I'm from a big city so even though its a smaller venue it was still a great experience! Went to see a Skyforce game and there was so much interaction with the crowd and games to play for kids as well as prizes to win! Overall, a fantastic experience that is great for any age! Not to mention the Mascot was very funny and entertaining too!

What a beautiful arena. 6 extra courts for teams to practice, play. We stayed at the Fairfield literally a few steps away. Also a good place to stay. Unfortunately, the NAIA tournament was canceled due to the "virus" and did not get to see our Olivet Tigers play...

This really is a great venue. I came in with low expectations and was very impressed by the attention to detail, and everything that this venue offers. My only complaint is its relative isolation compared to the rest of Sioux Falls. There is really nothing else out here. There's one restaurant but the service can be rather slow just simply because it only seems to serve venue crowds. There are other Athletic facilities which is great, but additional development really is needed.

Nice place. Parking is inadequate and chopped up. I found myself stuck in a parking lot with no exit and no way to turn around. With other vehicles having the same issue I was stuck and ended up having to back up against traffic direction. The entire situation caused obvious frustration and road rage. I guess next time I’ll know to keep driving. No other complaints.

Nice venue to watch basketball but their entrances suck in cold weather. Had to stand outside for way too long due to limited space inside to stand while being screened.

Went here for NCAA basketball game. Nebraska Huskers vs Oklahoma State Cowboys. Great time. I got 2 souvenir sodas and a popcorn right before half for only $8. Line was short and service was quick. They had beer for this game, I don't think that is true for all events like high school basketball or volleyball. Plenty of parking is available, but plan on walking a long ways if there is going to be a big crowd.

Always a great venue for mma fights. Property is clean and well taken care of. Easy to exit and leave without taking too long post event.

Very hard for disabled adults to get around. Behavior of fellow teams was horrible. No respect even when one knocked me off the bleachers by just walking by

Fun night at the Belator fights. Good service, but ran out of concession items too often and too quickly. Great atmosphere though!

Great facility! Sanford spares no expense when they build an event center. The food is great and the drinks are cold and the service is fun and friendly. It's great to see Sioux Falls growing and offering the same things that bigger cities have had for years.

Came in last minute to watch some former Iowa State players. The price was fair and they were great about letting us move up after the game started into empty seats. Good atmosphere, expensive concessions.

Had a great time at the game. First time being at the Pentagon. Very nice venue. We had private box seats. The wait staff was very friendly but a little slow. No biggy. Great job.

Great location to play basketball/play in a basketball tournament! The Skyforce games have a great environment and are family friendly! Paul Seville does a great job of managing the place and every tournament runs on time or ahead of schedule and they have tournaments almost every weekend during the summer!

So they say NO outside food. As we walk around inside the facility people have small cooler and outside food everywhere. We went to the vehicle to get a small bag of grapes, because the food is expensive and there are NO healthy choices, unless hotdogs, nachos, pizza and pretzels (a few examples) are now healthy. They should wonder why so many people sit outside with healthier choices. In the end we ended up bring the grapes back to the car because NO outside food. If that is the rule than maybe staff should walk around and in force the rule for everyone! On a good note the facility is a wonderful place for the kids to play.

The Pentagon is a really nice facility. I haven't been to any games at this location, but have been involved in other events like concerts and video shoots. The staff is great as well.

The basketball court is set much better than SDSU - Jack Rabbits. Setting is much better too. Very staffs.
