The Citi Open is when this place comes to life! Other than that it stays pretty empty year round. For tennis lovers the courts are well maintained. I would love to see it used more than just once a year.

Visited the park for City Open 2017. Awesome experience. The only, parking for regular guests was very unorganized. We drove all the way from Hampton, VA and then we need to go find parking and take a bus to the tournament. But the park is awesome, courts are great. Good experience

Attended the 2022 Citi tournament. There were plenty of matches going on with room for everyone to see the exciting action. Top ranked professional tennis players were among the participants.

I enjoyed the tennis. They have improved the venue over the years and with Nadal, they are getting better talent. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Be ready to eat food that was processed hours earlier and shipped from one area to another. And, be prepared to spend top dollar on it. $14 for a large beer. $16 for chicken nuggets and cold hard fries. The weather can also be hot, so be sure to wear sun tan lotion. The web site is only partially accurate; its links are average (some pointing to the previous year) and it isn't updated in a timely manner. Lastly, they don't do a good job showing scores on other courts. They used to do a better job of this.

No place to sit down! There are no benches around the venue to rest. No doubt you are meant to go in one of the food place where you're pressured to buy something. Also, not much in the merch tent. Miss the Citi Open of old!

The courts at Fitzgerald Tennis Center are great. The clay courts are a lot of fun and the hard courts are nice as well. If you are interested in training Charles is the guy to see. My tennis game has improved tremendously since I started working with him. 5 Stars!!!

Not the fanciest or cheapest, but nice enough and outdoor courts are reasonable. Most like their central location, but they are only available by bus for public transit. Biking is nice. And I like they are part of Washington Tennis Education Foundation and their annual wta and atp tournament, the Citiopen at end of July/August.

Fitzgerald Tennis Center indoor and outdoor courts . The main stadium seats 7,500 spectators, including 31 suites with air conditioning.

The courts are well taken care of. They have a bubble for the winter season. I only wish they were easier to get to for USTA match play.

Parking is a hassle. Pay for the parking pass or leave extra time. But a fun tennis venue.
