The sales clerk "Mary" in the jewlry department was the most amazing star of the whole business. Mary deserves 5 stars. The manager was rude and disrespectful when I needed to send in my ring for some work done on it! The store manager gets a 1. Thank God for people like Mary who make me want to go back. Thank you, Mary! I appreciate you!

Great prices! I bought a pair of Memory Foam dress shoes that were normally $62 for $38! The only suggestion I do have is to organize a bit better. It took awhile for me to find shoes as the shoe section has a lot of mismatched shoes strewn about. But otherwise I was very impressed with the customer service and the sales being offered.

We were immediately welcomed to the store by a cashier. No full court sales press, just a nice welcome. They had everything we were looking for clothes wise and they had them at a great price.

I was greeted by friend clerk (east door). Perfume clerk showed me what was in store. I picked several on sale relaxed ladies t-shirts,(as gifts for family n friend) myself,4 lounge shorts. Good selection. Fair price mark downs. Clerk that greeted me, I found to check me out. She was helpful on telling me final price on each item. Thanked me as I left. Ask me to come back soon.☆☆☆☆☆

They had a nice selection of clothing. I was surprised! I had stopped shopping there a few years ago because the clothes were not my style or taste. I was glad to see there were clothes that were stylish and appropriate for my age group. It seems like most stores only cater to young girls. I am in my 50s and work a professional job I am always looking for good quality dress pants. I found nice dress slacks at this store. Everywhere I go all I find is hip huggers or skinny. That's not appropriate when you work a professional job or if your older. I prefer classy and shiek. Thanks Penneys!

Very excellent service. Was able to find last minute needs for a funeral, and was treated with so much respect. The employees always greeted people that came into the store and took special attention to them. A very good shopping experience.

I did get some good deals. The clothes for my great grandchildren were amazing. I could have spent a lot more if I would have had the money or if the items I needed were priced a little lower. I did have fun and the staff was of great assistance.

Absolutely the best service I've ever had at the mall. The employees were really helpful and very cheerful. I wish they had more baby clothes but i know its not the employees fault that the baby section is so limited in store.

Disappointed, quality merchandise has seriously gone done. Zero customer service, not one person in the women's department spoke to me; I was there 30 minutes, browsing.

Small store. Have most things. Needed jewelry fixed. Associate didn't know how to look up a care plan. Took a full hour to find me in the system. Lots of wrong information in the system as a whole. I'm an ex associate, shouldn't have been this difficult.

Although I found the bedding I wanted, which was great, the selection of clothing in a regular size were sparce. Clothing in petite and small and Xtra large were more available. The prices were great.

I do like coming here for getting business casual. However I find it's hard to find pants in a 32 waist. I seem to have better luck finding my size at Macy's in fort Collins.

I found it difficult to locate the kids clothes I was looking for. The displays were unorganized and the prices were confusing. I also dislike the clearance area. The clothes are jam packed and just looked unappealing to shop. It looked like a thrift store.
