Always clean store, great customer service. My mom left her purse (with some cash in it) hanging on a cart. When we returned in 10 minutes, customer service nicely handed it to us! We appreciate all Kohl’s workers and customers! The cherry on a top: after Kohl’s we stopped at Ross and I got literally yelled and cursed by a cashier! It seemed to her I snipped a receipt from her hands. Extremely different experience in two stores! Thank you Kohls! No more ROSS (regardless cheaper prices).

Very clean and organized store! Was greeted and helped by Tarra. She even complimented me on the choice I made on my sport coat. She pointed me to the clearance section as well which I ended up snagging a few more pieces with my purchase. Super informative and I surely will be back just from her customer service. Everyone has been helpful and pleasant! Didn’t have customer service like this in CA, at any of the several stores I visited! In particular I would like to give Kara (manager) a big shout out! She helped me with a return of defective pots and pans!! No original box and heavy. Reggie came out to my car and loaded it on flatbed ~ Stacy and Gina were great also! Love this store and their employees!!!

I went in to return an item to Amazon. The gentleman who assisted me was fast and efficient. I was in and out in just minutes.I then grabbed a few items to purchase and the cashier was exceptional. She was friendly and knowledgeable and you could tell that she loved her job. The store was clean and well merchandised. I very easily found what I was looking for. I was very impressed. I had quit going there because the strong perfume smells used to make me feel sick. Today, the store was very clean. No strong smells. Everything was well organized and some things even organized by color. Makes shopping so much nicer. Even the bathroom was clean.

I used to love everything about Kohl's but so much has changed in the last couple years, I rarely find anything I like. This store is putting in a Sephora so last trip there was a lot of construction going on. I still like going on occasion hoping I may find something.

The store is always clean and orderly, sales are clearly marked, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the prices (particularly the clearance) are unbeatable! Today I purchased 3 long-sleeve casual dress shirts and 2 pairs of nice jeans for $51, all in styles I liked. Coupons stack with most sale and clearance items, making for some truly incredible deals. I was unable to interact with my favorite clerk this trip, Reggie, but each time I have in the past we've held excellent conversations and he's taken the time to learn my name and greet me personally each visit. I absolutely recommend this store.

Their Kohl's cash, is very confusing, I was told when I returned some things that I had $10 kohls cash to use right then. Then when I got up to check out the woman said that I didn't I only had $2.79. I would not have bought some of the items that I did if I had known that. But my cashier was extremely nice and helpful. Kohl's needs to make their Kohl's cash not so confusing.

Well organized clothing store. You don't ever feel lost like you do in other department stores. Quality is pretty good. I'm not a fan of the way they mark up all their merchandise really high, and then constantly run sales, and percentage off incentives to get you to buy. They also push their credit cards too hard. The staff at this store is usually pretty helpful.

On my most recent visit it took a while to get assistance so that I understood what my coupons would work on and what items were excluded. Once I made my decisions and got in line the cashier told me I could check out in at the jewelry counter near where I was shopping. She sent me back and when she said over her ear piece to the two ladies leaning on the counter that were too involved in their own conversation to be bothered with me, one of them turned and irritably said we'll who you sending over here and for what she ain't buyin no jewelry. As she finishes my transaction she tries being sweet and thanking me as she notice my demeanor was not that of a person deaf and dumb to what she had to say and how she felt about serving me. Which is why I shop online and why that store barely has anyone in it until holidays.

Store is always clean along with bathroom. Cashirts are nice and helpful. I just think and this is my opinion only. I went to get some shorts for my niece. She's only 9, but very curvy. I mean ass and thighs like a grown woman. The majority of there selection was the short shorts. I mean like daisy dukes. I found some Bermudas for $12 which was longer to cover some of her thighs. They need a better selection of longer shorts. We have sick people out here.

Nice clean place to shop but be prepared for the high prices. They claim to have ongoing sales but really the actual price is still to high for the item. And where's the deal in "buy 1 get 50% off second??? The item's price is already inflated so even when u purchase the second item to recieve the sale, you still overpaid for both in the end. Kholes used to have some good prices about 8yrs ago or so. But now, the prices are just absolutely to high. And when im shopping in the store, i can count the total customers in the entire store on 1 hand. Also, never ever sign up for the Kholes Credit. Everytime you check out, the cashier ask you if you would like to sign up but i always say nope. Because after that first credit statement cuts, they will have whatever discount you were offered at checkout right back in their pockets.

I love shopping Kohl's! The stores in Columbia and Florence SC have a really wide selection of items to choose from, whether you are shopping for the family or for friends, coworkers, or pets. You can find clothing from the high priced to the clearance rack. The childrens clothing is great but I would like to see them incorporate some different brands. I think Kohl's should take advantage of the recent slowdown in the economy to assess how they could better incorporate more minority and disadvantaged brands into their collection. I like what they have been offering but I am looking forward to what we will see in the future! Oh yeah forgot to mention, outside of Macy's, I enjoy Kohl's fragrance section more than Belk! At Kohl's I have the chance to walk between the different display walls to see and smell the different frag's but at Belk you usually are leaning over looking down into a case. I know people steal things but at Belk you feel like you aren't supposed to touch them. And it's depressing looking down at cologne. I want to look over at the cologne not down at it. So thank you Kohl's for your Fragrance section. I have more thoughts on this if Corporate were interested. Happy Summer!!!

They had the Best Buy on towels and washcloths the good thick kind it was a steal the best Kohl's I've ever been to is Mooresville North Carolina Small Town store well kept stuff not all over the place especially the shoes those workers keep their store up2par when you shop in a smaller town the store is always better because it's not that many people and this service is better the lines not too long most stores you go in with a bigger city the line is too long one person working

Kohl's has a good selection of different items. The only thing that I dislike is the fact that the Return desk is all the way in the back of the store. Once you're in the store, they have you with all the merchandise. Resist if you can. Some stores have returns at each department, which I like.
