I don't usually leave a ton of reviews, but I think this one is warranted. A couple of days ago I was completely out of my Clinique moisturizer and I only like to use that particular brand. After having a terrible accident awhile back, I was in immense pain, but still needed to go. Ariel also was introducing me to a new product and had been wanting to try. This young lady that helped me could see just how bad I was struggling to look at the new product and give me all of her attention because of my situation. I would like to let the powers that be know, that you have one amazing employee who recognized what I was going through and still did such a terrific job of helping me out. Thank you Ariel W. for helping me out when I was having a difficult time even being there. You are very good at your job, and that is saying a lot when customer service is becoming a thing of the past. She even slid a chair over to where I was so I could get off of my feet. Thank you so much for being so very kind.

Went in to buy a pair of shoes that were advertised on line. They had them in stock but not in the color I wanted. The sales clerk helped me find a shoe in a different brand that I actually like better and they were the same price. She was very patient with me. Then I went to another department and bought 2 blouses. That sales clerk was also very nice.

Mo, in the women’s shoe department is by far the best shoe salesperson I’ve ever encountered. It was Saturday, the place was crazy busy, and he was handling 3/4 of the customers by himself and still making them feel taken care of. I asked for sizes in a couple of pairs I found. He brought not only those, but immediately had a sense for my style and brought three additional pairs for me to see — including one that ended up being my absolute favorite! I hadn’t gone to Dillard’s in awhile because I never go to the mall — but I will be back!

Lisa helped me out today, she seemed to have a solution and suggestion for everything I threw at her. Before I asked her how long she had been working at Dillards, I was expecting a answer of a few years. She responded with a month. I was shocked, she already knows where everything in that store is. We swung into Dillards to look for some new fashion boots. As soon as we walked in the doors we were very impressed with the cleanliness, well lit and well merchandised store. During this COVID time there are so many stores that look terrible and say it's all due to no staff. Dillards didn't look over staffed yet still very impressive. Cudos to the management and staff for caring how their store represents the brand. Product selection was very good and the racks were not over stuffed. So many stores of today put way to much product on the racks making hard to shop as well as maintain. The entire store looked as EVERYONE carried. Job very well done!! Tom

I like the dress shirts. Black for me as I am a cook. 5 stars because I can never remember my size. The sec I walk in.... The Taylor is on it. Remembers my size. Who I am. Great with my son. Couldn't ask for better. Well I could but I don't think there is better. Great job Dillard's.

I'm leaving a Five star for the men's side great people as soon as we walked in we got asked if we needed help we looked then was asked another time if we needed help the gentleman found exactly what we came for and helped us blend some color to the outfit. The female's side was Horrible staff the female workers never smiled when my wife was ready to check out we stood there as the lady walked by us three times stocking shelves and then had asked if we were ready to check out. I think the men should go over and train the females.

After getting hit in the face with the brick wall that is the nasty cloud of cologne stink at the fragrance counter, it is a nice store. It's very clean and well laid out. We were asked by a few employees if we needed help with anything.

I hardly see anyone inside and most of the time people just go to JC Penney. The prices are kind of high compared but you can find some good quality stuff here. If you want quality over quantity and have the funds to splurge, than give it a shot. The staff is friendly though so I suppose that's a redeeming factor.

Had great assistance in choosing the merchandise, great value for the money! Only thing I didn't like is this store is split and it was quite a walk through the mall to get to the departments I needed. It would have been shorter to go outside, but the weather was wet and windy.

THE place to buy men's clothing, and other essentials for the home. Dillard's has the HIGHEST quality of men's clothing that one can buy in Billings. And, the prices are very reasonable, especially when they have their fantastic sales. I really enjoy Dillard's men's store. It goes without saying that my favorite place to buy men's wear is Dillard's, and my closet is full of items from them.

So I wanna start off by saying that Ariel Wootton is one of the most amazing workers behind those counters !!!! I went in not knowing a thing about the proper steps for face care routine or applying make up ….. Ariel came right up after asking for help about my face (oily , dry , neutral etc. ) step by step , next you thing you know , she has all a line of facial stuff and helped me apply it , then I asked for help with make up …. I have never worn foundation , let alone contoured my face … I’m more of a basic blush eye little shadow , mascara … but I want to so badly learn how to do my make up , I’ve gone to other make stores around Billings and no one has sat and explained what product or why, rather seemed as if they just wanted money to apply make and move on to the next costumer … but this girl , she showed me how to step by step & explained …told me if I didn’t like how it looked we could take it all off and start over … but I in fact LOVED my make up , how I looked , how my face felt . She absolutely boosted my confidence through the roof …. Not saying I’m gonna be any make up artist now , but I feel comfortable enough to sit in the mirror and try . & if I need help she made it very clear to come on in and she’ll help me out …. she has made sure I felt comfortable with a little knowledge under my belt, about face routine and make up when leaving the store this weekend . . Not only did she help me step by step , she was also helping everyone that had a question or needed help around me in a timely matter Lady’s & gentlemen , if you have ANY Questions or want to go in for a full face of make up to be done , or learn about face care , ARIEL is your go to. I will not go anywhere in town again for help ….. thank you Ariel , this women needs a raise !
