I would like to see if Kohl's had you know good deals on their sales items but there are so many sales items on a rack that you can't you can't even get them apart to look at them it's just too difficult and they're not in order they're just all messed up it's very difficult to shop the sales racks

I always get what I ordered, good quality, fast delivery usually less than 5 days. I get coupons and discounts frequently and love their sales. Recently I ordered 5 t shirts and a pair of shorts all for $51. I have been to the store and made purchases too. It was a nice experience also.

Prices are way to high. Good quality clothes , good variety, colors etc. Even the 70% off racks were to overpriced. Store was neat , organized everything seemly stocked . Friendly employees, parking is easy in & out. Just to high on their items.

Haven't been here in a while. The weekend before Thanksgiving so it was fairly busy. Prices on name brand stuff. We're pretty high even with discounts. Found some pants that fit me, if your average waist and height, you'll have to hunt hard to find the few selections that fit. The line to check out was long but very efficient and we went through quickly.

Ehh. You can find good deals and a lot of associates but good luck getting one to actually help you. Mostly they stand in groups talking. We were looking for a suit for my sons adoption day and the clerk was short and really wanted to get back to chatting to her co worker. She said they don't sell boys suits- even though I found one in the racks later. I chose not to buy it as it wasn't the right size and had no clue where to find any others in the store.

Sephora Review I came in yesterday Jan 24 to go to Sephora to retrieve my Birthday gift and look around. I was very pleased with the customer service and how helpful each employee was. I had a not so great experience with Ulta in the same day, so it just made me appreciate the experience I had in Sephora. Thumbs up for me and plan to return to Kohls\Sephora.

Staff was outstanding!!! Store itself, a little cluttered feeling, as if they tried to squeeze as many racks as they could in every section. Just makes it harder to shop and move around..makes me want to hurry up and leave, in my opinion. But staff was super friendly, every single one!

I love this store because of the customer service. The lady in jewelry, Lana, is helpful in any department, she knows which way to direct in other departments to find everything I need. She also knows her jewelry. I had quit wearing jewelry until Lana showed me exactly what all looked great on me. Customer service is everything and I didn't shop much at Kohl's until lately. Large store with plenty of options for your home and each member of your family. The store has sales nearly every weekend, but they are complicated to understand and when you get to the register you figure out that what you thought was on sale really wasn't. The store looks fairly messy most of the time and it's difficult to find certain sizes and styles due to the clutter and lack of organization.

Store, at least the men's department was a mess today. They did have some pretty good deals and I like the Kohls cash too. Choices for casual wear are mostly team or brand based. Not interested in all the Nike brand stuff but that's just my preference. So I felt choices were limited.

I love kohl's, and I appreciate that they are willing to stay open 24 hours for those to do their Christmas shopping. BUT their store on the average looks like a tornado hit it. It is always a mess! The children's section is virtually unshoppable because it's so crowded and they have a toy section right on top of it which makes it a nightmare for any normal parent who doesn't want to have to wade thru that with a toddler. The men's section is always a mess. I understand these areas being shopped over but for someone who spent 10 years in retail management, store straightening during slow times should be a priority! My staff was always straightening areas when they were not helping customers. People can't shop if they can't find things. This is a problem year round, not just holidays. Management needs to break down their sections and assign them someone to straighten as needed.

Love shopping here. Great namebrands at great pricing. The out of season section have phenomenon discounts. You can get jackets discounted from $170 to $32. Excellent way to build up your wardrobe. There are always extra discounts when you use you Kohls credit card.

Decent Kohl's cash and sale deals. Never shop mid+week without them. Store decently maintained. Better service than JC Penney in Barboursville but not full service. If you want a full service department store which acts like a stylist, hit Belk in either Beckley WV or Ashland KY.

Kohls is always a great place to shop for all 3 kiddos, they've got so many brand options for Boys Clothing, like Levi's and Lee's Husky Jeans, Chaps, Nike, Adidas , plus they've got all the Characters in Tee's or Long Sleeve, etc (We just wished they had Under Armor) We also shop online for WVU Apparel and they've got basically anything WVU you want for your home😍💙🏈💛🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙌🏻🙌🏻 They've got a lot more clothing options online and most of time I shop online cause I'm a online purchase junkie😳😂😂 We also like their Home Section also and for Christmas, we always go their to get our Disney Ornaments every year!!!
