Reviews of ClimbZone Laurel
Safiya Parker
Good experience as an adult. We went Thursday around 1130 to avoid children traffic. Pretty much had the walls to ourselves. Got the hour and a half for $30 and I think it was the perfect amount of time. Did about 15 of the 75 walls cause I was going for orange/red stickers. I have one wall that I just couldn’t get that day so will return & I would bring a friend to try also.

It’s an amazing experience for the kids.
So many wall options that kept the kids going for 2 hrs without pause.
There’s a small snack counter with drinks and lots of tables to eat or rest.
We’ll def be back for more.
The staff are nice and walk around to ensure everyone is having fun and being safe.
Robert Hoffman
This place was awesome. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations.
The walls and ease of use was also surprising. After a few minutes, my kids were hooking themselves into the ropes. I always verified before i sent them up, but it was very convenient.

LOUD! The kids are loud and the music was deafening. We were there for a birthday party and it was one of many parties going on at the same time that Saturday.
Small kids can get overwhelmed and over stimulated.
We probably would have had a better time if it weren't so busy. We might come another time on our own when there aren't 3-4 kid parties going on at the same time.

Nice place for kids and adults. The walls are designed for inexperienced to experience climbers. There are a variety of walls to choose from. The the walls are nice and create a different experience for each climb.
Monica Arciga
This place looks cool from the moment you walk in. Each section is a different theme that will spark your child's imagination. There are plenty of tables and benches. It's a bit on the high side to get in, but will be worth it. The only downside is there is no wifi.
T. Lynch
A great place for kids with a family atmosphere. This was our first time visiting and we had an enjoyable time..The staff was great and someone was always walking around willing to lend a helping hand.
Katya Gilbo
Took my 7yr old sisters and it was a blast of fun for two hours! So creative and artsy as well with many different kind of walls! I've been to rock climbing gyms, and this was super novel and cool! Also the staff were really great in helping the kids, and we enjoyed the music they had playing too.
Molly Hopwood
This was such an awesome find! My friend had her son's birthday party here and kids from 2-12 all had fun!! We will definitely be back
Shawn Henry
Very cool spot! Lots of variety in the climbing walls in both subject matter and difficulty level. Kids will have a blast.
Nicolas Crouzier
Nice concept! Plenty of climbing walls to chose from for all skill levels for kids. Even the harder red routes will challenge adults who are not too used to "real" rock climbing. Place was not too crowded when we went which made for a nice experience. A bit pricey however and can't really justify coming back often (-1 star). Try to find a coupon to save a few bucks!
Jennifer Treat
Such a fun place! They have a huge variety of colorful, themed walls of varying levels of difficulty (King Kong tower, Mount Rushmore, Tetris, Outer Space, Underwater, Alice in Wonderland, etc). The wait for each wall was never longer than a few kids/minutes. Additionally, watching your child gain confidence and being proud of their accomplishments was a fantastic experience. The party areas were also clean and spacious. Excellent experience. Will definitely be back.
Ashley Cook
This place is so much fun, the kids climbed, I climbed. The instructors were friendly, helpful and encouraging to first time climbers.
Mauricio Maranho
The kids had a blast. My kids were scared at first, but kept pushing themselves each time and were super excited when they were able to make it to the top. It's a great place for kids to try new activities, to face their fears, and push themselves to new heights (pun sort of intended). The staff were also super friendly.
Esther Marquina
Lots of walls to climb. My nephew was able to do all except a red color wall that was very advanced. There were some closed walls but there were plenty of options. All you need is two hours to complete all the climbs. Great for kids and adults who are beginners.
Jeremiah Dupree
I highly recommend this spot to families. It was something different and safe. I just had a birthday party there and I like the fact that I was able to bring my own food. We had good service from the staff and the children enjoyed themselves. Will go back again so that we can tire the kids out for the day!!!
Cris Shultz
This place is cool. Took my kids back in 2020. Not sure why I never reviews. Anyways. At the time they were 4 and 6… I’ll tell you what, my legs were on fire from the continued squatting to get them linked up each time they chose another wall to climb. lol… it’s cool, my kids loved it.
Georgette M
Very accommodating staff - first time there and staff explained process and demonstrated how to use all equipment. Grand kids aged 5 snd 7 had the best experience! Will definitely come back. Stayed 1 hr 45 minutes plenty of time as they were both exhausted! 😉 …
Marissa Collins
My kids had an absolute blast. Be prepared if your kid is young or not that dextrous — you're going to have to clip them in and out of every wall, because there aren't enough staff to do it. There's a really nice difficulty mix among the various walls and my 10-year-old was comfortable at most levels of difficulty. This isn't a serious rock climbing gym, and adults on the walls are rare. But even when it's crowded, kids can spend most of their time up on the walls. We'll definitely be back.
Savan Dounde
Best place to spend 2-3 hrs. Kids will definitely enjoy it.
John Russell
I really enjoy ClimbZone! My family of four liyves going since we all climb, and it's a great way to get moving when being outside isn't an option. The walls have enough variety in terms of difficulty and novelty that you don't get bored.
While I was unsure at first about clipping in and out independently, it saves a ton of time so you're mostly climbing during your visit. Just pay good attention to the briefing on your first visit and you'll be good.
Maritza Cooper
What an absolutely amazing place! I was dumbfounded at how creative the climbing walls are. They are stunning! The imagination and creativity involved is astounding. The kids had a blast. There were even little 3 year olds climbing. The adults that climbed looked like they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Well run. They attach the harness and self belay up. Next time I will have to try it myself. I highly, highly recommend this place for a fun and different experience. It is a visual delight and looks like so much fun. They are great about keeping the number of folks inside down, disinfect frequently and seem to enjoy their jobs. I will definitely be back.
erik clark
Place was as great as usual! I don't know when, but they got rid of the bouncey slide and castle and that was one of the best things they could do. My daughter broke her arm on the bouncey slide years ago, totally her fault, but a rueful event nonetheless. Other parents may not view an incident the same way so no bouncey anything is a minor price to pay for amazing, regularly changing rock walls.
It would be nice I'd they a speedwall you could race on, but that is minor and in no way detracts from the phone.
One constant we have noticed is a ratio of young girls and women climbing to boys of any sort. My daughter has always loved coming here, and she always leaves with a feeling of "girls can do it, and so can I."
Al E
Kids and parents of all ages love this place. I've only been there three times, but my kids can't get enough of this place. I thought it might have wall climbing sections, but there are at least 30 of them.
If you have a birthday party there, have it in the tent, not the rooms. The tent is closer to where the kids are climbing and you can see most of the climbing walls from the tents. You can't do that from the rooms.
Platform Games Hudgames
I will admit. I was a little hesitant about paying $25 for this, unsure if it was worth it. On top of that, we were a 3 hour drive away, however, my daughter really wanted to go here. I am so glad I did. It was worth every penny. Yes, it was a little crowded, and sometimes she did have to wait a bit to climb a certain wall, but it was a great experience. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff are. It may be the only place I have ever been to that the staff stop to ask if you need any help without you having to say a word to them. I would highly recommend this place.
Olajumoke Ayoola
Looooove this place, had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here last week, friendly staff, great facility. If you are a big group, you book a birthday tent for 25, you get charged for the kids who use the facility(climb a wall or slide), if less than 5 people climb, they have to bill you for a minimum of 10 people.
We had a great host/party coordinator to ourself, he was truly helpful with setting up my party and breaking down too. Make sure all of your party guests sign the waiver before event day.
Veronica Dickerson
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I had my nephew's birthday party here on Saturday June 10th and to be honest I had never been to this place so I really didn't know what to expect when walking in. This place is huge and spacious. I was not expecting to see all the different types of walls that they have for kids and adults to climb on. The area where we had the party really took me by surprise. We were in a green and yellow tent big enough for 34 kids and adults predecorated with hanging lights. And to top it all off the guy assisting us with the party, named Josue, was very helpful and very kid friendly. The entire staff was very friendly and for a majority of them to be teenagers that's always a plus you don't find that too often in places. All in all it was an extremely wonderful first time experience for all of us and definitely inexpensive. I will be returning with a bigger group in a few months. BEST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
Aaliyah Miller
Great family-friendly activity to get the whole family moving. There are climbing levels with a range of difficulties from beginner to advanced.
Pleasantly surprised children as young as two can climb. My three year old twins weren't ready but they loved the bounce houses there.
This was my first visit. I went to a birthday party. I also appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was.
Thu Pham
Great place to climb for almost every age group. We love the fact that you can bring your own food/drinks here and have an indoor climbing session and then have lunch/ dinner/ feast. I feel safe even when I'm get to the top.
Olga Chatfield
Great place. A lot of fun walls for climbing, nice space. My 5yo son loves it.
Jamie Blackwell
This place is awesome! It’s easy for the kids to learn. There are a ton of amazing themed climbing walls. A place for young toddlers and babies to play. There is also a bouncy house and slide! My kids had an amazing time here. On top of all that it is reasonably priced too! I give it a 4 only because I find the white marsh location to have a better layout and more space for parties!
Joshua
Fun climbing experience, very unique climbing walls. Good place for birthdays. Good for younger kids too, there is a bounce house and two slides. Also cheap for younger kids, only $12.
Brad C
Climbzone is a lot of fun for kids and adults. The climbing is done through automatic belay that is workable by adults and even kids if they have the finger strength. The walls have various things which adds to the fun and help make up the colourful decor as you walk in the building.
The staff will help you don your harness and provide general instructions so that you not only know how to operate the belay equipment but also have to stay safe. What is nice is the staff are roaming the floor to provide assistance as needed.
We have had a couple birthday parties at this location and they are very fun and well-organized and executed. I think what is best about the birthday parties is that you have 3 hours to climb once you arrive. This is the same circumstance when you come on your own - you get three hours to climb once you arrive.
My only real complaint is that it is a little bit expensive. It is upwards of $30 to climbfor 3 hours. Of course this is only an opinion, but my opinion is that it should be around $15 to $20.
The place is always crowded with certainly adds to the fun atmosphere. Even though there is sometimes a wait to climb a particular wall, the time does pass by because of all the excitement going on around you.
I should also mention that there are is a selection of inflatables to add to the fun for children of all ages: Inflatable slide, an inflatable bounce house, etc.
All in all, it's definitely a great time and will certainly become more valuable as it gets more into the winter season and weather!
Danielle Pientka (DIYDanielle)
Excellent and fun. It's VERY hard on your body so 2 hrs is more than enough. My kids climbed, ages 4-10, and had a great time. Look at the colors on each course to tell the difficulty level. I love the designs of the courses.
Rashanda Dunn
It was super fun. I was nervous that it was only for kids but I went with a group of friends and we all had a good time. The set up was cute and the walls were of varying levels of difficulty. I think we had a three hour session but we were beat after about an hour. I will say that it seems like some walls are for tiny hands but it was still a blast!
Jackie Gage-Mercado
Was not busy when we were there Sat around 12. Very kid friendly, staff was helpful and attentive, definitely going back.
Jeneen G
Super fun and unique climbing walls, feels like being in a fantasy world. Also cheaper than other indoor climbing gyms in the DC area. There's something for every age. Only thing is that the walls are made of wood and have edges that can be a bit more uncomfortable on the hands than the usual fiberglass walls.
Craig Twomey
A good place for kids to climb, even though I don’t have kids, my mother and I were there for a family birthday party.
Meaza Carr
The kids had a blast , the staff was really nice. They were very busy, and ended up starting our party a little late ,but they gave us our time back by extending it. I would recommend this place.
Gen Harrison-Doss
We spent a fun afternoon at ClimbZone in Laurel, MD. The staff were kind and the climbing was a blast. I loved the creativity of the various climbing walls. Our son is 4.5 and he enjoyed the climbing, arcade games and snacks. My husband and I climbed as well and boy, was it a workout! We felt it was great value for money and we will be back, likely to do a birthday there.
Kelly Mosmiller
Very cool! I've never been to a place like this, we're not really climbers, but it was fun. They had three bounce house/slides and almost wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling climbing walls. In the back there are party tents with tables and chairs set up. The party host said the cost was very reasonable, you supply the food and cake, they supply the venue and climbing. The employees were really nice and helpful. They fitted the kids with harnesses, went over the rules and how to clip in and out and they were very safety- conscious. The only minor negative was there is no ATM on site. I would definitely recommend Climbzone for parties or just a few hours of fun.
