I was glad before I was even at the store, because I knew that going into HomeGoods was a good idea and I would not leave the place without buying anything. True enough, I really did not. Before that, I just want to share how I like the cleanliness of the place. Even with a lot of stuff inside, it still maintains its cleanliness and everything is well organized. I was hoping to buy wall decors for my place, and I also wanted to buy stuff for my kitchen since I am short on it. As much as I wanted to roam inside the place, the first thing I looked at was my priorities to buy, and I did not regret it. It also did not take long to decide because, even with a lot of options, it is easy to choose since everything is nice and the quality is good. What I like the most is choosing the wall decors, and I had fun choosing because every piece of art is so beautiful. I also saw a lovely and artistic chair. I was glad that I was able to buy everything that I needed and I was also able to add other good things. Everything is of good quality, and the prices are reasonable.

There's always some great finds at this store. I enjoy wandering the aisles for inspiration on how to decorate my home. The kitchen section is huge. I love the variety of rugs (but can't seem to find dimensions on some of them?) and artwork. 4 stars because on a busy day the line is super long.

I often come here to buy either gifts for people or just decorations around the house. Either for inside or outside. The store has plenty of items to choose from, from small things to large furniture. The one thing you need while visiting this place is patience, since it takes time for you to look at their inventory and might find what you like right away, or it might take another visit for you to do so. The prices are affordable and the quality is good. They do have rugs, kitchenware, bathroom, pet clothes, toys, pillows, chairs, stools, mirrors, paintings, and the list is long when it comes to decorational items. The parking spaces are a bit narrow and are shared with other stores, so weekends might take time to park.

I recently went to home goods because I want to re-décor my bed room for a change. I decided to go to buy decor. When I entered, one portrait caught my eyes. I was amazed how beautiful it was. It was a great place to shop for unique and upscale items for the home and amazing decorations for all the seasons. I can always count on having what I need AND what I didn't know I needed.

Sometimes you can find good deals on nice things, sometimes it's very overpriced. One cashier I keep getting is not nice at all. She wears a mask and I can't understand what she is saying. If you say something, she ignores you. She is the first one to your left. She definitely tests my mindfulness.

If you love finding discount home products this shop if perfect for you. I usually like to look for kitchen stuff and dishes. This place is dangerous, I always end up walking out with random items I didn't plan on buying. In the spring time they have a great selection of planters available.

How do you think it was?! A dissociative wonderland! I blacked out immediately upon walking through the automated doors, found everything I didn't need ..circled around a second time in case I could find a use for something else I don't need but have to have. Spent more money than I intended..this time entirely on my dog, which was a first for me. Per usual, I left entirely satisfied and a little bit remorseful.. luckily there is a chipotle and a frozen yogurt joint nearby to make you feel like it was just another afternoon running a totally necessary errand!

Came looking to buy furniture. Found a piece I liked. There was a very helpful employee named Josh that took it to the front and helped me try to load it into the car. Josh was really kind and patient - when the furniture didn’t fit due to a baby seat, he unloaded the furniture and filled out a hold slip and walked me through the process of returning later to get it. His shift was supposed to be over but he wanted to make sure I was 100% before he clocked out. Josh is a 5 star employee.

Picked up a few new rugs and a bench yesterday, and the staff were all incredibly helpful at helping us find what we were looking for. I don't leave reviews often, but the customer service at this location was just above and beyond, so thanks to Marianne and the others who helped us out!

This store is super nice and has good quality items. I have been going in here for years now and there are always interesting items. Most of the decors in my place where actually bought from here. On my recent visit to the store, there was a lot of people but it was fine and I was able to shop comfortably. They have a wonderful selection of home decors, furniture, kitchen stuffs and the likes, and even toys. It has a wide selection so there is always a unique one that I can choose. Prices are reasonable too that is why I can’t help myself but to buy more. I also got lots of interesting stuffs for holiday season. I recommend this store if you are looking reasonably priced home items.

The store was well stocked and fairly tidy, but difficult to navigate with a cart (even the smaller ones). The rug department layout was especially cramped and busy; the aisles are so narrow there’s no where to “park”your cart while browsing. If you need just a couple of items, this location fine. If you want to browse and look around, visit right when they open so the store (and parking lot) isn’t as full.

Absolutely love this store and have never had a single bad experience with customer service. Need an item carried to the front, DONE. Can't find something, friendly, responsive help. Lines are long, they open more registers. Products.....FANTASTIC, great stock, variety, and the prices beat ANY RETAIL store. If I could, I never leave.

