Store super busy! It's 3 days before Christmas so expected it. Pretty much stayed in Girls clothing and dressing room area...because that was our focus this trip. The Girls jeans and sweaters were a mess but expected due to many shopping. Disappointed as there were no sales in this department. Dressing room was pretty clean. The Clearance area outside of dressing room not so much. Store may have been short staffed. The staff that we did interact with SUPER NICE, BEAUTIFUL SMILES!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU again to Cathy & her team at the customer service desk. You were all so busy and still seemed cool, calm, and collected. Cathy is a beautiful human inside and out and I can't express how grateful I am that she took the time out to help me out with my weird situation and getting things squared away. Everyone though was incredible and so nice, and even though it was crazy busy when I went in there, it was clear that everyone was working together to keep things moving smoothly. I don't like to be a pain and even though my return was kind of a weird situation and took a minute during a time when there didn't seem to be any spare minutes, I was never made to feel like a burden. The team here is great and I hope they feel appreciated because they definitely are!

From the easy ordering online to the park and pick-up was awesome!!!!! It was such bad traffic and the worst time to fight the crowd in the store, so I was DREADING having to go pick up these last minute gifts. So as soon as I realized I would be able to park and have an employee bring it out to me....... I had a complete positive mood change. The service was exceptional. It was also so easy to do with the app. As soon as I downloaded the app and parked it basically did the work for me. I'm going to Christmas shop like this every year. It definitely made my holidays merry and happy and took all the annoying problems out of the equation. Plus to top it off the employee who brought it out was quick, personal and yet still was very professional. He definitely made it error free. I shopped and bought online at Target, ordered and requested a drive-up pickup, so I never had to leave my car. I used their online "I'm here" link, and about a minute later my order was delivered and placed in my car, that was great! This is my second time using online shopping with Target and the drive-up service, both times were better than expected. Even better, I got a $30 coupon for shopping, and saved that instantly on my purchase. Loved this experience.

I used to work at Macy’s and I would DREAD the holiday season. You don’t know how hard it is to keep a store clear and keep morale up. I went to Target to day expecting to be in long lines and looking through a mess of clothes and not be able to ask anyone for help because they would all be so busy. Y’all it was the exact opposite! The store was clean, the staff was fast, friendly and helpful. I’m so impressed. I will be back!

Cathy the cashier at North Milwaukee Street's Target here in Boise is AWESOME and quite the positive worker that carries a wonderfully-contagious level of authentic sprightliness/love of her job. Always clean. Always got great things for a great price. Addicted to Target. Never have to interact with anyone; I'm hella socially awkward, they seem to see that and give me my space. I called before I went there to buy a Nintendo game. The employees were very nice, polite, and most of all helpful. When I got there I experienced more of the same. The store was nice and clean and everyone was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

So in all of my years of shopping, I can't remember having a more cheery and friendly cashier as I did when I last went to Target in Boise, Idaho. Cathy was so sweet and she had the coolest finger nails. It was apparent that she liked her job very much. The return was fast and easy, but the best part about it was meeting her. When I was checking out at the register after my return, I could hear her greeting the next customer in the same, "happy to help you" fashion. I had to take a moment and give Ku dos where they are due. So often people are quick to complain, but Cathy deserves some credit on how professional and how kind she was to me and the other guests that day I visited the Boise Target.

Not the best Target. In early summer there was barely anything on the shelves but once August came and students came back to school, the shelves were stocked and there was much more variety. Boise really needs a Super Target. This store is always busy and not big enough for the people.

Friendly cashiers. Clean store. It's one of the only left in the area and despite it being packed and the parking a nightmare (towards the midday/evening) the store is never trashed, always stocked, and has damn near evening I need....and sometimes what I don't but I get anyway.. lol.