Timothy Hoffman
We visited Climb Zone for the first time this weekend and had a great time. The space is huge! Climb Zone is unique in my experience, while kid focused it a fun time for all ages, wall to wall climbing with automatic belaying and safety carabiners to keep climbers hooked in. Each climbing route is setup with a different theme. While Tetris and the Eifel Tower may be recognized first, the various New York skylines were my favorites. The Incan or Mayan designs were also really creative. The staff were very good, with one young woman working at the slide doing an exceptional job, she kept her cool while simultaneously directing kids to play safe and fixing the climbing harness for another child. Bring some good shoes and prepare to strengthen your forearms, this is a fun time!
Troy Sims
What a fun place for the whole family! My wife and 9 year old son loved it as well. Granted, I am not a real "rock-climber," but I think they have climbing options for most levels of expertise. The themes of what you can climb on are fun as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. In addition, they give you a free coffee if you check in on your personal Facebook account. I got a Cappuccino made with almond milk - delicious!
Recommended!
Mike Deafenbaugh
Awesome experience! Several of the fun walls were down for maintenance though...
Christopher Brown
What a great place to bring the kids to get their energy out. They can keep coming back for new challenges as they grow. Get there early on a Sunday if you want to avoid the crowds.
M.J. Wotany
Very interesting and adventurous place!! Like no other, I must say! If looking for something different and unique for the kiddos to strengthen their upper body, this is definitely the place!
Bay Blake
My family and I attended this facility for a birthday party and we had an absolute BLAST! They have different levels of "The Walls" which incorporated the level of difficulty. This was a great activity for a good work out. They also have a bounce house and moon bounce for the smaller kids who weren't old enough to climb.
It was also cool to meet a few of the singers from Black Pyramid Records who attended a birthday party there!
susan (sue)
This place was fun but once you're done you just feel tired and wanna get out, oh and I went but never did anything because the harness was too small for me. So yea. They have food and they let you bring in food so that's a plus.
Turner C
Huge fan of this place. Great workout plus great music! Threw a Birthday party here for our daughter. Plenty of fun for the whole family! Had a great time.
Aaron Jaffey
Awesome experience here! My family had a great time visiting. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I also noticed them extensively cleaning the place which is nice to see. It is a little pricey, so if there were groupon offers I would certainly see us going back more often. Overall, 5 star experience!
Giovanni Camacho
Perfect for a kid's birthday party. Both children and their parents have a lot fun.
Phoenix Paints
So much fun! A variety of walls for different levels. Clean Establishment and friendly staff. Great for building kids confidence especially if they are afraid of heights. Will be returning.
John Gallagher
I'm a big fan of ClimbZone. Many of the climbing walls are equally challenging to kids and adults. The auto-belaying tech they have is awesome. At first we went occasionally, but recently we tried the membership. There are more walls than I can do all in one session, and I'm often spent in 1.5 hrs. I'm not a real rock climber, but climbing the different walls now feels like they are teaching me different techniques. My 2nd grade daughter is a big fan, and it's great to climb together. She had a birthday party there, and to gamify it, I made a checklist of achievements - many were only partly up the walls. Depending on the wall, half-way may already be a big achievement. Tip: wear clothes that prevent the harness from rubbing your skin above the waist and on the thighs.
Natalie B
Attended a 5 year old's birthday party here on a Saturday and was concerned that it would be packed and unorganized. Boy was I wrong! ClimbZone did an awesome job supporting the party, educating and assisting the climbers, and providing good sized and clean space! The kids were super happy.
kenneth galt
Good birthday party package. Lots of climbing walls.
One down side is you only get the party room/tent for 2 hours and your climbing is for three hours. You should have room /tent for the full 3 hours.
David Delaney
Perfect place for kids 5 and older. The ability to hook in and out without working about the need for someone to belay is great.
A R
Great customer service. Celebrated my son 9 bday and it was a great choice. Amenah was our instructor and she was helpful and made the experience even better. I would def come back again and recommend this place.
N M
Cool place. Well run and with some really interesting climbs for all ages. It was quiet first thing but filled up within an hour (weekend) although there were still enough climbs and space on the slides etc. It’s a great place to pass time on a rainy day.
Sam Neves
The boys had amazing fun. Very tired and ready to sleep at night. It is very expensive, however.
Adrien Van Merlin
Super fun for all ages! It's a creative and unique take wall climbing with fun themed walls. I definitely want to go back 😊 …
Tiffany Riddell
Such a fun place! My daughter had her birthday party here on Sunday and it went so well! We came in a little early but we were told we could grab a cart to bring our party supplies in and hang out until we could go back to our reserved party area. Once it was time, we we escorted by our party hostess, Victoria. The tables were already set with table clothes, plates, silverware, and napkins. Victoria went over a few things with me, and gave us a few minutes to get our stuff set up and let the guests arrive. Once a few arrived, she took them over to be harnessed and get started. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Victoria! That lady was hustling! I had to send two different emails regarding guests, because I had a few parents RSVP late, and somehow they only had the late list with only four guests on it and not my larger list. Victoria handled it so well! She said it wasn’t a problem at all, she would get the names as she harnessed them. Climb Zone was packed that day and she was handling at least one other party besides ours. She had everything organized and was wonderful with the kids! When it came time to wrap things up, she quickly handled the transaction and made everything go so smoothly. I’d definitely recommend a party here if your children are into this type of thing.
Did I mention Victoria was amazing?? She was!
David Rosenfelder
So much fun and a fantastic workout. They have a small play area for really little kids and a bounce house and inflatable slides that are good for bigger kids when they get tired of climbing. Big discount (30% as of 8/31/17) for military/law enforcement/firefighters/EMS. Check it out!
Umar Syyid
Great fun for kids of all ages. My kids (4 and 6) were able to participate and climb up to the top of several walls
Neville Emmanuel
It was a lot more fun than I expected. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely do it again and again. The workout is great. It is a little bit out of the way. Still that makes it a hidden gem.
Cassie Kelly
Have held 2 birthday parties here. Will do another. Would recommended using the tents in the back, there is a little bit more breathing room. This past party was done in a tent. For those of you looking for info on planning decor and set up, figured I would share what I did for our Frozen Party with girls and boys. Favors, girls received tutus, boys received geode rocks in a box with a note...including pics. Used the blue tent, pushed 2 tables together left one in the back for presents and drinks, cake, etc. There is a shelving unit in the back of tent for use also. Used 3 white table cloths one blue fabric with glitter for center. Couple boxes for different levels. Made a tree out of sticks, acrylic paint, glitter spray, led battery lights, snowflake ornaments, Styrofoam ball bucket with nails going in from the bottom to support Styrofoam ball in place. Hung a few slowflake spirals from tent with fishing line and paperclips. Make sure you bring scissors for cut down. Purchased items from Amazon, Michael's, Wal-Mart, Party City. Was able to set up in the 15 min provided. Our coordinator / instructor was Corey, who was absolutely wonderful! He went up one of the climbing walls like Spiderman...my daughter was in awe! Helped with set up, let me arrange the way I wanted. The tent does have poles going across to hang things from. Was an awesome party...
Tom Koval
Awesome place--just look at the pictures. And $12 for three hours of climb time for kids ages 2-5 isn't shabby!!! (Update March 2022)--price is higher now, don't have exact price though.
Dyanna McMullen
Fun indoor climbing for all ages. Small play area for toddlers to play, though you need to supervise them. Tons of walls to climb of all levels of expertise. Great for kids and adults .
Tabatha Laban
The first time my family came here, a month or so ago, we were in awe! We had no idea it even existed, but so glad it does. We had been invited by friends & our kids had so much fun. We had a get together on Sunday for our daughters 10th bday & like I said we love it so much that my husband had to get a harness & was trying to beat "the spider man" that works there who has the time of 7 seconds. This place is truly a place for kids of all ages (to a point, obviously) & adults (big kids). The staff if totally awesome, don't stop being kids yourselves, when you do, that's when you stop having fun. Thank you for helping my family have a great day!!!
Michael Saffle
Lots of fun. My nine year old had a blast.
Zipp Family
Great experience! We enjoyed finding the hidden New Zealand references throughout the climbing area. All our kids 9 and under needed help hooking their harness to the climb rope - make sure to bring enough adults to help out.
Aaron B.
Staff are very friendly and profession. This place is great for parties! The really took care of us here and the kids had a WONDERFUL time!! They did a great job explaining things and you could tell they really took safety seriously. Would reccomend for parties or walk-ins!
Rehan Khan
Great place for kids and bday parties.
John Banks
I took my three kids 9, 6, and 2. All three had an amazing time. The creative rocks walls gave them great adventures to scale. They absolutely loved it.
Lourdes R
It was really great the People there was friendly and a clean place.
Magdalena Scarato
Will definitely return. The only thing that would make it better would be to turn the music down. Thanks!
Jeffrey Falvo
I was not asked to write this review but I feel it may help others who are considering ClimbZone. I was visiting family in the Baltimore area and I am really glad I stopped by for some exercise and fun on their climbing walls. I've never had an interest in rock climbing but this seemed to be a little different and the best of both worlds. I felt very secure with the training, safety cables and harness. What a wonderful experience! The staff was well trained and helped me (a first timer) before and during each climb. The staff actually climbed along side of me which put me at ease. Huge variety of walls and if you live in the Laurel or Middle River /White Marsh area or even further away it's worth the drive to either location for a corporate event or party. I'll be back for sure.
Z
My son and I had a blast. The staff was great and courteous. Great walls and a lot of different challenges.
Mary Deppisch
First time back since the pandemic and still one of the best indoor play areas around. My son is almost 13 and still loves climbing all the walls. We come here for extra exercise between sports practices. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and actively watches the climbers. They offer suggestions and make sure everyone is safe.
Najja Nicole
My kids had lost of fun at climb zone definitely will be bringing them back here
Deceitful
This place is amazing all around! The walls were decked out with amazing little places, and scenarios! It's quite large, and they do indeed practice social distancing and masks! It's fun for my whole family and friends! Would recommend!
Benjamin Jancewicz
They have friendly staff, who are generous with the timeslots. The best part is that you can bring your own food and host your own birthday party. Both my kids have had birthday parties there, and it’s one of their favorite things to do.
Jack Ladson
Fun place primarily for kids. Although adults also climbed. Place is safe with adequate supervision. Not inexpensive but commensurate priced. Food is better elsewhere. Kids were having a ball. The experience is worthwhile.
Todd B.
Pretty good deal for two hours of "rock climbing" ($25). For kids under 5 it's $15, an even better deal. Lots of happy kids and parents running around and seeing how high up they can climb. They have snacks and drinks, but they don't mind if you bring your own water. I'm fairly certain we'll come back with the grandkids, and by ourselves to climb some mountains!
CelestialMama
I have taken my kids here many times over the past 5 years. This place is such creative way to get kids involved in a physical activity that parents can do as well! We always have a blast... And sleep well that night. I wish they would have groups or discounts for older kids/teens and they really should do the climbing in the dark event more often!
Nadia Hanson
We had a great time! Lots of variations. Great service. First time there and we are going back!
J D
Amazing! Best climbing experience I've ever had. Just wish they were in every state since I dont live in MD ☹
Rebecca Carroll
Just moved to the area and thought we'd check this place out. There's a ton of variety, they keep it really clean, and the staff was really helpful, especially DeAndre and the gentleman helping on the floor (I don't think I ever got his name, unfortunately). Definitely returning!
Josh Dudley
We usually go to the whitemarsh location, but had a bday party at Laurel location. We were not impressed. There was many walls that were not open something like five or six broken. The bounce house was not working. Gate for tots area was broken. Most of the staff was at the counter talking to each other not out helping. We will definitely be going only to whitemarsh location. It's always clean fully operational and friendly helpful staff.
M Anthony
My son had a birthday party and we had a ball. The team was supportive and helpful.
Tundey Akinsanya
Great place for kids and adults. Safe climbing in temperature controlled environment. Lots of walls to climb with different difficulty levels. I even saw a 3 year old climbing all the way to the top!
Jonathan Beeton
Fun place for the kids to challenge themselves and expend some energy.
Fred Harwood
We brought our 5 y.o. grandson, he is not as thrilled as we had thought he might be. He said he would rather go to a trampoline place. The stAff was helpful and the facility was clean. There was ample parking.
Fatina Williams
Clean, well organized and fun place for children (and adults) of all ages. Only thing it could improve on is to increase the number of tables.
James Liang
Short waits and a good variety in themes and skill levels.

