Great place for kids. A lot of fun stuff to do and entertain the kids. Staff behind the counter was pretty nice and friendly. The girl assigned to us for the birthday party was very attending to our guests. The staff in the play zone areas was more interested in playing around than keeping a eyes on things. I saw one of them doing flip with tennis shoes on. Wich the don't care if other parents walk on the trampoline with shoes on.

Great place to spend the some family time. Definitely for kids but adults can join them through the obstacle course. Lots of great jumping activities and great Zipline action for all. They do sell food and drinks and not a bad price for the food. They do have adult beverages as well (Beer and Wine)

We had our daughter's birthday here and everyone loved it. Great variety of things for the kids to do. Bumper cars, obstacle course, zip lining and ball pit. Our hostess was great as well. We will definitely be back.

My son had talked about this place on many occasions. We had his last birthday at Skyzone so I figured this year we'll make a drive to something new and celebrate his birthday at Urban Air. I am glad I did! This place is awesome! Unlike Skyzone you pay and play all day if you want. Skyzone only gives you 2 hours. Also this place has adult refreshments unlike Skyzone. Unfortunately we had to leave early to make it to a Tampa Bay Lightning game but that just means we'll be back!

A fun place to get wild with friends. The foam pit (shown in image) was one of my favorite things. Would be cool if they had like two more of them. The staff here are very laid-back and are mostly teenagers which definitely fits the mood and matches with the visitors. One thing that was annoying is that there was a bunch of customers just sitting on the trampolines on their phones. Staff should not let this happen because the trampolines aren’t for sitting, they for bouncing.

We LOVE it here. The Cafe counter girls are always 5 stars. No matter how busy they are or how many people are in line they are always kind and have a smile on their face. Everybody that works there is always so good.

Amazing experience for my children. They have everything there! Truly a unique place to be. The rope course is awesome, the zip line is so much fun, the ball pit under the obstacle course made me feel like a kid again. There is so much more to do there besides the trampolines. We will definitely be hosting birthday parties there in the future. The little kid playground was fun for even my older kids! I could have stayed there for 5 hours. Also, the price is unbeatable!!! Thank you for a fantastic time!

My kids say this place is their favorite. A little loud for my liking, not the best parent seating, invisible wifi password but—if they’re happy I can deal with it. The overhead zip line really sets this place apart from the competition.

Wonderful place! Friendly staff, not a big place but lots of fun activities to do. It’s clean, doesn’t have a bad smell and so fun even for me I am 23 years old lol. The ball pit is the favorite for the kids and I love the lights they put that flash on it. Very fun obstacle courses. Went on a Thursday and it wasn’t crowded and just perfect experience.

I took my Family here to celebrate one of the Children's Birthdays. I feel like for the amount of activities that they offer, that the price is reasonable. We had children from 8 months, to 13 years old. Plus several Adults. (Who had just as much fun as the children) we were there late afternoon on a Saturday, and it was not too crowded. All patrons and staff members were wearing masks. They have staff members who walked around disinfecting surfaces continuously. As well as a staff who was cleaning each ride as the guests exited. The snacks were well prepared and served. The activities are Wonderful and Exciting. Everyone is wanting to go back again.

I was with my daughter and granddaughters. The staff was great. They took time and made sure the girls harness were on tight. When my 5 year old got on the rock wall about half way up and froze. A young staff member went to her and ask her if she needed help. She shook her head yes so he was able to get her to put her arms his neck and he lifted her down. And all was well. The only suggestion I have is there should a separate area for parties. I was about an hour before we were able to find a place to sit and let the girls cool down and get a drink.

We love this place. We have a membership but we wish it was cleaner than it is. The bathrooms can be really messy often. The other day when I was there, somebody had spilled there soda in the climbing house? I got soda all over my socks and cleaned it up so kids wouldn’t slip. Please, be more on top of cleaning, such a great place.

