The VB Field House is a really good facility for youth and adult sports. There is something for very age group and skill level.

Experience here is always great. However the bathroom design is poor. The bathroom stalls were clean in the morning but very dirty by late afternoon. I'm not sure if they had been cleaned during the day at all but seems like a hood idea as there were multipke events taking place there on a Saturday.

Wonderful place to hold athletic competitions. Plenty of parking and they havea food court if you need food or most beverages, including adult beer and wine. They always keep a 10 gallon iced water cooler out for the free for athletes. Plenty of restrooms with showers. Second floor has elevator.

My nephew had his first game this past Sunday. We had a great experience. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. They did a great job with getting us checked in fast. Overall, the facility is amazing and I'm glad we decided to bring my nephew to play in this league. Although we didn't win Sunday, the kids had an amazing time. Great atmosphere, tons of sports for kids of any age (3+ mostly, but even some sports for toddlers and parents!) and even a play place for the little ones to run, slide, climb, crawl, and play soccer in a mini, enclosed field! (Unlimited play for the day for $3 per child!) makes this the ideal spot for families. The staff is helpful and friendly, the indoor and outdoor areas are well lit and clean. They even have multiple spaces for parties. Love this place!!

This is a good venue to play sports in. The have restrooms, a snake bar, and even a kids jungle gym on the second floor. All three of my kids have competed at this spot over the years. It will be crowded because many of the good leagues play there. Give it a shot

Great facility setup. The issue I see is that the "coaches" are inexperienced children, with limited to no knowledge of the sports they are coaching, without a desire to teach, but instead a desire to collect a check. Coaches need to have enthusiasm, passion, character, and most importantly, an appreciation for details.

The arena itself is a great sport venue. My issue is the money gouging that the complex does. When our kids are competing in these very physically demanding sports, and you don't allow us to bring in water for them is RIDICULOUS! All because you want to make a buck off all the parents. To make the kids have to wait in line panting from thirst while you wait in line for over 20 minutes so they can have a cold drink is wrong! None of the food you serve is appropriate for athletes as well. Although I can see not wanting foods brought in but then you should have better choices as well and more staff. Not to mention you always have like 4 sports going on at one time. Do better!! We should be able to bring in coolers of water at the least!

Whether you're playing volleyball, basketball, or soccer, there's plenty of room here for all activities. There's even an arcade upstairs for the kids, as well as a small play place with tubes and slides. The staff here are friendly and the facilities are always clean and tidy.

Great gymnasium and pretty well organized. You just need to book in advance as the spaces fill up quickly. They have an area for the athletes to eat and plenty of spectator spaces to watch. On tournament days ensure you bring cash or they take CASHAPP

Such an amazing experience, bringing my boys here. There's much to be said surrounding yourself with people dedicating this time to their children... And of course it helps that the workers all seemed pretty down to Earth... My kids' football coach Bruce and the vice president of the team are the only 2 I'm familiar with...but Coach Bruce, seems like everything a kid or parent could hope for in a coach, sincere, and also exceptionally easy going while his vice president makes for a heckova team Mom.

Such an amazing place to go during the colder season to get some practice in. Indoor league is amazing and my son loves it! Snack bar on premises, nice clean bathrooms (women's, not sure about men's), 4 large indoor fields, 2 smaller fields, and lots more to offer (volleyball, etc).

My grandson was playing in Field#8. 45 minutes looking for it. No signs with #8 anywhere. You have all the numbers but 8. My son had same problem. I guess it's a ritual we have to go through as first time visitors. Other than that, it is a beautiful place.

The staff at the front desk are awesome. The organization and atmosphere of the field house is awesome. We are in lil' kickers and lil' fielders and the coaches are very patient and understanding. They try their best to keep the kids attentive and having fun. Changing the games when they see the kids getting bored or uninterested.

Grate facility and staff. VERY disappointed in the baseball camp. Nothing like advertised. More like a day camp than teaching the fundamentals of the game and coaching the kids. Pulled my kid out early and they were barely apologetic.

The only indoor option around here, so it will do, but it's costly. The refs have gotten better over time, but are known to be bad (with the exception of a couple). The bathrooms are pretty gross & poorly maintained...kind of like a gas station. The food takes ages to get from the concession stand. The score boards are often out of service, which is annoying considering how much all of us spend to play there.

My children have been going here for several months and they enjoy it very much. Beach elite is awesome. Cleanliness is iffy-if things like this bother you.....you may not like the bathrooms and walking in the stairways. But staff is friendly and helpful

We were there for a children's birthday party. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The children really enjoyed themselves. Most children's parties parents are on the side lines watching, so it's nice when adequate sitting is available. There was a fair number of seats, but it's inexpensive and uncomfortable . The food was pretty good, we had pizza and lemonade. It's a great facility and offers a lot. I would definitely go again.

I never review places, but the field house is great! My five year old has been doing soccer here for a few months and he also recently did Spring Break camp and loved it. The staff is fantastic with him, even when he has more challenging days (he's a 5 year old, he misbehaves). We'll continue to use the field house. They are life savers!

Went for a basketball tournament. My first time here. The place was bustling with so many people playing basketball and soccer. The set up is quite unique for an indoor facility. One has the ability to simultaneously watch several games. I was impressed with the lounging area that housed several large TV's and was adjacent to the spacious snack area with a good amount of tables. Restrooms were very large. It was worth the two hour drive.