Any birthdays and personal information provided to climbzone might also be compromised, so use of fake birthdays would be wise.

Maybe make buying a $5 arcade card a choice. $10 is pretty expensive

Great place for kids and adults alike. We had a great time.
The staff isn't the friendliest, which is unfortunate. Only 1 guy was really nice, and was invested in making sure all the kids & parents were having a great time and cheering them on - THAT was awesome! We didn't get his name though.
Kisha Rivers
This place was super fun! It was awesome to watch the kids climb without fear. The walls were really tall.
Joseph Walker
A great change of pace. High energy place and the kids love it
Jennelle Willis
Thank you for making my son's birthday an amazing experience! Eddie specifically provided excellent customer service and was very engaging with my family and other customers. The staff was very attentive to the sanitation of the equipment for covid prevention measures and consistently ensured items were cleaned after usage. Very friendly. Would highly recommend!
Gary Carpenter
Great place to bring the kids to burn off some energy. 2 hours was plenty of time to get tired. Lots of different climbs available with varying skill levels. Bring something to keep your valuables in and carry around with you. Can’t keep anything in your pockets with a harness on. No chalk so if your hands get sweaty, you’re out of luck.
jennifer johnson
Great place for kids to learn about climbing. The walls are all different and the climbing ability level is well marked.
Anas A.
The facility is amazing, the prices are reasonable, the wall options are plentiful, the design motivates the kids... not so much the adults!
but... the staff has no patience for children, which is a deal breaker for me.. no one should raise their voices at children no matter how many times they repeat the mistake.. the employees hardly have any customer service sense.. they need a new training manual on how to handle situations involving young children.. I’ve been there twice, 1st to try it out, then to give them a second chance just in case the customer service experience was a one off..
Thomas Black
So great. Differing levels of difficulty make it fun to revisit
Heidi Pepin
Very fun! We reserved our spots ahead of time, from 9 - 12, and arrived promptly at 9. We were definitely glad we did because it got much busier as time went on.
You can walk in or reserve but I highly recommend making a reservation, especially if you're showing up on a rainy day like we did. You can climb for 3 hours and there are other things to do too, like a bouncy house and inflatable slides. My son liked to climb, then take an inflatables break.
Food is available for purchase on site but a lot of people brought food and drinks with them since there are designated eating areas. I would definitely do that next time.
Overall, we ended up staying just over 2 of our allotted three hours, mostly because the kids were tired and hungry. The staff was friendly and helpful, people were very respectful of others on the walls and equipment, and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
Highly recommend.
Kristin Neet
We recently visited the Laurel location with our 3 kids and had a wonderful experience! Honestly I hope they keep the “reservations” even after the COVID regulations are lifted (which I would like to add they politely made sure to keep everyone wearing masks and distanced). There was plenty of space to roam, little time waiting, and the place was clean and organized. In comparison to Skyzone, this exceeded our expectations. Kids had a great time (that was also two hours of exercise) and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back again!
Raymond Wright
Dig it. Will return. Took my 7yr old granddaughter. She out climbed me but hey, She's 7. I just wasn't ready is all lol
Megan Breckenridge
We loved this place. Our group had climbers as young as 4 and up to the 30s. We all had a great time. Kids were busy and super active. The facility was clean. The instructors were super nice and helpful with the training that they do before they begin. It was a long drive for us (about an hour) but we will definitely go again.
John Delaney
WOW. Brought our Girl Scout Troop for our end of the year party. Rented the room and everything. Our kids LOVED this place. I think it might have been one of our best parties. We didn't have a traditional party here so can't tell you about how those go both the rest of the staff on the floor was so nice and helpful getting our girls ready to climb away.
Great job, my kids at least want to come back again.
Jenna Fitz
I went here with my 3 year old and 7 year old. We had a ton of fun! My 3 year old was able to do most of the walls! There was very little wait time if any getting on the popular walls. Only disappointment was the table space is limited and seemed like people camped out at the tables also they only had snacks available to buy. Other than that we really had a great time
And it is worth the money!
Sean Brennan
Tons of variety for climbing, bounce houses and slides. Great place for a kid's birthday party.
D Ll
Always an enjoyable time for the family. The kids love climbing the walls and the bouncy houses are a plus for when the kids get tired of climbing. Can be pricey if you take a big group but all in all a fun way to kill some time on the weekends. Be sure to reserve your time slot online to ensure that you can get in when you arrive. Not always extremely busy but still a very popular place!
enrike funes
Great place to go to with the kids. Great way to keep them active and to also have fun, not limited to kids of course.
Erin F
Great place for a kid's party! Separate (private) party rooms available or there are shared spaces set up in tents on the far end of the building. While I thought the climbing walls looked a bit more on the juvenile side, they're no joke!! There are a plethora of walls to choose from ranging from easier to harder (they're color-coded). As someone who exercises regularly, I consider myself in good shape and quite a few of the climbs were challenging!
Kids or adults can climb, and they have several staff walking around the floor, keeping an eye on different areas in case you need help.
I interacted with several staff members and all were polite, friendly, and helpful! I'd go back here, but it's far from where I live. I only attended because it was my niece's birthday.
Although, even if I lived in the area, I would never have known about this place unless I was specifically searching for it, as it's off the beaten path in an industrial park area. Fun place!
Amie Mccumber
We really liked here. It was nicely set up, I was surprised at all the different types of climbing options and designs so even young kids can enjoy the climbing experience. They also have moonbounces, some with slides, and arcade games. They have tents set up in the back for parties that were very festive. Far better than a concrete room like other places.
All the employees were polite and professional, attentive if we needed help.
The only thing I would've liked was a sign closer to the road pointing to which building they're in. I found it after driving back n forth.
Thanks guys, the kids had a great time!
Gisel Benitez
It was a really nice place to be at, the staff was all really nice helping with putting on harnesses and making sure we knew how to do things correctly and put things back. I had a really nice time here and would recommend it to anyone!
T Awesomeness Brown
The staff were very friendly. To me, the place is geared towards children not adults.
Jayne Nmadu
There are 4 different levels of difficulty for the climbs so even a 3 year old can attempt some of the climbs. The harnesses are secure and fall proof as long as instructions for mounting and dismounting are followed. They have tents indoors for private parties also. The bouncing house and slide are a great addition and a big hit with younger kids. After about 2 hours, the kids were done and ready to go home.
Sadie Peterson
So fun! Would recommend. So many cool themes and difficulties with a large selection and decent price. My whole family really enjoyed this and we all loved it. The snack shack was at a good price and there was a pizza delivery ability for Papa John's. Overall it was great and I, again, would recommend this to a friend or family member.
Chantise Hawkins
It was an extremely fun experience as well as an amazing workout. It was accommodating for the children as well as the adults. It was not crowded at all even with someone having a birthday party. We will definitely be returning.
Jonathan McKinney
Great family fun. An awesome and challenging workout. Clean space and great staff. You are outfitted with a harnest and you have to clamp the harnest to a pressurized rope before climbing. The rope carries your weight and stops you from falling. It's very safe as long as you follow the rules. There are various skilled level climbs, bouncy houses, and a few games. They also host parties. Again, great family fun......if you're not afraid of heights...
Adam
My wife and I are in our mid 30s and very active/ love fitness and I have to say this place is great for a good workout with a "fun" theme. The setting is definitely of a family-oriented establishment that has fun "rock wall"/rock climbing walls. Each one has a theme to it with many colors and different challenges.
We've done real rock climbing before and this place was actually really challenging. Great and fun for all ages, especially the parents!!!!!!!
Staff was extremely nice and will always make sure your safety and enjoyment comes first! Definitely a great place to try out at least once!
Star Brown
This was definitely a worthy visit. My kids loved it and it's great excercise for all ages. The only down side is they don't sell food but you can bring your own which I'd have to do at the next visit. They didn't have the option for the 90 minute climb session like white marsh and honestly unless you are stopping to eat three hours is exhausting. We managed to stay for a little over two hours. I'd definitely do this again.
Krista Frederic
Have been here several times with my 3 kids (9, 7,3). It is an excellent place to wear them out and even the grown ups can climb. There are plenty of different climbing walls that they rotate regularly and enough staff to answer questions. It has always been clean. We moved out of state but this is still a popular request from my kids when we come.back to visit!
Saile Retsim
My son's classmate had a birthday party there. It was my first visit and it was a lot of fun for the kids as well as my wife and me. All that climbing makes you feel like a kid again. It's very likely that I'll go again with just my wife or maybe even an evening with they guys, which I haven't done in years. I'd recommend this place to families and for adults looking for a clean way to blow off some steam.
M Alexis
This place was incredibly fun for all ages. We had kids range from 2.5 to 15 and they all had fun. Lots of walls to climb with little to no wait even though the place was crowded. There are slides and a big bounce house. There's also a small portioned off area for tiny toddlers. That space could use a bit more creativity though. But kids seemed to like it especially if the climbing was too overwhelming. We're looking forward to going back.
Anikka Edwards-El
This place rocked!!! We went for a birthday party. The b-day kid just turned 7, but there was a wide age range of the kid guests and everyone there seemed to have a blast!! My 8 year old AND my 3 year old both loved it! Which doesn't always happen, but my 3 year old IS a serious climber! 😆
And having no need for a "belayer" was awesome! (I was worried about that with 2 kids!) It was just a quick what to do, get harnesses put on & they're off!
Tara Wahle
Our kids always have a blast! Lots of walls to climb to wear them out. Friendly staff :)
Ryan Burr
Simply amazing! Went for the first time today as a family and our 4 year old son loved it as much as we did! The various walls have a good range of difficulty and very creative designs. We will definitely be going back on a regular basis!
Karis Crone
Fantastic experience every time! Of course I love kids and don't mind them running a little wild so if that's not your thing, go on a school day. Great workout climbing 40 foot walls. Tons of designed climbing experiences and reasonable price. I'm 26 and I've been 3 times recently and loved it!
Brandon Coleman
Very helpful and attentive staff. My daughter had a blast climbing!
KC Miller
The themes get kids excited and they have a decent variety of difficulty. We were able to get our 4-year old into it which I didn't expect. Our six and seven year olds were able to really get into a lot of the climbs and stayed occupied for 3 straight hours. Weeks later they're still asking to go back. As an adult there are still some challenging climbs so it suits all ages.
If you need they do parties here. They reserve either. Tent with seating and tables on the main floor or there's a separate room to host in a more private space.
There's also three inflatable slides and bounce houses as a break for younger kids.
RITA OHIA
This is a nice place for everyone ( Kids and Adults). I love the fact that it is spacious and accommodating. The staff are very friendly too.
Nicole Bouvier
The walls are always being modified and changed to appeal to all ages. I have seen 4yr old all the way through adults in the walls having a lot of fun. The staff have always been curteous and helpful. We've been to the open climb a few times and for 2 birthday parties and have always had a good experience.
Daniel McGinty
Second year celebrating a birthday here. You cannot really beat the value. Having a party consists of renting a room/tent for 2 hours, and 3 hours of climbing (simultaneously). The staff is energetic, super friendly, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend a visit as it is truly unique. It's such a large venue, that even when is crowded, there is still plenty to do.
Charlotte
Just love it! Variety! Safe! Awesome for kids!
Klara Joy
We can on Saturday 2 hour block 12-2pm. It's a very fun place for kids and adults. There was not a lot of people, there was alot of walls to choose from and didn't feel crowded at all!!! We'll definitely coma again 🙂 …
Brynn Gipe
This place is way cool! Tons of climbing walls of varying difficulty, easy enough for kids but still fun for adults. The staff is super helpful and shows everyone how to attach the harnesses so that there is minimal waiting. Highly recommend!
Derek C
I brought the kids here and they liked it alot. We made reservations at 9 and they didn't have that many people there which was good so the kids could climb without waiting for other people to finish. The reservation was for 3 hours. This is a good place for kids and adults. Some of the walls can get challenging for kids that are younger due to the distance between grabbing points. They also have a bounce house in the front and a blow up slide in the back. They have a small play area for kids that are very young. There is a good amount of seating in the front and a private area in the back.
Adriane Bowman
It was wonderful. The staff was very helpful being that it was our first time. Very clean facility. I loved the different themes of the walls. The kids had a great time.
Avi Kempler
Coming in for our second visit, and the kids still love it. 3 hours and they are exhausted but still don't want to leave.
Stuart Greer
This is a great place to take your kid(s) and let them run around and use up energy while getting some exercise. My kids range from 6-11 and had a blast coming here for about 4 hours. They just kept taking small breaks to eat food we brought and rest and then went back to climbing. We definitely got our money worth here, and the kids want to go back. Only area for improvement would be some TVs to watch sports while the kids play. We'd probably spend all day here... 😁
Taneika Hamlin
I really enjoyed going here to celebrate my oldest daughters birthday. I booked the tent party vs a room party it still had enough space & sitting for your guest. I wish the host would've demonstrated to the kids how to attach the link alittle better than just telling them how to do it. It was fun and everybody including the adults enjoyed the climbing the different walls. It was very creative and challenging. Clean bathrooms. You receive a free hour of climb after your party is over which was pretty cool. I liked the fact they had moon bounces for the kids who didnt feel comfortable climbing so having that opinion was nice. I really recommend having a birthday party here.
Christopher Ruben
This place was awesome. My kids ended up being less courageous than we anticipated and not wanting to climb much. My wife and I were thinking it would be fun to come back without the kids. Very cool.
Elad Silberring
Great place for beginner timers and little kids that are not afraid of heights not such a great place for toddlers And especially expensive if you're just there to watch the kids. The cost for a non climber is $8 while a climber pays $25 if you are a family of five and 2 don't climb even even though not everyone is participating you would still pay a relatively large amount although in all fairness for those who are climbing it is worth it even if you are just coming for one time because of the price. The reason for me giving 3 stars is specifically because we were told on the phone that we would be refunded for people who canceled the reservation and that didn't happen in real life although we did get a refund for our toddlers that were too afraid to climb. Staff is really helpful management it's pretty stiff, and that people handling the tickets and cash are really bad when it comes to special cases. I won't elaborate much but I will say that one of our group members was a very frustrated and instead of making sure that she will go out with a smile the staff handling the tickets made her even more frustrated and ruined her whole day over $18. Covid-19 / Coronavirus isn't really felt here although you do have to wear a mask and the area for toddlers is closed. I had fun my friends didn't but it looks like this is a new place and they still have a thing or two to learn about management. Also, don't eat yellow snow.