Love this place and will come here always. Since last month I noticed that it’s not as clean as it used to be. I emailed management last month and got no reply. Never toilet paper in the women’s restrooms, blocked toilets, no soap, and extremely bad conditions there. Including going again last night. Also I think kids take their slushees into the play areas so I see cups and spilled liquids getting into socks. The staff is teenagers and are friendly but often they are just group chatting. I think the staff needs to be assigned for routine cleanup every hour including going into the play areas to check it out, like the cool maze /slides area under the zip line area. Posting here so management can see this and I’ll upgrade the review to 5 stars once it’s cleaner. Again we love coming and will continue to come but please you have signs saying it’s the cleanest place but it’s not anymore. As a physician I also recommend you guys spray the areas with a eco friendly disinfectant and wipe down high touch areas nightly.

We had my son's 9th birthday party here and it was amazing! All of the kids had a great time, the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was nice and clean. I definitely recommend visiting this location or having your next party here!

My kids played 5 hours straight without getting bored. There is so much for them to do in the place. The pizza and wings are mediocre, nothing special in that area. But overall the experience was worth the money.

It was ok. Kids had fun on the activities, no thanks to the employees. They all looked like they wanted to die on the spot and it was very difficult to find an employee for the deluxe areas where you needed an employee to help you with the activities. They were constantly yelling at kids to stop touching the Wipeout game but they didn't have a sign saying not to enter without an employee, the buttons to start it were easily accessible for small kids to turn it on without help, and no one ever came to start it when kids obviously wanted to use it.

Not 5 stars because a lot of the employees were hanging out with eachother more than paying attention and working. The Female Manager with glasses (didn't get her name) was great with correcting a cost issue. Kids had a great time.

Great!!!!! So much fun! They have trampolines, gladiator stations, basketball, bumper carts that flip you 360° around, an indoor ziplining, a mosh pit obstacle course, rock climbing, slides and more. Just eat before you come because the prices are too high for the quality of food. The BBQ wings and waffle fries are good. But the pizza was undercooked. Definitely coming back with the kids!

Attended a BBBS party there with my little; Great place for adventurous, creative and active kids, they will sleep well when they're finished, lol. Even enjoyed bouncing myself at 70+. The obstacle courses are a hoot and bumping while spinning upside down made me appreciate terra firma and did I mention the zip line?

Mixed feelings. First time visiting the facilities at the New Tampa location. The place is super fun for kids. Both of my children had a blast here, however the place was dirty. You could see layers of dust accumulated on playground, and around other areas, floors were super dirty. The bumper cars three weren't working and so was covered with layers of dust. Very disappointing. I was thinking on celebrating my kids birthday here but I'm feeling very hesitant now. The management need to keep up with the cleaning to turn this place around. Other than that it is a place that kids all age will have a blast.

We went on a Saturday for a party, very over crowded and in my opinion not enough bathrooms. The stall I used didn’t have a lock and the baby changing station was broken. Leaving me to change my three month old’s poopie diaper out in public.

This was our first time at UA and it was for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. What an awesome setup and experience. The employees were very friendly. The birthday setup and arrangement was perfect. This place is great for kids. Kids were all over the place havin a good time. Staff was pretty great here always on top of what was going on, which is great because they have a kids zip line.....lol. The food is a bit pricey for the amounts you get. The pizzas are very costly for the size and non taste. Sauce and cheese is just meh. But its essentially to keep the kiddos burning sugars while they frantically run around. The manager was there trying to make sure everything was up and running. There were issues with the little swinging bumper cars which he maintained til they were rolling. Wish things were rolling when we got in.The unlimited pass was the best option cost wise if you have a 30 dollar bill for pizza and drinks. Check em out, they're great!

This was our first time at Urban Air. We had a young teen birthday party in a private room. Great experience. Great activities for the kids. Food was good. In addition to the 2 pizzas included with our pkg, we had beef hot dogs and waffle fries. What made this party stress-free was our AMAZING host, Vrunda. She worked hard, treated the the attendees (including the kids) well, and smiled. And you may tip your dedicated host during final payment.

