I don't know if all Bed Bath & Beyond stores are the same, but I was just blown away by the selection and the quality of the merchandise. Their selection of kitchen utensils was especially extensive with a super complete line of oxo products. Prices were exceptionally good on items that I had seen in other places costing much more.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Shiela!! I feel very grateful for my 2 visits even though I didn’t get what I expected because of the manufacture restrictions on the promotions. The store is usually in stock with many best selling products, totally worth visiting for sure!

I have not been here since covid shut down the entire world. They have everything you can think of for your home from kitchen to bedroom to bathroom basically every room in your home there's a department for you. This location was big very clean and I would definitely recommend it and definitely will be going back in the future for things I need for my home.

Employees always extremely polite and helpful with smiles. Just moved and'I've been in this store four times in the last week and a half. Every time they cheerfully answer your questions, take you to the location of the item your looking for and go out of their way to check on inventory if the item is not on a shelf. They are either very happy employees or have amazing trainers. Either way, The customer benefits. A + . Great staff. Great store!!!

Went in, got exactly what I wanted in no time... got distracted by other shiney things... but otherwise would have been in and out in no time as I had planned. So many kitchen gadgets, but not enough room in my kitchen for them all. This store was very well stocked, organized and clean. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. They're doing it right at this location!

Love this store. Staff is nice and helpful. Love the cushioned kitchen mat I bought from them a couple years ago. Still going strong. This store has almost every thing you need for the kitchen and baking. They didn't carry a dough whisk but I would of been surprised if they had.

Exactly as you expect and that's a good thing. Too many times stores change their layout or carry of goods. Here the consistency is actually quite helpful as are the staff. All household needs are here and they honor even expired coupons!

There’s really nothing great about this place. They have most of what you want, at an above average price. Parking is a dumpster fire. I HATE the tvs playing ads they have set up around the store... makes me want to walk straight out. Usually go there only when I have one of those 20% off coupons they mail out periodically.

Well organized store, friendly staff. Visited on a Saturday afternoon but wasn't too crowded. Parking near the store can be challenging but the lot is long and turnover with psrking spots is frequent enough

Great experience! Kerry was super helpful when buying a slow cooker! I had no idea what I was doing or what to look for. Kerry came right up to me and talked me through the purchase. It was a Saturday in Somerville. It was packed. Still, Kerry made the time for me. My family was really happy with the results of the meal I cooked! Thank you.

The great thing about BB&B is that they're all pretty standard. This one is on par with others I've been to, but is definitely better stocked than the one in Kenmore Square and has a more box-store-like feel (City BB&B's are tight!). This is a great alternative to a city shop if you're looking for a larger selection.

Recently I went to this place in search for a water bottle that met the safety guidelines for plastic and found that camelbak is good although I had some help from an associate that went over the top looking for only sales and on top of the sales this associate in particular gave us a coupon on top of the sale. Overall she was attentive, helpful and patient. The associate ID is sd0282. Manager, if you see this, please show the associate this review as we are beyond grateful with her customer service.

Great store lots of options, but be sure to price check as some items are overpriced. But if you find the same item at lower price elsewhere, the store will price match :) Good to get to this store early also, as parking lot fills up quick!

Very typical BB&B, clean, organized, and staffed well. Only downside is the staff tends to be on the unfriendly side. Which I usually don't mind because the customers that roll through there are brutal sometimes and sore my attitude. I don't even have to be the one to handle that anger, so I can understand why the staff can be a little on edge.

This BB & Beyond sits inside a plaza with other stores that I like, such as Trader Joe's. It also shares the same parking lot with other every popular factory stores, such as Nike, Adidas, etc. Therefore, it can be very tricky to find a parking space. I have never been able to find a parking spot that close enough that I am willing to buy something large or heavy from the store. I am giving it a 4 instead 5 stars because of the parking lot situation. Also, this store has less selections of merchandise than the one in Burlington.

Lots of home needs very little pet supplies but have wonderful sweaters and jackets for unbelievable prices for dogs you will find lots of gadgets. Worth the visit

Wow. Two days before Christmas and the usual mayhem that it entails in retail. No one sane would fault any retail employee for losing their will to work or their holiday spirit. Not in this Somerville, MA store. Literally every employee was smiling, greeting customers as they walked by, complimenting their selections and just being helpful. The words "my pleasure" and "I would be happy to" were heard throughout the store. Kudos to the management staff for some superb customer service training and high fives for every retail employee that still manages to make someone's day despite having one of the most difficult jobs at this time of year. You are doing something right!

Beyond only steam room!) Before the season of going to sauna or steam room I become well prepared. This time I have to visit this store again to equiped well my sauna\steam survival kit. They help to stay dry after shower for years!