Wow! You can literally spend a whole day climbing in this space. A very wide selection of challenging areas to climb. Some advanced climbs for the ambitious technologist. Your bound to have fun for the entire family. Very, very very kid friendly. Also a great way to be active. I plan to return at least once or twice a month.
Cory Wornell
So much fun! They're doing a decent job of dealing with COVID cleaning and distancing by limiting the amount of people at a time. Walls are challenging though there are some I was able to top even being a bigger person who's coming back into physical fitness. There were challenging walls my monkey-like partner found to be a great workout.
Anthony Vranish
Excellent fun for the whole family. The various themed walls offer differing levels of difficulty. Al ropes are supported using hydraulic belaying and easy for kids to quickly connect there gear and start climbing. Greate to introduce younger kids to the fun of climbing.
Zachary Keith (Dr. Keith)
I brought my little kids here for a party. They seemed to have a great time, but they were intimidated by the walls and the automatic repelling. I could see this being a lot of fun for older kids and I had fun giving a few walls a try. Fortunately younger kids are a bit less, so they don't have to climb the big walls. The slides are enough for them.
My only issue is that this place can get a bit crazy and not all the options for younger kids are staffed as they are supposed to be.
Erin Wilson
Wonderful climbing center. Plenty of spaces to climb, even when it was busy. My kids loved it (ages 4 &7). There are also some inflatable slides and a bounce house to keep kids entertained (great for my almost 2-year-old who couldn't climb). Anyone ages 2+ can climb!
Austin Adkins
Facility was neat, clean and in good order. Some birthday parties were in event tents as they only had a handful of actual rooms. There was a bounce house. The climbing sections were neat and only one was “unavailable due to maintenance”. I would go again.
Michael Bullock
The kids love it and so do I. Very physical workout, but it is very safe. Various climbing walls for all ages. My 3yr old grands have reached the summit of the kid friendly walls, while advanced adults have struggled with the toughest walls.
Ryan
Great place for families. Plenty of walls with entertaining themes, of varying difficulties that kids and adults alike, regardless of skill level, can enjoy. The moon bounce, inflated climb-and-slide, and gated kiddie area help with the littler, still aspiring climbers. There's a smattering of typical food options and even coffee or espresso, although I've not tried any.
Ryan Dunn
We couldn’t of had more fun. My 3 year old daughter loved it. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy but we had no problems finding plenty of different walls for her to climb. Two thumbs up!
Temitope Oladeji
The kids had so much fun it was unbelievable. Even the Adults were not left out. There was something to do for all age groups. The atmosphere was very conducive, the staff were very accommodating. Great customer service.
Michael B
My 5 year old daughter really likes it here. It's also stupid cheap. I believe it was $12 for my daughter for 3 full hours.
On top of that the place helps to promote healthy behaviors to my daughter in a safe environment.
The energy she burns here also means I can always count on her to sleep well that night. 😴
Jasa Wolfrey
Very cool place! All my kids enjoyed (ages 5-13). We love the themed walls and the separate little kid play area. Staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and nice.
Luke Whitney
This place is amazing!! My daughter loved it so much she wants her birthday party here! Love how they limit the amount of people so its never crowded. Make sure you Reserve a time slot ahead of time so you are guaranteed entry
Jared Lucey
I had so much fun climbing with my kids. There are a variety of difficulty levels to keep everyone entertained. Highly recommend reserving a time slot ahead of time on busy days. I made the mistake of showing up once and was turned away due to maximum capacity.
ColorfulAlchemist YT
They had a decent selection of walls, being pretty cool too. They weren't really small either, and would serve as good practice for more inexperienced/ younger climbers.
S. B.
My son always has an absolute blast here.
Shawn Forrest
Nice place to climb with kids. Lots of variety of things to climb mostly for easier skill levels. The customer service person was not friendly at all but I didn't have much need to work with her. They have a Groupon that was a good deal.
Brad R.
Tremendous amount of fun for kids of all ages from 18 months to adult-kids. They do birthdays, have a toddler play area, some games, three very large inflatables, and tons of walls for every climbing skill level.
Swiftshoppers 01
Simply awesome, the kids and adults had loads of fun. The only complain bi had was the bathroom (women's) did not smell very nice. But then maybe cause they had so many people in that day considering it was a weekend
Matthew Johnson
Great fun. Impeccable safety standards, leveraging a top belay/self braking system (I think that is the technical term). Foot and handholds are definitely made for little hands and feet. Some climbs are doable by and adult. Suggest they get a chalk station, for the big kids.
Micah Stoutimore
This is a great spot for kids over 3 to burn off steam. Adults can get in on the action too.
Sandia Martin
The place was very cool and very family oriented. This is not the type of place "serious" climbers would go to practice, it is a place for family fun and activity. Now, I must say, the opening and check in procedures are disorganized and you lose part of your reservation time if you reserve at "opening" because they don't even open the doors early and usually there is a line, so you spend part of your reservation time waiting in the line to get checked in--a little unfair if you ask me (and you will stand out in the weather for 10-20 minutes at least, so be prepared). Otherwise, it's great.
Keith C
What a challenge but worth the climb, loved it!
Thanks DeAndre😄

