Love that JoAnns is dog friendly! I love to craft and my dog Freya is welcome here as my ever present companion. They have great sales and a good selection for most things I find myself needing (or wanting). Everyone is always so friendly and helpful here. I go here for most all my creative needs!

What isn't there to like about this store! I love the variety of craft materials. There is a little bit of every thing you need to make any item. There is decor for the holidays and fabric to make blankets. Paint for a project and knitting selections. Glue and foam sheets galore and every shade of yarn. If you need it to make a project they likely have it.

One of the best places to get all your fabrics and other goods. I like to go here because they have sales on decorative items usually at the start of the season and they have a wide range of scented candles and oils to choose from. The customer service could use a little brushing up, as there is hardly any workers on the floor and only one checkout person avaliable. It might just be the stores policy but when I'm searching for something I would like to be able to find an actual worker to help me.

I took this store for granted. They now have a bee manager and that has made a huge difference. I drive in from Gillette, even though we have one here. Billings seems to always have everything I need. I am just so thrilled. I know my drive will be worth it.

Alot of sewing equipment availability. Does have a decent amount of other art supplies such as paint, beads, scrapbook stuff. Has fun home decor and a variety of baking equipment. Staff is a mixed bag. Sometimes they are friendly and helpful but most times they seem on edge.

This place is always a joy. The staff are so sweet and calm. The store has a nice variety, I wish they had a hair more paper products but I can make do with Michaels or Hoblob. Love that they are open late for last minute craft needs. A favorite.

Heavy material,to light material. Things I never knew I wanted or needed. Only reason I drive to the west end anymore is to go to Joanns.
