This is a well run store with knowledgeable and kind staff. We visited the store just after the grand opening and the line was long but fast moving. They had pre rolled joints, glass smoking apparatus, edibles including de-stress, sleep aid, etc. I would HIGHly recommend this store to anyone in the burlington area. The prices were actually more modest than we anticipated and we believe we got good value out of what we paid for.

Very well organized, professional, helpful and friendly staff. I really like how its ran and the product is very nice. I definitely recommend this dispensary to everyone. The flower is nothing short of incredible! And the location is perfect so I give it a 10 out of 10!!

I've been working with Ceres for years and I already know I will not go elsewhere for support. The main reason is quality, which is always excellent. And that rating is a reflection of their knowledge and expertise. Another reason is how pleasant and friendly staff is (which matters a lot to me). My only beef with them is the frequent changes in methods and rules. However, none of those have been detrimental - just annoying. Otherwise, Ceres is the best outlet and I will remain their client.

First experience in a dispensary. Guy that took my order was young and polite. They are fast and friendly and even when I forgot my ID they weren't rude to me. I came back with my ID and they seemed happy that I was able to come back. Super chill environment. Seemless.

I’ve been to Ceres Collaborative twice and have enjoyed both experiences. The pre-ordering online makes ordering and picking up super simple. The atmosphere inside is so relaxing and staff are super friendly. I recently purchased a vaporizer and am absolutely in love with it.

This staff is terrific: always friendly, efficient, welcoming and helpful. The products are good, too, although I hope to see more options for edibles in lower indica doses as the market expands. Overall, my experiences with Ceres Dispensary have been nothing but positive during the last four years.

Always excellent service. I wouldn't mind olive oil, brownies, and more healthful options such as infused flaxseed? Love the cheese nibs! Perhaps lighter colored tincture bottles so one can see how much is left.

Amazing customer service! Everyone is so willing to help. The plan for getting customers in and out is efficient. Areas for improvement, advertise the fee for using debit cards. The other day, I learned this. It’s not noted on any website or literature about Ceres. The customer should not absorb, 3.00 + when there are other Ceres owned facilities, in the area. I’m not business savvy, but surely there’s a way to offset. There are grants and other incentives that could lower this fee, Finally, not everyone is knowledgeable. I had one rep who was reading from the package. She couldn’t answer questions about CBD, However, this seems to have been a one off. It would be great to get special pricing based on income and/ or medical need. I’m sure I’m not the only person to forgo paying for my medical card, due to income limitations . Cancer survivors often experience long term ongoing symptoms from chemotherapy and surgery, Otherwise, great place. Considering Vt. Is expensive, the prices were a pleasant surprise!

Customer service was totally there however, the inventory is not quite there yet, I was a bit disappointed, both flowers that I wanted I couldn't order cuz the person before me was greedy and bought it all out. I think there should be limits on certain amounts 1 customer can buy, when inventory is low. It pays to order it on line before evening going, but then this way, you do not catch the store experience and the customer service.

I absolutely LOVE Ceres in Burlington, the store is so well run and the people are all so educated and always a smile on there faces... I cannot say enough about the staff, they make the experience so good because they want the customer to be satisfied and they put the attention into doing it.... The time they spend with each person is amazing, they take time out and don't rush you out of the store... Love, Love, Love, Ceres!!!!!!

I was super psyched to give my business to Ceres for my first dispo-experience. I was a little let down when all I got was "picking up an order, or shopping in store?" I tried to ask how the cashier was doing, and even make a joke about getting caught in the rain. All I got for hospitality was 'your total is xxx " I'm definitely going back. I liked what I bought, but the cashier should try not not act like a robot in the future.

Not bad for the second day of legal sales and I’m sure it will only improve. Prices for flower are a little high but I would figure that would regulate over time as more stores come online. Got a live resin cart and an eighth of some sativa nugs, all high quality!

Went Ceres today to get my dog some CBD for his anxiety and sore hips. Also, wanted to get me some for my painful back and hip. The store is very nice. Very comfortable when you walk in. Both employees said hi and asked if I needed any help. Gene was very helpful in answering my questions. What I liked the most was the fact he never pushed a product on me. Told me if I had any question after my purchase to just call. Very enjoyable experience.

My son was admitted to UVM for pneumothorax. They had him on Morphine, Tylenol 3, Percocet. None of it reached his pain. It would drop down to a 2 but jump back up to 7 or 8 after an hour. I walked into this store not sure what I needed. The gentleman explained everything to me and I bought the 20mg gummies. Within a half hour after taking a couple of the gummies, his pain level was down to zero. His labored breathing was gone. He finally got some sleep after being up for over 2 days because of pain and discomfort. The doctors wanted to up his dose if morphine. Thank you Ceres!

Fine enough selection and prices are fair at the time of this review. They charge a "banking surcharge" with every purchase-when they only accept cash. No bank was involved when I handed the cashier physical money. I can't be bothered to empathize with a business' overhead costs when I'm entitled to none of their profit.