A great place to go with your kids. Safety observers are consistently walking around. Even had an initial safety brief. The price isn't bad for 3 hours of climbing even if you are out of shape like me you will be tried after 2. Adults are welcome to climb and it is a great time with the kids. Plus there are military discount. Another great option then always going to the trampoline parks
Nadia Dodd
We scheduled for an early Sunday morning. The place was not that crowded but it did pick up by lunchtime. I wanted to specifically mention that my daughter accidentally threw out her retainer while we were there. One staff member helped us sort through the trash to find it. We were so apologetic and upset but he kept his cool and assured us everything would be fine. His name is Derrick and I am so grateful that he helped us and we found the retainer. Great place. Definitely going back.
Maggie LaPlante
We looked for something in laurel to do with kids between hockey games and came up with climb zone. There are SO many climbing walls, so even when it got busy, there wasn't a wait to climb. There are 3 bouncy things...1 house which is reserved for 9 and under, 1 obstacle type thing, and 1 big double slide. The latter 2 do not have age restrictions. We went with a group and some of the kids were really into climbing and some weren't. The price is $25 plus tax for 3 hrs for kids 6+. I understand it being that price, but that was a lot for us because our kids got sick of climbing after an hour.
Noble Ackerson (Stigsfoot)
Great for the value. Lots of challenging walls to climb.
The staff pay attention and are engaged.
Cleaning crew take care of the bathrooms as well, important for most parents I'm sure (actually should be important to all, but I digress).
Ample parking.
Quick gripe though:
They charge $1 for these claw machines and they know very well the machines don't work. I got a staffer to admit they knew it's not fully functional today (claw doesn't close when picking up).
Caroline Godwin
We had fun attending a birthday party last weekend. Plenty of space and no wait to climb. Though I wish the instructors were more present. Overall a very good experience
karen lovette
It was my 10 year old birthday and he wanted to go to climbzone. We took the whole family and everybody had fun. The staff are super nice and EXTREMELY helpful. As we were leaving our car battery died and we couldn't find anyone to come help. I went back inside and asked if they knew anyone who had jumper cables. Thankfully the manager did and she came out and gave us jump. We are so grateful. Thank you!
Sieglinde Peterson
We've been here twice with teens and it has been a great experience. The staff are friendly, visable and safety-conscious and the kids have a super time. They also let you bring in your own food and drinks so that you can give your kids the healthy snacks they need to keep climbing! Great job Climbzone! We are very happy customers.
Lori Abercrombie
So much fun for people who are physically active and can climb. It's a wonderful place to hold a birthday party for kids ages 6 and up. This was my granddaughters 7th bday and she climbed the entire three hours!
clarissa avila
Great experience, my kids loved it!
StrongCurvyFit Fitness, Family & Wellness Advocate
FUN for ALL! Novice or expert climbers will have a blast - there is something for everyone to enjoy! Each climbing wall offers different challenges and themes to test your ability but is still very family and kid friendly. The staff is AWESOME too - always willing to demonstrate or assist.
Megan Gilmore
So much fun, but avoid on weekends, it is too crowded. Pricey, but worth it. Your kids will sleep well after a visit here. In addition to climbing, they have 3 bounce houses and a snack bar. You can get discounted pizza delivered while you climb, or bring in outside food. Very family-friendly.
Jen Sylvester (Jen Sylvester NASM CPT)
Great opportunities for play and all different level walls. My kids love that they have moonbounces. The staff is friendly and plats with my little one when its not crowded...which I LOVE. Hoping they come out with punch cards.
Monica
My son is 3 years old and there isn’t really much options for him. He was also scared which made it harder to get him to want to climb. I just wished the rock climbing walls had an attachment so that the parent could climb with their little one, if scared. The place was nice and fun but more for older kids.
Jae Hill
This is a great place for climbers of all ages. The different themes makes it exciting to climb. The bookshelf was one of our favorites. The staff were very helpful in assisting the kids in and out of the harness. They allow customers to order from Three Brothers Pizza which was really good. And to top it off there was a 30% military discount. Go and have fun!!
Nathan Sanchez
Great family fun! Walls for all skill levels. from 5 year olds to adults. Speeding climbing too! (With a timer)
You pay for a three hour admission, and my elementary school aged kids were wore out right around two hours.
Its wonderful that you can bring your own food too.
COVID-19 UPDATE: they have good safety protocols and I witnessed them disinfecting the climbing walls. Masks must be worn.
L Minor Z Washington
Never seen anything like it. My daughter had fun.
Clusterbusters Conference
I took my girl scout troop here. The kids had a great time. The registration process was not smooth and it took a long time. The people who trained the kids did not speak very loud and many of my girls could not hear, but when asked to repeat themselves, the trainers got annoyed. There were several out of order climbing walls, but I suppose that is to be expected. The floor was sticky in many places. There were not an abundance of tables and chairs, but they sold snacks. This led to lots of children standing around eating and dropping food.
Christine Bozarth
I climbed with my 9 and 11 year olds. It was a great workout for all of us. We went 1-4 pm on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded. They have cubbies but no lockers. We brought water and snacks with us. My only complaint is I wish there was a two hour option. Three hours is too long. We were exhausted after 1.5!
Betzalel Schur
Well worth the trip! We were on vacation visiting from Chicago. My kids had a blast. We were there for 3 hours. Definately will recommend.....my kids were so happy that the franchise is looking at a possible future Chicago location.
Keith Holland
We have hosted a group of boys at ClimbZone to celebrate my son’s birthday for the last two years. It is not necessary to rent a Birthday tent and pay a premium for a party. Just make a reservation for the number of kids attending, and bring in outside food and drinks since there are tables available. Bonus: They offered me a Military Discount.
Joe Brown
The whole family (4y, 8y, 30y) had a blast. Fantastic friendly service 👍🏻. Great time all around …
Matthew Muir
One of our family's new favorites. 95% kids climbing, and few older kids, so it's a great place for younger kids to feel comfortable. My 4-yr-old spent most of his time ecstatic on the bouncy inflatables (big slide, house), and climbed a couple times. For a $12 entry for 3 hours, totally worth it. The online system is excellent to save a few minutes when you arrive. For dino-obssessed kids, don't sleep on the dinosaur park within walking distance. Not elaborate but worth a quick visit.
Nichelle Mandjila
Cool concept, with something for every age from toddlers to adults! Friendly staff and a wide array of creatively designed walls/climbing options. Gave only 4 stars because it was very warm inside. Felt like a Sauna! My 4 tear olds cheeks were pink and everyone was sweating by the time the party was over.
Adam Prince
Loved it! Great date idea, rainy day activity, or cold winter day activity, or just a place to take the kids to burn off some energy. Nothing to worry about and having young kids here. Took my eight and five year old daughters and they had a blast. Easy enough for the eight year old to figure out how the belay works and stations easy enough for my five year old to climb. I've taken them to Sky Zone and when we left they said "I'm bored" but not after leaving here. All I heard was how much fun they had and they couldn't wait to do it again.
Tip: Wear comfortable workout attire that you're free to move in.
Robert Simmons
Great first climbing experience for the kids. Plenty of room for birthday parties. Easy climbs with fun themes like the giant book shelf. They also have slides and a bounce house for anyone who chickens out of climbing. First responders and military get a discount. The whole facility appears to be well maintained. Clean bathrooms and hand sanitizer dispensers near the fountains.
Honey B
My son had a great time here. under 30 for 3 hours for my child to burn energy is awesome! I haven't been during busy hours but in the middle of the day when everyone else is at work, this was a great place to be

