This Walmart is undergoing construction to turn it into a super center. May 2022 is the tentative grand opening. Shelves were still stocked was able to find what I came in for. Staff is polite.

Since becoming a super Walmart, it has been much better! I know the smell had nothing to do with Walmart, but maybe Walmart could actually file a complaint and have something done. I'm sure they have some powerful connections!

It is Wal-Mart but the strong urine smell in the parking lot was a bit much. Inside was loud and the shelves were missing a lot of major products. In most departments.

The grocery department is definitely cheaper than the local grocery stores. I go every Sunday and you definitely need to go early because they really don’t have enough registers opened and it’s super crowded after about 10AM. My only other issue is they tend to not stock extremely well. Like today they were out of bottled water and the last few weeks the great value brand frozen potatoes (but that may actually be more on supply chain issues than the actual store itself.

Nice remodel !!! Great access to all varieties of food items. Lucked out an found a short line. A lot of cashiers but still need more with an attendant. Only bad thing I had was some items I couldn't reach, had to ask a tall person to help. Now get all other stores to do the same!!!

Was here for the first time since the remodeled the store. It was very clean and nicely organized. Especially the grocery section. Checking out was busy but it was during the after work rush.

Eh its walmart, weird smell inside, right across from the sewage treatment plant so outside isnt any better. barely organized employees are trying their hardest but the people of walmart aren't the easiest to keep up with. And its dundalk so the door checkers are always on high alert ive been to this location 5 times this summer, and everytime ive gotten to watch someone get busted trying to steal. So what more can you say?

Not a bad place to shop but some of the employees there have an attitude for no reason I’ve worked in retail and yes it can suck but a positive attitude can go along way i know its hard cuz people can b ignorant but don’t let that bring you down its just when i shop i try to respect the employees cuz they have to deal with alot just would like to have a good shopping experience and not get an attitude from employees when im not being disrespectful or ignorant

I will be honest here. I was shocked with how it looked. 😳 like it's huge and overwhelming. Like warehouse meets grocery store. With that being said I did not explore the whole building yet. Only the grocery area. Lots of good selections and prices in some sections. I like how self check out looks now versus before. More open. Less crowded.

This place can be crowded but with patience, you can get EVERYTHING you need cheaper than anyone else. Every single item cheaper, no, but a one place stop, yeah. New Supercenter. Still clean

Ever since they put in self checkout I have had no problems . They have totally updated the store to a modern non-ghetto Walmart. Self checkout FTW. Also, pro tip: you can scan items in real time with your phone and checkout is instant. Skip the line all together. You just walk up to the self checkout. Boop your phone and then you can walk out the door.

Not my favorite spot in the world but ordered a few toys reasonably priced for gifts and had to pick them up in store. I checked in online with their pickup app before I left home and still had to wait about 10 minutes at the counter for them to find my order. There's a sign in store that claims 5 minute pickup...ha!

Online shopping is easy. Employees at Walmart are very helpful. Long lines are not Walmarts fault. No workers. They try to hire. I'm giving 4 stars due to long waits in the pick up department

All ways love it here finally a walmart that has enough check outlines no waiting zoom and outer there wish the other ones get it especially that one in goldering and Washington blvd to worried about someone stealing up grade the store or lose customers

The remodeling has really turned this place around. Hopefully staff will work to keep it this nice. The self-checkout was modern and clean and easy to use. The layout seemed almost maze-like. Will have to explore more. Being a remodeled location and unfamiliar with the layout I was still able to dash in grab what I wanted and leave.

So i went there tonight and about 915 i checked out.. They only had one entranced opened for people to leave out..then i had to standin line just to leave out as employee was looking at receipts of everyone leaving..then to make it worse employee kept talking to people in front of me...if this is how they do things they need to have more employees at door checking receipts...I should not have to wait in a line just to get out of store. Its bad enough you have to wait in one.of the few checkout lanes they have open or wait in self checkout line and do it all yourself.

place is big and pretty clean and is always popping! ordering from the website and picking up ur website item from here can be a bit of a hassle cause usually the person has no idea what they are doing and could use more training in that aspect but they also got a restaurant inside and picking up money transfers is pretty seamless! having a bathroom there has definitely helped!

