Bowling alley and small arcade that's been here for a long time, now operates as a Bowlero. Super nice staff and lots of lanes to play on, although during promotional hours it might be full. On Wednesday they have both half price arcade games and also the night strike with unlimited bowling after 8pm. Staff was great. Fun times, especially if you haven't been bowling in a while. I would recommend the Snickers milkshake too!

Let me tell you, first this bowling alley has 48 lanes. Next they have a wonderful gift shop and there is all kinds of cool stuff in there. They are also very friendly and nice. Their arcade is falling apart but other than that this is the place :)

Joined a league here—good fun— although kind of a rough area at night. Be careful walking to your car. Leagues are a good way to get to know people and are relatively inexpensive. Bowling takes practice, and improves hand/eye coordination the more you play. If you are new to the Wichita area, or are an established community member—check this place out! You will be glad you did!

It's far too busy for my taste but I won't ding their score for that. Staff was prompt. It was clean even with the high volume of people, lanes have nice touch screen interfaces. Food looks great, arcade is fun. Overall good experience

My son does his highschool bowling league practice here! It's very clean fun and makes you just want to have fun . Every time I walk in I get so upset if I can't play lol. But that's the life of being a parent !! Lol.... But at least the next generations gets to enjoy something so nice.

Enjoyed bowling here with the grandkids. The parking can be a hassle during peak hours. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and we didn't have any issues. I would recommend this facility

Bowling is always amazing for the school boys and girls. Clean nice facility but not to happy with snack bar prices. I will not be buying anything but a drink otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The bowling center is nice as always but the kitchen staff was a complete disaster. I asked for the manager and was told it would be at least 20 minutes before they could get her. I took the issue into my own hands at that time. Still a nice center but they have a long way to go from a staffing standpoint.

Went over to get a bowling ball for Rick. Wasn't too impressed with the service in the Pro Shop. The young man was very nice but he only asked Rick one question and had him put his thumb in and his fingers around this flat round thing. I assume it was to measure his span, he didn't say. Told him to come back in 15 minutes and he'd be done. And he was. Had Rick stick his hand in the ball then he boxed it up, we paid and left. That was totally different from what I've been used to, but I'm used to the old school way, I guess! I hope it fits him right. I guess we'll see when he tries it out.

This was a good bowling alley, one of the best in Wichita. But a new company bought it out and has been price hemorrhaging the hell out of the place. I can’t say I recommend this place as it was fairly priced but now you have to pay an arm and a leg if you want to bowl.

Not only was it not very busy for a Friday night the prices were pretty decent, and the staff was super accommodating. We tried another bowling alley before this and it was packed. Luckily due to the size of this alley there was still plenty of room for us and many others wanting to bowl on a Friday night in the summer. They have a lot of fun themes that you can choose on your TV screens, including an Angry Birds version of bowling unlike any other round of bowling I’ve ever played. It was great for all of our party and every age group had a blast. Thank you North Rocklands for such a memorable night!

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it's just as good as ever! The lanes are always solid, though call ahead as it can be tough to find a lane sometimes if they have league going. They have a great community too, and if you start to go on a regular basis, you'll start to recognize other regulars. Absolutely my favorite bowling alley in town!

It is still a bowling alley but now that they have been purchased by a larger corporate conglomerate, it shows. Lots of staff but no one is particularly working hard (or fast-good grief we waited a looooong time for sub par service in the bar). The pricing has gone up considerably. It is still fun if you like to bowl. It just lost a lot of personality.

48 Lanes of excitement the longest bowling alley I've ever seen in my life. And on one end is Rocco's professional card shop baseball, football hockey you name it. Lot of locals know Rocco is a good man even my dad dealt with him over 40 years ago.. off and on. It's called Rock dugout 3232 North Rock road. It was good to meet a legend.

Had family visiting from out of state. The kids like bowling! This is the second time we went bowling at North Rock Lanes when they come to visit, once a year. Never disappointed! We always have a good time and the kids have a blast. Great pizza, too!

Has new ownership. The cost of everything has significantly increased. The restaurant has changed and food has gone down hill. Less food for same prices or for some even higher. Drinks have sky rocketed as well. Will be looking for a new ally for league.

Good place to bowl. Good specials. Good food and decent prices at the bar. Lots of little games to choose from on bowling, but too bad they didn't include 7/8/9 no tap and other games. Automatic bumpers are cool per player for the kids.

AJ'S sports grill is also located here. They have happy hour specials on drinks and great pizza. Tuesday is BOGO on pizzas and Monday kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. They do cool seasonal pizzas and drinks. Check this place out for sure!.

