As Always, because I am A Disabled Veteran, it pleases me that there were many Handicapped Parking Spaces Available. Second, The Greeters at Our Store in Edgewood NM seem like They not only enjoy Greeting my Wife and I and Our Family, as we enter, but just seem to be genuinely Joyful Individuals. Third, The Store is Usually Very Clean and The Placement of Every Department is Ideal for, Either Quick Pick Up, or Lengthy Shopping if we so desire. The Selection of Items is Immense, and The Prices are most times affordable. Lastly, Most, if Not All of The Staff, are genuinely Cordial, Attentive, and Willing to Help. It’s good to have This Walmart in Our Town.

I did a little bit of shopping for some dog food the only kind my dog food that my dog eats. I found some Christmas Things that were at 75% off of course I had to get them for the next year. There wasn't a lot of people. Everyone Was wearing masks and cashiers wiping down I felt safe.

The store was unheated. It was cold inside. Had to do self checkout. They move things in the store. So it was hard to find items. The prices were good. They have a good bakery.

Today was alright compared to most, the only thing was it was very busy. Oh ya, almost forgot. So you know how you gotta check yourself out and the worker just watches you. He came a couple to put his code or whatever. Then our receipt got stuck and printed all messed up, we could see him anywhere so my sis just opened that receipt thingy and cut it and adjusted it herself. Then it finished printing our receipt. I really don't like the fact that we, the customers have to check ourselves out. Especially if we have alot of items. It must mean stores make more with self check outs.

Convenient location however, I am handicapped and need the use of a ride on cart. There were none available so I was unable to go in.(This has been the case the last 4 times I have gone) This is the store where my prescriptions are

Noticeable security presence at each entrance along with steady patrol of the parking lot tells you to stay vigilant when shopping here. Observed many people shopping with backpacks on so guessing theft is rampant and frequent.

It had what I was looking for . Your store has more thing then the one on Coors & I -40. Very clean. Line long but move fast. Wanted to see how I could take pool but there was no one to help me .The bottom of the box was open or wet so couldn't pick up or everything fall. So didn't take it😔 …

Typical Walmart or maybe slightly better than your typical Walmart in NM. They just had a major remodel (Late Fall 2022), and the store has become nicer. Lots of self-checkout lanes. By the time it gets to about 7 PM most days, there are high demand items that have been mostly depleted on the shelves and not replenished (peanut butter, lunch meat, sometimes eggs, salads, etc.). Security is pretty visible both in the parking lot and store. I'd say you have a 15% chance of being panhandled if you walk the length of the parking lot without making yourself unavailable in some way.

I have to say this location has improved dramatically over the last year. New carts to replace the awful set from before, new internal layout with larger inventory, more self-checkout stations to speed up purchases, and consistent security on site to deter criminal activity. Very busy location with a lot of crowds, but you can get just about everything in one stop.

Okay I have never had a bad experience at Walmart but it just okay. I mean the pick-up option it works but once I was running late (at least 5 mins) and they canceled my order.... but we did it before and we got their on time and we had to wait 20 MINUTES. I think they need to be more consistent with there options. And at least they change the hours so their correct. And another thing is everything is self checkout.... which makes the lines crazy and the machines ask for a employee very time I scan a item its really annoying.

Normally have had great success. Recently ordered a tv, but it was never delivered. When I called to get some answers, I was told she would get back to me after she spoke to her boss. Never happened. I cancelled and went elsewhere.

They remodeled. It looks really nice. They moved everything around. I had a really hard time finding things I need to get. What should of taken 20 minutes at the most, took me an hour. Next time I go, I'll take my time and walk through and see if I find things easier.

Really like this Walmart. Stocked well. The garden dept was sparse. Maybe they just haven't gotten it stocked quite yet? I think this will be my go-2 Walmart since the other one closed.

I didn't feel safe at this location and that is unusual for me. Police presence, homeless, cameras, no bags allowed in the store. These seem to be for protection, just highlight the reason why they have those in place here. Supply issues have started showing here as well.

