I stopped by to return something I bought from Amazon and ended up buying other active wear. Kohl's offers Under Armour, Nike, among other brands. The store was organized and clean. On the first floor they have clothing and upstairs they have home and other things. I was on a rush but I'll be back to get more things. Note there is also Sophora inside the store and it's in the first floor right by the entrance. They have plenty of parking, they offer curbside pickup too. Good service.

Extremely well organized and clean store. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I was able to find a book bag a day before my daughter went back to school. Easy to look down all the departments. They have a Sephora inside too! Lines moved quickly.

The clearance section has a lot of hidden gems! I wish this place was closer to my apt. The layout is a bit confusing due to having more than one floor level, but I imagine if you're going on a shopping spree, you'll figure it out.

We went to return 2 Amazon purchases and I am thankful that I can do this at Kohls. I also needed some gym shoes and I found the perfect pair, they weren't cheap but we got $5 off coupons for each of the Amazon returns, so that was nice to get $10 off my shoes. Pleasant person greeted us to, she was excellent and gave us the best directions to get to where we needed..nice to have that human touch when it's becoming a thing of the past. Will definitely go back!!

Upsides: -Had an appropriate number of registers open, was through the long line in less than 5 minutes Downsides: -Difficult to look through the Adidas and Nike merchandise because it’s all locked up. Makes my shopping experience kinda icky knowing that shoplifting is apparently a problem at this store and that they’re watching me. -Took some searching to find an associate on the sales floor to “unlock” the Nike sweatpants

They didn't have cashiers upstairs. The parking lot is full, the only parking available is upstairs, but if you buy something, you need to go downstairs to pay.

There are always more people waiting in line to return Amazon packages than people shopping in the same store. Also I’ve come here to buy Nike, Adidas, etc sets but there’s always only one piece to the set and everything else is sold out.

Alana was such an ANGEL !!! I accidently left my wallet outside in one of thier shopping carts, she found it and brought it back inside. I came to check if maybe I left it inside by accident, the manager told me that Alana found it and turned it in!!! I'm so glad there's nice people who are so kind and loyal !! Loved this Kohl's! Many different sections of clothes, great sales, and lots of options for men, women, children, plus, teens and more! They have a great house section as well and seasonal items. Will definitely be coming back here again for any clothes or shoes shopping before I try other stores. You can't beat their prices and getting Kohl's cash! Also, we had lovely cashiers that were kind and funny. Great place to shop!

Good store, decent selection. Service has been hit or miss but lately they seem to be working extra hard to be more outwardly friendly. The parking lot is always a bit of a labyrinth but it's nice that they have pickup spots right by the entrance for when you order online.

Good store pickup experience except for a lack of signage for the pickup location. Associates were very friendly and helpful and directed me too the second floor in the far corner. It would be nice if the pickup location were on the first floor. The associate had to go to another area to get my order and bring it back, she was thoughtful and helped me get it to the elevator and into a cart so I could take it to my car.

Great experience, went in to return an Amazon purchase. It was quick and painless and in the process they gave me 5bux in Kohl's cash to spend that day. I found a pair comfy CK PJ pants that I am currently wearing and falling in love. You can say this rates up there as a very successful Kohl's trip!

Eric spent a lot of time going through merchandise..checking the computer and finally assuring me that the one selected may have been mis labeled and would fit...it did and Im very grateful to him. Haven't done much shopping this year so I was happy to visit one of my favorite Kohl's stores and see they have good sanitizing protocols in place. Unfortunately, their fitting rooms are closed so I hope everything fits. The store is nicely organized and there are plenty of sales right now.

COVID-wise, I feel safe in their store. They have a great system set-up to order online and pick-up in-store or have them deliver it to your car (sometimes it takes a little bit, but considering the service they are offering, that's just fine by me!) -- the employees are so fun and light-hearted

The Amazon return people have been very helpful with walking me through how to do a return. The employees for the kohls check out line were very quick to open 3 registers when there was only 3 people in line because the customer behind me was rudely complaining about the 20 second wait.

Was greeted immediately upon entering and given directions to amazon drop off. Was also given a 20% off coupon for the Amazon dropoff. While leaving, found a 60% off sale on hat/scarf/gloves and was able to combine both discounts so wound up saving a good amount of money. Friendly cashier.

Presentation is everything - this store is so clean! A place for everything and everything in its place. It's apparent that Kohl's sets the proverbial bar high. Apparently the store associates in each department takes their jobs seriously enough to maintain order, they are knowledgeable about inventory, and they eagerly & enthusiastically assist customers. Special thanks to cashier Pam B.! Although I was conducting my transaction after closing time, she was patient with me and guided me through the process of applying for and obtaining a Kohl's charge card. She was attentive and she went out of her way to be helpful. Her presence and customer service skills are assets to the Kohl's brand.

Great location in the same mall as the Best Buy. Plenty of parking & multi-level building. Always a busy store. If item is not available in the store you can order online at the store & have the item shipped to you. Friendly & helpful staff.Currently you can not access the 2nd level from the parking lot. Nor can you exit from the 2nd level to the parking lot as the entrance is closed.

Outstanding deals and super polite staff. I saved so much money while shopping for deals and looked for discounts on EVERYTHING I purchased. I cannot believe that what I bought and the number of items purchased when combining discounts weren't as close to wholesale pricing as you will ever find. Granted every store offers discounts on older stock...but you will be impressed by the sale pricing structure of Kohl's. They had the best selection of Levi's and watch for the sale tags. I purchased about $500.00 worth of clothing for $178.00...I still can't believe it. Check it out and Blessings...😉🇨🇮😎

Found the cutest comforter set here, along with a great memory foam pillow. The prices may be a bit higher than other department stores, but the quality of the items makes it worth ever penny.

