Don't like the new store look. No longer has the items I need. Bought $18.00 a piece towels. Washed before using and they had already started to unravel. Taking them back today. Not enough colors in items. Very bland. No longer my place to shop. Looks neater though.

I went to this store for a new pillow. To be honest I found that it was over priced and I couldn't afford a pillow from this store. But me and my wife found a killer deal of some sheets. A 50 dollar set for 12 bucks. So if u want a deal go here and look and maybe could find one but as far as anything else I feel their prices are too high. But if u had the money to afford what they have the quality is very good.

Just okay. They have a Map of the store to help find the various departments are, but it was still confusing finding the department I wanted. They have remove all but one checkout stations requiring you to check out and scan your merchandise. (BOO!) I used a card-only station. I don't know if they have stations that take cash.

They carry one of my favor nail polishes. Never knew they carried mail polish and Essie is great. Long lasting. They just were having this beautiful display reset with some beautiful new colors . The prices were really good. Most other places get $1-3 more a bottle. If your anything like me one color just isn't enough and theres so many amazing colors it's hard. So 1-3 dollars adds up. But stop by your local Bed Bath and Beyond and ask about the new Essie line and colors. They didnt have all the new colors as of yet. They asked that if it wasn't The stores are having Essie on one of their end displays. Probably close to where the hair product would be. Ask 1st. Dont take my word for it. If they haven't recieved more ask that they order it for your next visit.

I found some very nice bath towels at a great price I had to settle for the light blue & white no turquoise & white available, I had a very nice young lady check me out she deserves 5 gold stars and I was able to use my 20% off coupons!! I have only been to this BB&B in the Boise area and it is pretty good. Normally it has more “stuff” but today I would say that it was about 20% barren. I don’t know if this is a supply chain issue or if they were simply doing some early spring time cleaning and wanted to get areas cleaned up before putting out fresh stock, but it seemed, as I said, barren. As clean and organized as the store generally is, I think that it is a bit understaffed. I say this because today is the only time that I was greeted, asked if I needed any help, and when I left, was acknowledged by the cashiers. I want to believe that it was a simple staffing issue and not that the people are just not particularly interested in being polite and helpful to customers. One of these days I will check out the SE Boise store, but for now this is my normal store.

Very little inventory on soft side and in the hair care aisles. Parking the carts in front of the exit so you have to side step to get out. Not happy with the way things have gone.

I found 3 super good mark downs! 1 set dark blue blackout panels, 1 set of light sage blackout panels. A beautiful shower curtain set, with liner and hooks ( light sage also) all $44.00 plus some change. Store clean, well organized, and cashier's and clerk very helpful and courteous. Almost a 5+

Seemed like some options were very limited. Do not go here for a laundry hamper! Only 2 full time options, one was basically a laundry basket. Only 1 other option. No single shelves for tall kitchen cupboards. Lots of options for spice storage, so odd. Homes have much more than just spice storage!

I love BBB. They have great quality and a wide variety of kitchen products, towels, sheets, blankets... even pet products! The stores are always clean & stacked with merchandise. The prices are a bit high (still, it's no William Sonoma), but you can always find coupons online to bring the cost down. DON'T shop here w/o a coupon!

Tons of products, you can find practically anything you need. But they mark things down in the aisles and then it doesn't ring up right. I had to put 5 things back because they didn't ring up how they were supposed to - all medicine (yes I double checked the tags). The guy at the register was incredibly unhelpful and just said "hmm" over and over again like that was going to fix anything.

Bed Bath & Beyond. This is an interesting place. From Kitchen, to bathroom, bedroom and decor - they have a good selection of many different home products. It's always fun to shop here - although...I don't find myself usually buying alot because alot of products are overpriced. They send you the 20% off coupons in the mail which is nice but alot do times you can find the exact same products much cheaper at Target or Walmart. Where they do excel is in the kitchen and dining sector. They do have many kitchen and dining products, especially dining wear (dishes, glassware & silverware) you absolutely can't find anywhere else. The staff are usually marginally friendly. Overall an all right place, but I think they have some work to do if they really want to survive as a company. Just my opinion.

Not a lot of staff so be prepared to search on your own. But overall it's a good place to shop for bed bath and kitchen supplies. Update: went there again and the manager was awesome he answered my questions and gave me a ton of great information on a subject that I was super confused about from other vendors. This place deserves 5 stars for sure now apparently finding someone fixes every problem they had.

