Amazing! The staff here were so attentive. They were helpful checking in (my dog swam and got a self bath). It was our first time, so they explained everything and were so great with Elvis. Elvis is a water baby, but struggled with the ramp. The attendant helped him get in and gave me tips to help, and he finally got over it and went in! They even had the ball type that Elvis is obsessed with for the pool! Luckily, we bought him a bully stick so he would drop the ball, but even when he tried to steal it they were so nice. The staff here were all great! We will DEFINITELY be back!

We love to bring our pup here to swim in the pool. The prices for pool time have increased a few dollar this past year but the fun is well worth it. They charge per 15 minute increments. We always do 30 minutes because 15 just doesn't seem like enoughfun time! The best thing is that if you go often you can buy a package deal (punch card) and save a good amount of money! The prices are listed on the website and all you need to do is call to reserve your time slot. When you reserve a time slot you are the only party using the pool at that time. They have life vests in all sizes in case your pup isn't 100% comfortable in the water. It's great for the winter and rainy days when you want to let your pup burn off some energy and get some exercise! They have stalls to rinse your pup off afterwards and lots of towels to dry them. If you want to give them a bath afterwards you can add it on the the pool price for just a few more dollars. Well worth the money! And we never leave without a nice bone for our boy to relax and chew on when we get home. The staff is always great and the place is well stocked!

Friendly staff. I take my dog Minna there to wash her. It's reasonably priced and very convenient. This last time, I decided to take Minna there for a swim. She really enjoyed it. It's a very popular place. Call ahead for swim appointments. Sometimes you might have to call ahead for the bath as well. Went before Father's day, and every bath was full. You should definitely go check this place out. It has food, toys, treats, and accessories for you pets

Pet Depot is fantastic! They have all the higher-end dog foods that typical pet stores don’t carry. Took my 5 month old lab (Coda) for a swim today and she had the time of her life. I believe the staff member who helped us was named Grey— absolutely wonderful. This was my pup’s first experience with swimming and Grey made it easy and super enjoyable for her! Afterwards, I gave Coda a bath in the self-serve dog wash. It’s a great setup and didn’t overwhelm her at all! Ended up buying a package of 6 swim sessions. Cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful establishment! Took my pup in for her first swim. She is timid and was very apprehensive about the pool, but the staff was very kind, understanding and patient with her. We also used the self-wash stations after her pool experience. Staff was helpful getting us set up and familiar. Great facilities, very clean and well maintained. Bath time was a breeze! The store itself has an extensive selection of animal food, toys and treats! Highly recommend!

Pet Depot's swimming pool has been an absolute lifesaver in progressing our puppers recovery forward, after a full TPLO surgery. The owners son came and talked with us during one swim session; pretty rad dude. We love the backstory on the why/how the pool was installed. Thanks for being awesome!

I think my pet son loved it. I paid 4 him 2 have the 15 min swim and the wash after. I wanted 2 c if he would enjoy it because his walks were not making him tired. Well after he swam, it seemed 2 do the trick. The young guy, whose name I think was Andrew, did a really good job of guiding my son around the pool. He recommended how long he should swim based upon his age and size. After Andrew escorted us back 2 the bathing area. I only gave 4 stars because this area could have been a little cleaner. The sinks, in my opinion, could be cleaned after every guest. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The trip was well worth the 30 bucks.

Our puppies absolutely loved Pet Depot! The pool is so much fun! They also have an excellent inventory of toys, treats, and other doggie necessities. The staff is very educated and was able to make recommendations based off my puppies breed and activity level. We had so much fun here that we are even planning a birthday party! They offer packages that include pool time, ring time, and goodie bags!

Today was our first time at Pet Depot. I heard about the place and pool from a coworker. From the minute we walked in to the time we left, we were filled with kindness. The gentlemen that attended to us were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They made our dog's first time very comfortable in the pool. We loved the pool and service so much we bought the 12 sessions right away. We also bought some moose chew (can't remember the name) and gave it to Reggie on the way home. He chewed it the whole car ride (20 some minutes). Looking forward to coming back very soon.

Thank you so much Pet Depot and your wonderful staff for making my baby Diesels last swim so memorable. Diesel is 10 and was just diagnosed with cancer and told he only had a few days left to live. Since his all time favorite activity is swimming, but it’s winter I had to find a way to make that possible- and I did! Pet depot is clean, the pool his very big and super friendly dog friendly! They have wonderful staff who help guide your doggy- and fit him for life jackets if you don’t have your own. They also supply toys for an enjoyable experience. We also got to take a nice bath in one of their 9 stations! The staff helped me and Diesel so much with their kindness and compassion! Will bring my other puppy here for sure!!!

Took our puppy swimming for the first time at their indoor hydrotherapy pool. She was given a lifevest and a lead, and gently guided through the water. Everyone on staff was wonderful. After pool time, we were able to rinse her off in their bathing area, and blow dry her off. This business is also very well stocked with everything a pup could need, so we got a puzzle and some treats on the way out. I'm looking forward to our next visit; I'm sure whatever we'll need, they'll have it in stock!

They have the best selection of food and treats and endless knowledge about what is best for your pet. I love their self service dog wash and plan to one day let my dog test out the pool! Adam was super helpful and made our Staffy's first time swimming go very smoothly. Pet Depot was recommended after our dog's recent surgery. She has never been a fan of water, so Adam's help in guiding us through the process of acclimating our dog to the pool made this a positive experience, from finding the perfect life vest to using the rinsing station after swimming. 15 minutes was the ideal amount of time. Our appointment was prompt and the transition between dogs was smooth with a separate entrance vs exit. Thank you!

