Some of the clothing they bring in has questionable quality but returns are easy. I've had the price of an item not match up once I gotten to checkout but this has been fixed at checkout in each occasion. Customer service is great. Lines open up when they need too. Self checkout is smooth. Food selection is great.

I love to order at Target cause I can usually get the order in a couple hours. I use the drive up pick up service, employees are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I do not like is I don’t get notified of out of stock items in my order.

Large store has more groceries compared to other targets in Alaska. They’re currently under construction in the Starbucks and Pizza Hut department and their customer service area. The stores clean their cleaning the registers after every use as much as possible. Enjoyed my quick shopping trip for essentials.

Amazing experience today regarding an electronic product I bought that stopped working in less than a month. Customer service and the two managers were amazing in helping, I was obviously frustrated but they handled the return very diligently and respectfully. Having a bad experience with a return item can really turn you away from a store or brand so it was reassuring to have this handled with a positive outcome. I very much want to thank Ashley and specifically Xiomna (sorry for spelling) for their excellent help; I hope this message reaches their team.

I usually enjoy going to this Target and customer service is usually good, but I was really impressed by the employee in the technology section who helped my boyfriend with his gaming questions and was able to help me with a product that was in the back. I commend him even more because there were other customers who needed assistance and he did his best to accommodate them and after helping us. These customers were rude and impatient with him but he kept his composure and was still kind when they were making snarky comments about waiting long (5minutes top). Thank you and I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but the associate working in technology section on Saturday March 13th around 1-4PM at south anchorage needs a raise!

Customer service is excellent. i have never had a problem with returns or corrections on pricing. They stock most of the products I use witch makes it an excellent one stop shop. New team member Kayla is extremely nice and helpful. i go to her check stand every time she is working no matter how long the line. She brightens my day.

Been doing many curbside orders since COVID, and this location is always faster than average for getting orders pulled and ready for pickup than Tikhatnu or Wasilla. On pulling in, staff are very quick to get out to vehicles to deliver orders, and are very personable.

Do yourself a favor and download the app. There aren’t restrictions on many items you are unable to purchase through the app for some reason like Walmart, and there is no minimum purchase amount like Carrs. You order in the app and let them know when you’re on your way and they bring it out to your car when you get there and you are in and out of the parking lot in moments. Target perfected the app shopping. It’s an introvert’s dream come true.

I don't commonly recommend stores. I went to Target because the folk I was purchasing for were registered at Target. My experience was positive, the employees at the pickup desk were helpful and cheerful. No problems on pickup, and I had the gift in time for the shower the next day. Thanks!

Typical target store with not so great parking (entrance is on one side - too many handicapped spots not being utilized) and not as convenient to get in and out of. Checkout is staffed by great employees but typically not enough registers open. Grocery section has a good selection for a non Super Target. Grocery isles are too compact, really room for one cart at a time. Some of the produce isn't as fresh. Good selection of clearance items most of the time.

Clean and organized store. Bright and wide isles. Isles are Not crowded. Very well put together. My favorite store to shop at. Different products to choose from and seasonal fun stuff. Keep up the good work. Also love the pharmacy and people that work there. You can understand all of the cashiers, there are no loudspeakers squawking, employees are friendly, and there’s a Starbucks. Shopping experience was ok. It was easy to find what I needed and prices were reasonable. However, when I went to check out, the lines were ridiculous. There were only three check out lanes open and each one had four to five customers in each one. The cashier's were friendly enough but did not seem to concerened with calling for back up. So it was a longer than necessary wait in the check out line. It's not a deal breaker and it won't cause me to not shop there, but it's just a hassle.

Well Target does contain allot of inventory for many different areas, however the pricing is allot higher than some other retailers and even from Target in the States. I only go here because my 14 year old loves going here on Saturdays as a father daughter day. It is not my first choice in places to go.

I didn't have my order number on me and the associates assisting me couldn't find my order and weren't any more helpful. I left and came back the next day with my order number and was assisted with a much more customer service oriented gentleman. Unless I have to, I won't be using this service again.

Many of the shelves were empty. It looked like 1/4 of the items hadn't been stocked. On top of that, I wanted to buy sheets. Target used to have a great sheet selection. Today, the sheet selection was awful, small, and expensive.

A millennial’s dream right here. Target is slightly overpriced but that’s what you should expect. Otherwise, their food court is great along with the Starbucks and customer service. Anyways, if you want something cheap, go to the dollar section! You should totally try out this Target!

Target will price match to their online site, the store is always well stocked and usually a very clean atmosphere. Line wait times are very minimal, and with the cartwheel app and a Target red card, the savings are alone make the trip worth it.

It's Target! I like this store better than the other one in town due to it's convenient location but it seems as I am not the only one. They seem to get more stock of popular, in-demand items than the other store it seems but they do go more quickly. The location is a little out of the way but I appreciate that as it's not too crowded in the store or parking-wise. There are some other good businesses in the area for shopping/eats.

Good overall selection and lots of great sales. They also have more checkers than Walmart and other similarly sized stores so you don't spend more time in line than you did shopping. Huge plus!

Love this Target. Clean, good prices for the area, well stocked. Sale items on par with California. Food is normal for region. If you are travelling from out of state know they do not sell alcohol.

The pharmacy is the absolute best in town. You receive personal attention, accurate prescriptions and insurance billing, and fast service. Highly recommended!! The store is always clean and well staffed.

The service Nikko provided at the self check kiosk was spectacular! My wife and I were having a little problem getting a free gift card with purchase. Nikko recognized the looks on our faces and offered to help us. Nikko is a very observant and courteous Target associate. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated! Please understand that we are used to getting very good service at Target but want to point out that Nikko went above and beyond the norm. I hope this survey is sent to the manager of the South Anchorage Target so he/she knows how well Nikko treated us!!

A standard Target. Typical stuff, with typical staff. They have a reasonable selection for a Target, and a moderate selection of food items also. They do not have as broad a selection as I have seen in other Targets, and they do not have as much mid-range stuff as I usually expect.