Greeted by staff upon entering, was able to find the items I needed and more! Parking wasn't at all bad either. The largest experience to stand out to me though, was "No matter where I was standing in the store, I could see a Wal Mart employee within 12ft. of me! ". That was great because I had many questions on the products I was purchasing.

I recently stopped by this Walmart Supercenter for several quick purchases. I was in and out with pretty much everything I needed in a jiffy. Compared to the unsavory Walmart locations I had become accustomed to in Houston and Dallas this one was above the others. I absolutely could not believe that several friendly employees asked if I needed help and brought me a shopping cart!!! Cheers to the staff!

Update: 6/8/22 - Okay readers, let me say it again, as of today, I AM STILL VERY PLEASED with this location's customer service and all of my orders. I shop routinely for a family of 3 (12 on weekends) and I've not been disappointed! 👍😃 UPDATE: 2/2/22 -- I am still very pleased with this location's customer service!!!! For an average, I'd say that I've been 98% satisfied with all of my pick-up grocery orders, since March 2020, x 2-3x a month. Customer service is excellent at this location! Also, for me, this type of grocery shopping is ideal because I stick to my list, do not impulse buy, and it saves me a great deal of time. Win/Win/Win!!!! 😄👍

Online ordering is horrible. Never get all my items or they substitute with out notifying me. It's slightly better now. The place was packed and they didn't have much in stock but that seems to be most places. Someone took our cart we had left out of the aisle so as to not clog up the lanes since they were stocking at 7pm.

So I didn't feel like going inside the store, so I decided to shop online and pick up my items from the Super Walmart located on Wyoming. The fastest service yet. When I pulled up to the parking space there were store associates already outside loading another customer's order in their car. One of the associates came up to my car and asked for my name. Less than 5 minutes they were bringing out my order!! Just Awesome 💗. Friendly and professional!! I would recommend ordering online anytime! They had everything on my list in stock.

They have 2 lines for entry, they are long about half way around the building. Today I was in line for about 1 hour and 46 minutes to get inside, the store has a 75 person limit in place.

My partner and I stopped in here to stock up after getting the keys to our new home in Albuquerque. While we were checking out, our cashier's family made a surprise visit to her. The manager kindly allowed her to step away and visit with her family, took over checking us out, and gave us an impromptu guided tour of the city. The store is in the process of remodeling, so some things were a bit difficult to find, but it's a Walmart. Keep looking, and you'll find it.

Walmart pharmacy is very good. They notify you when your medications are ready as for the store itself the prices are very high and hardly ever have what you're looking for. The produce is overly high, meats,eggs are triple the price. Walmart has really changed I rather go to another store for groceries.

As usual the best place for daily shopping be it anything like vegetables, yogurt, milk, fruits, toys etc or anything you name pretty much. Since they upgraded their checkout this Carlisle Walmart is very convenient nowadays. Mostly checkout queues are either reduced due to more self checkout counters or operational efficiency..

Walmart is usually the go to place for anything. And each location is going to vary from great to not so great, that's just how it is. However I do advise to double check by calling the location you choose after browsing online to see if the item(s) you desire are actually in stock; even after it says it is online. It's a let down and disappointment when you arrive and head into the electronics section, wait for 20 minutes for someone to get to that area to help you and ask for the item, just to have the clerk respond with, "Huh? I don't think we carry that".

Store is packed with product, small aisles which make it hard to get around. The store usually some good clearance. It has larger than normal toy area. There is often some criminal activity in parking lot, last visit women with baseball bat was near entrance with security responding quickly. Parking lot is very steep and could be difficult for elderly without handicap sticker to get cart up to their vehicle.

Really positive experience here! Edwin and Todd really made me feel like an important customer. I didn’t go for my order 2 days and the day of order I was late by a minute. (It was my fault!) I didn’t know how to feel but I felt sad but knew a minute is a minute!!! Today I saw how hard they worked and how busy they got and how they still were profusely apologizing for taking so long. I said “I took two days you guys are fine!!” I was even given a bottle of water “just in case”. Really awesome experience. ❤️ I’m really sorry for taking so long and being late the day of my order! You guys work so hard I would have followed the cut off time too 💯 thanks guys!