This store is pretty clean. The staff is helpful and seem to be well staffed as there is always someone available. It's a two floor store so there is a good amount of merchandise and big selection to choose from. There is also an Amazon kiosk in the store for returning amazon orders or trying out amazon products in store. Lots of parking.

Glad that they're finally making progress on relaxing their restrictions on mask wearing. A sign at the stores entrance says you don't have to wear a mask if you've been double vaccinated. Thats a welcome relief! Wish more stores took their lead. And they have one dressing room section on the first floor now open to try on clothes. The only thing I'm not too crazy about is their minimal selection of Gloria Vanderbilt clothes. It's my favorite brand and it seems they're carrying less and less of it. Hope they're not trying to slowly phase it out?? That would be a major reason for me not going there anymore. They've already cut out Dana Buchman which IMO was a big mistake. Let's hope it's only temporary!

This is one of the cleanest Kohl's I've been to. Had to grab a quick shirt for an event and ended up walking with 3 pairs of shoes, jeans, t-shirts and the short I needed. Always well presented, friendly cashiers that are always looking to help. Been to this location several times since my time ever in Chicago and the always have new stuff to look at! And you can't seriously beat the prices.

Probably one of the better Kohl's I've been to in terms of clothing (which is usually what I end up buying there) and it's relatively accessible to public transportation even though the Ashland, Fullerton and Armitage buses are all a few blocks away.

My first visit to Kohl's was because of my Black Friday online massive order (because of their massive savings!) I would've never known they existed if it weren't for their BF sales ads! I hence came in multiple times afterward. Each time, they're were all super friendly and personable, albeit one time they forget to take off the alarm tracker, and I set off the alarm. They associates seem very tired, but they are always eager to help and are super friendly. They should all get a raise, because they are the reasons why Kohl's won me over as a loyal customer!!!!

Love going to Kohls for their selection and their discount coupons for future purchases. During holidays and special sales you get $10 off for every $50 on a future order. They have very good quality of products and very friendly employees. The biggest problem with this location is the parking and waiting in long lines but good place to shop

I love me some Lauren Conrad, Vera Wang, and Daisy Fuentes! So I actually really like Kohl's. I love that there is a parking lot so you dont have to worry about that. I honestly do most of my shopping online because there is more of a selection, but occasionally go to the store. What is there not to like about almost everything in the store on sale? They really have a lot of the current trends for a real reasonable price. The quality of most of the things in the store is average. Its not amazing, but its not junk either. I absolutely love the "hassle-free" returns! I bought the cutest pair of flats and a piece of the detailing came off after wearing them for about 1 hour...BOO. Now most places would never take the shoes back because I wore them...GASP! But, Kohl's gladly replaced them! How awesome is that.

it was a good morning at Kohls!!! they had a 85% clearance on many items and other great deals throughout the store... associates were consistently working on the cleanliness and disinfecting of the register area ,doors ,escalator and common areas..Aurora was so helpful and sweet and was diligent about the cleanliness of her space, and i saw that with other associates checking out customers...that's twice i mentioned the cleanliness and the disinfecting diligence shown by the Kohls team, it bares mentioning... THANKS FOR BEING THERE KOHL'S.

This is my go to kohl's. It's a free standing kohls, the only other store there is a Best Buy. There is tons of parking, some open, some covered. Store is clean, never too crowded. Staff is young, but nice. Good jewelry selection and the girl working the counter was nice and very helpful.

Kohl's Bucktown is I think one of the nicest department stores I can recommend someone to visit with their very selection of brand-name clothing, accessories, housewares, and many more. You will for sure love the ambiance of this place and so is the location. Customer service is very helpful and staff very well-mannered. This place makes me think of Kmart when I was a kid (although I think Kmart had more things like toys, auto ect). It smells like old school department store. The best thing about this place is the Amazon return center that doesn't require you to package your return. Also you get a 25% for Kohl's when you return something (which begs the question why would you ever pay full price for something here).

Although I did like my selection at Khol's, I didn't like that the cashier had lied to me. The only reason I applied for their credit card was because the cashier told me I would not receive a hardship on my credit score and come to find out not only did I receive 2 hardships on credit, it pushed back my credit score by 10 points. Just a heads up on opening a credit card with them read other reviews, which are not very good as well. I still have yet to see any progress on my credit.

I don't usually shop at Kohl's - I mostly use it for Amazon returns and the odd small electric appliance I can't seem to find elsewhere. I'm annoyed that they keep moving the Amazon returns counter around the store. I understand why they're doing it, but I do not want to spend more time wandering to the returns counter than it takes to actually process my return. It does not make me stop and look at Kohl's merch and buy it, it's just annoying.

This Kohls is okay. It's sometimes hard to find the right size because the hangers don't match the tags, and as I'm a pretty tall and large guy it's sometimes hard to find my size anyway. The dressing rooms are pretty clean and free of clothes, but it's kind of a nightmare around the holidays.

Parking is here- for free. Abundance of parking usually shared with Best Buy. Fairly easy access to this Kohls. Being as I have been to a Kohls in the western suburbs where they are a but nicer. Not easy to find what you want. Everything is set up very close together and signage is terrible. Check out line got very long before more registers were opened.
