Hobby Lobby has a lot of options, but this one felt a bit packed in. The store is clean, the employees nice, but there is just so much crammed into this store it feels overwhelming and claustrophobic. There is maybe 4 feet between aisles, and you can forget about having two carts trying to pass each other on one aisle. But it has all the standard items you expect and are looking for from a Hobby Lobby.

No offense, but the West Columbia location is still the absolute BEST Hobby Lobby around! Their set up is so much more convenient at West Columbia Hobby Lobby. If other locations would all follow their display and set up all Hobby Lobby's would be a simple and awesome trip

This DaVinci clock isn't worth a f,ck but that's just because it's plastic and came without weights. Hobby lobby is a great place to buy a Christmas tree but my dog is probably going to require me to get a real tree this year I don't want him chewing on plastic.

I love shopping here and I love the merchandise. Clerks at the registers seem nice and helpful. But there is always someone at the front watching everyone. Could be front end supervisor, security, or some kind of management. These managers are not that personable, look mad all the time and not very good at superior customer service. But like I said I love the experience otherwise and the merchandise. Thanks.

It's pretty obvious that they are not fun of black people because they never speak when I enter the store it only bothers me because I worked in retail in management and it was always our job to Greet every customer. But hey it is what is, wouldn't want no fake people's in my face anyway. Love the honest way they do it.

I've always loved hobby lobby. I often go there for my art supplies. However, I am not so happy with them anymore, only because they're not allowing the use of the 40% off coupon any longer. The reason that one employee shared with me is bc they're lowering their prices. I haven't noticed any prices coming down. And I hope they quickly realize that with the other stores that they compete with, are not loosing sales bc they've kept their coupons.

I love the beautiful home decor items and craft and art supplies. Prices are high, but great weekly sales. They also always have a 40% off coupon on a regular priced item. I also appreciate that the company supports Christian values. Stores are closed on Sundays to honor the Sabbath. My only complaint is I spend too much money when I shop here! 😆

Great selection of DIY and craft products. Mix of good prices and overpriced items. Almost always has online coupons available. Somewhat limited selection of candle making supplies but prices were reasonable. Had to wait about 5 minutes for assistance with getting some material cut, but staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Went to get a planner , I'm a big Planner/Calendar organizer type person. They had a 40% sale on Planners and stickers so I got my items for a steal. I was so over joyed !!! The staff were working diligently to keep all shelves stocks and clean , which made everything so much easier to find and I loved it. Such a huge store with the changes of Seasonal items to ones that are year round if you don't have the right teamwork, but this stores got it.

Let me first start off by saying , I am a loyal customer, matter fact my mother have worked there for a while. I love the things they offer and their customer service is good, but every once in a while their is a sense of attitude being shown. Other than that I love shopping there!

The selection is nice and they frequently have a lot of items on sale. But the wait for checking out is unbearably long. This is especially difficult the during times when I'm shopping with my young children. Be prepared to wait in line at least 15 minutes to check out. The wait is even longer when the people in front of you are buying multiple single glass ornaments that the cashiers have to wrap, etc. The management seems to only want other registers open in extreme cases because I've only ever seen three open at a time even when the lines are four people deep. I've also had trouble getting help reaching items on the top shelves...having the sales rep say she'll get someone and then forgetting. This has happened to me multiple times. So all in all I would say that customer service isn't necessarily a top priority. But having clean isles, a nice selection of items and sales is a priority. Which is okay, hence the three star rating. I may just start shopping online to avoid lines. They bother me that much.

Very nice Hobby Lobby. Very clean, well- organized, and an excellent selection of art, craft, floral, party, seasonal, home decor, and furniture items. Their sales are excellent. About half the store is 40-50% off at any given time. The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful.

Crafter Heaven. This store is always very clean, and the staff is very nice, even if dealing with a difficult customer. While I was here a woman was yelling at one of the workers because her silk flowers were missing a petal. Yeah. The selection is fantastic here, and the staff are usually pretty knowledgeable if you have a question. I love coming here and always look forward to it!

I love this place! I always get in trouble when I go because I probably spend more money then I should. They always have good sales though! If you happen to want something that is not on sale I'm sure there is a coupon somewhere you can use!! I would highly recommend checking this place out for all your decoration and crafting needs!

Sometimes a little cheaper than Michael's. Especially with framing. If you want a custom frame I recommend hobby lobby over anyone else for affordability. They have more home decor and still manage to have great craft options. Unlike Michael's they carry fabrics for sewing projects. They are closed on Sundays so don't procrastinate your projects.

Love the store but have a hard time finding specific items. I was looking for a specific item (metal sign) I saw on line and asked several employees where it was located. No one could help me. Needs to be a better way to locate stuff. I finally walked around enough until I found it. Still live the selection and prices though.

I love hobby lobby and this location is nice and has a great selection. My problem is with customer service. The lady who is mostly at the cutting counter is rude. Every time I'm in there to get fabric she questions me on whether or not I've sewn with the fabric I'm purchasing and asks what I'm making. That would be fine if it was friendly, but she says it in a very condescending way like I don't know what I'm doing. Also, I would rather not be questioned when I buy fabric. Can't you just cut it and let me be on my way? If I had questions about it I would ask. Also she was rude to another customer that had asked a question about returns. Her attitude is like she looks down on everyone and doesn't want to be there. I wish I remembered her name but her hair is brown and always down and she has her glasses up on top of her head pretty much everytime. Either way, she needs to chill and stop being so rude. I'm plenty fine with taking my business elsewhere.

I has a less than stellar visit this time. I was able to find what I was looking for and was happy with the selection. My issue was checking out, when I walked in there were 2 cashiers, but when I went to checkout it was only one. The other cashier was putting items away. My problem with that is she saw the line growing and just watched. She never came to open her register it was like she was oblivious to the fact that customers had been waiting for a while. After I finally got to checkout (7 - 10 minutes later) the cashier that I had was very pleasant.

Went there to buy a tall flower stand. Staff was helpful and showed me where the item was located in the store. Would have given the store 5 stars but I had to use their ladder to get the item down from the top shelf even though they paged for a stockman to assist me. He never showed up so I got it down myself.

It's a big box stores that sells everything hobby from flowers to furniture. The parking lot is large and and easily accessible. Discounts are frequent and the staff, while not consistently as knowledgeable as smaller stores who specialize, is nice enough. The store is clean and well lit. Don't the highest quality products and tools, but this is essentially the Walmart of hobby stores.

My experience started off really bad. I asked two different associates for help, they were not very helpful at all. They made me want to leave the store. Than I asked Mary for help and she was very helpful. She redeemed my perspective of this store. After talking with Mary, Brook came to help in a different area. Brook was awesome. They normally have 2 or 3 registers running in the front so sometimes there is a bit of wait at checkout, as this store is huge. There were no signs and the employees didn't say anything. This location has a lot of construction going on right now because they're adding a Christian bookstore.

Great place. They are on a different discount schedule than the one in Lexington. As in I went today and this one offered 50% discount on wall decor but the one in Lexington is currently offering 50% discount on candles and table top decor.

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for and even things I didn't know I needed. When discussing my projects with the employee in the crochet department she took her time out to make suggestions and give feedback on my work. Though craft supplies can be expensive, Hobby Lobby offers online coupons almost everything.

Hobby Lobby has a variety of craft supplies and other hobby supplies/home decor. The fabric/pattern/sewing supply area of the store does not have quite the selection/variety as some of the other local craft stores. They did have a good selection of Marvel super hero decor that happened to be on sale during our visit. Also, make sure to get the Hobby Lobby app if you want to get the digital coupons on your phone- No Clipping, just show your phone at checkout.