Fun for the family, had wheel chair accessibility and the ball dropper for disabled individuals. So my brother and I were able to play, and my brother with cerebral palsy almost won if my sister hadn't scored a single point higher at the end.

Northrock Lanes is a great bowling alley! Bowlero has taken over the bowling alley to bring a new experience for your bowling experience! AJ Sports Grill is still providing their great pizza and their other great tasting meals! The kids have a fun gameroom to keep themselves having fun and laughing!! Every aspect of my experience was excellent!! Dwayne was amazing and a joy to be around! A.Js pizza was awesome. The Tuesday night bartender at the other bar was helpful and made great drinks. We will definitely be back. Service was absolutly five stars!!!!

My favorite place to bowl. Staff is great and really friendly. They offer open bowling most times of the day and league bowl for the more advanced bowlers. Come on down. Update. Northrock lanes has been sold and the new management is a little less friendly.... less "mom and pop", more big business. It's definitely about the money. I enjoy an adult beverage when I bowl. I've uploaded a picture of a double Jim Beam. Doesn't look like a double to me! The overall bowling experience and fun has diminished. I can no longer recommend Northrock as the place to bowl in Wichita.

Northrock came to the rescue! My family had planned to go to another bowling alley for my daughter's birthday, but discovered upon arrival that they had cancelled open bowl for a private event (although I had called earlier in the week to check). So we took our cake, presents, and money to Northrock Lanes and managed to get a much better deal on the bowling too! We loved the huge pizza!

I went to Northrock Lanes tonight for the first time in roughly 15 years and had zero issues. The line was long at first considering the cosmic had just started, but it wasn't long before a second person came and started helping others. There appeared to be plenty of staff on duty to make sure everything was kept as clean as possible. All the staff I came in contact with was very friendly. For the small space that the arcade is in, they still had a good selection of games and were spaced out enough to where you weren't shoulder to shoulder with everyone. As far as our lane went, we bowled for 2 and a half hours and had zero issues with the machine. 5 stars from me!

My parents just had a bowling tournament there and it was fun there is even a big game room were you can win prizes. There is also a bar there, the bathrooms are very nice and clean there is a baby changing room in there as well overall it's a pretty great bowling alley with a store so you can buy bowling things to get more involved.

Best place ever! I’m not the type to go out with a group of friends because I’m shy and I tend to feel uncomfortable fairly quickly. But, for a first outing with anyone, this is the place to go! I enjoyed bowling and getting together with the lanes around us and cheering each other on. Not only that, all the workers, servers and bartenders were amazingly patient and nice! I also recommend getting AJ’s PIZZA! BEST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD. Where else can you go to build bonds, throw balls at pins, take Jell-O shots and eat a giant pizza? NORTHROCK LANES BABY 🤘🏼

What an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I was bowling with a friend for practice, and we were on lanes 31 & 32. A historical lane pair, that one. In 1993, Mike Aulby beat David Ozio 300 to 279 on that lane pair to win the PBA Wichita Open!

Great bowling alley when they are not shut down do to national tournaments. I get it with the publicity and all. What I don't get is denying everyday patrons for folks that could care less what city they are in. Not support it on a local level. There money goes to well known corporations and hotel chains.

Reminds me of my hometown bowling alley. Many of the bowling alleys here in Wichita are all about charging as much as they can, not North Rock Lanes. Everything is reasonably priced and the employees are mature adults who actually know and care about bowling. This will be my new home bowling alley while we are living in the Wichita area.

Great place to come and bowl with friends, and the pizzas are huge. However at a birthday party I attended the place seemed disorganised ie staff giving us one table for two lanes and eleven people and also making it hard to find staff when we need to ask questions. I'd come here again, but not for a birthday party.

Largest bowling alley in Wichita and one of the few left with a pro shop. Lanes and computer system are up to date. Huge arcade for kids, sports bar attached for the adults. They have bowling specials almost everyday. A must visit bowling alley in Wichita.

One of the best bowling centers in the country. It has played host to PBA events, and the Intercollegiate Team Championships several times. For competition bowlers they offer some of the most unique, competitive, and diverse leagues you will ever see, as well as an array of tournaments throughout the year. For recreational bowlers they offer competitive prices, a large arcade, bumpers, and birthday party packages. They are also home to AJ's sports grill, which makes the best pizza in town!

Classic Boeing alley with a pro shop. There are different "games" at the lanes than just standard bowling. Each involves bowling, but has different scoring. Like the Angry Birds version for example.

Paid for two lanes for 1 1/2 hrs but couldn't get second lane two work. Didn't get much bowling with 9 of us on one lane no refund