First. THANK YOU MICAH!!! Quick review: Affordable VERY CLEAN! They serve wine and beer!!! Weight limit 300lbs Parents/big kids can do everything! Long review: Micah was so warm with her welcome as we entered! She answered all the millions of questions I had! My 9yo and I were here from out of state (spring break). I was trying to figure out the packages, signing the waiver and thankfully Micah got us going! We got a great package (ultimate) so we could get on everything! I was pleased to know adults could partake in everything as the weight limit was 300lbs and the flip bumper cars were over 300lbs! My zip experience was hilarious! I feel Micah went above and beyond when she saw I had lost momentum and was dangling from from the zip line like a piece of meat!!!! I was laughing at myself but she came over and laughed with me! She could have just laughed from a distance or ignored it but I told her we were out of state earlier, so just showing up alone having that one moment of me dangling in the air (I laughed so hard) she talked to me till someone could help! She told me someone was behind me with the “stick” to help me to the next platform! (If they have a stick for that purpose then it must happen often lol) It was all laughs ( I zipped 4 times) got a beer the last time and this big kid called it a day! (they have to cut your bands when you purchase alcohol fyi) makes sense BUT ladies there is wine!!!!! I was SOLD! Lastly, my daughter and I have been to a handful of indoor parks and trampoline parks in our area and I will say URBAN AIR IS THE CLEANEST ! It did not smell like feet, it was busy (we attended12-430 on a Sunday) but not an uncomfortable, sticky kid, busy if that makes sense! Keeping in mind I did every activity there! Only advice I have is check the times and ticket prices as they change. If you plan to do the air walk and zip thingie bring your own personal hand sanitizer up there. the ropes you hold on too make your hands feel sticky! The employees especially Micah and that beautiful man that pulled me to the platform when I got stuck, all of them were amazing! And for a job where you hear constant screaming and dealing with obnoxious kids all day I was not bothered when I saw one or two employees visibly annoyed haha! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again Micah !!!!! Have a beautiful year!

Great place to bring children all ages! Two downsides: areas are all age mixed and older kids could scare away smaller children (so I find myself serving my small child as a shield). I've seen some verbally aggressive oder tweens/teens, with staff doing nothing about it. It could get very crowded at some times of the day. Cleanliness when too crowded is concerning (my small chid has gotten sick about 1/3 to 1/2 of the times she has been there). Despite these issues, which I understand/imagine are difficult to control by staff, my child LOVES to come here and always wants to come back.

Decided to come to this place since my friend raved about her experience at another location. The kids def had A LOT of fun for the 3-4 hrs we were there. My kids don’t like heights so they didn’t do the zip lining. Only complaint was the woman’s bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Other than that we had a great time but it didn’t sell me to the point to get a membership. It’s great to do once or twice a year.

We had a wonderful first experience at Urban Air today…with most of our family! Unfortunately, my 17-year-old daughter sprained her ankle on her very first activity. The staff was amazing! They immediately brought us packs of ice and water for my daughter as we waited for my husband to take her for x-rays. They were incredibly attentive and even brought a wheelchair to help her to the car. Hopeful to become regular patrons once that ankle heals. 🙂

Great place to host a birthday party! Everyone had a great time and our party host did an outstanding job keeping us on a timeline, he was super friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend booking a room for your party. There was so much for the kids to do and the adults enjoyed themselves. We will be back for sure.

Lots of fun! Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, but there is a group of 4 male teenagers that usually just stand around not doing much other than talking to each other and give you attitude when you ask for assistance. Also, bumper cars usually need charged or maintenance, which is a bummer because the flip ones are the best yet everytime we've been only 1 works or none of them do. Overall, kids love this place though and the membership is totally worth it! It seems like they are doing really well with sanitizing, but gets really crowded on the weekends of course.