It's an organized store,the associates are usually very pleasant. The only thing is when I went, there weren't any shopping carts to be found, and the couple employees I spoke to just brushed me off. It's just another Walmart and we didn't get a chance to go shopping for the stuff we needed. Cause Walmart all across Albuquerque NM are not going to be open till 11 pm anymore they will only be opened till 9 pm.. I think it's a little bit of a bummer to literally have zero stores open after 9 pm I missed when it was 24 HRS. But the pandemic is the reasons to why they don't stay open for that long .

Online orders: Pick up or Delivery Departments is outstanding for both Departments: P U, no waiting in P U's parking places at store. Deliveries Dept: for scheduled deliveries merchandise on time and not destroyed. Deliveries are usually before noted dued dates of scheduled deliveries and WalMart's tracking is available and always up to date where customer's order is located at and not destroyed either. Returns are also outstanding, no hassles at all in their different stages of returning returns. Coolness. Laters.

Standard-fare Wal-Mart. The auto center was pretty busy but it didn't take too long to get in. The techs were polite and explained everything well. I wouldn't say the service was quick but it wasn't slow either. I'd recommend these guys for tire and oil changes.

This is my closest grocery store so shop here at least 2 to 3 times a week. Even before CoVid, this location seems to have a hard time keeping shelves stocked on everything from groceries, paper goods, household, electronics, well, you get the picture. I have gone to other locations 3 to 5 miles away to make a purchase on something this store should have. Otherwise, love having a store with this kind of variety close to me. Always have had wonderful experiences with the cashiers.

Horrible bathroom, trash everywhere. Also lock your car, there is a hige homeless population around here and just say one homeless person ram a moving car with a cart. (Car drove off, who knows what actually happened. But very unsafe) be careful!

Good store normally stocked really well grocery has been kind of hit and miss lately but that's been true almost everywhere right now. Carlisle is one of the more dangerous stores definitely one of the busiest. Don't leave valuables in your vehicle watch your back in the parking lot.

They're doing a really good job trying to keep everything clean during the pandemic. Also, the amount of stress they must be under during the pandemic with stuff being out of stock, they're really polite considering and will help you find products that are similar to or let you know when to check back. Employees for the most part are really helpful and polite. For me, that's what creates the best customer experience!

I realize this a corporate issue and not a local one, but seriously the total self checkout has got to go. The lines were crazy long and there was no one working the regular checkouts. There also wasn't anyone helping the customers who were having trouble. Why were they having trouble? Because most of them have never been trained to be a cashier. If I am going to work there, I want an employee discount. Walmart, you have tons of money! Use it to invest in people and provide jobs.

I do love this Walmart when I am in the area (I'm also closer to another Walmart that I go to all the time) but I do go to this one especially around the holidays like Thanksgiving they're never busy and the other stores are always packed and running out of things quickly because they're bigger stores but this one is always stocked even on holidays are the day before a holiday and never packed. Even though it's self-serve checkout the people do talk to you and make sure your visit was good.

This is one of the better Walmarts in town. With a larger selection of neatly everything, and of course affordable. Safer feeling than some of the others in town as well. The one thing to watch out for here is they never (ever) seem to have carts ready, so grab one from the parking lot on your way in or you may end up waiting a while.

The busiest Walmart that I have encountered. Of course it was a Friday afternoon. But long lines at checkout and self checkout. Walmart never seems to staff the checkout properly. Outside the parking lot was full … and had to dodge the usual speeders. Private security patrolling … needed with the area homeless population.

This Walmart was well organized and the customer service was okay but could be better. It was due to a couple of rotten sales reps that had terrible attitudes towards the end of the night. Easy shopping trip. Only had to grab a few items, just wish they would have more support for self checkout. I saw several people struggling with their self checkout, looking for those yellow vest, and non in site. I guess when you are as large as Walmart is, you can forget Customer Service, they will still shop here.

Edit: Hasn't changed much, had a homeless guy yelling at us calling my wife a liar because we didn't have any cash. Isn't there security? Why aren't they doing their jobs? Just needed to buy a cheap suit case and almost ended up in a fight. Won't be back ever to this store.

Huge store. Everything you want or need under one roof. I usually go with my daughter who thinks shopping is her job. I go in the pharmaceutical department and sit down and wait for her to finish. Get in get out. Few cashiers.