Recently my wife planned my surprise birthday party at the Fieldhouse and we had a great time. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our party great. The adults had a great time playing flag football and one of our party host helped referee for us. We also had a lot of little kids in our party and be other party how was very attentive to the kids and kept them entertained while the adults played flag football. She did a great job with the kids and it gave the moms time to relax and enjoy the game also. The wings were also really tasty. Overall it was a great experience and would totally do it again.

I've been visiting this place on Friday nights for the past two years. Husband participates in a year round league. I really like it, for kids especially. Not sure if you'd just drop your kids off unsupervised but it's a great place to get involved in a sport. The wings, fries, and funnel cake pieces are amazing. The food is surprisingly really good all together just pricey. There is a nice lounge with several tvs. Has become a ritualistic place for me and other ladies with husbands/sons on the team. Only wish the facilities were nicer.

Very good place to go to have a birthday party...especially if you have some pre teens. They offer a very decent price for a 2 hour party. The staff assists the whole time with activities as well. I will definitely consider having my son's birthday next year at this venue.

Field house is awesome. They have indoor soccer fields on one side and on the other side they have basketball and volleyball courts. They have leagues that play weekly as well as host tournaments. Friendly staff, well maintained and a good atmosphere.

A nice setup and a lot of room and plenty of places to sit including a place with Tv's and concessions. The down side was clean-up > the restrooms were not kept up well and then a spill that should have been handled was not even after they were told about it. The tournament itself was very nice.

I play volleyball here quite often and I could say that this a very good complex to go to. Hosting a large scale sports event? You can rent out the whole venue . The food court is also enjoyable with all the staff being pleasant as well.

I remember when they first built the place, everyone was excited! I've been going to VBFH since I was a kid and now my kid goes here. Great atmosphere. Always has something going on as far as events go but always clean. Soccer is our niche and the indoor turf was always kept up nicely. Staff is always warm and inviting and ready to help! I love how they have so many options in sports for the little ones. Provides an outlet for the kids and teaches good teamworking skills early. Also, if an event makes you miss a day they always make it up. Great investment for families and our community.

Yesterday we had our 4yr old's birthday party. We couldn't have asked for any better! I came in a few weeks before to do paperwork and payment. The front desk was always super nice and helpful. For our party we started with Desiree for the field games. She was so helpful and nice. She kept a group of 4yr olds excited and involved with all of her planned activities. When we were done she got the kids in line and took us to the party room. The party room was perfectly set up and clean. It looked great! Hannah was so awesome too serving all of the kids. She made the pizza and cake time with a bunch of kids look easy! The cake and pizza were SO good too. Those others who helped out/cleaned the room after we're great as well. Lastly we opted for the Fun Zone and it was great! Every kid left saying how fun it was. Most tried to stay longer! The parents all raved about everything as well. Thanks for such an awesome experience for a day special for us. I totally recommend having your birthday party here!!

Being remodeled so the seating area & normal concession stands are not open. Have to sit on the berm on opposite side of field and all the food has been made then carried out to temporary stand.

I’ve been playing volleyball at the fieldhouse on Wednesdays for roughly two years now. I love the large space and volleyball areas. I also love the referees who manage the matches. It’s a bit more expensive than other leagues but you get what you pay for. It’s busy and crowded most nights but that adds to the fun. My only issue is the lack of any down time between seasons and lack of planning around holidays.

My child thoroughly enjoyed the summer camp program. Was also impressed with onsite personal trainers who took him through a rigorous concussion protocol when he hit his head pretty hard playing soccer. Facilities are clean and employees are friendly.

We were there for a Tae Kwon Do tournament and only used a basketball/ volleyball/ hardwood court, but the facility is immense. They have indoor fields, a playground for kids inside, an incredible place. The only drawback is the restrooms, both the men's and women's were not as fresh/ clean as I think they should have been.

Went here for a wrestling tournament. The venue is adequately sized and the mats are glassed in, meaning parents and spectators are mostly sitting out in the bleachers. The parking is vast and free.

This was my first time going to the Fieldhouse to watch some hoops. I was impressed with the facility and all it had to over. Who knew? Basketball, indoor training area and a sports bar. I will being back down there to watch some more games. I may try to get out there myself to see if I still got it.

My daughter played in Field House volleyball adult and youth leagues. My son coaches a team in the youth basketball league. A great athletic venue. Many opportunities to play team sports. EliteFit training provides excellent sports training. Food is good. Good atmosphere.

The Virginia Beach Field House is an excellent facility! You can tell the staff goes out of their way to make it a great experience for everyone who comes in the door. Access to a trainer is also a major bonus.

Great facility for indoor sports, I play in the soccer leagues and although it is a little bit on the expensive side, it is definitely a bonus that you don't have to worry about the weather. Most of the leagues are fun and great for after work staying in shape.

Large expansive soccer and volleyball venue. Restrooms unkept ..no toilet paper in my stall, nor in the lady's next to me. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK. Missed some of my child's game. Took 23 minutes to get a COFFEE? Lines were way long. They need a better system and have a separate checkout line for orders that do not require cooking. Ie... chips and a soda..coffee, water, etc. If you aren't allowing people to bring their own food/drinks then hire more people in the cafeteria and/or make some changes.

Must wear a mask unless playing. For team sports, only players, coaches and assistant coaches are allowed inside. Spectators not allowed inside due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions. Team sports can only be observed by parents through live streaming by one of the Assistant coaches or a designated parent. Temperature screening station set up inside near the entrance.

We live here. My son and my boyfriend play on basketball teams here, so we spend lots of time here. I like the fact that they sell draft beer by the cup and also by the pitcher. My favorite snack is the deluxe nachos because they use fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onions and real shredded cheddar cheese, instead of processed cheese sauce. The macaroni bites are delish!
