Normally, I just use this store for Amazon returns but they started giving me little $5 Kohls cash vouchers, and so I stopped to look at some clearance items. I found some fiesta plates I wanted, some neat graphic tees, and even some fun treats. Not bad!

Placed an online order for pick up. Picked up order outside store, drove all the back home only to realize they left the security tag on my item that I purchased. Had to drive all the way back to store and go inside for them to remove tag. Frustrating...... the store employee knew it was on there. She walked out of the store to bring me package with security tag. I'm sure she set alarms off.

I go there to buy jewelery. They are doing a 60% off sale on all fine gold and silver. If you apply for a Kohls card they will give you either an extra 35%if you are accepted. If you are not accepted they will give you and extra 15% instead. For a $225 item i only ended up paying $68. Killer deals on great jewelery items. Men this is the best time to buy a really nice gift for the ladies in your life. Super nice people.

The store is very well kept and the customer service seemed pretty helpful however, if I could change one thing to make my experience better... I'd offer an actual cart. My husband and I had to get 2 considering we were buying pillows and cookware. Also, an older man came into the store looking for a cart to sit his oxygen tank in while he shopped but ended up having to carry it because your shopping carts are so extremely low and small.

Customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. But I made a return and was told the money would be put back on my card. I shopped for over an hour and went to pay at checkout, and the money was not on my card. I'm not sure that this was Kohls' fault necessarily, may be the card company. But just a heads up to anyone who is making a return and expecting to shop with that money.

Excellent service, friendly, helpful. Thursday nite at black Friday madness I purchased items. Today as family left, I realized I was missing a sweatshirt I had purchased for my grandson. I called and they replaced it with a smile! They also took off an item that was rung up twice! They were honest down to earth people!

Kohl's seems to be a good clothing and housewares store. Lot's of jewelry as well. Prices tend to be on the higher end but they have many available discounts as well. I usually end up here to return something to Amazon.

We love Kohl's. There is rarely a crowd there and the prices are reasonable. Overall, the staff is friendly and we have never been pressured about getting their credit card. I like the fact that the store is always clean, including the restrooms.

Greta Kohl's. We often go to the ones in Ft. Collins or loveland but this one is way better! Very clean and organized, and even though we got there later the other day (30 minutes before closing, sorry about that!!) they were all very friendly and helpful! That alone is worth 5 stars! But they also have a great selection and one of the better layouts I've seen.

Visit here pretty frequently. I like the variety they have of different departments. Can shop for nice clothes, casual clothes, sporty things, electronics, toys and decor. Most items are MSRP’d high then offered on a “deal” at normal pricing. But you can occasionally find a real deal on stuff you’re looking for. Place is well kept and service is almost always courteous/quick.

Its like any other Kohl's. Although it is small, I appreciate they have an actual big and tall section. "Black Friday" had great deals, but the store was super packed, checkout line was a mile long.

Typical Kohl's. My wife loves the place. I'm a tall man, and they don't have much for me. Pretty much none of the tops would fit me, and all the shoes were too small. I think I did find a pair of pants that might have fit, but I was getting holiday season shopping fatigue and did not even try them on. They have a whole bunch of other department store junk, I think we bought toys for a 3 year old.

We shop here a lot. They have quality clothes with discounts and the coupons you get in the mail once in while cut off a percentage. I often find something at this store when I go in. The only thing I find disappointing is the quality of the T-shirts. Like most all other brands and clothing stores the material they are now using is VERY SKIMPY INDEED! Catch your shirt on a sharp table edge and it is ruined. Plus they do not last as long as the thicker quality T-shirts most all companies used in the past. Get back to those thick sleeved and thick collard t-shirts made with the thicker tighter weaved threads. You know EXACTLY what we are talking about Kohl's. One other problem issue that I have is the use of so much polyester in the clothing. A large percent of the people on this planet are extremely allergic to polyester. That percent seems to be getting larger every year that passes. A quick rough count puts it at over TEN_MILLION people in the United States alone. Even at small polyester content fractions these people can NOT even touch those clothes. Get back to 100% cotton Kohl's. At least in some fraction of your total line would be nice. The pennies you save using the polyester gives the clothes a cheap low grade plastic feel In My Opinion! Remember, everybody reading this is despised by the employee who does nothing to move this message upward. Sometimes the older stuff is better. Trust me, it is still living in the USA with a sizable demand.
