I've been in this store once, all I got was dirty stares from employees 😂 I guess "ugly" people aren't allowed 😂, not sure where they actually source "things" from? Yes, Hmm, I'm just guessing lol Oh well. A little strange indeed set up, yes that's for sure 😂 I guess it's mostly an upper "class" chain. My girlfriend and I decided to do some somewhat last minute back-to-school shopping for our girl and we were able to find some decent deals on girls shirts, underwear, socks and some under armour shorts. The highlight was DEFINITELY IRMA (our checkout store associate) who was incredibly helpful and kind and even scanned in a coupon for us that we didn't have giving us more savings! IRMA needs a large bonus, paid vacation or a promotion or all three!

Great prices and lots of cool clothes and household stuff. They gave me a $5 gift card for returning there a package for Amazon. They pack up the item and ship it back. The $5 was enough for some Godiva cuz yeah... they have Godiva chocolate.

Pretty clean and organized. Everything is neatly where it should be. And the displays are nice. Love the Amazon return booth its very convenient! I would suggest putting up a sign indicating where it is though with an arrow.

I went shopping at the Kohl's at the Mall, after receiving an email coupon, I hadn't been there for awhile. I was dissapointed, there was very little inventory and what inventory was there was for teenagers and young adults. There was nothing really for mature adult women, lots of jeggings and skinny jeans, almost no shoe inventory. I could always count on Kohl's to find nice blouses, skirts, pants, to come up with a nice outfit. Very disappointed, thank goodness for Dillard's, they still have clothes for the mature shopper.

Kohl's is ok. They have a good selection of clothes and minor home products and decor. Although it seems that through the pandemic their stock has dwindled - especially in children's clothing. it's hard to find more than 5 employees in the entire store. Prices are pretty decent. Not a bad place to shop. Place is usually very clean and they are adiment about disinfecting their checkout each time after a customer which is appreciated.

I was planning on going to a neighboring store but they didn't open for another hour! (11 AM) This Khols is the largest in the area and therefore has the best selection. Could have been tidier but overall a good shopping experience

I usually like Kohl's, but the one in the mall had so many of the entrances and exits blocked off that I couldn't even figure out how to get in. From the signs it looked like it required a good deal more walking than I wanted to do with my crippled up feet so I abandoned it and didn't even go today. I'm sure it's to monitor number of shoppers in the store, but I still didn't care enough to walk all the way around. There's nothing in there that's that special.

Really like Kohl's because it is a total department store and the prices are great especially if you watch the ads and special discounts. This is the only retail store that I have a credit card with because you get additional discounts with it. Love the Kohl's dollars for additional discounts. The only thing negative is the men's department has changed to more young men and name brand focus over the last year and away from their own brand.

Just okay like all their stores. What service? Didn't see anyone working the floor. Just a couple of guys at one checkout station. The customer service guy did help check out and pay for my merchandise. Prices seem a little high overall, but sale items were good bargains.

There are definitely good deals to be had there, but you definitely have to be careful, because their prices are all over the board, from the super cheap to the absurdly expensive, and the quality of some of the products is not what you'd expect for the price. That being said though, there are great deals on awesome products and overall it's a good store!

Fine as far as a chain. Went for. Girls. Clothes, good prices, Terrible selection. Almost nothing in size 7.one of the sizes I Needed. Had to give up, went to Fred Meyer and had great success with back to School clothes shopping. Who knew?

I want to like Kohl's but more and more it feels like Ross & Sears had a baby that is Khols. Last weekend I walked around with three items that had no prices on them and no prices listed on the digital "sale" monitor in front of them.. I walked around looking for a price scanner machine with no luck. I finally just set the items down and left the store because I sure as hell wasn't going to stand in their notoriously long line with one cashier just to find the prices. Also, it feels like they mark everything high so that when they offer 50%off it feels like a deal.

I had an Amazon article to return and used Kohl’s return location. It was incredibly easy. I would highly recommend this location to complete your Amazon returns. While you are there you can take advantage of the rest of the connected mall to shop for something else.

We met excellent staff at the entry door who knew where everything we we looking for was located. We used our Kohl's cash and coupon for discounts. They gave us back the 20% back as we have 3 more days to use it.

They dont have as much inventory as a normal Khols. Its nice and clean but the boys section does not have a dressing room. you have to bring merchandise through the elevator or use the restroom to try on clothing. Customer service has been rude on multiple occasions and takes forever.

If your on a budget, here is the place to go. I frequent this place regularly and check out their clearance racks. Sign up for their Card and receive extra savings. So far every time I have shopped here, I have walked out with 3 shirts and jeans for under 50 bucks. That is not easy to do now days. Their store is set up nicely and they have plenty of fitting rooms with no one saying you can only have 2 items at a time. So go out and try on the whole store, make a day of it, why not.

You can get some reasonable priced items here. They have wonderful styles available in clothes which is a relief, seems harder and harder to find! It's also no too busy during the day which is a plus for me. I hated crowded stores.

I like Kohl's but I prefer the Meridian and Nampa locations because they have much better customer service. The employees at the Boise location try to shoo you out the door as soon as they begin to announce closing. They rush you out of the dressing rooms and have a completely annoyed attitude when they ring up your sale if it's anywhere near closing time or God forbid, a few minutes after. They are very rude.

Dont bring your babies here. Had to carry my 30 lb. Son all the way through the store becuase apparently the people of Kohls dont think I should have the convenience of a shopping cart that is built to hold a child. Instead they offer you a clothes hamper on wheels to do your shopping with. I believe only rich white women who can afford babysitters and/or nannies shop here. That can be the only explanation..
