stock was low on my last visit and one of the clerks was playing with toys and following me around trying to talk to me. But otherwise I love party city.

Love this store!!!! They always have cute stuff for parties and so much candy and balloons to choose from! They have really neat costumes, and options to pick and choose to create your own costumes.. I love the baby shower and 1st birthday section, it's so cute! And course they have other sections for different themes and events. My son really enjoys this place as well, they also have lots of cool toys for decent prices.

What else can one day about South Burlington's Party City but .... Sylivia. Sylivia, Sylivia, Sylivia! Remember her name because customer service is her game. What does anyone go to Party City for anymore except balloons, let's be honest. She took what could have been a stressful event and turned it on its head leaving me beyond excited for the purchase I made. It seemed like everyone turned 7 this year and she took the opportunity to make sure my balloon bouquet was perfect. We had to get creative, but in the end she was right to direct me in the direction we took. The final product was fantastic, but what made me the happiest was her eagerness to help in anyway, to problem solve and to continually provide customer service with a smile (even though it was hidden behind a mask). Happy to say with this resounding success I will be back for all my future party needs.

Normally I don't think going to party City in the one where I live in Florida I had to give a bad review. But this one in Vermont was truly amazing it was the biggest party City I've ever been in the service was great

Great for odds and ends and impromt purchases. Lots of fun to just check out party favors and costumes. Really a staple of the Pre-Covid life but great for utensils and anything a college kid could need for their dorm. If you can't find paper plates or cups at the store this is your best bet for plasticware and misc items.

Always enjoy going there and seeing what they have but it's always a mess walking through. There seems to always be overflow or non stocked merchandise throughout the store and a lot of bald spots on the walls. Some of their prices are good and affordable but others are ridiculously priced. Maybe PartyCity should really just be another online store. 🤷‍♂️

I love this store a lot. How ever I only gave it a 3 because when ever I go in there I feel eyes peering at me and ppl following me. I get they got a job to do but Damn! Makes me feel guilty even tho I was purchasing my products. They just made it so well known like I'm following you. Makes me not want to shop there. Like if I linger to long looking at a product, ill be taken down party city style. Lol. For real tho.

Clean. Laid out well. Staff are helpful. i was most impressed that they carried passover decorations. It is not common for any Jewish holidays to be included, and they actially had high quality options and the awareness is appreciated.

I bought a Halloween costume and the sizes are way small. So I returned it the cashier had no idea how to do a return or how to even run the register. Then when I bought the costume originally the cashier was rude and condescending. It's a big store with cool stuff. The workers up front are just a let down.

If you want any party supplies, and I mean Any, this is the store. Countless colors, themes, and accerories make any party idea possible. Hands down the best Halloween store in Vermont as well. The prices of pre-fabed costumes are kind of on the high side, but availability and selection more than outweigh the price. If you decide to make your own costume you can get away with a substantially smaller cost. I go here every Halloween and if my kid was younger and into themed parties I would absolutely go there for her party supplies.

Had fun, alot of room to walk around with hitting other customers as u shop. The changing tents in the middle if the isle was really weird and inappropriate. Felt like I was being watched the whole time I was walking around and I also felt the staff didn't know enough about certain characters that are most popular today that ppl wanted to dress up as. Moat didn't have any clue who I was talking about.

Almost too big of a selection! They seem to organize the store by color or theme, which can make it difficult to find specific things like streamers. You have to browse through several aisles if you're looking for a specific color, and then you can't compare prices very easily.

Went in looking for decor and supplies for our daughter's 10th birthday. The theme, "Paris". Sure enough they had the Paris Eiffel Tower piñata, themed plates, themed napkins, the Paris back drop for our selfie wall (the kids AND aldults enjoyed that), the silly costume accessories with Paris theme, and more! Our daughter remarked, it was the BEST birthday party EVER!!! Thank you Party City for making our special day a huge success, full of joy and fond memories for all who came!

I went to get a large balloon for a party. The price of every balloon included helium. I already had a tank of helium and didn't want to spend $15 on a balloon . Because the helium was included I assumed it was a chunk of that price because the gas is expensive. The layout of the store was confusing to me. .the store was organized by characters or themes rather then items
