Love the staff here, just wish there was more to choose from. You will find a lot of paint and yarn, etc. But the shelves are bare for seasonal products and baskets, vases, cake decorating items and so on. The staff is great with letting you know what you can order online. When they have a sale the framing is also useful.

The framing department did a phenomenal job on all 3 of my pieces!! I was stunned on how well they turned out and I’m excited to hang my pictures on the wall to display. The staff really put in the extra work to make each piece special & personal. They help you decide what looks best before you purchase it but I promise the digital image doesn’t do the final project justice. Highly, highly, recommend!! It’s pricy, but reasonable for amazing product you get.

It used to be my go-to location for my wife’s coloring books. Not any more. Their selection is dismal at best. Now I’ll only go there for her paints and pens. Shame, I had to turn to Amazon for yet another item.

The assistant store manager is a Friggin Boss! Not only was she super helpful with my custom frame (it looks Amazing by the way) she helped out my daughter with several of her craft projects giving her hints and tips on how to make it work and on a budget. Michael's didn't have some of the products I my daughter needed but she told us exactly how to DIY a silicone mold from items at the hardware store and how to make the foam look like rocks. To top it off she was in a register blowing through the line like it was nothing. She's always helpful and super friendly with everyone that comes in! We will come back just for her! That girl needs a raise!

I was disappointed by the small yarn selection. I crochet, and I have gone to every Walmart and Joann Fabric trying to find those amazing colors that I used to find in Michaels. I did find a few customers in Michaels like myself looking frustrated on the small selections of yarns. What I also found was ails after ails of picture's frames?? Really who needs that many ails full of pictures frames! I brought a few purple rolls of yarn. I also wish that Michaels store would realize, that many people has gotten back into crocheting, we are trying to keep ourselves busy in this pandemic!

For all your crafting needs, there's only two places you need to go: JoAnn Fabrics but the bigger store for crafts is Michael's! Seriously, they have everything and with their sales and coupons, you're almost never paying full price!!! Why go anywhere else?!

So much craft! I love going here for the drawing and painting and other craft supplies. No fabric though. I do like that there is 3-4 aisles of kids craft projects, and some of them are quality not just junk like you find at other places. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We love the variety of art supplies and home decor at Michael's. The floor staff are always so helpful and very knowledgeable. The framing department is pricey, but worth it if there is a coupon. We always overbuy when we go though.

Wish some items were still carried on but cannot satisfy everyone and now have to search only on the web. Had ordered silicone mix online for 3 but got only one. This inflation is affecting everyone because of the few that controls so it must be "divorced" from it. Another debate for another time.

Great place to get your arts and craft supplies. The only thing bad is that both my daughter and I felt like the aisles in certain areas are narrower now. We bought most of her wedding things there and it just doesn't feel the same. In the acrylic paint aisle we couldn't get thru when there was 2 other people in the aisle. Writing this makes me think I should give 3 stars but I'll stay with the 4 because they do have everything you need.

The selection of products is awesome. I could spend an hour or more just looking at everything. The deals, weekly ads, coupons, and seasonal stuff is amazing.Their photo boxes are so cheap, pretty and I use them for all kinds of stuff.

Always go the day before a holiday everything is 60% off on other days make sure you have the app downloaded cause you'll save a little money. I wish they sold fabric in the store like another particular store does, but I understand it. The staff is accommodating, but it seems you have to go to the check out to get any questions answered, they could use a few more people on the sales floor. But other than that it's pretty quiet during some times of the day other times it's a makers frenzy!

A friend drew me an awesome picture that I wanted to frame. Being a Michael's Rewards member, I knew exactly where I wanted to go for my frame and supplies! Because the fox in a forest was drawn in black pencil, I wanted a large enough frame for some room around the picture for a copper-colored felt background. I easily found everything that I wanted at Michael's, at reasonable post-Christmas sale prices. The workers at Michael's are consistently helpful, courteous, fun, and efficient. Michael's is definitely the place to go for art supplies, sewing needs, and so many other items!

Was just looking for a frame size 24X32 but the closest they had was 24X36. I guess so you have to pay for matting. They have CLEARANCE signs all over but 90% of the frames were NOT even on sale. Even premade frames were like 69.00 to 90.00. Just ridiculous. If you want one custom made you better have A LOT of money.

This Michael's is like any other I've been to, it has everything you could want and a helpful staff to get you what you need. Very easy to get in and out with what you want, with reasonable pricing on just about everything.

I love this store. Everytime i come in i am inspired by everything to make so many fun crafts & projects. I love DIYs and Upcycling things and this store never lets me down. I can spend an hr in here and still not be able to look at evetything. They have coupons online and in emails but i never use them cuz in forgetful and since the prices are so amazing and sales are alwayd going on i never mind. They also offer classes for those interested. And they have professional framing too.