I stopped going to this Walmart for a little while because of the remodeling. Went there the other day and I was happy to see that the parking has expanded tremendously. And the new section has started to open. Great freezers section and lots more variety. The place is huge and it’s beautiful. I believe the re grand opening will be May 18. I am very excited to start shopping again at the Dundalk Walmart.

It seems like every time I go there the shelves are either picked over or empty. I hope they do better once the Super store opens!! Update:: the shelves are still the same and the prices are ridiculously high. $6.12 for a 10 lb. bag of sugar!!

Will update when the store is done with it's remodel. Everything gets moved around daily so you have to go throughout the entire store to find anything. Staffing is low and when there is help around they don't seem to know what you're talking about or how to really help. 05/18/22 New section opens! 05/24/2022 Edit: MUCH BETTER! The new food and bakery section is now open. This Walmart now has more food options than Golden Ring with more self checkouts, large store pick up lot and fresh produce. The store is more organized than before. Unless this store is out of stock for something I no longer need to go all the way to Golden Ring! I will add photos soon.

I am an avid Walmart shopper and have always had a great shopping experience. That being said, this particular location has been disappointing every visit. Their prices are their redemption. If there is a different location you can go to... do it!! This review reflects my prepandemic opinion as well as today's experience. Sorry Walmart, you're failing miserably here. UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! I am happy to say that my last visits to this Wal-Mart Superstore began to restore my faith in their ability to offer good produce. It's still a bit difficult to find things but that's to be expected with an overhaul. Keep up the good work Walmart representatives and I'm sure you'll see a growth in Wal-Mart Shoppers numbers 😊

Lets be honest most Walmart's are a complete dump this one is no exception. Its kind of clean and the staff is helpful sometimes. The remodel makes it worse. Only stop here if you don't mind people bumping into you (mostly in the front of the store), and the police and greeter rummaging through your bags as if you stole something. Update The store is slightly better since the remodel. Some of the staff still don't seem like they want to be there which is understandable but sucks as a consumer. The AC hardly seems to work at times. The store isn't as bad with people bumping into you but it's still crowded at most times. One additional star.

I love this Walmart. I travel from downtown to come here. I use to go to the one in Halethorpe (Washington Blvd.) Notice I said use to. Anyone who’s ever been there knows why I refer them in past tense. Keep up the good work Dundalk Walmart!

Now a super walmart (still in progress). A lot of things moved around but there's is a much better selection of things. Really impressed with their art/craft supply section. More associates around too for locked items. Also digging self checkout. Much faster and more registers available.

I don't go to this Walmart often. Only if I have to. I went there to use a gift card I had because I didn't feel like driving to another Walmart. It was just okay. Some of the other customers were rude (because let's face it, it's Dundalk), but the employees were friendly. Surprised they're turning it into a Super Walmart. I wonder if that'll change anything.

The store has really upgraded. More merch. Several new registers. Upgraded restrooms. Cleanliness has improved 100 percent. The parking lot is brand new along with many other improvements. The grand opening for the Supercenter will be in May.

Our Walmart is trying to turn into a Super Walmart so everything is turned upside down but this visit seemed to be a little better not so much in the aisles which is a problem of theirs. Despite the remodeling taking place at the Northpoint store, I was able to find everything I was looking for and the employees were both kind and pleasant when I posed my questions...even when I invited one to dance. Yes, we danced briefly in the aisle, celebrating being ALIVE!!! Dottie and Dolly provided exceptional customer service. Give them a raise.

This place is just ok as a Walmart. They don't have the greatest selections because it's just a standard store not a super Walmart but that is changing. It is currently being remodeled into a super Walmart and it is quite messed up when navigating the parking lot and inside the stores layout. Isles seem like a maze facing opposite directions. Overall though it's a good place for a quick grab if you would like to shop for more items I would to to the store in golden ring peitre parkway.

I usually use the Walmart App to shop but I wanted to go in. This Walmart is being turned into a Superwalmart. The parking lot is being revamped as well as part of the store. I can tell they moved some things around which seems to be great. I believe this location could use more food choices and have a wider product selection. I will probably be back but, I like Walmarts with more brands and selection of foods, health products, and other things. Hopefully the revamped store will have more products.

