One Hour Tees is amazing! I ordered six different shirts (long sleeve, sweatshirt, men’s, women’s) shirts with different designs and the customer service was exceptional. I had many little requests and tweaks with the designs before they were printed, and Garrett was so patient in helping me achieve just what I envisioned. My shirts arrived and I’m so happy with how they turned out! Some of the actual shirt material was slightly cheaper than I’d hoped for, but the designs and customer service made up for that lack. However, two of the shirts had been misaligned for printing, but customer service was super helpful in fixing the problem and getting the shirts reprinted to what I had expected. Don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions to get your shirts exactly how you want before printing. It’ll pay off in the end result, and One Hour Tees will work with you to deliver! Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to design your own shirts from a great customer service company. 10/10!!

The ordering process was a huge drag and didn't really offer much in the way of support. But gone are the days of Strange Cargo's "let me help you with that." After much hullabaloo in the image submission process, and a 10 day wait, I did get what I wanted for a price that didn't make me angry.

I had a WONDERFUL (!!!!) experience with One Hour Tees. I was flying home for my Grandma's 100th birthday party, and last minute (literally the night before) had the idea that matching t-shirts would be cute, for attendees & obviously a special one for the birthday girl! I got on my phone the next morning, uploaded a pic & some text for the shirts, and called to ask them a question about adding punctuation to the text. The person who answered was so on top of it - she answered that question, then told me to call her back once I submitted & she would make sure it got invoiced to me quickly! (Since paying the invoice is when the production starts) Keep in mind, all of this is at like 11:30 am on a Friday. I got an email back from Karima offering a super sweet (and much prettier!!) mockup that she had made just in case I liked it better than the quick one I made on my phone. I LOVED it, so she updated everything, got the invoice over to me quickly, and I was able to pick up my shirts at 3:45 pm before I headed to the airport. We haven't worn them yet, but they look amazing!! & I am so excited to share them with friends & family. Thank you OHT's!!!!

I go here all the time to pick up my AEW DVDS always great and fast service. The young lady at the door that gives me my order is super nice and friendly. The only small problem I have is there is no parking at all. You have to go around the block a couple of times and hope someone is coming out a parking spot to go in. But other then that I have no complaints at all

Very cool shop with a lot of different choices for your T-shirt needs of the wrestling genre. Considering the ALL-IN weekend event which may have been their busiest weekend with their store, they conducted the line in a very thought-out manner by letting a certain amount of people in the store at a time without overcrowding the storefront which was nice.

Very cool store, to say the least. If you are a wrestling fan, make sure you drop in if you are in Chicago. Lots of t-shirts to brouse/buy. I wanted a particular Razor Ramon tee, but it was not in the store. No prob. They had it printed and ready to go within a half-hour. They also have a lot of little items to purchase. I also bought a Pro Wrestling Crate (see photos) for a friend. Oh, and you can buy Good Ol' JR's book autographed.

We loved our shirts! Thanks One Hour Tees. I submitted an order at 1 pm, paid at 2:30 pm, and the shirts were ready by 4:30 pm! I'm impressed by the quality and customer service. I like that they do shipping as well for my "not-last-minute" future orders!

I had a great experience creating custom t-shirts for a girls weekend! Cailey really helped me with my "design" and also helped me decide which print color would look best on the t-shirt color I'd chosen. Since design is not my forte, this was a key element in my fantastic result! Cailey was professional, patient and my t-shirts were printed on time. This was such a fun added element to our girls weekend! I would definitely recommend One Hour Tees!

Pretty good experience I found this place online and they had plenty of good reviews so it was worth a shot. I ordered some company breast cancer awareness tees and they came out good. Kana assisted me via email they were out of 1 particular tee and she recommended another, not really much to the process. I ordered on October 8 & the shirts 👚 were received by Monday October 12. My ONLY complaint is with the packaging, some of the shirts had black marks on them from the box and raggedy strings hanging from the shirts. I suggest maybe placing the items in some sort of bag ? To better protect them during shipping. If I need tees in a rush again in the future I’d definitely order with One Hour Tees.

Needed a few t-shirts for my company and was able to get them for pickup in 2 days! I needed them fast and tried Rush Order Tees, Custom Ink, etc. and none offered the fast turnaround that One Hour Tees offered. This company makes it super easy to get my art on a shirt. Communication via email is clear and precise, and all the reps are The quality of the print is always awesome, just make sure you pick a high-quality shirt style to put it on. The product page on their website contains a variety of shirt styles - some with really stiff and unflattering fabric - so check out the styles in person if you can before you order. On my last order I picked a shirt style and brand I already owned so I was not disappointed with the quality. Price is reasonable even when you need a short turnaround, but the price is downright cheap if you give a 7+ day lead time.

