Had to run In here tonight to find a last minute formal dress. I’m not sure where Dillard’s finds these employees in Cheyenne, but this was the best customer service experience. Every employee was helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me, even helping me match a tie for my husband to my dress. The girls in the intimates section were particularly amazing and kind.

I bought some pj's and they are the most soft and warm jammies. Perfect for the wyoming winters. The gal Ruby was more than helpful and willing to run back & fourth to the dressing room accommodating me with the right size. That kind of customer service is exceptional and hard to find people willing to do so. She is truly a gem for Dillard's.

Zoey is a lifesaver! Needed some clothes to gift to my girlfriend and didn’t quite know what to buy. Zoey was so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect outfits! I don’t know what you pay her but I can promise it isn’t enough. 10/10 will be shopping with Zoey again.

First, let me say that I love this store. That being said, in the span of ten minutes the salesperson asked me four times if I needed help. I just want to be able to browse without constantly being accosted by well meaning staff. There was one occasion where I was trying on dresses and I caught the female employee peeking through the door slats asking if I needed any help. It makes me want to drop everything and leave. I understand that they get paid on commission, but dang. Chill and bring it down a few notches, ladies.

We went in there about a month ago to look at their luggage. They had many brands that were on sale. A sales girl asked if we needed any help. We said we were still looking and thinking about what we wanted. After thinking and talking about it for a few hours we went back. The sales girl helped us with information about the brand we wanted. They had two pieces of black carry on Pathfinder and one piece of black check in Pathfinder luggage. We took all three pieces. They were on sale at about a third of the retail listed price. A very good deal. The sales girl was very helpful showing us everything about the luggage. She was very knowledgeable in that area of the store. For the low sale price the quality of that luggage will last a long time. Five stars for the sale priced luggage and the helpful sales girl.

We were shopping for dresses which they had quite a good selection. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent a few hours in the store so my daughter could find the perfect dress and the staff was very patient and had good ideas and suggestions. Overall very pleased with our experience!

My friend and I went to the mall to walk and decided a change is scenery was needed, so we walked all around Women's departments. Looked at all the pretties and turned away when we saw the prices. Good thing all we were buying was a little exercise. Several of the clerks stopped to see if we needed any help. They were all very pleasant.

This is more of an average score based on multiple visits. Can be hit or miss on reasonable staffing, but for the most part they are polite and helpful. Not exactly an impressive store among the chain.

Cheyenne Dillard's is all sorts of messed up now, went there 2 weeks ago and staff was helpful with what I was looking for but seemed to be a bit irritated that I didn't just go online to buy. Had to have them special order a product for me and it took 30 mins for the cashier to figure it out. Would've done it myself but it was the last one they showed in stock so I wanted to get it. The store use to be split between 2 spots in our mall but now it's crammed all into one. Not a fan.

We drive from the Nebraska panhandle just to go to Dillards and are never disappointed! Today the ladies in the handbag and Clinique departments were extremely accommodating and friendly. As usual, I left with exactly what I had gone for...well done, Dillards!

This is the only department store in Cheyenne selling mid level brands. Some of their clothes are overpriced and tend to lean towards an older demographic. They have a decent purse selection for coach, dooney and bourke and a few others. The makeup counters seem dated, especially now with Ulta and Sephora. Overall I hope it stays open in Cheyenne, as there are no other clothing stores that sell mid level brands here.

Must see Heather at LaCome. Or Estee Lauder, or Cayla at clinque or Dawn Marie in the Spa(men's side). They have fun events and the shoe department for the private bra fitting or the watches.. this girl is on s budget! They( Dillard's) keeps me in ready. All very nice! Thanks Dillard's