The staff at Walmart were fantastic, my mother and I wanted to find certain things that we needed to purchase for this trip and all the Walmart team members were very cheerful and helpful! Even though they were restocking items in their departments they took the time to assist us! They were great employees. Keep hiring great, helpful and enthusiastic employees!

this particular Walmart is pretty good I only have complaints about not having some of the items that I particularly look for the prices are pretty good however if you ask an associate to assist you with something depending on their age is what I'm going to say the elderly have no problem helping you they're very consistent and they enjoy their jobs I believe however the younger ones I don't think they care either way because instead of showing you and someone that was in CSR for years and you always show the customer where something is if you don't know you ask and you direct them to it and take them. However these workers the younger ones they don't want to do that they will tell you oh it's over there it's in aisle this and then it's not there they just don't care like a lot of the elderly associates do. I do get disappointed going there two or three times a week I would expect there inventory to be up to par for certain things but it's not lately other than that my main Chief complaint is customer service

It's starting to be a super Walmart Things are changing around in the store.Customers when you go to one walmart to another one check your receipt because this new one is charging in higher prices on items than other walmarts I found out by checking my receipt from Golden ring Walmart to North point and the item was 10cent higher. I guess we have to pay for the new store.

I only go there when I need to. Everytime I go there alot of shelf's are empty they always seem to be out of whatever I am looking for. I keep going there looking for nauseous medicine, in the last 2 months I have gotten it zero times to the point I have been questioning if they even sell it anymore. Also why don't they sell more clothes in store they have tons of clothes online that are very cute but none of those styles are in store. One more thing can someone tell me why none of these stores sell baby books in the stores anymore.

This particular store cannot seem to stock items consistently. Items that it used to stock which I have noticed was moving vigorously, are no longer available. I in particular relied on these things. Stock levels have gotten better recently as this store is now operating as a super Walmart. There are still some stocking bugs to iron out, but they are improving.

I've been dealing with my local Walmart for years now and it seems I'm there for something atleast 5 times a week... many of the staff members are very friendly and if u need something there is always someone around to assist you with such. Lately the shelves have been bare I guess do to shortages state wide but there usually pretty good with keeping items stocked

I love Wal-Mart but all of this Construction it makes it impossible to park! But I know that it will look good when it's done. May 03 2022! It looks like they have completed the construction! The only thing left to do is the rest of the extended parking lot. It looks great! It is now officially Super Walmart in Dundalk! Bravo!

This Walmart is finally having much needed renovations!! At this moment, it is under serious construction and revamping, because it's being turned in to a "Super Walmart." Supply & demand in the Dundalk area....where this Walmart is, and also where I live, is extremely high!! The small, older Walmart was definitely not built to handle that!! Renovations seem to be moving very fast, so hopefully, within the next several months, the new store will be completed, and everyone, on both ends....shopping/working there, will be MUCH happier for it!!

I came in the morning of November 2nd around 1030ish. I was having issues working the self check out. Mekeisha (I believe her name was) was such a huge help. She helped me figure it out and went back n got items I had forgot. She deserves a raise!!! I never come to dundak Walmart cause it's typically lazy workers but I will return again now cause of mekeisha.

This Walmart has really gone downhill. They have an almost non-existent children's clothes section. The children's shoe section is always bare. If you need to get an item in a locked case, expect to wait...a while! Employees actually willing to assist you are few and far between in this store.

I love the deals and bargains at Walmart and the fresh produce area is great. The line can be very long so a quick stop can take about 30 minutes to an hour. Today the lines were the shortest I've seen since covid-19.

Overall decent Walmart is a not so nice area. I don't blame the staff as trying to keep up with the mess caused by the clientele has to be challenging. Some selections seem lacking in comparison to other Walmarts, such as the electronics section. They seem to be remodeling soon, so maybe that will change.

Under construction but self checkout is usually way to go.....it's beeing turned into super Walmart.....u have to go out same way u come in Wich is in middle now, everyone after check out goes for doors right there but u have to walk up past quick/tabacco checkout where u come in at to go out.....still Dundalk though so can't expect to much from people

WalMart is like an amusement park. You can't take it all in at one sitting. It's really a great place to shop. A smorishbourg is how I'd describe it. Has something for everybody. I tell you what, my work is dirty. I most of the time need to change work clothes daily. No open registers with lines into and past the women's section! Ridiculous!!! I went to the Dundalk store today. They are remodeling to a Super Walmart. Even with all that construction the store is clean and organized. Plus they have self check out instead of standing in line over an hour! I think I'll start using the Dundalk store! Can't wait to see it finished.

