So many comics, manga, toys, collectibles, Funko pops and much much more. If you're a fan of the latest anime or DC, Marvel or collectible actions figures, you will have a good time in here. Lots of super cool things in here. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're a comic fan or love anything in that industry. Employees were also very nice and welcoming and helpful. They know their stuff!

This store has it all. Absolute sensory overload. But in such a great way. Guaranteed to find something you will fall in love with. Comics, collectibles, records , clothing and funkos.

Love this place. I go read comics in their aisles every time I'm in the city. No one ever bothers me even if I'm there for a couple hours. Really nice place, has oddly liminal space vibes for somewhere with such personality. I always walk out after finishing a Manga/comic book feeling disjointed/disconnected from the world. In a good way though.

Very awesome place with so much cool stuff. They concentrated more in merchandising than comic books, but I think that's just a product of what's popular. There were a few sales going on at the time, so I did a bit of splurging while I was there. All in all, worth a look for something different if you're already at Quincy Marketplace, or maybe even worth the trip by itself.

Great Store for everything comics. Wau, I was just passing by and saw this 'Comics' Store so decided to enter there but this store it's much more than just comics, you can find music, merchandise related to TV Shows, clothes and even books, not necessarily related to comics. At the end we decided to get some Funko Pop figurines which are amazing and so many to choose from. Also they have really good promotions so if you have the change check it out.

See my other Newbury Comics review - only this location at Quincy Market is even bigger and better! The layout is better and there's lots of sales and clearance items. Again, a lot of quirky gifts and graphic tees that you can find at a lot of counterculture, teen-targeted stores, but also some treasures, huge selection of manga, and a nice selection of vinyl and tangible musical recordings (lord, I sound so old, even to myself). Newbury Street location will always be my nostalgia, but this location rocks pretty hard.

This is one of the biggest comic book places that I have visited. They had a great selection of shirts, vinyl records and of course comic books. They had quite a lot of shirts on clearance so I stocked up and bought 6 different shirts. They had quite a lot of musical artist and band shirts as well as many pop cultural themed shirts. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a 15% discount on top of the already discounted shirts. I would definitely recommend this comic shop to anyone looking for comics, vinyl records or t-shirts.

Very nice store, lots of selection. Odd that they don't have comics upon entering, but the store is pretty extensive so you'll find them eventually. Also a good CD collection, I got Headhunters and Straight Outta Compton for 10 each.

Amazing shop! My new favorite comic place in the Boston area. It is definitely bigger on the inside. Tons of pop culture items and a variety of comics and art books. Their Manga section is HUGE! I remember when I was a kid and I could barely find any graphic novels, comics and other memorabilia; this place basically has it all!

I wish I had one of these in Phoenix. We have multiple stopped that cover the spectrum of what the have but it's cool to have it all in one store. Comics, manga, books, clothes, music, every room I entered surprised with the other things they sell. I wish I had discovered it when I had more time. I'd really love to come here with my daughters, they'd love it. It's like a comic book store, music store and Hot Topic all combined.

Wonderful atmosphere and the staff is super helpful. There is a little bit of everything for fans of new things, old shows, comics, joke material, and apparel. Wish they had more comics rather than volumes but this may be catering to infrequent visitors rather than a dedicated following.

This was a good size Newbury Comics, and I enjoyed walking around looking at all the toys and records and books. You can find a lot of things from a lot of different fandoms, so it's a great place to buy gifts as well as music.

It's a fun place to go too. Most things are overpriced and the vast majority of the staff act as though they can't be bothered by the average customer. But in fairness, that's what almost all Newbury Comics store's are like. It's a fun place to walk around and kill some time in nonetheless...

Great selection, fair prices, layout is a bit wonky, as things are sorted by genres and fandoms, but also sorted by type of product so finding specific items can be a bit of a chore. Also, the clearance section is a gold mine of great stuff at super cheap prices

Great helpful staff and a great selection of merchandise. Great for finding novelty items or gifts, especially those related to pop culture and fandoms. The merchandise is pretty nicely organized as well. It's a nice location right in Faneuil Hall near a bunch of other shops.

I used to go here when I was a kid and he was edgy and had great music and posters. Although it still has many things it has become very commercialized. It has lost that edge it used to have. I still would recommend visiting when in Boston. I will again for sure!

every time I go to Boston I have to visit this place. I've never purchased anything here it's just incredible to look through. It's not their fault but it is very claustrophobic which is the only reason it's not five stars. I know it's the location but it still is a factor. You can find fan items from the most obscure fandoms here. it's great to look through everything and find random Little gems. I have found a lot of things I've seen they're slightly cheaper on Amazon or online, but that's in store shopping tends to work these days. Instant gratification is often worth it if you have the money. Unfortunately I do not but I still make it a point to go every time I'm there.