Big fan of climbzone with our elementary schooler. Even on busy days it doesn't seem crowded. Unique climbing experience even for adults. Friendly staff at this location - great that you can bring your own food and they have tables right there.
Jennifer Beilman
Great place for kids to burn some energy. Pack your water and your snacks at home - there's an eating area. We were there on a weekday in the afternoon (before school was out). There were always open walls to climb on. We had zero waiting.
TheSuperBeauty
Had a lot of fun with my son. My body is tired as hell. Complete work out but fun at the same time
Rachel
fun for all ages, yes some days are busier than others but sill a large area for climbing and plenty of breathing room.
We also just had a great experience having our son’s 5th bday here. Taylah helped with coordinating everything and she did a phenominal job! She had a checklist of all our birthday attendants and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend!
J Ehrenberger
LOUD! There for b'day party. Place was packed, so noise level high. Oddly, they had background music going as though it wasn't loud enough inside. Good for kids to spend some energy on a rainy day. Too $$ for adults to climb; not worth the entry fee.
Jeroen Shiran
Quite overpriced for what it is, even for children. Obviously my kids liked it, but the routes aren't very challenging, not really for adults, unless you are a novice climber. I suppose if there's nothing better around you're stuck with paying a lot. I am just visiting and rather spend the money taking my kids to climb myself.
Sabino Epiceno
This is an absolutely fantastic way to spend an afternoon with your kids. My 12 year old loved climbing side by side with me and competing who could get to the top first, and my 4 year old loved that there were climbs that he could conquer on his own as well. Additionally, there are a few bounce houses for the younger kids, as well as a toddler area. Highly recomend this as a way to get some excercise and have fun while doing it.
Jess&Bert Hanson
Very cool place for climbing.
Gabby Gilliam
Most all of the walls were open for climbing but a few we're closed. Limited capacity meant no lines to climb which was really nice. My son can't wait to go back.
Cristian Rubio
fun and challenging. Not just for kids, but for the adults as well. They also have bouncy castle when the kids want to take a break from climbing. Done snacks are for sale and you can get food delivered or bring your own. Spent the entire time climbing, jumping, and snaking. Will do it again ASAP.
J “Rome” R
Awesome place. Dont have much to compare it too. Dont like the time limit but hey, do what u have to do to keep people rotating and not hogging the scenes. Definitely recommend going. Last time we went it was 12.50 for kids and 25 for adults. Pretty pricey, but we dont have anything to compare it to that is this nice in the area. My 2yrold was able to climb to the top of one of the secenes WITH NO HELP. Great for little climbers.
Lawrence Tan
Great concept for kids that like to climb. Each of the climbing walls have a different theme and different level of difficulty. The kids have a blast when they overcome the challenge of each wall. For some, it means facing the fear of heights.
For the kids that don't want to climb, there are bouncers, and arcade games.
Please "like" if this review has been helpful to you.
Daniel Hering
Excellent venue to get your kids energy out!! Place is normally busy Friday - Sunday. Make sure your child can securing fasten metal clip to their climbing belt.
R Sandy
Awesome place! This is such a great idea, very well executed and very safe. A great way to get kids into climbing, tire them out or just plain have fun! Great for adults too, and they do a huge military discount (30%!).
Crystal Nikish
This is a great place to spend a rainy or hot weekend afternoon! It feels safe and will keep your kids busy forever. There are so many walls to climb, they'll never get bored.
Seamus Meteer
A very cool indoor climbing gym geared towards kids. Staff was helpful and friendly, and although the facility was busy there were minimal wait times. There are some other non climbing related activities like blow up slides and a few arcade games. Serious climbers should look elsewhere but if you are a serious climber you probably already knew that.
Terrence Savala
Great place for kids to play. Lots of different walls for different levels. It can be challenging for kids but a good experience to introduce them to climbing.
Rachel Newell
My 4 year old niece had a blast - there’s a range of difficulty, kept her entertained for a couple of hours. Probably most geared toward 8 year old range though. Really my only complaint is fluorescent lights, which is a nit pick
Ryan Barr
For kids who love to climb, this place is a dream. For adults who wanna climb around like a kid, it's a dream. Having every wall a different theme just adds to it. I particularly liked the book shelf. Makes it feel like you've been shrunk down. The harness and pully systems are very easy to operate too.
Heather Benz
Tons of awesome themed climbing walls. My husband, my four-year-old, my two-year-old, and I all climbed, and we all had a blast. The kids had never climbed before, so it took them a little while to warm up to it, but they loved the auto belay system.
Rob Brigham
Social distancing is practiced, masks worn, great exercise (especially when the weather doesn't cooroperate).
They have stuff for all ages from what I can tell, maybe not infants, but I had a great time with my 3yr old son here.
Yaniv Berger
Kids had a blast and will plan a repeat visit.
K M Cataldo M
Fun time! Guides are there to help kids through the process.
Randy Mazzi
Great fun for kids and adults. No weight limit (that I know of... I'm 230). Quite a workout.
LaTosha Greene
Went to visit for a birthday party. Lots of fun and enjoyed myself while climbing. Very spacious and lots of parking. Would definitely consider this as a place to have a birthday party for a child. They also give lessons.
Renee Prete
This is such and awesome place! The staff is friendly and helpful. Thomas helped my granddaughter gain the confidence to reach the top of each wall! Thank you! Very clean! Will choose this place again and again. 1000% better than Urban Air
Kineta Peebles
This place made me Mom of the year. As a busy mom that works full time and is currently finishing up my Masters and drive my kids to evening sports activities weekly. I had a Saturday free and wanted to do something fun. A friend of mind told me to come to Climb Zone. I walked in and was like a kid in a candy store. My busy active 4 year old son was in heaven. His eyes lit up! My 11 year old daughter had a blast. She is an athlete anyways and was like "See ya Mom". I can honestly say I know where my son's 5th birthday party will be. Climb Zone see you in July 2016.
Sincerely Happy Mom and kids ! ;)
Chris Murphy
Great time for my three boys 10, 12, and 14. They need some more tables for parents to sit at. The walls are challenging for all ages. I have climbed a few of the times we have gone. Look out for groupons to save more $
Nick Zanin
Great fun but pricey. My son was 6 and able to do a lot of climbing, but I think it is best for slightly older kids. We went for a birthday party, which was fun!
Onica A. “TheSuperBeauty”
Nice staff, fun place for children and your body will be sore after but a good sore
Rose Sokol
No need to belay, just harness up and climb. Good levels of climbs from beginning to more advanced. Fun for the whole family. Bounce house features for those not as excited for the climb (yet).
Cindy Blair
Came here for my daughter's 8th birthday. It's a great place, lots of fun, and our guide Tabeer and the rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for the great time!
Lynn Frasier
Fun for all ages! I was so glad the had inflatables there because my daughter was interested in the climb. Nice place. Love the variety of challnges and themes in the climbing zones.
Michael Ahr
For those children who love to climb the furniture, you can't beat this as an outlet for their never-ending energy, especially on a rainy day or in the winter. Enough interesting and varied climbing walls that you could literally spend hours there, and the time you get for your admission is very generous. Oh and, pssst... it's fun for parents, too.
Miriam Leah Schwartz
Kids had such a great time!! Great for all ages
Sheri Eastman
Loved it. The Rock Hoppers class for kids is a great deal though it is only available on Tues and Thurs. My sedentary kid looks forward to the exhilarating sessions. I enjoyed climbing myself and will do it again also.
Nik Kendall
We went here as a group and it has loads of different climbing sections. The kids and adults all enjoyed it and the food was well priced and there is free water so it doesn’t get too expensive. Well worth a family outing.
Faith Davis
I had a wonderful time!! I was invited by a friend, I was actually planning to have my son's 6th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. After this visit and seeing how much the children enjoyed it, I've decided to have it at Climbzone. There are so many variations of wall climbing, moon bouncing, slide, and arcade games. I had a awesome time just watching[I am afraid of heights]. They are booked every weekend for next couple of months. So, if you're planning a party book early. I'll just try to shag a couple of tables. I know my family will enjoy this over C-E-C, especially since you can bring in your own food!!
Sanket Patel