Very impressed with the timely, customized service I have received from One Hour Tees. I placed a small order (5 shirts) with back and front printing for less than a week turnaround, and found both the pricing and communication from the team to be excellent. It took me awhile to find a shirt printing company in Chicago that is willing to even accept small orders (<25 shirts), let alone offer great price, quality, and turnaround times! One Hour Tees does all of that, and more. The representatives email back quickly, and were able to make minor edits to my invoice within an hour in order to process my order on time. Any one of the staff is willing to jump on the phone and chat through questions or updates to your order. If you're someone who may need to order shirts for friends, bachelorette parties, small get-togethers, etc. instead of large bulk orders, I highly recommend One Hour Tees!

The images on the other two were spotty and transparent (white on black shirt). I mentioned it to the guy who brought the shirts out to me and he said that happens sometimes 👀. I mentioned to him how disappointed I was—crickets. I was in a hurry and had to leave quickly so I didn’t ask for the manager etc. I paid almost $90 for three shirts and can only use one. I would suggest they improve their quality control. ***update*** Account Manager offered to make amends. I appreciate the attention to customer support. Changing rating from 3 to 4 stars.

Amazing customer service. I submitted an order after hours (around 10pm) and was emailed about it the next morning around 9am. Turns out my initial order was a bit much for something that was supposed to be sort of joke shirts (I had upgraded materials, wanted to print white on black, etc other upgrades) and Elisa was awesome about trying to figure out something we could do to get a similar end result. She suggested multiple different shirts, etc. So accommodating - I am really impressed. Can't wait to get my shirts!

Excited to say that I finally got my first custom piece of merch from one hour tees and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Don’t rely on your mock up or the invoice, and don’t wait to get artwork to approve (I never got any). Email the first person who says they are in charge of your account and be specific. One Hour Tees has been a great resource for our school shirt orders! We make a weekly order of college themed t-shirts throughout April and May, and One Hour Tees has always been reliable in terms of communication and quality of t-shirts. In our three years of ordering, we have had very few issues, and any issues have been resolved quickly! For example, a few of our shirts were recently printed with the wrong size font and our rep worked to get them reprinted within two hours to ensure we could have them for our school assembly! Our company has been ordering t-shirts for our construction workers from One Hour Tees for 5 years now. Their screen printing and design services are top quality. The screen printed graphics last forever and the shirt materials are durable. We generally order around 100 shirts and they are ready within a week. I would recommend the Gildan Heavy Duty cotton shirts. Prices for any shirt are about 10% higher than other places but quality is significantly higher.

I ordered several printed shirts with self-made designs for personal use. With time not of the essence, I opted for a seven day turn around period for a reasonable price. A few upcharge fees were included since my shirts were particular -- dark fabric with light ink, dual sides, and oversized print. The end results were quality and exactly what I was looking for. **A big shout out to Cailey for all her awesomeness. She was friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout my entire experience. I had a few last minute tweeks for my design before I signed off the quote, and Cailey obliged with no problem. One Hour Tees do everything they say they will. Questions are answered. Deadlines are met. Products look great and are well-made. My only criticisms regard the logistics of finalizing orders. It's required that the customer wait until they're contacted by an employee to actually receive a price quote on an order. Then, the customer must call before 5PM to make the payment and get the order started. This method feels very outdated, and kind of flies in the face of the company's "quick & easy" branding message. Furthermore, the website can be kind of confusing to navigate, and I have found it difficult to anticipate the price of my order. But these are relatively small hiccups in the big picture. One Hour Tees completes orders well, on time, and at perfectly reasonable prices. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

I recently ordered shirts for my brother's bachelor party at One Hour Tees, and was really pleased with my experience. I came in on a Wednesday around lunch time to a busy store front. Ashley helped me design the perfect shirt (a picture of my brother when he was really chubby as a teenager). Since the bachelor party isn't until next weeekend, I chose the 6-8 day pricing. The shop sets their prices similar to how FedEx or UPS does, where the price goes up the quicker you want your product. My brother hasn't seen these hilarious shirts yet, and I know he'll be embarassed, but you know what? Maybe he shouldn't have been such a chubby middle brother biscuit while we were growing up.
