I had to drop off a ups pack to be sent & also while I was there I git the crazy idea of doing something fun & silly to this girls car that I liked so I needed a marker to write on windows but has to be easily removed. Those folks were able to get me the right material and that made my flirting project a success & also I didn't get in trouble for my little prank/window invitation to go out on a date. Thank you Michael's for having what I needed.

Went in 10 minutes before closing and the 1st section on the right side is so empty 😔 I told myself they must be getting it ready for new stuff that i dont need! Oh...and if anyone is planning a wedding, they have a bunch of wedding stuff on sale! 50% or more! No, its not the ugly left over stuff either. Im going back tomorrow so I will take a few pics! All i got today was a pack of assorted sandpaper for my hanging jewlery box/picture frame. I repainted it white over black, so when i sand it down a little, the black with show thru in some places.

I was on an errand for something completely unrelated to arts & crafts when I got the bright idea to try and find a marker so that I could write on my girlfriends car window a little love note and so I went in and explained what I needed. In no time they had me at the chalk markers and o was in and out of there very pleased with the service the did me. Nice employees and tons of neat stuff to find and make.

Oh how I love crafty s*** . excuse the profanity y'all but I honestly recommend micheals over hobby lobby any day ! 1st off the stafff at micheals is always so welcoming and 2 they have more of a specific choice for the costomer . for example if I wanted only 1 specific gel pen n cant afford the whole pack micheals gots just what you need !! Also for anyone out there looking for feedback gemstones micheals is where I go . I just still cant seem to find them at hobby lobby or when i do they are always sold out

Most of there prices are fair and the staff where helpful the only downside for me personally was some stuff was a little hard to find but the staff helped point me in the right direction.

Nice craft store to look through and shop. I have also tried the "shop online and pick up in store" option at this location. The staff had my order ready at the time they said they would. I had a great experience with this, whereas I have tried it at other stores and have had nothing but problems. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for craft supplies.

Has about everything you need for arts and crafts. It can feel clustered a little bit, but that's because they try to jam as much as they can into the store. I usually perfer this place over other crafts stores because I know it's not as expensive and has a wider range of products.

I love the Michael's chain and have visited many all over the country. The Billings location is in need of some TLC. You can find all of the great deals Michael's has to offer but the lighting is dim, location is somewhat dirty and the staff are not always friendly.

Your usual Michaels but the staff here were amazing. When I tried my member info and it didn't come up I explained it was probably because I was from Canada. They were so quick to wish me a happy Canada Day instead of Fourth it warmed my heart and felt like home!