I always go to this location. The parking lot right now is a huge mess and they rearranging the store in order to make it a supercenter which makes shopping very complicated. I love the store but a lot of the employees need to be taught how to treat their customers better? If I had to rate the employees I would give them 2 stars. Most but not all of them need to be taught how to do customer service again. Most but not all employees don't seem like they even want to work. App hey do is hang around and talk to each other. You can always tell if a supervisor is coming cuz they ump up n look as if they r working.

The Dundalk Walmart has transformed into a Walmart Supercenter and so far the Shopping Experience has improved. They have added a wide variety of food and quality produce items and the prices are competitive. If you shop late in the evenings, you will still find navigating the store difficult as many aisles will be blocked by pallets of merchandise that are being used to restock the shelves. Many aisles will also have employees stocking the merchandise and this can make you feel like you're in the way. On a positive note, the checkout experience has improved and, so far, there have been plenty of lanes open with actual cashiers ready and able to check you out quickly and efficiently as opposed to having mostly self checkouts available before the expansion to Supercenter.

They do have some great prices on stuff can’t complain there!! But the parking there is ridiculous!! The registers even with self checkout still is crazy!! Also the store is just to small for everything!! It’s to congested for everything that they are trying to provide for the customers!! Also there are definitely some areas in the store that could use some cleaning, the bathroom mainly being one of the problems. I hate public restrooms anyways but their bathroom is a example of why I hate using them I’ve went in there a couple times and walked right back out the cleanliness and smell was insane!! Although I don't like the location, the interior was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location, even though the parking lot was packed, feels like it's in an area that is deserted. I felt if you removed the cars and people there, it could be used in a movie set for something like Mad Max. Oh well.. the location always felt that way to me, even in the 80's when we'd go to that shopping center to play laser tag. So I'm not sure why I'm bring it up.

Got to Walmart 8:15 to pick up trash bags & Dove soap & body wash. Store rearranged where medical and personal items are but once I located the Dove case I rang the button for assistance and the wait begun. Once someone approached I pointed out the products I wanted she waved her hand and said back up. Little disappointed in the non greeting and rudeness, I did want she verbally ask she got the body wash and said I have to take this to counter and I proceeded to walk to cash out as she began to get the soap she threw the soap back in case and I said I want that to. She gave it to me and I tossed it in the cart and walked away. At the register I asked the staffer her name which is Karen a department head. I’ll buy my things from store but if it’s in a case they can keep it. Rudeness is never necessary

It's a Walmart lol. But compared to locations like Glen Burnie or Pasadena the selection is lowkey bad. It does look like they are renovating, but this location is good for smaller items only. There is no fresh foods only frozen and packaged. So if you're looking for a walmart with a grocery section I would try Glen Burnie, Pasadena, or even Arbutus

Walmart may not be great in reference to treating their workers as respectfully pay & benefit wise ( so I hear & read ) , but they most definitely had the backs of their customers during this Coronavirus period. One of the few stores open throughout the shut downs necessary during the virus. Now that shows dedication to its customers or was it all about profit for the Bossman 🤔 ? Either way, I appreciate being able to go somewhere during that time. I'm not against free enterprise. Just show employee appreciation when needed. The shelves were stocked as much as they could with drivers afraid to drive. Things are much better now & you can get most anything needed there on a daily basis. Hats off to Walmart for helping to keep lots of families going financially due to not shutting down. Things could have been a lot worst had they.

They almost always have what I want and they have a broad selection of products and services including a vision center, a beauty/waxing/threading bar, a Subway restaurant, and a full automotive department that does oil changes and offers other vehicle services. The customer service line usually moves quickly, though they sometimes could use more hands on deck in that department. They do offer about a dozen self-checkout kiosks, which has eliminated the long wait in lines that I previously used to experience. Overall, I'd recommend this Walmart to others.