Placed online for pickup order. Didn't have to wait long. The associate even asked me if I was aware of the items that were cancelled on my order. Only thing I don't like is the parking lot. Too many huge trucks, people speeding through while you're backing out. But that's not a Walmart problem, that's a people problem.

My visit SUCKED! I found less than half of what I was looking for. Your stock of pet supplies is deplorable, I couldn't find pants or shoes my size. Most importantly, I am disabled and was informed that the Carlisle store only has 2 electric shopping carts. Really, in all, I don't believe I will ever shop that store again

The aisles are stocked full of everything you need. There are markers on the floor and the aisles for social distancing. The self-check out lines are fast and efficient. A very clean store over all.

I use this Walmart at least 4 times a month. The shelves are always stocked, the checkers are pleasant. Our only problem is calling and getting help to see if they have a certain product available. I've counted up to 35 rings with no answer. When speaking to an assistant manager (more than twice) regarding this, he said , "we are just too busy to have to answer the phone for calls like yours." Wow! Guess they don't want repeat business much. I still go only when I'm in the area and know exactly what I want/need.

They didn't have butane fuel - as usual - for the camp stove I got from them. Their floors were dirty. Took 15- 20 mins and many rings and me asking another employee for someone to arrive at liquor dept's locked cases.

Great store, friendly staff, gets packed though. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Bathroom available inside. Update: I used the online pick up option. I got my items with no problem. I recommend that you get their before the sun goes down if they haven't contacted you in a few hours.

The place is good. They seem to always be on stock or with the current seasonal holiday going on. They need to enforce covid control more though, because it hasn't disappeared and they are way too lenient for it. Maybe cleaning the debit card readers too after each use.

This location refused to sell me cigarettes at the self checkout. Instead I was forced to leave the line I had already stood in for 10 minutes to go to another checkstans, which I stood in line for another 15 minutes. There were no posted signs saying I couldn't purchase them through self checkout and I've been able to buy then through self checkout at several other locations 😢

My experience in electronics was not very well. First the shelves were half empty and then I was buying some bows airpods and the lady how to unlock mm her key didn't work And it took her forever to open it Then when she finally got it open she rang me up with the wrong box because they had everything in the wrong place with wrong price tag. Checking out was quick and easy we went through self-checkout I noticed that the restrooms were clean and they had hand sanitizer outside of the restrooms that was convenient. But the McDonald's inside Walmart wasn't very good I ordered some hash browns and they could've cook them for a couple of minutes longer

Had to wait in the cold 10 after the open while the other longer line was allowed to be reduced.

Big store, clean, open 24 hours, great selection. Customer service could use a lot of improving and 2 of our bikes were stolen while shopping, locks were cut off by thieves who rode off on our bikes. Security and employees couldn't have cared less, not at all helpful and actually quite rude. Also have been harassed by security after shopping there we were in front of the store waiting for another friend who was still inside shopping and multiple times they tried to chase us off the property. Customer service has also been extremely rude on several occasions. If I had a vehicle I would never shop here but since it's in walking distance and the fact that they carry almost everything you could possibly need, there's not much else to do but turn the other cheek and keep shopping there for now!

The usual: - The store is clean and attention is given to help stop the spread of Covid-19 with barriers at the checkout stands and the wiping down of self-checkouts after someone is done using them. - Security seems to do a good job at keeping the customers automobiles safe in parking lot. Changed for better: - Additional self-checkouts. - All the cleaning stuff listed above. Changed for the worse: - Large amounts of stock items are out-of-stock. - Many Associates lack product knowledge and do not have an urgency to assist customers in their shopping needs. - Most products are not Made in USA. Basically, Walmart has transformed into a higher priced dollar product store that has a stranglehold on it's customer base and allows limited choice in products for their customers. I still shop at Walmart and, like most others, choose Walmart for almost all of our necessities, because I like the path of least resistance over multiple store shopping. Call it what you want, but in the end Walmart wins and the masses will be seen all wearing the same clothes and drinking Sam's cola.

