They are in the middle of rearranging the store, so lots of aisles make no sense. Also they aren't doing as good of job at putting prices on products. Bargains aren't as great as they used to be, but it is still a good place to stop for household basics. The site is currently overloaded with Christmas stuff.

Top shelf all the way. Not only does this place have e v e r y t h i n g.... from couches and air fryers and cast iron skillets, to baked beans and tortillas and trail mix and peanut butter and Palmolive and paper plates and potato chips and pancake mix and patio furniture, I mean everything, but also the employees are great. If you need help you got it, but I wasn't pestered at all as I browsed around with my little basket growing heavier and heavier. Then, they signed me up for a loyalty card and I received 10 bucks off that trip. I'm thoroughly impressed, my only regret is that I didn't know about this store until last week. Like the terminator said, " I'll be back...." Big Lots on 5th gets an A+ in my book. Yes, I have a book....

Discount shopping in the midst of the Tri-Village area. Decent bonuses for frequent buyers. But many of the prices are competitive but not far below competitors after less focus on surplus lots of merchandise. Selection, though, is pretty deep.

As a local patron if the store, the selection is valid and the products are certified. The pricing is also just as decent! Just make sure you get you one of those Big Lots Credit Cards early, as well as a membership. Those employees will smile and "Hello!" their way into your brain if you don't. And the credit cards are actually worth it to those who can use it and and need it. I've bought a decent amount of products for my living room. Check it out if you're on 5TH AVE.

I always thought Big Lots was like a discount store. Their stuff is kinda on par with Walmart... But with some things, they were more expensive. It's weird. I like looking at their food section. Unique stuff you don't see anywhere else... And it's always changing. All of their toys were 1/2 off so that was cool. Lots of name brand toys. Clean, employees were nice.

Nicest Big Lots I've ever been to! Clean and pleasantly laid out. Customer service was great, too. It's a bit hard to understand the logic of organization sometimes (I spotted some products shelved in multiple places in the store and had to search for things that weren't located where I expected them to be), but wrangling all the disparate stuff they sell can't be easy. Not all prices are a good deal, so I recommend comparison shopping.

We had multiple staff people ask if we were finding what we were looking for, willing to help us search for products, telling us when new shipments were due to come in (for the stock that was depleted), and patient with us as we unloaded our cart into their tiny checkout counter at the end. The checkout lady was very quick too! They had plenty of their "usual" stock, a few things we didn't expect to find there- like hydrogen peroxide- and all of the staff (plus at least half of the customers) were wearing masks and keeping their distance! ^_^

My first time in this store. They had Stouffer lemon snaps which I rarely see in grocery stores . They also had pumpkin spice and the traditional ginger snaps. Only 2 dollars a box.

Good prices and so many choices, it's overwhelming sometimes (but that's a long story). The only problem is the check out area is so small, you can hardly fit your cart past the first register if someone else is there with their cart.

Always clean and bright, but they're all slowly changing more into a furniture store. Pricing has gone up to almost what you'd pay at other stores on quite a few items. Not much of a discount store anymore, but seems like they'll mark down a few items to draw you in in hopes you'll buy furniture. Sorry Big Lots. I'm not sure I'd buy furniture from you guys

You can find some really good stuff a big lots. I like to go for cheap snacks, the cheap cleaning supplies, and for their international food aisle. I've found some really amazing international products dirt cheap there!! They also have great seasonal things for the holidays. There is usually a vast selection of Christmas decor for super affordable. A great place to shop on a budget.

I was pleasantly surprised the cleanliness of this store. Aisles were wide with very little clutter. We were searching for an oversized recliner, large enough for my 90 pound Pitt and me. I had a regular size recliner which Ralph, my dog would claim for his own forcing me to sit on the arm or evict him from his perch. I shopped the internet as well as local furniture stores looking for a recliner which would allow me to snuggle with my very spoiled pooch. The staff at Big Lots were pleasant, taking the time to help us find just the right chair. Big Lots offers a discount for military past and present. We found a sturdy recliner at a reasonable price. Ralph and I are both happy, and appreciate your assistance.

Not the Big Lots I remember. Nice clean store, friendly staff. We needed an inexpensive (but nice) Christmas tree for our vacation cottage and with help of a sales associate named "Devin" we were able to quickly and affordably get what we needed. Devin's fun personality and eagerness to help is what will keep us coming back.

Picked up some furniture in store. Our bed frame was missing a few pieces during assembly. We called and spoke with Doug, the furniture manager. He immediately stepped into action and brought us the missing pieces. Amazing costumer service. We really appreciate his time and effort. Will be returning for any future purchaes. Thank you!!

When I think of Big Lots I naturally think of the old, run down location in Maysville, Kentucky from where I grew up. Other locations I've visited were really similar to that one and just dirty, unorganized, and with a staff that isn't very personable. Walking into this location I had a pretty bad opinion of Big Lots in general. This store was very clean, well laid out, and the cashier had an amazing personality. This is by far the nicest Big Lots I've ever visited.

While I definitely miss the Giant Eagle store that had been at this location for many years, I have visited this Big Lots store twice when I had been in this neighborhood for other reasons. I do not drive so I am glad that there is a Big Lots store to which I can travel via public transportation. Most of the items that I regularly purchase are not available at this Big Lots store; however, during my most recent visit, I found Scotch-Brite long-handled cleaning brushes -- that I had never before seen anywhere else -- that I have learned are absolutely wonderful for reaching hard-to-clean areas in my apartment. Every few months, I plan to visit this Big Lots store and very methodically go up and down each aisle because of the possibility that I will see other items, unavailable elsewhere, that will end up being useful in my day-to-day life.

It's vary spacious and nicely laid out store. The isles where all easy to maneuver and they have bathrooms in the back corner. The staff was helpful in making sure the prices where correct when asked. It's a great location and wasn't too busy during my visit.

OMG OMG OMG!!! I had not been to the new Big Lots since they moved from Olentangy River Road, and I was blown away just from walking into the store. It's massive, it's clean, they still have Big Lot prices, and I bought far more than I needed. Check it out if you need anything. They have groceries, household items, Furniture both outdoor and indoor. It's amazing.

Big Lots in Grandview seems a bit out of place. You can come an find things cheaper than other places in the area. But only items that are generic (ie. Comforters, detergent, etc.). It is also trying to be everything, a one stop shop yet doesn't have enough variety to make it worth it. As they have everything from food to furniture to underwear. But only one or two brands of anything. It is a super clean store, but it's simple atmosphere does not match the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Also having Halloween decorations right next to the Christmas ones is both disconcerting and funny. But it could be a gem of a store if you are looking for a quick replacement item for that last minute rush.

Big Lots has lots of really good deals went in looking for a recliner, came out with 80 90 bucks of all different kinds of stuff I didn't expect to find there, all is very good prices too. I'll be going back for the recliner tomorrow now that I got my 15% off coupon.

First time I've ever been in a Big Lots and I gotta say I was impressed. They sell just about everything and the prices are so low. If you've been putting off a trip to Walmart because you hate it there, give Big Lots a try instead.

I go to Big Lots a lot I've probably posted at least three different reviews overall good prices the one in Grandview cost a lot more than the one in either West Broad Street or Grove City Grove City is probably the second and higher costs and then West Broad Street being one of the poorest areas of Columbus is definitely the lowest in cost but you do see some really weird people