I was very impressed with the staff here. Everyone was very helpful and encouraging to my child. I thought she would be intimidated by the height of the play areas at her age but the staff especially the young lady and gentleman at the rock wall were so patient and helpful. We celebrated my daughter's 10th Birthday here today and had such a great time!! While going on one of the obstacles, my phone was dropped in the ball pit and the employees were AMAZING!! My son had a great time here today. There is so much for him to do. He loves going to a trampoline park, but this was so much better. It had trampolines and all kids of other activities to keep him running everywhere. Plus, the price for the 5 year old and under pass can't be beat. Everyone working was nice and so helpful towards him. He needed help a few times and everyone was patient and friendly. The manager was all over the place working and helping. Plus, it was very obvious they were making efforts to keep everything clean. All employees were wearing masks and I watched them clean throughout our time there. This was comforting considering current events. We drove all the way from St. Pete and we will definitely be back.

Enjoyed ourselves immensely. The kids loved the activities. The pizza was cooked too fast and tasted doughy. The 7 pizzas took a while to come out during the birthday party. Food prep needs to be worked on even when you have regular guests ordering your paid parties need to be given a little extra care. Just my opinion.

We've taken the kids to many places in the area. Hands down, this is the best. We were skeptical about ordering food, but when we did we and the kids were very pleased. Prices are a great value for the food in comparison to most places that serve food in their entertainment complex. Facilities were great. Staff was great. Came in on a busy Saturday and couldn't have been more impressed.

1st I want to say, staff needs recognition. They are really focusing on safety when we went!!! They had a decent amount of people going, and they made sure everyone was safe!!! Close to home in TP, great indoor place to let lids get off energy while I can double bills, check emails, etc… we have been going once a week for a couple of hours. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, snacks are good, the kids love it.

Need more structure. My child kept getting skipped in line because staff doesn’t do their job. They sit on their phones or talking amongst themselves no paying attention to the kids. Overall kids had fun but need more structure.

Our first time! This place is so much fun we had a blast! All the staff is super nice except the manager!! The only down fall is if there is a line and it’s long don’t even bother waiting in it. If it passes your time even if you where in line before. They don’t let you on the ride. Manager was rude explain we where in line way before. There is only one girl checking everyone in and out. She is also sanitizing the gear, she should have not been alone without any help. It’s not the customer fault it took her 20 minutes to check in everyone. Not sure if I will go back!

We took our 5 year old for the first time and were disappointed by how poorly managed this place is. The attraction is fun but there is no order. The staff members are not enforcing the safety protocols. They seem to be in their own world and just don't care. Each attraction needs to have a staff member who is monitoring and guiding the guests. As a manager myself in a totally different field, this place made me cringe. I hope this review will help management make the necessary changes with their team.

So having been here maybe 5 times already I’m able to leave a review :) I am extremely pleased with the service of the workers here. Yes some of them are high schoolers, but the ones I’ve had the pleasure of meeting like Omar, are extremely friendly, professional and fun! Khalid and Eloise have also been great when we go. My son makes it a point to look around for them when we arrive and say hello. The attractions are fun! We can easily spend over 2 hours here or 30 minutes which we have done while my husband is grocery shopping next door. It is a great addition to New Tampa. The manager Billy was great and very helpful to help us plan my sons birthday there. The food is the same food and quality you’d expect at a theme park. It’s just what it is. It’s pizza, wings, chicken tenders etc. I’m glad they have a cauliflower crust pizza which I’ve yet to try but it actually looked very good. Wings and hot dogs were good. My favorite time to visit is during the week where it’s not too crowded and my son can go on everything very quickly. We went on a Friday and it still wasn’t bad at all in terms of crowds. Very well managed. Would highly recommend for all 🥳

“That was better than Disney World” said my eight year old as we left. This place deserves the high praise, there is so much to do all in one place, zip lining, ninja obstacle course, bumper cars (some that allow you to go upsized down), trampolines, and enclosed play area with slides. All three of my children ages 8,6,3 absolutely LOVED this place! The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, a rarity these days. So much awesomeness packed into one place. Highly recommend!