With each visit I am greeted like a valued person not just another shopper . I find everything I am shopping for quickly and easily. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I love the renovations they are doing. I know it's hectic now but I believe it's a great improvement. Many people have been complaining about the renovation which I understand due to the items being all mixed up around the store. However, it does feel more spacious and not so cluttered. The floors look nice as well. Another note is that the staff is generally nice. The part I hate though is at night when they have 2 registers open and there's like 30 customers in line, especially on the Holliday's. I see workers just standing around in groups and their excuse is, "Oh we closed the registers already." I just find it annoying that they won't open a register and there's 2 workers scrambling to get everyone checked out. I don't know, I just hate standing in line for an hour when it's preventable.

I had to bring my kids to Albuquerque to visit their dad. I decided to do an online order for their stuff, even tho my 1st experience at another location was horrible. This location had my items ready on time, they were prompt answering and very courteous on the phone. The also had all the items I ordered. In fact, this location (which I have visited a few times) usually has the things I need for my kids in stock. Thanks for the great customer service and for enforcing the mask requirements.

Clothing and shoe products fall apart or fade in a few months nothing lasts and the return policy is outrageous if you have no receipt can't get money back and if you have one they won't give money back only a Walmart card and the warranty purchase is a waste of money the factory warranty has to be expired then sent to the warranty place before Walmart can make their warranty valid Walmart's extended warranty is a waste of money because the dated receipt is past the instore warranty and Walmart won't take unless factory warranty and their company fixes if not then that is when their warranty kicks and literally self check out with 2 or 4 in person lines it maybe a long lines but the simple hello and face to face is more appreciated but other than that products have reasonable prices

Walmart is always crazy around any holiday like Halloween. It's a pretty good thing that they now have multiple lanes of self service lanes so you don't have to be waiting on the cashier when you're in a hurry. You just have to be careful not to get behind someone who has something like alcohol. That's when you need to get the workers attention.

I like this store. It's pretty clean, and decent people seem to shop and work here. Although it's not uncommon to come across a few unsavory folks hanging out outside the store. The closeness to the freeway seems to attract pan handler's unfortunately. Can't really knock them down for that though. Allot better than some other stores in the city.

They changed everything,. Took a very long time to find idems we had on our list. No lines, that was very good. Young woman who I think just got off work and got I to car waiting went very verbal with cussing. I never said one word to her but, I think she thought I had based on her very vocal screaming. Not sure if this is a good walmart to shop at, if there employees act like this when they are leaving. My daughter was explaining to me what was going on after she drove off. Maybe they should let there employees know that acting out like that is unacceptable. I think based on this confusing interaction with a walmart employee, I will not be back. I think at this point, amazon and smiths is my best option.

He told me just a second I waited five minutes and nobody showed up so I went back and asked the same associate if somebody can help me then he finally decided to come and help me. I understand it's a busy season but don't tell somebody give me a second and then have them wait 5 minutes and have to go ask again for help

I have stopped by early in the morning and didn't have to wait that long but this is not a place to go if you want to get in and out quickly. The prices are generally the lowest and as the name implies, they have a ginormous selection of items - one day I was cleaning house when the vacuum died and I just went to the Supercenter and picked up another one. You can also drop your car off and do your shopping while they change your oil, battery or tires.

This Wal-Mart is always busy as you can tell from the parking lot pictures but the service is always pretty fast the money center is pretty fast for always having a long line. Every time I come to this Wal-Mart they always have what I'm looking for they stay pretty well stocked in every department. Parking is the downside I can never get a front row or close to front row spot.

A few days ago my honey and I did our shopping, checked out and were the last customers in the store at closing. We were putting the groceries in the truck when we noticed the manager jogging towards us waving a $20 bill. I had forgotten to grab my cashback at the register and he found us to return it. 😲 I love love love that!!! The next day the girls who herd all the customers through the sheut at self checkout went way above and beyond to try and help us figure out our Walmart Pay feature in the app. Alas, we had to use cash instead which we were short by 14 cents. These ladies all chipped in to help us get on our way. I am so thankful to the outstanding staff at this location. Their values run deeper than your average home store. I love this Walmart. I give it 5 💛💚🧡💚💛
