't come out well to take a few more than our package had allowed. The only complaint is we were told a print sheet in store would be cheaper than ordering online later, but online sheets were actually a couple of dollars cheaper.

I've always liked JCPENNEY. Not just because I used to work for them. A lot of my clothes when I was a kid, teen and young adult came from there. Great stuff, I still have shirts I wore to work every week for years that are still in great condition after probably a 100 washings! Some of my favorites are my Towncraft shirts which I've had for probably 10 years and still look good and wash up like nothing else; including the Van Heusen shirts I got from there. We've bought furniture, home decor and kitchen appliances and all have been excellent. I no longer work for JCP, retired nearly 10 years ago, but I still shop there because they have quality goods and decent prices. My wife has bought things from Kohl's for me and they definitely are not the quality of the things I have from Penny's. I've told her to not shop there for me but go to Penny's instead. I don't want to replace my clothes after only a couple of dozen wearings.

Great merchandise; most items made in USA; great service from all their staff; they are a little short staffed but all very knowledgeable; lack of shopping carts only means we use their bag it does not mean we use them to baby sit children. We save waaaaay to much on superior clothing.

Welcome to America's Primark! Primark offers some inexpensive products, such as clothes, but JC Penney is right there with you! We visited the store one day after Halloween, and, boy did they have offers... Everything was on sale! New products are arriving for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and you could find generally pricey brands at very good prices. Plus, as so many other department stores, you can find clothes, alongside bed, bathroom, kitchen and other products next to each other.

Employee was 5 minutes late unlocking the doors for opening. I told the cashier that I had a 20 percent off coupon on the JC Penney AP, but there is not cellular signal nor WiFi in the store. The two cashiers told me I was mistaken as there are no current coupons or discounts. They acknowledged bad cell service in the building but we're very confident I was wrong. After I checked out, I went to my car, I got a cell signal, opened the app, and sure enough there was a 20 percent online or in store coupon. So back in the store I went! The cashiers should know the current discounts/coupons.

This Jc Penny Portraits is absolutely amazing! They took such great care of us and went above and beyond for our pictures. My daughter is normally so shy and and stand offish to people and new places. They got her to laugh everytime and took their time to get the best shot. While I like shopping at JCP, the mens shoe section was an absolute train wreck. Display shoes not aligned w the boxed shoe. Price tags were not in the display shoes. No one was on the mens shoe section to help. 1 Star. Then, there were a few 50-60% off signs with the tie rack. It rang up full price, so I questioned it. Luckily the cashier was sweet enough to call someone to help, and the discount was keyed in. 4 Stars.

Well what can be said about JC Penney? The Polaris location is my go to Penneys' and it's usually a pretty typical visit. Two floors with all the basic departments. There's nothing spectacular about this store, nor have I had any negative or "bad""experiences. In fact, my only complaint (as it is with many of these types of stores) is that they always cram way too many garments on the racks and more often than not, things aren't very organized. The upside is, it's an easy place to shop for just about anything and the prices are usually easy on the wallet!!

In general JCPenny typically has really good deals on hair products and other general merchandise. This JCPenny, while large in it's selection, is rather disorganized which makes it a bit hard to find what you are looking for.