I went there for birthday party. It's okay place for having 1 to 2 hours indoor fun. They allow to bring food from outside for birthday party. Place was clean. Service was good too.
Celeste Denier
Climbing with 6 and 11 year old loved it. 4 year old did a bit of climbing but spent most time going up and down the slide. Enjoyable afternoon (2.5 hours) for all. I would
Eric Chudow
The kids loved it. It's so much more entertaining climbing Mt. Rushmore or giant bookshelves than just a plain rock wall. Even little kids can climb a bunch of them and play in the bounce houses.
Stephanie Moxley
Great place! Our 2.5 year old was a little too young to enjoy much climbing, but the bounce houses and crawl space were a hit. We'll be back!
Aaron Bouchey
4.5 for sure. The gym was awesome! So many different walls to climb. My kids will sleep good tonight. I got my climb on too.
Kim Ramsey
Went for our end of the year girl scout event and had a blast. Great staff, clean facility, good exercise. Awesome for kids and adults both.
Christopher Pahl
Little pricey but kids get worn out climbing for 3 hours. Also a bouncy house and slide for them to take a break but still play. You can bring or order outside food.
Raz Elharar
Nice place for kids and non climbers.
Great fun for kids .
If you know how to rock climb they got 3 walls (the hardest in the room) in about level 2
Arlett Pickett
I went to climb zone for a birthday party, great grand daughter name Skylar. First time, it was great kids everywhere haveing fun. I just enjoyed watching them climbing the walls. What a sport for kids and adults.
Elba Nunez
Great for kids Birthday parties and even a new experience with the kids and you get to participate with them not only watching the kids. Definitely will recommend and will come back with the kids.
Kern Joseph
Like it. Good exercise and way to challenge yourself. Friendly staff that were also helpful in explaining or demonstrating certain ways to climb walls. Kids enjoyed bouncy slide an games aswell. Will be returning.
Michael P
We really enjoy this place. Great place for us. Kids love it. They have a few Bounce Houses for when the harness gets uncomfortable too.
D. Hazer
It was fun and challenging for the whole family. Definitely makes you face your fear assuming you have a fear of heights. In a good way, of course. ClimbZone is fun and safe. Oh and it is a good workout. You need to give it a try!
Shanell Wyche
Very safe!!!, great place over 40 climbing walls, funzone to leave your chikdren to wonder w/o getting worried!!! Higher price rhab expected but once you pay you can play all day!!!.. greeaat prices on the snacks/beverages. Take home gear [gloves, shirts, ect;] a little expensive but worth it, if this is a reoccurring event.
Mariana Alvarez-Almazan
Booked tickets online early in the morning with a Code that appeared in their Menu. Older children can go around on their own. Clean facilities. Our second time. We spent 2 hours and a quarter there.
Chrishawn Fountain
Fantastic..boys enjoyed themselves!!
Steven J Hunter
Why climb a boring wall when you could climb soccer balls, tetris, Lincoln Memorial, a bookcase, etc. It's got bouncy house/slides if kids need a break from climbing. Parents can hook up kids extremely easily (self belay). Challenging and unique climbing grips for adults too! Love it. Would love to see them add a monthly membership and/or lower the cost by maybe $5. They need to sell chalk too to help with sweaty grip.
Michael Rinderle
My 6 yo loved it!
Clint
Very cool climbing gym just for kids. 4 and up will get the most out of the climbing area. Also had a few inflatable slides and a little kid play area for those too young to climb.
Natalie Stathos
So much fun for all ages! The adults loved it just as much as the little ones! And you can bring your own food/drinks if you want.
Saniye G. Koca
Very expensive. It entertains me a lot. Gives me exercise and some fun!
It has many different options to choose from such as the ropes, Mount. Rushmore,
and many more to choose from. I have a lot of fun coming here with my friends and family. Maybe some updates can come along.....
ashley hamilton
first time going with my daughter and we had a blast. the staff are nice and attentive. great place to go during the weekday.
Lisa Barony
We had a blast! Something for everyone. With plenty of walls it didn't feel crowded even though there were a lot of people. We will definitely be back!
Wayne Brown
Unique experience for kids and adults.
J B
Really fun place for kids. This is more for kids aged 12 and under. They could spend hours here. Great place to hold a kids party.
air duct
Very good highly recommended erica was the best
Opeyemi Akinyemi
Great spot for kiddie parties... son loved it .. birthday packages are reasonably priced.. I like the concept of climbing... takes the kids no time at all to learn how to climb
Holly Pelton
This place was such a fun spot with the kids! They made their rounds and sanitized thoroughly. I will definitely come back!
Landon Vranish
Absolutely loved climbing here, everything is so unique and fun, some walls are very challenging but they also have walls just for kids and a moon bounce slide too, good for family and friends of all ages
Philip Lightfoot
We had a great time. The kids felt great afterwards and had a real sense of accomplishment. I'm tired and worked muscles that I had forgotten about. Everyone wants to come back.
Balasubramanian Sivakumar
Super fun activity for the kids and adults. Will be a good workout. A bit pricey ($25) but probably would be worth it for kids who stay active.
Meekie Watson (Meekie)
Had fun and it was nice for the kids just wish they sold food in the inside but the good thing is you can bring your own food there.
Jenifer Helfrick
We did the twilight climb and had a blast. Good value for my kids first time. We will definitely go again!!
Joe Brodeur
Went for a birthday party with my son, I thought it was mainly for kids, boy was I wrong, I wish I had dressed to climb and have fun. I will be back with my family just to enjoy climbing all the different themed walls!
progga ahmed
Pretty good, kids love it. You can order food they're easily and food quality is good too. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
Mathew Tolbert
This place is really fun and the staff is very friendly. They have a great variety of fun walls for some casual climbing.
Adefemi Ladejobi
Price is high, the facility is big and can accommodate a lot of people. Their employees are no help and no where to be found when you need help. But the is a lot of challenging climb to keep you enjoying the place. I will always keep going back.
Matthew Wolfe
Fun place to take the kids. Prices are a little high but I guess on par with the area. It’s often crowded in there so try and plan ahead of time to beat the crowd.
Madison Webb
Climbzone was the best experience. The climbing was incredible and the gear was easy to use. I'm going back soon! The staff was also super friendly (especially Mac!)
Dhaval Pathak
Good place for kids of all ages.
So many types of rock climbing experience with varying challenges.
A nice way to host a kids party
Alex St. Clair
Seemed crowded when we got there but we had a blast and didn't have to wait long (if at all) on any wall. Great rainy day activity. Bring a lunch.
Jeffrey Cadman
Have been here for a couple kids birthday parties and found that the three hour climb time and the semi-automatic harnesses provide ample opportunity for participants to try almost everything they want to.
SMTG
It was okay like a Chuckie cheese for wall climbing just make sure you're kids are in shape if not the walls are useless 🤷🏾♂️ …
Wendy Whitaker
We love this place. Pricey but my 4 and 6 year old climbed many of the walls. Parents don't have to pay and climb.
Marcus Martin
My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday. It turned out awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Danielle Lynam
Tons of fun! The staff was very helpful in getting the harnesses on the kids and making sure everyone had a great time.
Mary Kimball
Loved it - great time - lots of variety and not too crowded (although it's pricey so not everyone is willing to spend this much). Great birthday party location!
Armen Galustyan
Great place to climb for kids and even adults for fun.
Dicky Dooradi
Great place for children from younger age. Safe harnessing system, my kids enjoy climbing and this is one of the best place to climb in the area
Sophie Schmitter
Climbzone is not the same climbing gym I went to when I was a kid, it's way better! Climbzone is fun for all ages and you don't need a spotter to go with you. They use a hydraulic system to safely let you rappel down when you're ready. I am terribly afraid of heights. I never made it even close to the top of any of these interactive walls but I still had a ton of fun. Definitely a new perspective on climbing gyms!
Susan Pulluaim
This is a very amazing place..kids and adults really enjoy it..so many different levels to climb from beginners to experience climbers..and they have a play area for the smallest kids that's gated off
Misael Reyes
Great place for kids, when there are rain days and kids need to go burn some energy.
Bryan Anglin
It is super fun and the best wall is the "skateboard wall" when you run up a ninja warrior style wall!
Brendan Cunningham
Great spot. Fill out your waiver online in advance. Many colorful walls to choose from. Staff is friendly and good at teaching how to use the gear.
Mariah Jackson
For ages 2yrs and up, me and my children had a blast for my son's 4th birthday party at climbzone.