I always like going to Home Goods. This day it just seemed like a war zone. There was a small line when they opened Sunday morning yet boxes and inventory carts all over the store. Made cart navigation difficult.. Although the store condition did not make me feel like shopping, I'll be back. They do have a lot of great home items at great prices. And also some sweet furniture finds.

Some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I returned 2 chairs recently and they were so kind and happy to help. I feel like that is rare especially around the holidays when everyone is stressed out. They always have a great selection of furniture. This is my favorite location.

This HomeGoods has the best selection of pillows I believe in Chicagoland, I would say they have the most to choose from. Probably same for rugs too. Even when the store is packed its extremely clean which is great 👍🏾 the only negative here is the parking situation. Its absolutely tragic so only go when you have lots of patience and time.

Let's start with the amazing customer service from the front door greeter with clean carts and smiles and move into a fresh clean well stock but not crowed store with a beautiful selection of eclectic items sure to delight you and beautiful your space, though checkout lines can be long they move quickly and are enhanced by excellent customer service and the wonderful option of carry out for large or heavy items. I certainly choose Homegoods for an afternoon of relaxation.

Nice place to browse. We always leave with something but never spend more than $50. Mostly home decor with housewares. Many seasonal items and inexpensive light duty furniture. Right now, they have a huge variety of throws and holiday cushions.

I stopped in here after a networking meeting, where coincidentally, we had been talking about customer service and the little things business owners can do to get and keep new clients. The store had just opened, and every one of the 6-7 employees I passed while I was in there smiled genuinely and said, “Good morning!” They all seemed happy to be there, and in a big retail store like that, it really created a very pleasant atmosphere. I just wanted everyone who works there to know that your greetings make a difference!

like to go to home goods they have good prices on all items my favorite section is the Kitchen items at a fair price I am a Chef & that is why I head there. Store is organized, staff friendly, they constantly face the store. Also they are in a mini mall they have eateries, hair cuttery, cell phones stores, bridal salon , vitamin supplements excellent parking space right out front, bathroom are clean.

This location has a really nice selection of dog collars, harnesses, leashes, toys, and the like in their pet dept. All Homegoods have a pet section that I much enjoy, but the quality thereof definitely varies widely from store to store. In this case, I was not disappointed - I wound up buying a harness and a leash for my lab mix. Both the dog and I really love the harness in particular. (It's easy to put on him - so easy he can almost do it himself! - yet still quite secure, and he seems to be very comfortable in it.)

Nicely organized, well stocked, and things are in good condition. They had a handful of registers open so the checkout line moved sort of quickly. There's typically parking in this lot even though it's small, but if not there is plenty of street parking. It's close to a Target and a Home Depot as well, so you can hit all the useful places.

If you can get their during the week - do. The stock is better and some of the pots/ etc in the cooking section is amazing. The staff is extremely helpful as well! A weekly event for me. Just wish I had a bigger house for the bargains I find.

I love coming to Home Goods because I feel like there are always good finds, and this location is no exception. My only complaint is that I feel like the customer service could be better...the first thing I noticed when I walked in was an employee staring right at me, leaving an empty cart right in the middle of the aisle I was entering, and then walking away. There were a lot of carts just sitting around the store, and they really got in the way, especially because the aisles are not large. Overall, I had a good experience here, but I do think that the floor employees should take care of the random carts sitting around the store.

This location has a moderately good selection. However, I must warn you, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR PARKED IN THIER LOT. If you are planning on leaving your car to visit one of the surrounding businesses, your car will be towed faster than you can snap your fingers. The property owner has hired a very scheisty revenue generator to professionally steal your car. My own car was towed within minutes of me walking over to Panera to grab a quick bite. Despite the fact that I had come to Home Goods first. Beware everyone.

They only have items no one else can sell. They don't have a website where you can look and see what they have. The only way you can determine what they have is by going there. When you check out the website you only get blogs about the item you are looking for. So I was looking for a toaster, running out of time before Christmas. Did they have one, no they did not. The associate told me they sometimes have them, but not usually. I had to pick something else, which was nice and the price was right.

What is Home Goods? It's like a fancy @$$ Big Lots. Olive oil, a tea service, a carpet, a lamp, a geode, a seasonal knick knack! Furniture, carpets, pet and child toys! Sheets, jam, candles and mirrors. If you want to shop for things you think you need but you just aren't sure what they are yet, this is the store for you! Long lines at checkout for you to buy extra impulse gummy bears and clocks! Everyone needs an impulse clock! You'll love it. Parking at this locale sucks.
