Kristen in the grooming department is amazing! Not only does she genuinely care about our babies but she's and excellent groomer and doesn't hesitate to eliminate and mishaps that may occur. She gave my Lennox his first haircut and I love it!!

When I arrived this morning there was a technical issues with the registers, so they weren't able to formally open. The employee who opened the door to tell me this, still graciously allowed me to take my pup to the grooming salon to get his nails done. I had called yesterday and they told me I could bring him in today. The employee who was super sweet (I wish I got her name) said they would call me to pay once the system was back up. I took my pup back to the grooming salon and realized I wouldn't be able to get cash from the register to tip either, so I asked if I could run to an ATM quick. The groomer who was going to grind his nails was super nice too, and told me she would 'watch' him for me after she did his nails until I got back. Ran to the ATM and once I arrived back, the system had started working. Yay! I went to the back to get my pup and the groomer had brushed him out also since she was waiting for me. I reallyyyyy appreciated this. I had given him a bath two days prior and he is shedding terribly. She didn't have to do this, so it was super nice she did! My pup and I were actually able to shop then since system was up. Petsmart sells this particular stuffed/soft dog toy brand that my pup (a German Shepherd) isn't able to destroy (see pics). Double bonus, there were some on clearance!! At the checkout it was the same employee from earlier. She again was super sweet and my pup actually ate treats that she offered him (he never does this). With the system being down initially, etc. I could have been turned away at the door (I didn't have an appt for his nails and the store was technically 'closed'). Both the employee (she has blonde hair) and the groomer that did his nails AND brushed him out deserve to be recognized for how they handled which was probably a pretty stressful morning for them. Outstanding customer service!!

I’ve been going to this Petsmart faithfully for the past 10 years. I’ve even adopted two of my dogs there! All of my dogs also go here for grooming. The staff here is always friendly and happy to help, and I’ve been seeing the same familiar faces for years. Turnover seems to be relatively low here, and I’d like to think it’s because the employees are being treated well too. I’m moving out of state next week and I’m going to miss this Petsmart location dearly! Marlowe says thanks for all the good times

This is my favorite Pet Smart. They always have the half cans of dog food we like to buy. All the sales associates are so helpful and friendly. I’ve been interested in buying a snake, and Paress that works there was so informative and helpful to prepare me as to what I’d need to care for a snake. Great customer service all around!

The same as any other Pet smart really. The staff was friendly and excited to see our dogs. One member stopped to pet and play with them while we talked with another about teeth cleaning options. We primarily use this store and it has always been clean and welcoming.

I went to the fish department and the gentleman working was very helpful. He did a water test for me and then helped me to get the fish that I wanted. Also helped me pick out the water conditioner that I needed.

Employees are friendly and helpful. As of this date, 04/19/21, they still don't have any tropical fish to sell. I was told 3 weeks ago they are in the process of cleaning and redecorating all of their tanks. Today the tanks look as though they are ready to accept fish. I believe there fish orders come in every Tuesday. If so there may be a bunch of fish swimming around in those tanks tomorrow. Who knows maybe they'll have a bunch of specials.

The staff is always friendly. I love that most every time I visit this location I don't have to search for a team member if I need help. The staff is also surprisingly educated about numerous kinds of animals and very informative about most products in the store and online. My only real complaint is that MOST products are significantly LESS at Wal-Mart or on chewy.com. Therefore, I almost always check online before I complete any purchase at any PetSmart store.

It's for sure one stop shopping for your pet. I was impressed with the quality of dog food they carry. The sales are good and the staff very helpful. However, some things are way overpriced. Unless you're buying in bulk, some things you may be better off getting elsewhere. Staff is very knowledgeable

My roommate got a Black Goldfish from here. We named him Jack the Flipper. He is still alive so thats pretty good. All of the workers looked miserable but I probably would too if I worked at Petsmart.

This place is first class! We just moved here from Louisiana, and I brought my dog here for a grooming. The staff is incredible, and I felt like they were family. They are all so nice and helpful. They made me & my pup feel so incredibly comfortable. Jon did my dog's grooming and he did an impeccable job. I will definitely keep my business here. I am extremely impressed with this Petsmart...something I have never experienced anywhere else!

I went there and a lady named Jackie helped me pick out the best winter white hamster ever. This place has such sweet animals and amazing staff. The store is always clean and I have never seen a dead fish in any of the tanks. My experience here was great and I will be back!

I spoke to a nice lady, assuming she was in management one way or the other, she was very knowledgeable and patience with me as we talked through what the right pet for my 8 year old was. Customer service, it is on it's death bed in America today, glad to see someone besides Chick-fil-A still believes in it. Well done PetSmart. You now have a loyal customer.

I love how happy and healthy the pets are. And I love how helpful the staff is if I ever have questions about an animal or a behavior I can almost always get an answer. They have a great selection of pet items and accessories with knowledgeable workers who can help you find exactly what you need, whether it's for an old cat or a young dog.

I was greeted at the door and the staff were helpful and friendly. I came for some aquarium fish but the store did not have very much in stock and what little they did have was dead. Went to petco, they had what I was looking for in stock. Still a pleasant trip. I dont blame petsmart for the lack of stocked fish.

Alana did a wonderful job on my puppy! My puppy’s toenails were perfectly trimmed, her coat was super glossy and she smelled SO good! But most importantly, when I picked up my puppy, she was so happy and waggy. Alana made her all-important first groom a wonderful and happy experience for her. And that’s why I’ll definitely be back.

The employees are friendly and they have a wide variety of items. I can't give 5 stars because they sell hamster cages and Betta bowls that are too small for those animals. Also they don't carry much of a variety of substrate material or small igloos.
