Kohl's is a great place to shop. Has a large variety of merchandise and excellent sales deals if you keep track of them. Store is maintained well, very clean and employees are helpful. It is a relaxing atmosphere that lets you take your time at look for your items at your pace. Also no pressure if you don't find what you are looking for. There are self help kiosks to check if a particular item is available online, should you have your heart set on a particular color or variation of an item.

Good place to chase brand name merchandise at reduced price. I always like to check on the clearance sections marked with red tags. Way more choice for women clothes. If you have time it's definitely worth sifting through priced to clear items.

Even though Kohl's is one of my favorite stores, I just started to notice that the people who work there, don't even ask customer's if they need help with anything. I'm not saying that they NEVER do, I just don't see the curtious interaction that I grew up with. One thing that bothers me is when I go into a store and no-one greets you or even acknowledges your presence. Even if someone is busy and can't say a simple "hello", you can still be acknowledged with eye contact & a little nod. Feeling ignored by staff is not a great feeling. It doesn't make me want to spend my hard earned money in a store that doesn't respect its customers. The only time anyone ever speaks to me is when I'm looking at the jewelry. It's like their way of saying "We are watching you I'm case you were thinking about stealing something." Like...come on. Really? Go get that old lady carrying 10 shirts a dressing room please...

Love kohl's, gotta get them sales and stack your coupons and kohl's cash. Sometimes it's frustrating finding my size but it ships fast if it's in another store. Great store, quiet store, friendly staff

My friend and I were at Kohl's the other day and we saw some pillows with those flippy gem things and so we drew smily faces on them we saw a lady walk into the restroom kinda just ignoring us then when she came out she said those look super cute! Then we watched her buy one and we saw many more maybe 3 other people buy them we just kept making smily faces on them and it keeps repeating...

Our cashier was amazing. We were traveling and were having problems with my card and bank being a weekend they weren't open. Kassy had amazing customer service and helped us out for two separate days and was the most patient and kind worker out of all the cashier. She went above and beyond for amazing service!

I'm not a big shopper in general and I don't come here that often but I've actually never had a negative experience in this store. Great selection, great deals/sales/clearance, good customer service. They don't hover or ignore you. They are present (on the floor and noticable) and available which is more than a lot of places these days. You don't have 10 people asking you if you need help every 2 minutes but if you have a question there's always somebody Within each department.

It was quite an inconvenience to have the dressing room closed. I live several miles away and now I need to return an item and have to make that trek back. Come on open up the dressing room. You would have much more control in keeping your items cleaner and not out of stock until a person can return them. Who knows someone might go to a gas station restroom to try the item on. How disgusting is that!

This place is like every other Kohl's but I would have to say it is more staffed than other ones, so it gets a little bit more credit. They always have quite a bit of stuff on clearance which is really good. If you're looking for a specific shirt this should be the place you need to go.

Ya'll need at least twice the employees you have. I can only ever find cashier's when I need help. With that said, they are helpful to get an employee to me and every employee I have come into contact with so far has been very helpful. None the less, I can never find someone when I need them.

Kohls had the best of the best women's sweaters this season. The sales were amazing. The choices of men's dress shirts and also flannel is truly the best in the city. Also, the men's knitted sweaters were the best. Kohls cash is so fun to get in an extra shopping spree. Parking lot is huge with a couple entry options.

This is a large retail destination I hit up pretty regularly. It's fine, I should emphasize that and the staff are extemely polite and obliging. Whenever I need new work or social clothes I call at the Kohls. However, when clothes are not in sale here it can be quite expensive and extended shopping trips here waiting for people to try on lots of clothing can be a bit soul draining. Some sort of seating for when people are waiting for others to try on clothes wouldn't go amiss.

One of the managers even came in and couldn't give me the discount that I can replicate if I place the order online. Kohls actually has some pretty cute women's clothes and really cute juniors stuff. Their sports wear selection is pretty awesome too. They do have a decent amount of plus size clothing to which is nice, but some of it isn't very cute at all. Garbage bag attire. Their tech section is virtually non-existent, not sure why they even have it... and their household and shoe departments are nice too, but often out of order. If you have a Kohls card you get some amazing deals, if not it's better to stick to the ads because regular price is outrageous (they want you to get a card). However they do offer Kohls cash often (look into this if you don't know what it is, it's actually really awesome).