Just finished a training class for my newly acquired Jack Russell. The classes were very straight forward. Easy to understand and very helpful for my pup. The trainer was great and her assistant helped out when needed. The requirements were minimal and attainable considering my work schedule. The price was affordable so that helped. Overall highly recommend for your dog training.

Amazing selection of quality pet products and friendly staff! We were looking for a supplier of Rawz dog and cat kibble and they had both. I was surprised to see that they had a pool for dogs inside. The pool is by appointment only and there is a charge but I think this is an amazing thing to offer. Definitely worth a visit!

Very nice set up. Very clean. The dog swimming pool looks like great fun. They only provide one thin towel in the dog wash. I don't know if you can get another so if you have a big or long haired dog you might want to bring one from home. You need to bring it buy shampoo so be prepared. I would go back

Everyone at Pet Depot is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We use the Pet Depot pool 4-5 times each week to swim our 10 year old German Shepherd. When the dog pulled a muscle at home, everyone at Pet Depot helped us to continue swimming him after rehab—the owner ordered mats to put down for him and when I arrived for my appointments they put the mats down so I could help the dog into the pool. When we needed to change our dog’s food because of an allergy, the employees provided expert advice and service. I have been at Pet Depot to see the employees and owner help inexperienced dogs learn to swim. They are caring, patient and work with the dogs until the pet is comfortable. In a short time the dogs are eager to swim and loving their time in the pool. Every time I visit Pet Depot the employees and owner ask how the dog is doing. They come to the pool area while he is swimming and always ask if they can help. We use the pool often enough to see that they consistently treat everyone this way. Pet Depot cares about their customers and does everything they can to accommodate the pets and the humans.

I have been going to Pet Depot for over 6 years now and I have yet to find a location I liked more. The stock is better than any big box store and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I have dogs with food allergies and sensitivities, the staff at Pet Depot always know what to do and they stock a great selection of low ingredient diets. The therapy pool is always clean and in good shape. The dog washing area is quiet, well stocked and well maintained.

I apologize not remembering the names of the staff memebers that assisted me when I called in the morning, to the pool, and the dog wash g station. They have a large selection - and sell my dog's food! Instinct is sometimes harder to find, at least the type of food he gets. They also have great dog beds, but they're expensive. I have not used the other stuff (hydrotherapy etc) but it looks cool and if I do need hydrotherapy for my dog, I'm going there! I wish they were closer, but the store are in between my work and home. I'd recommend them over petsmart any day.

Manager Jack saved my dogs life. Trevor was also amazing. My dog is a 13 yr old diabetic black lab and we took him swimming for his birthday. He became unresponsive in the water. We got him out of the water and ran up front for some syrup or something. Jack initially gave us a bag of treats but my dog would not eat. He researched it and saw that honey would work and ran a honey stick back to us. Within minutes of the honey my dog came back to us. He almost drown initially and his sugar was so low that he was shutting down. I will never forget Jack. My next dog or child will be named Jack Trevor. They are amazing here.

As a crazy animal lady I'm always looking for ways to spoil mine and this place is awesome. They have a dog pool and fully equipped self service bathing stalls (bring your own shampoo or buy a bottle there.) I was able to bathe my massive Great Dane mix easily and comfortably. They have individual stalls with large bathing tubs at waist height so no bending over and a ramp your dog can walk into the tub (assuming they arent scared like mine, but even then I had more than enough clearance to lift my ridiculous dog into it.) They even had the slip on wire collars attached to the tub so I didnt have to get her collar wet, a very heavy duty apron (I didnt get wet at all), absorbent towels, and a large blow dryer with adjustable force. They had a wide variety of products for any animal you may have and prices are maybe a dollar/two more compared to a chain store but I'd gladly pay the difference. The customer service is astounding, everyone there was polite and helpful. They even let me borrow some shampoo since it was my first time. We'll absolutely be back!

Pet Depot is awesome. They sell K9-Kraving, a frozen raw diet made here in the Baltimore area. I used to spend 150+ for Primal Raw patties that would last only under 2 weeks. A store associate at Pet Depot acknowledged this, and educated me about K9-Kraving. I now spend anywhere from 140-180 for the whole month! They even special order cases for you, with super fast delivery for you to pick up. My chocolate lab, Bruce, is a fan. I am one happy customer. We will be attempting our first grooming session this coming weekend as well!

Pet Depot is the best pet store ever for knowledgeable staff helping with dog food choices. Our new Westie puppy (now 1.5 yrs) had digestion issues and likely has IBD. I wanted to find a kibble that would work for him. Starting with the owner Dan, I was allowed to buy different kibbles and return partially used bags if they didn't work well for my dog. Al also has helped me on many occasions. I was focusing on grain free and I must have tried 10 or 12 foods. They were always patient about returns and trying something new. The last time I went in and talked to Al about still having issues, he suggested that maybe I was over-thinking the grain free thing. He suggested trying California Natural Lamb and Rice with 4 main ingredients. I can't believe how well our dog is doing on this new food, and I truly credit the patience, knowledge, and willingness of Pet Depot and their staff to help customers with their precious dogs. Many many thanks for all the help- I will go nowhere else!!
