Eh, less than impressive. It's exactly like the one in Plattsburgh, almost. The only difference is, in Burlington you cannot find a cashier. We walked around for literally ten minutes and stood at a couple registers and crickets. Employees walking by ignoring you. Not very good customer service. Probably won't go shop there again, will just shop the Plattsburgh store, they have amazing customer service there and the only time you have to wait to get cashed out is when there is a line.

Good selection of discounted women's bathing suits. Dressing rooms were VERY busy (back to school shopping time)and lots of unwanted items left behind in rooms that didn't lock.

Prices were ok, way too many missing ceiling tiles, water stained ones. Too many track lights strobing, needing replacement. Staff was friendly. Company needs to fix these problems.

I only shop for other people there. I use to shop for myself there but then they had changes in clothes styles and names. I had a couple of girls try to help me and I had 1girl roll her eyes because I couldn't wear it. Didn't like the style or size. Consequently I don't shop there anymore

Definitely has a pretty good selection overall on different clothes and whatnot. It was somewhat lacking in certain clothes I wanted but all in all a right on place to go to if you're looking to change up your style.

JCPenney has had a rocky few years and I'm sure the recent pandemic hasn't helped. As of late it's incredibly difficult to find an employee or an open cash register. Shelves/clothing was in disarray, though they've stuck to trying to keep prices reasonable.

We just happened to walk through this entrance to get into the university mall. We were on a mission to get to one of the jewelry stores to look at mens wedding bands. My fiance wandered over to the jewelry counter on his way by and saw some styles that he liked. Immediately Jean, a jewelry associate asked if she could help us. She found his correct size, and she explained to us the difference with a comfort fit, and a standard fit. They had the ring he wanted in his correct size, in stock! He also asked about options for myself to match his band, and she gave me tons of different options, and I fell in love with one of the bridal sets that seemed to be way out of our price range. Since they were running sales on jewelry and the additional 35% off if you use your JCP card, I was pleasantly surprised with the price. We both left with our wedding rings, and one more thing checked off our to-do list! Thank you so much!

Prices for what appears to be the exact same product are higher than other retailers. They are too dependant on sales and mystery coupons to even the 'playing field'. Problem is a comparison shopper doesn't look at that allt he time. That all said the space is well maintained, and staff are VERY helpful and friendly.

The store just like the mall it is inside of seems to be on the sad side of things. Fairly lackluster. They only share anything inside was Sephora, which was pretty lackluster as well however their staff was extremely nice.

The store as a whole was not very clean (changing rooms were really bad). Sale prices not coming up correctly. Once that was remedies, the prices for back to school were very reasonable, but would have been overcharged about $20 on a $150 bill if I hadn't been paying attention.

Emily L in the salon is awesome! Normally I go to places and they ask what size clipper to use on my son's hair etc, I have no idea otherwise I would cut his hair myself! I show Emily a picture and she cuts it exactly like we want. Definitely the best there!

I have been to JCPenney's 3 times since Thanksgiving Night and Tobin has been the most Excellent helper to me while shopping there in oh so many ways. He is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I now look forward to seeing him when I go back.

I mostly go to Sephora when I go here for my girlfriend quick tip for all the guys and even the girls can use this. I URGE YOU SIGN UP for the emails because if you spend more than $25 (which for the record two items you're guaranteed to spend more than $25 haha) you will get a gift bag of goodies that will get you more brownie points with your woman or even for girls you'll feel like your dollar expanded more

HEY they still have one, they really do have some great deals sometimes. Always check the red clearance section its pretty magical. They do have appliances at this location also which is kinda nice.