Love this location! This Newbury Comics is located in Faneuil Hall. Huge, very clean store. Two floors and so much to choose from. They have everything music, collectibles, clothing, movies, accessories, books, and comics of course. The staff is really knowledgable and helpful, and they're always happy to take some of my old dvds off my hands. Highly recommend 👍

A refreshingly deep dive into both pop and counter culture in the middle of downtown. An oasis in a desert of box stores. Always packed with excited people but never lacking in friendly clerks. Great variety, cool exclusives, but they can and will sell out of stuff on release day so time your visit accordingly.

This place is like my home away from home. It's basically a store for anyone, but mostly a geek's heaven. Newbury Comics has everything from cds, to Pop Vynl Figures, to merch and comics. It's just the best. The store is also two stories and you can happily get lost in the abundance of items and products.

This place is huge. Has lots of stuff from Polaroid 600 cameras to golden girls t-shirts. I didn't see much stuff from Stranger Things though which was rather disappointing. Lots of other interesting things though. They have Dvds of old tv shows, cds and vinyl albums.

If Hot Topic, Spencer's, and a comic book store had a love child, it would most certainly be Newbury Comics. I'll tell you one thing, it puts all of Philly's comic book stores to shame. Not only do they carry a vast selection of comics, but they also carry everything from pins, patches, and stickers to CD's, DVDs, books, adult toys, t-shirts, even stuffed toys that have nothing to do with comics. Now if only Boston weren't a 6 hour drive away so I could shop there more often!

I was looking for a Valentine's Day present for my boyfriend and the staff was so helpful and it was raining out a very miserable day. When I went there it was like heaven sent. The staff even offered me a discount. WICKED was the code. All the staff needs a nice raise on their paycheck!!!!

Great selection of kpop cds and merch!! I was shook when I went in the store and saw so many kpop cds and they have almost every kpop groups. The cashier is very friendly and gave me a free poster! Will come back again and wish they will open stores in Vegas:)

I like tips Newbury during the day because it's quiet. They seem to have a different selection of records than other Newbury Comics stores, probably because it's a tourist area. The staff is helpful and plentiful, and bonus, is close to the better food at Faneuil Hall.

OMG what a fun place we like the new location because it has two floors it's more spacious the album section is to cry 4 with plenty of old classics and a few newbies in there. Plenty of novelty items and let's just say vintage brand new originals as well as the fact that the people who visit Newbury's are as varied as the items that they offer in store. Suggestion a day wild and wacky candy area and have more sales or online coupons or Groupons.

I have yet to go to a crappy Newbury Comics but this one in particular has a really helpful staff. The movie section is huge, especially of used movies, for super cheap prices. I spent a ton of money in the joke gifts section. Even if you don't buy, you will get a good laugh.

I did see book books,but no comics. Busy area. Quincy market. Typical prices, staff didn't seem too knowledgeable. Meh.

Ohhhhh Newbury Comics..how you've changed. This was my go-to spot for DVDs, CDs, & Vinyl when I used to live here back in the day..and now those sections are almost nonexistent in the store. Well..their Vinyl section has actually grown, which is cool, but I mainly bought DVDs and CDs here. I'm not going to give them a bad review because of this tho..they had to change with the times to survive..they upped their Comic Book, Clothing, and other specialty merchandise game. It was honestly just so nice to see them still alive on Newbury street when so many other places have disappeared from there (RIP Tower Records/Virgin Megastore/Best Buy, JP Licks, Charlie's Saloon, TGI Friday's). I really wanted to buy a DVD or CD from here for old times sake..but with their limited selection I came up short. I ended up getting a couple of T-Shirts instead just to support the store. I really wanted one with their logo on it but the few that they had had very limited sizes. We were directed to the website..which is cool and all but just not the same as an in store purchase..you know?

Certainly not the best Newbury Comics store I've been to. Took them 10 minutes to help me get what I needed. When someone did come to me and I asked for a "8.5 women size" pair of shoes for a gift, she arrogantly said "then pick up the one you want and give it to me." Then returned with a size 8.5 men's shoes (too bad I did not notice her error until the next day only), and when at the cashier he offered me a gift receipt, which I said yes to...and he forgot to print it. Really not a good service this time around!

I didn't look around or buy anything. I just went in to see if they had a restroom because my toddler had to go and they did not. I know that it was a large store because I had to run all through it to get to the nearest restroom and it felt like it took forever.
