My vehicle is aging and I needed a new fob with programming. The unit was expensive; however, as a RN, I needed to have my vehicle functioning in a stable capacity. The first unit had a product defect that the store manager\Melanie initiated a thorough evaluation. She found a glitch, then 2, then 3 ... however, persevered until the unit was functioning optimally. Melanie was respectful, thorough and professional. She delivered a remarkable customer service performance. Thank you!

Melanie and Hayden saved my vacation! My older iPhone’s screen locked up after plugging it into the rental car and they fixed it in 15 minutes- even though the shop was busy. Courteous and professional staff- explained the risks of opening up my phone but everything is working great. I think they did a well job on my Galaxy S9, just a few hiccups, I understood i was going to have my battery tested and replaced along with my payment to get my screen fixed but come to find out no one tested my battery and all of a sudden they don't give batteries unless it comes with the screen? Still doesn't make sense why they wouldn't add that to my bill when I specifically asked for the ENTIRE phone to be fixed. Or atleast let me know that i wasn't going to receive a new battery but instead they lead me on having me thinking i am getting a new battery to keep my business Then they took 15 days just to get my black glass fixed because they ordered the wrong one the first time! They did good with the glass but they seriously lied to me, and failed to offer compensation for all their mistakes. Offered me a 10% discount for mistakes communication, no. That is lying! They lied to me flat out lied

Highly recommend! Thought I was going to need to buy a new phone after the screen was glitching after dropping it. I brought it in and in less than an hour it was fixed and working perfectly! They also applied a new screen protector for me and gave me a discount too! I think Tony was the employee that helped me. He was fast, efficient and friendly. For less than $120 and less than an hour of time I was saved from having to completely replace my phone!

Mason helped me and he is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They've also fixed my truck key a few times. It's wonderful going to a business and being treated by a friendly person these days. I had broke my phone the night before, and booked an appointment and got in the next day! Mason was great. He provided great costumer service! The price to fix my iPhone 11 was cheaper than the insurance my carrier offers. My phone was fixed in less than an hour. I’m very impressed and will be coming back for all my phone to fixes !

Went in towards the end of the day and the staff was so nice and got me in immediately for a phone battery replacement. I didnt catch the guys name who helped me but he went over everything and made me feel good about leaving my phone with them. It was so nice to not have to make an appointment and was affordable. Fast and reliable battery replacement for my IPhone 8. i thought I was going to need to replace my port charger as I've been having trouble with it charging lately. Technician was very honest and helpful in cleaning out the port and saving me from paying for a unnecessary repair. I will definitely be returning to replace another cell phone battery soon. I previously had my phone screen replaced quickly and affordably at this store and was pleased with the experience. When my phone screen cracked again, I didn't worry too much because I knew I could take it back to Batteries Plus and get it repaired quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I started by making an appointment online but when I arrived at the store they told me they couldn't get to my phone that evening so I would have to leave it overnight, which made me wonder why they had people make appointments. I declined to leave my phone and came back another day with an appointment and they quoted me an hour for the repair. It was done in time and the customer service was great. However, when I got home I discovered that my phone was having issues. Sometimes the screen would be covered in vertical multi-colored lines. I then realized that the new screen was considerably thicker than my previous screen, which made it difficult for my phone case to fit properly, thus making the screen more prone to cracking again. I brought my phone back to the store and spoke with an employee about the issue. He simply shrugged when I explained the issue with the lines, saying that unless he could see it he couldn't fix it because he didn't know what I was talking about (a quick Google search reveals this is a common issue so I highly doubt they've never had this happen before). His response to the the screen thickness issue was that there was nothing he could do because they don't control the parts they receive. I was really shocked at his lack of interest in helping me with anything. So now I am stuck with a defective phone screen and no recourse. I would consider taking your business to a store that actually stands behind their products and services. Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by the store manager Kurt who offered to resolve the problem. I brought my phone in and he fixed it within an hour. If I ever need a screen replaced again I will go back here and just ask for Kurt if there are any problems. It's nice to have a store that stands behind their products and services!

I called this morning 1/31, and spoke to Kyle about a charging port replacement, and he said they didn't have the parts yet, it being such a new phone. (Galaxy Note 10+ 5G). He said bring it by, and I'll see if it needs cleaning. Well, I brought it by, he cleaned it out, and didn't charge me. Talk about customer service! Thanks again. Will be back for anything regarding my phone repair, batteries or anything they do!

This place is normally good with chasing batteries on my car remote or watch. I went to have my battery changed on a large watch that I had and their wrench was not big enough. So they sent me to the jeweler in the mall. If this is a known problem, then a larger wrench for the bigger watches should be purchased.

Very good customer service. I could tell my associate was fairly new. But the manager came over to see everything was going well, and he than took time to tell me about maintenance and care of my batteries. I'm sure it was just as much for the new employee, as it was for me, but still a good way to train people.