Expensive unless its on sale then its a good deal usually. But wow some things at normal price can be found so much cheaper elsewhere but their sales sometimes either can't be beat or can't be matched. They do percents off or sometimes instore cash on their sales. But other than that its a interesting store on what they carry. I do shop here occasionally and I will be back.

I needed an LED desk lamp and went to two office supply stores with no luck. I randomly decided to check out Bed Bath & Beyond, and as soon as I walked in I asked a gentleman if they had them. He took me right to them. The selection wasn't that great, but it was a lot better than the other stores I went to, the employee was helpful and the cashier was nice! I'm super glad I decided on a whim to go in.

Selection can be a bit overwhelming at BB&B sometimes, it can also be a bit of a let down at other times. My impression is they seem to aim for the lowest common denominator when it comes to in-store selections. So why such a high rating? Their staff is friendly, the price are right(after coupons), I was helped to find EXACTLY what I wanted from their online catalog with added free shipping. I wish they'd carry a "better" selection in-store but better is perspective.

Okay, this isn't just an everything home related store, but this particular location has a pharmacy like beauty section with EVERY POSSIBLE THING YOU COULD EVER WANT, plus a whole lot more. It was extremely overwhelming, but if you ever wanted an incredible variety of things to choose from, this is the place to be. Not only is there every type of shampoo, drug store makeup, medicines and band aides, but there are all the GADGETS. Who knew I needed a lighted mirror, an electronic hair remover, and a facial steamer? Not me. Do I own them now? You bet. Truly, any sort of kitchen or bath gadget you ever wanted will be at this store. Just be prepared to be a little overwhelmed with the floor-to-ceiling presentation of products and very narrow aisles. Also, getting coupons is kind of a nightmare, unless you somehow sign up to get the in the mail? Otherwise you have to sign up for a membership of like $39 for online, bonus coupons. I personally don't buy enough gadgets and home goods to make it worth it, but if you plan on buying something big, or want to make the store your one-stop-shop for all things drugstore related, then I'd say it's worth it.

The only complaint I have is that there wasn't anyone around to help in the departments when I had questions about products. When I finally found someone, they acted like I was bothering them. Otherwise the store is clean, lots of products and easy access from main Street and to and from parking.

Love this store although I spend way to much money there. Went to get a gift for a wedding present and they bring it to you so you don't have to go look for it and then they will ship it to the bride and groom. Then they give you a card to put on the gift table to let them know what they are getting. Really neat idea.

A little bit of everything Its a store that has neat and different products. Crowded aisles yet store is kept clean, not enough room for shopping cart and two way traffic and can be pricey, but with all that said its still worth buying from here for those got to have/unique items or gifts. Only one complaint from me (maybe it was just an off day for everyone) not one of the female employees asked if i needed any help. They walked by me several times and i could even hear their conversation as they were stocking aisles near me, but they never asked if i needed help and i did. The two guys working in the kitchen area asked if i needed help and one i think was named Jonathan? I cant remember the other. Sorry. They were nice enough to help me out. Although i had to walk from bath to kitchen (one end of store to the other) to get help from them. I come here a lot and buy gifts for everyone and this is one of just a handful of times when this kind of thing happens. Ill still shop here but not for things i know i can get anywhere especially if no one is willing to help. Its a little frustrating.

Very upset They Closed the Nampa Store! (Was 4 Miles from Home) Now, I have to go 20 Miles to "shop" for Items I'd prefer to See before I buy. BED, BATH & BEYOND, by closing Nampa, makes Amazon an Alternative at B,B&B's expense!

These guys are alright. I come here every year around Christmas and around birthdays. It is a great place to sample Kitchen gadgets and small appliances, as well as plates, pots, pans, etc. They are a little expensive, and not all the brands they carry are that great, but they have a higher selection of kitchen and bath products than anyone I know of. Good place to start for a first time home buyer.

My friend Jon M saw that I checked in here and asked if I found the beyond... and no, I haven't. I stopped in here because I was awaiting my better half to meet me at Baja Fresh for lunch. Since it was over 100 degrees outside, I didn't want to wait in my car and I didn't want to go into the food joint and wait around. I looked behind me and there was the BB&B and thought, you know, Lori from Shark Tank sells lots of things in this store so LETS GO... I was in the store for about 20 minutes and never got out of the first area. I was stuck in the "bed" part of the store. There was lots of interesting things in here. A lot of creative ideas. The staff was friendly asking me twice if I had any questions or needed any assistance. Once I got the call that my honey had arrived, I left the store empty handed; however, I do plan on going to to store again soon and checking out the bath and looking for the beyond!
