Oh my goodness! What an amazing place! We just adopted 2 rescue puppies and needed EVERYTHING. It was a one stop shop for everything puppy! We ALL went in and got everything from food to toys to water fountains! The pups even picked out their own treats! 😂😂 Thank you all so much for taking the time (and being so patient)! We will be back for more goodies soon!

I won't shop anywhere else for my pups! Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly and really knows their stuff. Hours are great, if you can't make it quite in time, always call! They are normally more than willing to wait for you (within reason - for me it's normally no more than 5-10 minutes past closing) I believe they offer delivery as well! Nail trims are on a walk in basis and $10/dog. They offer self wash, and full service grooms! All in all I love this place! ❤️

This place was recommended to me by a colleague for dog self-wash. Not only did I like the self-wash, the store has a large variety of dog food and pet supplies. The setup was a little strange, since the larger the tub, the higher off the ground it is. My arms got quite tired reaching to dry my dog. Everything was clean and the equipment was in good condition.

We love this place! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! We rescued a big 78 lb pitbull named Major a while back. He is definitely a people person but not all people are okay with him. The staff at the Cheyenne Dog Food Company are so good with him when we bring him in to get his nails trimmed. They have a clean area to groom your dog...or they can do it for you. All pricing for nail trimming and baths are extremely reasonable. They also sell a great variety of high quality dog (and cat) food. I definitely recommend this place.

So impressed with the service. It took me 30 minutes to figure out what brand of dog food I was using while searching online in the store. The owner was very nice and patiently waited ad I looked it up. Although they weren't able to get me that brand, she ordered me a better product for my large breed pups. Unbeatable customer service! The machine was having trouble taking my Google pay, I ended up paying with my card. No biggie.

This company is amazing! When they didn’t have the type of dog food I needed they special ordered it and it arrived quickly. They always keep a bag in stock which makes it so easy to stop in. I needed to get a new dog tag made and the owner went above and beyond! She was able to fit in a specific tag just for me and I’ve never had any other business do this. They really know how to take care of their customers. With a fully stocked store of food, bones, toys, and any accessories a dog or cat could need this business is one I will not stop coming to.

They carry GOOD quality dog food and priced better on most than anywhere else! Trustworthy, always working, pen to let dog take a break with you if you need. The washing/grooming is soooooo helpful, you'll be pleased how they treat your dog. It feels so easy to know whatever dog food you pick, it isn't poor quality. Great place! My dog was groomed and later that day he injured himself, we called to see if anything happened while he was there and they were very pleasant and informative about his time there, we determined he injured himself sometime after his grooming. The next day, they called to see how he was doing with his injury and showed that they really care about their customers pets. We use almost all the services they offer and cannot say enough good things about them.

I love this place, it's always pretty quiet so I don't worry about taking my weirdo dogs in, they have a great selection from food to treats to toys and more, and their prices are good too. I especially love that they keep track of how many bags of food you buy, and you can eventually get one free (depending on brand). Also, their dog wash is just the best thing. I really love not having to destroy my bathroom to bathe 3 dogs! Tubs are at waist height for convenience, they always stock you up with shampoo/conditioner/towels, and they have a dryer. Also, everyone there is super helpful and friendly!

Wow, if you want your dogs healthy for future older years, you need to feed them wisely now- that's why Cheyenne dog food company is really awesome! Knowledgeable about my little dog's, and our big adopted dog's needs . The dog bath seems fun but I haven't used it yet. They make "overwhelming" so much less stressful. My dogs are looking good- very good and happier. I was concerned a bit about the cost but the vet we see in FC said they are actualy healthier and the weight issues for one is gone. Wow... I didn't know.

If it were possible to add a star to a business this place would definitely be receiving one from me. I believe in supporting local independent people who genuinely care for their customers. I had sent a cab service to pick up a bag of dog food that would have gotten us through our needs until there was enough available money in my account to purchase a larger amount. When Lee called me stating he'd be dropping off my purchase request in a couple of minutes. I met him on the street and to my surprise he had the large 3 month supply for my small dog of my requested brand FROMM. The manager, is also very knowledgeable and truly cares about your pet’s wellbeing! Of course, the self wash and bathing services are top notch! A variety of sensitive skin shampoo and conditioners are available, and they are super helpful throughout the whole process. I personally love their dryers, as they’re very quiet compared to others I’ve used, and is therefore less stressful to the pups. Cheyenne Dog Food Company is my go-to for over TWO years now! Truly the finest in pet nutrition and care.

This is the best place for my dog. Even after not seeing my dog for weeks they always call here by name we go in store. My dog has a very sensitive stomach and they helped me find the right food for her. My dog is now over 15 years old and still acts like a pup. The right food has a lot to do with that. Great wash and go. Last time I washed my dog in my shower I was finding hair for a month. Now I just go in give here a good bath and leave the cleanup to them. That is the way to go! Customer service and the welfare of your dog is at the top of their list.

I have been using Cheyenne Dog Food Company for a little over a year now. When I first rescued my dog (hes a great pyrenees) he had been abused, severely malnourished and was incredibly underweight. It was so hard to get him to eat or take any kind of supplements. I came into the store hoping to just find some other kind of dog food and I received amazing recommendations and tips that I firmly believe saved my dogs life. Even my vet noticed a huge turn around. The goat milk they sell mixed with a high calorie, healthy kibble is what finally did it! A year later and he is healthy and happy! I will never buy food or treats anywhere else. Thank you Cheyenne Dog Food Company! You are AWESOME!

Went above and beyond when I brought in my injured dog. The lady was so caring to my furbaby. I was unsure about how to wash her injury so basically I held her while Miss L took over. So grateful for this but even without dramatic circumstances this place really cares about the dogs.

After my dogs were boarded, they were in dire need of a good bath. We were just about to leave Cheyenne and decided to stop by here to give them a bath before our 16 hour drive back. We gave each dog a bath ourselves; we were provided with shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, brushes, de matting tools, towels, a blow dryer, you name it, they have it! After washing and drying both of our small dogs (which didnt take long in their huge tubs!!). I saw that they do dog nail dremeling so I had one of the ladies do that on my chihuahua. When we went up to the counter to pay, we decided to get some dog food for my chihuahua, who has skin allergy issues. The very sweet lady who also did the dremeling (forgot her name, sorry) suggested some good food and supplements. Last items to the purchase were some dog chew bones! We absolutely love this place and will DEFINITELY be back, as this will be my go to for all my pet needs. All in all, we spent $70 but I think the prices are super reasonable and the staff is amazing! We purchased: 2 dog baths 1 nail dremel Dog food Powder food supplement for allergies Lots of dog chew bones P.s. they give a military discount too! After the lady's recommendation on food and supplements. The results are amazing! I will be back.

Took our German shepherd here when he was changing his coats. We had tried to keep up with him at home but couldn't get his undercoat cleared out. The staff was super friendly and very good with him. Dropped him off and when I came back to pick him up he looked like a new dog. I will definitely bring him back if he needs it in the future. Great place to pick up the right food for your dog. The variety of healthy treats are my dog"sfavorite. Don't forget, they also have a grooming area that you can do your own or they can do it for you. My Coonhound did great when taking a bath and looked like a rock star afterwards.