The day started off rainy but the kids wanted to get out of the house and this is what everyone agreed on.The staff at Urban Air made everyone's day so much better. Sorry for not remembering the names of the other staff but Eric gave my kids the fun time they deserved when they didn't want to get off of the robes course. The girl that was doing the bumper cars with everyone was friendly. Thank You Urban Air for your choice in staff. We will be visiting Urban Air regularly.

Best place I can imagine taking a toddler, kid or even teen. Really low prices given how much there is to do. Our three year old tires of everything in 10 minutes, but he spent hours playing here and loved every second of it

It was a pretty decent place. gets crowded and there are kids everywhere if you're wondering about covid compliance throw it out the window people had their mask hanging from one ear or under their chin. It wasn't too pricey pizza was decent one thing I would say is to bring some Ziploc bags because you're going to need ICE kids jumping accidentally hitting each other in the face, knocking knees pretty much semi-organized chaos lol we'd probably go back, cause we're crazy

With great attitude Mimi and Devin were the two employee me and my family had chosen. Mimi had a excellent attitude and was happy to help people out. Very nice place but do not eat here too much money with very little in return. Tried talking to management and they said it was the correct amount for $4.00 + tax for the fried alone. My son loved the place more less he kept wanting to go in the ball put under the obstacle course but he couldn't stay. Hopefully they add a ball pit alone to cater to the younger kids

My kids loved this place, but the staff behind in the counter was very rude. The young lady and the manager were so anxious to close and go home. They closed the icee machine and kitchen as I stood at the counter. The manager could have offered an apology but instead showed just how much she was ready to go home as well. The place is great. It was definitely a fun and unique place in its own right. Pretty inexpensive for a small group though I saw alot of big families. The spinning bumper cars was my favorite and even as an adult I loved going on the really tall swirly slide. Definitely wish the ball pit was deeper though, OUCH! LOL

Urban air is a great place to have some fun with the kids (of all ages) you will be caught time to time with disrespectful lil ones, staff does the best they can to control and direct kids but some of them act as if they should only listen to they mama... a few kids definitely were bounced across the room by my 100 pound son. Can only ask so many times before having to show them there is a reason its 1 person per trampoline... 🤣🤣

We love Urban Air. It's hard to find exercise that my young one can engage in. Not only does she get exercise but she also practices her gymnastics plus gets that fun individed quality time with me. The only concern that I have is that the children's playground has an under 58" rule that most adults follow, but it's not attended to by staff so once in awhile adults end up on it. It's fearful because there are spots where is hard to track your kids and it's hard to tell if a trespassing adult stranger is interacting with them, which draws a safety concern. Most adults don't recognize it as danger but I made straight A in criminology, have worked in the corrections system, and get introduced to all kinds of cases in law school, so I'm highly aware of the capabilities. Otherwise, the place is perfect.

Went on opening day at New Tampa. It was fun. My 5 yr old had a blast. The areas has height restrictions. She really wanted to do the sky line stuff, but she is under 48 inches tall, so cudn't. The fun part is, we can just get the 5 and under ticket for kids abd still do all the rides (if they meet height requirement). I love the parent pass option, we dont have to buy the full ticket to watch kids. The one thing i was disappointed in waz, there is nothing much for younger kids. My 2 year old had nothing other than a slide, even that he couldnt climb on withiut help, they are more loke made for 4 or older kids. He kept cryinfg to go to the ball pit (which was actually the ballpit under adventure course). Hope they will add on. We were so looking for an annual pass for some place like this.

This place is SO COOL!! I dont care if you're 7 or 70, you cant be bored here. Games, obstacles, food (ok it's just 'ok') and lots of space to run around! The prices are not bad, and plan to spend a few hours here to get to as many things as possible. Have FUN!!

Urban Air is really a fun way to chill out and have fun with your friends. However, the place can feel dull as there is a lack of any new activities or events. Urban Air also claims to be, "the world's cleanest indoor theme park," but only to be left with a little litter. Other than that, Urban Air is quite enjoyable and a go-to place to have fun with friends.