We are driving cross country in my motorhome and our chassis batteries kept discharging and became dead as a doornail. We had bought these batteries a year ago at a batteries plus in St. Louis- we pulled into the Cheyenne one and the staff was truly wonderful. They pulled our warranty information and took excellent care of us. They didn’t have two of our current size in stock so we went a smidge smaller - they refunded the difference and even installed them for us. In a time when friendly faces are few and far between and customer service usually seems lost these people went above and beyond and got us back on the road. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent. I'm holding my score from a 10 only because I don't know if they will stand behind the product if something goes wrong. I've bought bulbs before from other stores that have failed in a couple of days and they would not stand behind the product. I hope if this one fails they will stand behind what they sell. Hopefully we never have to find out.

Went to get a phone screen replaced, the product used for the new phone screen had problems such as ghost typing on both screens used ( second one due to warranty because first was ghost typing ) as someone who's worked retail before and knowing the product sold isn't exactly related to the employees at all working at said store but what I will say is the team working here are very mannered and handled the situation extremely well and did all they could to make sure I was satisfied. The corporate/locally owned business needs to upgrade to better screen replacements specially for the price and as for the employees, good job really good customer service and helping me deal with my phone issues, would recommend this store to all due to customer service alone.

I needed 2 six volt deep cycle batteries for our RV. I saw that there was a Batteries Plus Bulbs near us and by ordering on line I’d save 1)% off the order. The Duracell batteries were well rated and I like saving money. I ordered then, the store opened at 8:00 and I was there at 8:01. The batter I ordered were behind the counter, the sales associate carried the new batteries out to my car, took the old batteries and after processing the refund on turning in the old batteries (did I mention I like saving money?) I was on my back to the RV by 8:10. Fast, easy, convenient = 5 stars

I went in to the store on a Saturday, just before memorial day. I asked them about replacing the battery on my s6 active. they told me they had to verify that they could get the battery, and would call me the first of the week. I informed them that I wanted 2 for s6 actives, as my wife's phone needed a battery as well. After waiting 2 weeks, I got a phone call saying they had my two batteries in. one for an s6 active and one for an s6 edge. I explained to them at this time that I had t s6 active phones and not an edge. they re ordered the second battery and said it should arrive on Saturday. I made an appointment to have my phone fixed that Saturday morning. when I arrived, they didn't not have the second battery, and had a hard time finding the first battery. I explained that I was nervous of them doing the repair, as several other places told me they wouldn't do this model phone because the screen has to be removed and it breaks easily. the told me they where professionals and not to worry. so I dropped of the phone, and less than an hour later I got the call. they had broken the screen and the phone no longer worked. they assured me that they would replace the screen at their expense, but they couldn't get a screen in until Monday. I had to leave town for 2 weeks for work and had to have a phone, so I went to my provider and bought a new phone. on Tuesday they called to say the phone was fixed. they only charged me the original price for the battery, and the phone works great. side note, the new phone I got did not function properly and since my provider has a 14 day return policy I was able to return the new one and just have the repaired phone. I realize this is a long review, it covers the good and the bad of the experience. I gave them 3 stars because they did take care of any issue, however they should have followed through in the beginning with follow up calls and ordered the right parts, as they where written down.

My screen was cracked there was a gentleman who got on the phone with his boss, between his boss saying yes and the gentleman who helped out they were able to perform miracles for my phone and helped more then I realized toward the end. Miracle customer service. No complaints all wonderful hands down

Batteries Plus was the one I want with due to the availability and the price was lower than any of the others. I have been dealing with Batteries+Bulbs in Cheyenne since they opened and I have never had a bad experience there. It was just Batteries Plus back then. I have bought several automotive and ATV type batteries there from my 450 dual-sport motorcycle to my 7.3 liter diesel Excursion. Cell phone/laptop/etc. I send family members and Co-workers there. I like the fact that they charge their batteries and keep them charged to make them last longer. Never have I had to charge a battery when I got it home.

We went in thinking it would take a week to get my teenager's broken phone screen repaired, but it took less than an hour!!!! Charles and Kody did an awesome job explaining the process to us, and they did a beautiful job replacing the screen...it looks just like a new phone. Batteries Plus is my "go to" for RV batteries. Their 6V Duracell RV batteries are long-lasting and cost a third less than the shotty Interstate and Trojan batteries produced these days. Batteries Plus were also a pleasure to deal with on my last job, for their numerous battery needs. Their sales rep. followed up often. Awesome service and prices!!

Five stars isn't high even. Give this store and their employees Noah and Cameron twenty plus stars. I had gone to the Verizon store (where I'd purchased an expensive phone) because the screen on the phone wouldn't allow me to open incoming phone calls. The Verizon representative (without looking at my phone) told me I needed to update and buy another phone because this phone was old and ready to die.(phone is two years old). A friend suggested I go to Batteries Plus Bulbs. In less than five minutes Noah and Cameron changed a setting which allows me to receive calls. Thank you, thank you!

My cell phone was failing the battery would not last more than four hours after a full charge. Taylor helped me with the issue of a bad battery. After he replaced the battery he helped with the removal of some applications I had no use for. He went far beyond the usual, marvelous simply marvelous.
