Manager and the employees there went above and beyond to make my shopping experience great. The Manager stopped and helped me when my legs were in pain. Evon went in the office and got me a chair. The employees kept checking on me while my Husband finished shopping and checked out with over $200.00 in merchandise from your well stocked store. I really like Mucheal's. Staff is usually very helpful and nice. I like the options of items to pick from. Ms. Liv was extremely helpful on this day. Prices vary, but offer descent electric coupons. I seem to have regular issues with my online account, but it comes up just fine in the store.

I've been buying craft and gift items at this store for years but hubby and I used their framing services for the first time last month. Back in July a dear friend had a photo shoot for our golden group of friends and the print I had done needed custom framing due to the size. The young lady in the framing department helped us choose a frame and mat colors and I love that we were able to see what the finished product would look like via a computer program. I have to admit I was a bit taken aback at the cost ($199 with a 70% off coupon) but we've never had professional framing done before and were thrilled with the results. Our framing was done even earlier than promised and when we arrived to pick it up all the girls who worked there came out the meet the people with the "10 goldens in a truck" photo. Love how friendly and professional the staff is here, this will always be our first choice for our future framing needs.

We stopped in for some paper, and selection was limited, perhaps because of some recent sales to clear and refresh stock. We also found some other things on sale that we did not expect, so that was great! But I wish they had all the colors we needed. With so many things available to buy, I wish they had what we came in for also.

Michael's is the kind of place you can spend hours in without realizing how fast the time is passing. For us crafters it is one of the best places to shop especially when there are sales. There are also coupons on the website and sales flyers. The customer service representatives were very helpful in locating what I needed and answering questions. The store was well stocked and orderly. I found exactly what I needed and more. Check out was easy. Not a long wait. I was able to use a 40% and 25% off coupon. Great savings! The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning to this store soon.

If you haven't been to Michael's you should go. The customer service was excellent. If you are still looking for decor for Christmas, better hurry. They have great items with a great sale to match. Absolutely love this store! I seem to always leave with something because the Eagles and coupons are great and the clearance bins actually have pretty good finds in them, unlike other stores where the clearance sections are typically junky. The place is pretty clean and the workers are pretty nice. The bathrooms are also very nice, which is much appreciated.

I like shopping at Michael's, but only thing is when you shop and spend a decent amount of money and they give you a coupon and you use that coupon at check out, not, so I don't complete my check out and don't buy the items. I think you should be able to use the coupon on what you want if you earned it buy spending a lot of money over a period of 2 1\2 months. I'll just by my items some place else.

I absolutely love this location. The staff is awesome from the associates to management (I have met nearly most of them), they are patient, always willing to help and try their best to move the lines. The teamwork here is amazing! The prices are reasonable and they uphold the coupon match policy effortlessly...meaning you never have to negotiate a price match...you bring in the coupon within guidelines and they honor it. I never thought a craft store would be so busy, but they are and the staff work hard. Overall nothing but good things to say about the Boston Crossing team. Please keep up the good work!

It's been awhile since I have been here. I really didn't know where anything was. I went there for yarn. I didn't see anything like aisle names or anything to point you in the right direction. It was Sunday night. Not many store clerks around to help you. The yarn selection was very small. This is not the place to buy yarn.

We had our 4 year old’s birthday party here and her and her friends loved it. This was definitely a wallet friendly and popular experience with all of the kids and parents. We’ve been to a lot of kids’ parties this year. 3-4 seems to be that magic time they start having friend birthdays at our daycare center. There’s been bounce house parties, a port discovery party, and many others. When it was time for our daughter’s party we checked out some of those that she liked and every one started at $500, before you bought 10 pizzas, drinks and everything else. We know our daughter really likes crafts though and so do the kids at her daycare so my wife checked Michael’s after seeing a flyer or something about it. It was about $150 for 8-10 kids to have a few hours to make crafts (provided in the fee). They made a cape, shield and mask. A Michael’s employee was very nice and made the things along with the kids as the instructor and she wore the whole getup also. The kids all loved their superhero outfits and the other parents were all impressed at how well it all worked out. We can’t recommend this experience enough for a toddler party.

I had trouble finding one specific paint set for my daughter, and I asked Morgan (she spelled it differently and I can’t remember how lol) and she was the absolute best helping me! Since this is basically the only craft store left in the area, they have picked up the slack and added more variety. I like that they had the social distancing spots on the floor for the register lines but some people still didn't adhere to it.

This is a nice spacious store with many crafts and hobbies to choose from. The cake and candy making section is larger than AC Moore and offers unique products. The doorbusters are always good, making me spend even more money than I thought I would! But, the weekly coupons and emailed coupons save me a lot, so I am happy with the overall prices. My parents just purchased a 7 foot indoor Christmas tree and they are very pleased with that. Definitely recommend Michaels.