Shannon Mccullough
Very friendly and I appreciate they walked around and disinfected things off very often!! My kids loved it
Colin Daugherty
Their business outlook is spectacular, and the walls are quite fun. Tetris is my personal favorite, but there's a lot to choose from. I got a tour of the mechanisms, and it is virtually foolproof.
Tina LaShawn
Great fun for kids and adults
brandon smith
Cool place kids have alot of fun. Only reason I dont give 5 star us because they need to change up the walls more often so it's not something all the time
Slava Murygin
Wonderful place to spend time with kids. All ages will like. Ot for professional klimbers, but have some very challenged tracks.
Leslie Smith
Great place! Our son had his birthday party here a couple months ago and the gang had a great time.
Keith Wills
Great fun and exercise, challenging. Only complaint is the 3 hour requirement and cost, should be an option for shorter time if desired, but the price is fair for 3 hours.
Yaakov Cohen
Great family place. Good staff
Christopher Strommer
Plenty of routes on interesting obstacles. Kept all my boys entertained despite a large age difference. Will definitely go again!
Lashawnda Batts

This place is great! The kids had tons of fun, literally climbing the walls.
Shayne Brescia
This is a great family oriented place. My 4 year old son loves it!

Climbzone provided an incredible birthday party experience that couldn't have happened without the extraordinary employee Jermaine. Jermaine energetically engaged the kids and stayed helpful throughout the entire visit.
Thank you Climbzone and Jermaine!
Antoinette Taylor
Amazing venue for adults and kids. They have climbing walls for adults and children. They as well go over how to climb and provide a harness. As well they do, do parties.
Shahzad Arshad
Nice place for kids.
Sophie
Some walls were broken, could be a bit more training/safety
Demitri Lynch
It is fun and you can get your own climbing area and it is a great place to have a birthday party.
Tiffany Haliburton
This place is very busy. If you are a first time visitor, you may be a little confused about the check in procedures and the staff doesn't always catch you to explain before you waste lots of time waiting only to be told you must sign a release on the computer before you can proceed. So, during my visit I had to wait in the check in line twice.
Joshua Bourne
Super fun good for all ages
Jada Norris
This was a very different experience in a good way my 3 and 4 year old really enjoined themselves the themed climbing walls was a great idea
Mikayla Fischler
A huge amount of fun, but careful when you go, there might be a camp field trip there. However, there are enough walls that I never had to wait.
Susan Buckhout-White

Cora Johnson
Omg it was my grandson birthday and we had a blast. I got on the slide and climbed a few walls.
Jessica Gagliardi
A very fun place for the whole family! My daughter and I had a lot of fun climbing together.
Daniel Walfield
It's a fun place to bring kids, and it's good for a casual adventure. A few of the walls could use repairs.
Shahid Hasan
Great place for both adults and kids. If would be better if they turned the music down a notch or 2
Cobra Death
A lot of climbing walls. My 4 year really enjoyed the pump it up slide as well. We had a good time

Robin Taylor
My kids had a great time
The employees not very upbeat or friendly

Went there with my kids a few weeks ago. Kids liked it. The only problem was too many people there.
Angie Canny
Its a great safe space for kids to run and climb and generally have a great time. Downside not a great selection of snacks.
E chubb.
Nice place to spend with your kids

High prices, and while the inflatables are fun, it would be a better value to have easier walls for beginners and young children.
Zingray Germershausen
Great place for kids and adults to have fun and climb. The place is safe and staff is helpful and encouraging.
Just A Donut
It was cool and fun. At first I was scared but after a while I got used to it. I really recommend I'm a lil less scared of heights. Well there at least its a start. 😂 …

Karla Rebeca
We were there for a birthday party and we had a really good time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
P. Amaya
It was very fun but it was a little small. It would be very good if they made the park bigger.
Steven Tremor Cale
There are some really cool walls to climb here. They have a good range of difficulty for kids to climb the walls and a few surprises on some.
samuel hilton
My kids love this place. I wish they were open later than 9 that’s my only complaint about them.

Amanda Brown
Great birthday party experience.
Anthony Brown
It's fun, great way to get the kids active, plus well kept.
Tochukwu Victor
A pretty expensive climbing spot primarily meant for kids. They don't provide climbing shoes and they only offer top-roping, no bouldering.
