Ordering was easy. Prices are very competitive. Delivery can sometimes be a little slow compared to other online supplement stores, so plan ahead but overall I have been satisfied with every order I have placed.

Besides having to pay for shipping, I was able to find good prices on pre workouts. The discounted products section of the site is great for bargain shoppers. Delivery was relatively quick and everything arrived in time and in good condition. Overall satisfied with the experience and will likely shop @ Muscle and Strength again.

I found items which are not disponible at our country. Webpage is user-friendly, lots of payment methods. Online support and also answers/requests per email have been solved within few minutes/hours. So far, all orders have been fulfilled within the time given and, possibly more importantly, accurately! Muscle and strength have good quality products at competitive prices which, as I'm reading this back, sounds like I am a paid spokesperson but I assure you I am not. I workout and understand that some supplements are helpful but expensive so I don't mind sharing my thoughts when I find they can be helpful to others looking for sources to purchase these products cheaply.

fastest shipping I have ever gotten! i actually had a Muscle and Strength box and an Amazon box on my porch at the same time. The difference was, I ordered the muscle ans Strength the day before i received, and i ordered the Amazon package many days before I received it. I am very pleased with the super fast turn around with Muscle and Strength. The product being BOGO is also a huge plus. Oh and i almost forgot, they give free samples with every order!! The best source for Whey protein, pre-workouts, EAA/BCAA, and any kind of health supplements. I used to buy store brand everything at the store but now I get top shelf name brands on protein, EAA's, creatine, and even fish oil from Muscle & Strength. All of this and STILL save money from what I was spending at the store.

Everything was great except I couldn’t open the links inside the confirmation email to the tracking details. My first attempt was blocked by my phone’s antivirus protection. I bypassed that and was then blocked by my home internet provider’s virus protection (that I didn’t even know I had) claiming the links were potentially malicious. UPS on the other hand has never had a delay for any reason and I would hope Muscle & Strength gets with them in the future! There is no way the ratings are real. I ordered some c4 and received it with a broken seal and it was completely congealed. Customer service never answered my call and instead just sent me a refund with no apology or explanation as to what happened. All of this on top of the package being 3 days late! They even reached out for a review before my product arrived lol. Will not return, buyer beware. Update after post. The team really took responsibility and even sent me a new container. I have not received it yet but the initiative is there. Also the site does have warnings that covid has caused shipping delays. I came here to not support a chain and they have won my business back. I tend to purchase almost all of my supplements from M&S. Prices and deals are always great and well worth waiting a day or two rather then getting it from a store. However, and I do not actually feel like this is a true M&S issue but, there is always a bit, sorry. The past few times I have ordered the carrier as dropped the ball. You place your order. M&S sends you an email confirming the order. They then send another email saying the your order is ready for pickup or the label is made or the carrier has picked it up. Then they give you tracking number that you just click on and it goes right to the carriers site and you can watch your product move through out the country. Even gives you an “ your package will arrive by end of day on .....” . Well the last few orders have always arrived either a day, my last order or a few days late. I get it. Things happen. However with the touch of a button instant gratification world we live in why is no one able to send a message saying “ there is a delay in your shipment” or something like that. I even set up to track my order with text notifications and I do not get them. Again not truly a M&S issue but it does however become there issue. It will not stop me from buying products but I will no longer expect my shipment to arrive on the day the carrier says it will. Disclaimer - it still shows up in the 4-7 business days it says, just not on the day they say. The product I ordered however is fantastic. I will for sure reorder this protein again.

I just received my order today. I'm very pleased with the website services but the international shipping services has some work to do. I put the order on the 2nd, it got shipped on the 7th, it was supposed to arrive in 10-15 business days but arrived in 20. Wow these guys are good. Not only did they have a great BOGO deal they also process my order quickly and I was able to track it the whole way through. I also got an email notification that the postman dropped it off. I didn't even know the mail came today and because of the email I was able to pick up my package before it got rained on. Ordering was easy and quick. Delivery was not so good due to some items being held for 2 more weeks for clearance as they are new in Qatar. Still not sure if i will be able to get them as they have to be approved.Small suggestion to clear with Qatari costumes the products and their composition before shipping in order to make sure all will be delivered without issues.
