Bowling with bar and food. A few arcade games. Staff was nice and helpful. No smoking. It was very busy and we didn't get a table at our lane because the ppl next to us took all the space but no big deal. The bar has KARAOKE on Saturday. Fair prices.

All we wanted to do was bowl yesterday!! After driving all around the town to find an alley that wasn’t overcrowded or had tournaments going on, we stumbled across West Acres. I called ahead and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite. The man at the desk was very patient/kind and my family and I were able to bowl a couple rounds. I’d give it 5 stars but it was horrendously expensive!! Food for 5 of us that included cauliflower bites, chicken strips, pizza, quesadilla and cheese sticks totaled to $80 (could’ve ate at an actual restaurant and paid less than or equal to that) bowling 2 games a piece with shoe rental was $108- we had fun but now I’ve got lint in my pockets lol! The atmosphere was cool so we may return.

We had not been bowling in years and wanted something different to do. The person who helped us get checked in was very nice and suggested we pay for an hour of bowling instead of by game which I requested. Not only did that save us money but with 2 of us were able to bowl 3 games instead of 2 so that was much appreciated. It was very crowded when we arrived at 5, they have birthday parties from 3:30 to 5:30 on Saturday. At 5:30 we basically had the place to ourselves. It was clean and the automated scoring worked perfectly. We had a great time!

Over the last year the place has gone downhill pretty bad. 2 different nights during league we have been moved to different lanes because they were not working. Don't even get me started on the food. Way way over priced very bland and no produce, no onions for your hotdog, no lettuce or tomato for your burger. Sorry West Acres you need to step up your game.

The food was good, we pretty much got our own private lane, even though the place was packed, and it was really just my friend and I getting lucky. Some other guests were rude, but that's not the staffs fault, and unfortunately my wrist gave out halfway through my friend and I's practice tournament, but we both had fun and it was nice finally getting out now that C19 is dying down.

The gentleman that does the cleaning here at WABC does a phenomenal job! He wipes down chairs, walls, fans, I have even seen him dusting on the ceiling tiles! Nice clean family environment. Well, since Bowlero has taken over, the excellent cleanliness is no longer. Too bad. 🙁

Great place, my family love here. Staffs are really nice especially to Denise in the food service, I sprained my finger and she noticed me using the ice in my drinks to help with the pain and she nicely approached me and ask if I needed an ice bag and she gave me. Good job!

West Acres is a wonderful place to spend your evening. The prices are cheap and on weekends and I believe Mondays you can bowl as many times without having to repay a fee.

Absolutely FUN! We had a blast! There was a problem with the scoreboard and lane...the staff fixed it and compensated us for it. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Great place to have fun with a group of ppl! Get there early though! It was packed 30 minutes before lanes opened!

Came for a friend's Bday party and had a great time! Despite the teeming crowd on a Saturday night, the staff was courteous and kind. The prices for bowling were really reasonable (7$/person including shoes!) and it was a fun time. They have snacks and drinks available and their cosmic bowling is definitely neat. Fun spot!

Very accommodating! I'm disabled so staff asked some folks to scoot down a few lanes so we didn't have to wait for the accessible one. Only complaint was that it was pretty hot. The staff is knowledgeable and understanding anytime there's an issue with a lane, which is sparse. The lanes are well maintained and the chairs are independent of the table, so no awkward spring-loaded chairs. Better beer selection than other bowling alleys in the area.

We enrolled our son into bowling 101 to learn how to bowl. He is having a great time. Ms Michelle is awesome, and so patient with the kids. It is clear she loves working with them. We are planning on moving on to 201 after this is over. The place it's self is clean and a nice place to come and play. We enjoy being here. The Keto pizza is awesome a must try even if you are not a keto person.

Bumpers didn't work for my kids Had alot of issues paid alot of money for 6 people and we had so many issues with our lane not resting pins bumpers not working We got moved to a different lane and it had just as many issues and to top it off we never got to finish a game we paid for an hour and a half and couldn't finish 1 game

Lots of fun can be had here! Cosmic blowing with friends and some drinks and snacks to go along with it. Sometimes the drinks can leave something to be desired. And if you are going to go cosmic bowling you'll want to get there really early before they say lines start forming. Heard people start showing up around 8:30-8:45pm. Just FYI

I would recommend anybody and everybody... old or young go check it out! especially there Friday and Saturday night cosmic bowling from 11 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.!!!!!!

We had a lot of fun and did the 2 hours + meal for $12 so the price was good. However, they didn't leave open lanes between us and the the bowlers next to us so we requested to be moved over a lane which she did. But 5 minurs later put a couple on that lane totally defeating our wanting to have an empty lane beside us. Then at least 5 times the rack dropped the one pin and once threw a pin out onto the lane and another into the gutter making us waste our allotted time.

Sunday was all you can bowl for a flat fee per hour and we loved it. We paid for two hours and really only wanted one so they gave us our money back after one hour and even let us finish our game. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not a super fancy place but I’ll bringing my family back here when we want to bowl.