I apologize if the names wrong but beside that. i truly got the service I needed. this woman was very knowledgeable and had service with a smile, you could definitely tell even though she was wearing a mask. assuming she has a beautiful smile. her radiant positive energy and personable personality help me make a better decisions today, with new products offered by Target exclusively. I will refer friends and family to specifically go to this Boise location. this may have convinced me to buy more form Target and products from Target aswell. I always love going to Target, I don't however love multiple empty shelves in the make-up dept., i.e. I was looking for one specific shade of lipstick and the shade must have been a popular one because it was out. Looked for an alternate item and the entire display was empty. Store is always clean and employees are always very pleasant so I will always return. :)

Terrific customer care from your phone department, in particular the young man who got my Consumer Cellular phone set up. Lost my Samsung last month, had to purchase a replacement that was not up to par but would get me through until I could find what would be a satisfactory phone. Bought an unlocked iPhone 8 through Decluttr, and once it arrived I brought it in along with the one I had purchased. Returned the one, got the new one up and running, plus a case and screen cover. All was handled smoothly, courteously and I am 150% pleased with the entire transaction. The employee was knowledgeable, kind, caring and efficient. An asset to this store!

Though I no longer live in this area, this particular Target store in Boise has always gone above and beyond I providing exemplary customer service. From the service desk to the cashier's, to the electronics department and store manager, I have received the warmest, and most thorough customer service of any retail store in Boise. The location wasn't close to me, but I shopped there a couple times a month. Awesome store!

Customer service was excellent. My phone charger had loose connection not properly charging. Panic set in cause did not know if it was the phone or charging cable. Employee cleaned the connector and checked the connection. It only needed cleaned and was charging properly. Thank you so much.

I shop here often and enjoy the discount that comes with the RedCard; it basically takes care of sales tax. There are only two downsides to this particular location: it doesn't have a pharmacy or much of a grocery section, and ever since the remodel it's smelled very strongly of caramel popcorn, which--having now smelled it dozens of times upon entrance--now makes me nauseated.

"Middle class" convenience store. Selection comparable to Walmart with slightly higher prices but more attentive, helpful employees. Fewer crowds also. Target had expanded into groceries to provide a convenient, one-stop shopping experience.

It's a great place, right next to my work (Ada County) so it's very convenient. Only thing that frustrates me, online it says this location has Tiger Balm...it has a place and tag for it on the shelf but not once has it been in stock. Just want Tiger Balm please.

534th person to review Target near the Boise Towne Square Mall in Boise, Idaho on Milwaukee. A-OK. This is the oldest of the three Target stores in our area. This Target is out of stuff a lot, especially if it's on sale. I've quickly learned that if you're going to Target because you NEED something then this location should probably be your last option. This store carries fewer items than other stores (my perception, not sure if it's factual). This location is also the dirtiest of the three local Targets. Not just in terms of gross bathrooms (a usual), but the floors just aren't shiny and the store just doesn't have that Target ambiance that Target is known as. Perhaps a small remodel is necessary-- and better inventory, especially with their sales pieces. I personally prefer the Target in Nampa-- it's clean, well stocked, keeps a larger inventory. I, however, frequent the location on Eagle and Chinden. It's near the Hewlett Packard campus and on my way home. In sum, Target is a great store and don't get me wrong, so is this one, it's just not up to par because it predates the new stores and the inventory is oftentime an issue.

It's a Target, if you've seen one you've seen them all. The customer service is good and they have a large selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories for the whole family at reasonable prices for the most part. Located near the Boise Town Square Mall and REI, you can get pretty much anything you might need in the immediate area.

I have no probs with Target, I don't shop there all the time, but, I like using my Red debit card to get the 5% off. Anyways, the only thing im going to say is that they really need to revamp this store. We have all these super nice Targets around, like the one on Chinden/Eagle or the one in Nampa, and then.......theres this one. This is like the red-headed stepchild Target in the Treasure Valley. This store is BEAT the ....UP. You walk in and can instantaneously tell this store has been trampled for way too long with no attempt to keep things up. The floors are cracked, the lighting sucks balls, kinda stinky, looks very outdated, all their computers make a loud humming noise, the carpet is stingy looking....For how much traffic this Target gets, Corporate needs to break a little bread on this store before it falls into shambles.

This store is just ok it is not the best. The reasons why it is not the best is that the store prices are different from the online website. They are sometimes out of stuff. The workers are not pleasant about getting stuff for you or helping in general. Wish the store was laid out differently. Other than that the store is still just ok.

This is a pretty big sizes Target parking stole can be hard to find as well as pulling back out turning left on Milwaukee this Target carrys a large variety of items but I have found the run out of stock pretty fast after the sunday circles
