Hello everyone Bed Bath & Beyond has a brand new look inside they have moved the whole store around new LED light's Oh boy if you are looking for any thing on T.V it's their new colors signs, new bedroom items, new shower towel, when you walk into the door it's so welcome, friendly, comfortable the shelves are very stocked with more than you can buy new vacuums, new air fryers, under dollar my son bought him one check out the website it's fast but please go and see the beautiful amazing, clean, cool, stuff they have please wear your good shoes and take your time great deal they have 20 % off coupons and more coupons.the spaces between are much wider. You know that they have those solar lights that is on T.V if you see it's on display their the floors are new and shiny sign up with your email too get deals sent right to your phone .yes 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had been looking for some bins to help organize my closet. But I also wanted them to match my bed and bathroom. I found them on the BB&B website. When I got to the store, the store inventory and prices matched what was shown on the web. No bait & switch. Also, there was one color that they were out of. There was only the display. Not only did they sell it to me but they also offered a discount because it was a display. A lot of places NEVER sell their display items. I will definitely shop here again.

I did not know what I wanted. But the sales associate/stocker was very helpful when I described what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. She asked if I had the 20% off coupon. I did. I got the item and have used it several times for cooking. I am glad I have it

This location is incredibly well stocked and seems like The Container store with endless organizing possibilities. Lots of supply and if it's not here they will order it online for you doing all the work. Ikea could learn from these guys! Shymelia was amazing and gave up too notch customer service.

Just want to give a shout out to the two gentlemen working last night. I came in at 10 mins to close and apologized for cutting it so close, but knew exactly what I needed to get. One took me right over to the items and carried them to the register. The other gentleman who rang me up also used my 20% coupon and helped me get the best deal possible. They even carried the items to my car. I really appreciate them both and wanted to be sure they were recognized for just being kind, decent people - that's rare these days. Over the phone the associates were very reassuring , I called three times checking to see if they had what I wanted , being that I'm disabled . Once I arrived they did not . Not only did I not get exactly what I wanted , I didn't even qualify for price matching , because of third party affiliations . The two saving graces in that day's experience was , that once the supervisory person finished tell me every thing they couldn't accommodate me with . She got on their web page , and found me almost exactly what I was looking for at a lesser price , and then she give me the 20% discount , now I don't know if that's customary , or if she did it for my inconvenience , but I thought it was very appropriate , so I appreciated it . I count all God's favor as a blessing , but that's just me . After farther discussion with the supervisory person , we decided that it would probably be more cost effective if I purchased the hardware amenities somewhere else . Turns out they had the perfect ones for all me future decor needs . Ones that go with everything . Those are the facts of my experience that day .😀

It wasn't the first time my wife and I have been in the BB&B but this time I felt that I should write a review because we had a really good experience there. We piked up some stuffs and when we went to pay, the cashier gave us a really good tip about fry pans. She showed us a couple of pans much better than that one we piked up to buy. Before I visited this store, I reviewed its online version. There are bargains both online and in store. The brick and mortar version appears to be in a rectangular shape. Walking around the entire store can be less than 30 minutes. Lighting is adequate, isles are clean, bath area is neat and customer service is helpful.

Clean & well-lit with a wide selection of good products but can be pricey. Get a discount coupon if you can! Still clean & well-lit but has new layout. Items can be hard to find if you're looking for kitchen stuff

I went in to buy a garment bag and found a good selection of them. Merchandise was affordable. Location's great and parking's plentiful. Public transportation picks up and drops off steps away from the door. Good shopping experience all around.

This is the store you go to when you are "just looking" and end up walking out with a spice rack, a travel water bottle, towels, and a door mat. This place has a bunch of cool stuff, a lot of "as seen on TV" products, and is a great place to go if you are looking for gifts but do not know what to get people. You can literally find something for anyone here.

The flow of the store is very nice and makes sense. You're never confused about why an item is placed amongst things from another category. They clearly labeled discount items and sections. I never wondered about the price of anything in the store.

Convenient location with some parking issues. Orders a Le Creuset Dutch Oven that they did not have in stock and with the 20% got a really good price. Went to pick it up and the packaging looked like it was thrown off a truck. Not what I was hoping for because this was a gift. Called the store and they knew about it, but did nothing to correct it and just left it hanging and offered no solution. Guess it is just my problem. Staff was very polite, but didn't get good resolution.

This applies to all locations. Its obvious Bed, Bath & Beyond is in financial trouble because they have the worst exchange policy I have ever heard of. If you buy from them make sure you keep your receipt and decide quickly if you want to return the product so you won't have issues

I tend to be an online shopper. With a BB&B nearby I'm able to look and research a product in person before buying. Often times I'll get a price match which makes the immediacy of a purchase worth the research. The staff is always friendly, even after I explain why I'm window shopping there.

Me and my mom searched for a bundt cake pan at a department store and it was to expensive. I called Bed Bath & Beyond, they located the item, when I arrived the two sales professionals had the bundt cake pan in the front. My mom @ 85 years old had the most enjoyable experience at Bed Bath & Beyond purchasing a very affordable bundt cake pan.
