Went to Saks and had a great conversation with Maggie, who took me on a tour of the fragrances and gave me some samples at the end. The store was very nice and Maggie was a 10/10 sales lady.

I recently purchased and had Charlotte Tisbury make applied at Saks 5th Copley Square. Sejia Terzi was the make up artist and sales rep who assisted me. Sejia Terzi is an asset to Saks and Charotte Tisbury. She expertly applied make up and picked out all the skincare, make up and brushes i would need. She did not try to over sell me and had excellent customer service. I must say Charlotte Tisbury is an excellent line. I had no knowledge of the products until Sejia showed me how awesome the line is. Thank you Sejia!

Had an awesome experience at Prada in the store. Both Connor and Ronnie were super helpful with buying the bag I ended up leaving with. I spoke with Connor about ordering the bag to the store and he was lovely to communicate with. And Ronnie had so much patience when I was having issues with my debit card. Overall a super pleasant experience.

Beautiful clothes, shoes, sunglasses, perfume, etc complete with unimaginable prices. It's great aid for daydreaming that far away date where you're finally rich and famous and can finally afford Saks fifth avenue. The place is pretty huge and there are two floors. All sorts of designers even ones I never heard of. It's never really crowded or anything when I go there. There's staff around if you ever have questions. Not sure if they have children's sizes.

Stopped in so my wife could return a dress, and the place had loads of dogs being walked - I guess it is dog friendly, and that is not a plus for me. Anyway, she stopped in shoes, found a great salesman and bought a pair of over the top ones. Treated her like a queen, which she loved. Validated parking. It was being in a Department Store again and it was fabulous!

My favorite place on earth to shop. What I love the most about this location is on the other side of the plaza/mall there's the Saks 5th Ave mens department store. Everything high fashion for men under one roof! You name it, it's there. Gucci shoes, Dior, Rhude, Rag & Bone, McQueen, Louboutin, Balenciaga, R-13, Purple Brand etc.. & the list is endless!! My only complaint is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I LOVE THIS PLACE! The service is 2nd to none. Upstairs is an entire floor for suits & older men's fashion. If you've never been here, you're missing out big time. I really would love to see Saks start offering Diesel Brand Jeans. Other than that they have EVERYTHING!

This review is specifically for Larry in fragrances who is an absolute love. I specifically buy from him whenever I need anything. He has quite a following for his great/attentive service - he can help with products throughout cosmetics too. Even when I'm in a different area of the department, I'll say I'm Larry's customer and his colleagues always share how much they enjoy working with him. The service in the rest of the store is hit or miss, I would say 3 stars. I've had some great and not so great experiences within the various handbag vendors. The service in shoes is pretty good. The store has great selection and product, if they could improve the consistency of experience, that would go a long way. In the meantime, I'm grateful for Larry!

Cornelia, the manager of the Alterations Department is not only a master seamstress, but also a thoughtful and lovely person. My daughter-law’s wedding jumpsuit not only fits her beautifully, but she also feels comfortable and confident. Cornelia’s attention to detail, professionalism, and good humor were much appreciated for the three fitting appointments. The “ icing on the cake” so to speak, was the face mask that Cornelia crafted from the hem of the jumpsuit! Just beautiful! Thank you Cornelia for making our experience at Saks in Boston just perfect during these challenging times. Highly recommend to everyone!

This review is for the new men's store in the former Barneys Copley Place Mall. On a visit the end of July I walked away less than impressed.....more of an "eh" response. Saks in virtually the same footprint as Barneys....basically a "plug & play" situation. Indifferent associates that had little to do as there were few shoppers. Product offerings were uninspiring... expected better. That being said the men's shoe department is the sole (😏) strong department in the store and is worth the walk from the main store in Prudential Mall.

Saks is a very high-end store with lots of designers and brand names clothing, shoes, handbags, perfume, jewelry and makeup. This store was recently renovated and it is very beautiful with marble floors, white background, very clean and sharp-looking. They have several floors for any shopper who enjoy a day of shopping. They also have personal shoppers and tailors for those who do not like crowds. Saks is located in the Back Bay with underground parking, and many places to eat or get a drink when you're tired of shopping!

I wandered by the Chanel counter and was curious about the line up of vintage Chanel perfumes. A tremendous man named Steve Johnson took me on a journey of the senses. I had never experienced such amazing customer engagement. My son joined me and also found a perfect vintage scent after Steve brought out an outstanding collection to fit his unique fondness. Steve is a valuable individual to the Saks Fifth Avenue store on Boylston.

I love me some Saks Fifth Avenue. However, this Saks isn't like Beverly Hills. The options are a bit more limited (at least for men), but they make up with amazing customer service that's attentive and knowledgeable. They do get crowded, but the associates do their best for serious and interested clientele.

was going to go in here to use bathroom. i didn't feel comfortable though and i am a google local tour guide reviewer. i did not dare go into this store because maybe the guard would have given me a hard time. they seem to have the usual brands. not really different from most other saks fifth avenue stores.

Saks 5th Avenue is a great place for clothes. The employees are really patient and work with you to make sure you get the fit and style that looks best, Jared was really helpful and kind I don't frequent this shop because of the price, but it fits the bill if you need something nice for a special occasion or a really great gift.

If you have felt unwelcome at this Saks, or discouraged by the reviews, I urge you to seek out Porche on the 2nd floor at the desk near the Montcler boutique. She has a down to earth warmth and kindness that will make you feel less alien here, I promise! Na, who does alternations, is wonderful as well.