Great family fun for all ages. The people who work here are friendly and helpful! And the place is clean with well kept restrooms. For younger bowlers there are small pound balls, guard gates for the lanes, and fun dragon shaped "slides" to help assist rolling the bowling ball down the lane. There are basic foods/snacks like hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza etc. Soda and beer. I've been going here for years and have always enjoyed this place.

Very surprised. The lanes were in great shape. Would be nice if they had shoe storage in the sitting area or somewhere close by. They had good beer which is a must for adults. Nice computer game scoring and when you slide a pin but it didn't fall you get a strike. Senses pin locations.

West acres is a great bowling alley that I've been going to since I was a kid! Most recently, we went with the family during their cosmic bowling during the day. They price is extremely reasonable and the kids love it! Their concession food is okay. It's not restaurant quality but the kids like it and you can't really mess up nachos! They also sell pitchers of beer so there's options for everyone!

Took my family here for an evening of bowling . It was an all-around great experience. From the moment we walked in and the staff greeted us to looking around and it being completely full except for the last two lanes the place was extremely clean. Not only the staff was attentive, every time my daughter got the ball stuck in the gutter in the bumpers the young man came down probably eight different times each time with a smile on his face and said not a problem as we apologized over and over. I'm just excited to see the cosmic bowling on Friday and Saturday nights cuz the pictures they had at the end of the lanes look like they would close very brilliantly!!

Everything's great with the employees and the building, but they have a lot of repetitive problems with the machines. They reset the machine but don't really fix the problem because the next time you bowl on the same lane you have the same problem.

It's okay for bowling but our Lane had to be reset twice in 3 games. The staff seemed a bit incompetent. There was a long line of people waiting to get alleys. Only one young girl was helping, but there was an open register and two staff members standing around. It felt a little unclean in the bathroom. They have a lot of lanes, and a concession stand. There's also a decent bar connected to the alley.

Pretty decent bowling alley. The food isn't exactly the cheapest or the best, but that comes with the territory I guess. One thing I happened to notice when buying nachos, two large sized cups fell on the ground annnnd (inner germaphobe screaming) they put it right back. Straight from the floor, no hesitation, back on the rack of cups for customers to buy. I'd be willing to bet that 2 people were unlucky tonight and used those cups. Other than that cup incident, which is more of a employee foul, than a company, this place would get 5 stars.

Open on Xmas! Food menu is limited but decent, and beers are reasonably priced - check out the sports bar options. Ask for bowling/food combo specials if you have a family or group. Staff is friendly. Good for families or large groups.

For bowling alleys in Wichita, this one is really not that bad at all. It's clean and updated. Staff is pretty darn friendly as well. They have a bar in the back where you can get any drink. In the bowling part, there is a little snack bar that has some good ol' bowling food. You know what I'm talking about! So 4 stars from me. Always a good time.

I know the pro shop is not owned by west acres and it’s run by someone else but at least they can make sure the hours are right on the door. I called up there to double check the hours of the pro shop, the guy I spoke with was kind of rude after I said the hours posted on the door said 5-8 on saturdays, and was told it wasn’t their problem that it’s closed. I suggested removing the paper or having hours of operation paper updated, and he stated “well yah that might be a good idea” in a rude/sarcastic tone.

I've been going to West Acres for years and it never dissappoints. Cheap, fun, bowling in a very clean, up-to-date facility. We rarely, if ever, have any issues with the pinsetters or ball returns. The staff is really friendly and nice. We love Lunch-N-Bowl on monday through friday. ($12 all you can bowl for 2 hours with Burger, Fries, and a Pop!

I've been bowling here since 1993 and they've done a good job at keeping the place modern and clean. The staff is good, and the lunch and bowl special is a great deal. This is also a tougher house shot than other places in town, but thats GOOD! Never had any problems with ball damage or equipment issues. They take care of their lanes and pinspotters.

Went bowling with the family...the front desk staff was very nice and friendly and assisted us with our 4 year old in helpung to pick out shoes and bumper guards for the lane...even had a ramp for the child to use...the kitchen staff was very friendly and our food was made promptly...i may have missed the on the website where they opened up at 1 on Labor Day as there was a line of people waiting to get in and bowl...for the occasional bowler who isn't in it for points but just for fun i would recommend this place...now if they could only improve my game so my 4 year old would not out bowl me...keep up the excellant customer service!!!

I bowl here once a week ... The house is most the time really clean helpful staff .... The only thing I can complain about is how hot it gets in there while league is being bowled... I could never wear jeans and bowl at west acres shorts are a must if you bowl league in my opinion.

A bit crowded with few seats per lane. We were on lane 15 and when the kids would slowly roll the ball you could tell the lane wasn't flat as the ball would vear as it got closer to the pins.

Our lane kept messing up the score. My daughters friend had a strike, but the computer scored it a spare. It didn't really matter for us. We were just killing an afternoon as a family, but I'm sure serious bowlers would have been upset.