This location is ok to go to if you need one or two things then plan on getting out...Just don't expect to do it quickly. It's usually crowded and the waits at the checkout lines are longer then you would anticipate. But they have recently installed some self checkout lanes which has made it a little easier. Customer service is spotty. I have had both good and bad experiences here. In summary if you have a big list, and you can, I recommend taking the extra time to travel somewhere else. But this location will do in a pinch.

Very busy and if you are trying to make a quick stop at Wally World you shouldnt go in the morng after 9 am they're veryy busy at this time. Slows down around 2ish, then VERY BUSY BETWEEN 3 PM TILL ABOUT 8 PM After 8 PM is good to go and before 9 am is good to go. They also need new electric carts cause the ones they have are old and VERY slow . They also need more of them and some for bigger people. My mother is a bit on the wide side and there aren't that many for Heavier people.

Clean store with decent prices. The staff is generally pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, Walmart does not seem to carry much in the way of electronic parts for PCs or Laptops, unless you are buying a new system. While this makes sense as they are not an electronics store, even more common items are sparse. You may sometimes get blank stares when asking about a common computer part, like RAM, or ask about other items that you'd expect Walmart to have.

This place is very hit or miss. You can go in and have a wonderful shopping experience from being greeted from the entrance to traveling through the store to pick up your needs or browse then when its time to check out you can choose either one of many cashiers or even self checkout. Then being thanked from a employee for coming. You can also walk in depending on time go through the store were aisles are blocked off cause of restocking. Then on some items you have to wait for assistance to unlock the case then go to checkout with only 2 cashiers and very long lines because self checkout is down or only accepting cards at the time. Then when you finally get to a cashier some can be very friendly yet ive seen some very ignorant ones also so thats why i say its hit or miss. But most of the time its a good shopping experience.

How are people able to make purchases when the dressing room closes so early?!!! I might have spent $100...eneded up spending $45. Covid distancing is hard to do. Suggestion: go in and travel the store around perimeter walls. Grab what you intend to get as fast as you can. Ditch the cart. Carry as fast as you can to checkout and get out asap. Otherwise it's a disvount store so plan ahead. Best to just use the order online and pickup outside.

The place was a mess and then when I finally find my items I run to the back so I don't have to wait in long lines and both the sporting goods register and the Electronics register were closed around 8pm at least that's why I was told by the employees mind you I only had 3 things on my cart then pleople act like they don't know how to handle a little shopping cart 🤔🧐🤨😒 seriously well then it's been ages since I had been to this Walmart so they finally had self checkout but then there's also the people that don't know how to use it with lots of stuff on their cart on self check out 🙄 well finally my turn I pay and I'm out. Was in Wal-Mart this week and to my suprise found that they had Lysol on the shelf by the cashier limited to 1 can per customer but this was the first can of Lysol I have purchased since February, they sold out in about 1 hour or so, so I called the Lysol company direct you can not purchase from the company you have to contact your local store to find out if they have it and when will it be on display. It's a must to go very early otherwise it's a zoo. They are the cheapest place for test strips for diabetics that is the main reason I go to Walmart. They have things you don't know you need. So you have to be careful that you don't spend a couple hundred dollars. It's hard to do.

Mob scene getting a parking spot. Never go into this store if in a hurry. Only had small container of half and half which is the whole reason I went in there. Looks like they have a good selection on everything else.

Awful!!! There were only 4 handicap vehicles there, 1 was not charged, another had a woman sitting outside waiting for her ride, which she was still there a half an hour later. I being handicapped, had to struggle with a push cart. That means to me that I can't really shop. I have to get things and get out. But now ,at 10:30pm on Saturday night, I couldn't maneuver a regular cart through many isles as large pallets blocked my way and I had to climb to get dog and cat food over a pallet and the pet department was a mess! That's Dundalk Wal-Mart! I'll avoid that one as much as possible and I only live 6minutes from there.

This Walmart store is not a supermarket Wal-Mart however it does carry some cold and frozen food. The problem with this store is that it is always disorganized. Things are messy and many times you find empty boxes on the shelf where someone has removed an item from its package and placed to package back on the shelf. There must be a high theft percentage at this store that the staff cannot keep up with. Also I have found the staff unwilling to help fix problems such as being overcharged or returns. I have also witnessed their lack of willingness to contact police when problems break out in the store or parking lot.
