Reviews of Utah Olympic Park
Mark Taylor
You should take some time and go here if you are visiting Park City. You can watch ski jumpers do their acrobatic tricks into the water for free. For $85 you can do 3 1/2 hours of sliding the tubes down the ski hill or the alpine slides or the zip lines. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it didn’t feel too busy. The skiers are very entertaining to watch.
Gary Wright
They have lots of training areas to view the athletes. One place is right outside the Olympic museum with divers and skiers both able to land in a pool of water. And it is all handicap accessible if needed
Mr3dPHD
We did the bobsled experience and it was awesome! So much fun! That being said, if you're having second thoughts, it really isn't as scary as you might think. Very similar to a wooden rollercoaster ride.
The park itself is amazing in the winter. Lots of cool things to see!
Jordan Marrale
Great visitor center. Watch athletes train right in front of you . Walk through a museum filled with history and cool interactive attractions , and don't miss the Bobsled ride! AMAZING!
The tour was well worth it and we all learned alot. Carl was our guide and had 3 decades of experience. A must go for anyone visiting area .
Lacey Vickers
Did the one hour tour and it was interesting and informative. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the park and the history of the winter games hosted by SLC. We were lucky to catch the skiers practicing in the pool as it was the last week they’d be doing it there before it closes down for winter. None of the adventure activities were open as we were there for fall break but we still very much enjoyed the tour and museum.
Laura Hubbard
Museum was great, lots to see about the origins of skiing in Utah and about the 2002 winter Olympics. We saw some people practicing thier free style jumps into the pool so that was awesome! They also have zip lines and other activities you can pay to do.
Jaddiel Perez
This is a place to br8ng the whole family to enjoy. You can do so many different attractions with the kids or enjoy a jumping show from professionals. There are obstacles courses, zip lines and guided tours. The bobsled is super fast, and the Canyon course is very challenging. Parking is free, as well as the museums.
Adi Rocheí
A Great place to visit, and learn about the history of the Olympics that took place in Utah 2002, And if you're interested in learning more they do have private tours!
You get to see A Sneak peak of the Pros Practicing its pretty Cool!
There is no fee to enter the museum!
A must place to visit!!
Renee Funk
Summer visit filled with family fun. Our teenager tried the summer bobsled, our kiddos enjoyed the slides and more! Great place to enjoy an afternoon.
Micah Engle
Had a good time walking around. I wish I would have had the time to ride the bobsled. Others I know that have done it tell me it is an amazing experience. While we were there people were practicing ski jumps into the pool (look at the videos) and the tricks they were doing were pretty impressive. Not sure if they post a schedule for when they are practicing, but I highly recommend seeing it if you can!
Elisha Murawski
Love coming here to watch the skiers and snowboarders! This day was especially cool because the divers were out too!! The Red Bull diving team has built the only diving platform of its' kind right here in PC. People of all ages enjoy watching these athletes!
Martha Hernandez
We did the attraction side of this park. Lots of fun. I recommend the gold pass but there was still not enough time to do it all June 2022. It was an enjoyable experience and the museum was neat too.
Janet Klosinski
Our visit the Olympic Park proved to be a highlight our visit to Park City. Three members of our family participated in the Bobsled experience and they were so happy with it. They all came off the mountain sporting wide grins and giggles. The museum which is free to the public proved to be an exceptional display. I loved every exhibit! We all said we would visit again given the chance.
Michael Ramsey
Whoa what a surprise… Definitely worth the trip up the mountain. Feels like a piece of history but also a fully functioning facility! Don’t be like me get there early so you can visit the gift shop!
A Petal To Peddle
Had so much fun bobsledding! Went so quick but glad I can check this off my bucket list. Only complaint was that they did not enforce mask wearing, which was mandated by the state when I was there. Several people were not wearing their masks on the bus ride up and in the safety video room.
René Ortiz
This place is so cool! I had a lot of fun. You could ride the gondolas, you could zip line, you can ride the bobsled, and slide down a mountain while sitting on an inner-tube.
Phoenix Durlin
Willing to pay to be an Olympian? If the answer is YES, then this is the place for you to visit. There are many activities to do, including bobsled, virtual skiing of different kinds, and several other events (depending on the season).
However, if the answer is NO, then you can tour the grounds, see the Olympic museum about "how it all got started" and potentially watch some off season athletes practice their abilities.
Sangeeta Darji
Worth it to get the tour and also the aerial show. Didn't do the adventure rides but people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Call or check the website to see what days the adventure rides are opened.
Karthik Raja
Excellent place for a day's worth of inspiration and adventure. Watching athletes training, jumping off ski jump slopes in to a pool, divers jumping from 10 stories, was amazing to see. The museum has wonderful collection of artifacts from the 2002 winter Olympics. For the adventurous there is a Discovery Zone that the kids can do, Alpine slides, zip lines, extreme tubing, and in the winter, multiple ski slopes. A must visit place in Park City, Utah.

This is a hidden Gem 💎
If you’re in Park City or Salt Lake City area you must take some time to visit and experience Utah Olympic Park.
The museum is interactive with amazing exhibits.
Check out the Metals, feel the Ice Curling 🥌, touch the Olympic Torch, and much more!
I have been here during the summer and winter. Both experiences worth it!
Jacob M
Really cool place with lots to do. We walked some skiers jump into the pool and did the alpine slide and tubing!
Erin Kloepfer
So cool to watch the skiers train on the outdoor water slides. Incredible museum with interactive features. Our older kid and adult group blazed through down and upstairs in under an hour although more patient and interested groups could take a few hours. 😂 …
Alison Hernandez
When visiting Utah, definitely check out Olympic Park to have a great time. Recommend purchasing the gold pass to allow access to all the activities! Extremely fun and exhilarating!
Wade Brinton
If you are near Kimball Junction this is the best place to stop and eat your sack lunch or drive thru McDonalds order. The museum is small but extremely nostalgic for us native Utah millennials. You can also sit and watch skiers jump into the pool. If you time it right I think you can ride a tube down the slope or catch a zip line ride depending on the season. Highly recommend when driving through the area.
Double D
Awesome museum. Every winter sport available. Luge coarse my personal favorite . Tickets available in late December. Free museum entry.
Rob McCrea
Really neat, great experience. You can watch athletes train when the weather warms up. The tour is worth the price, you get to see various parts of the park
dal pal
This place was really neat. Actually got a little teary eyed seeing some of the exhibits and brought back memories! See this place! They even have a fun simulation ride inside that the kids really enjoyed!
Katie Courtright
Very cool watching skiers jump and land in a big pool! Museum informative and the view and fall colors beautiful.
Melanie Kennedy
Great visit to the ski museum today! A couple of fun and inexpensive virtual things to do! We enjoyed it!!
Tommy Ong
This is an activity based destination. Not much sigh seeing but a great place to have some fun when you purchased the tickets to play. Enjoy.
Richard Earl
After going to the Park city resort and completely getting shafted over there because I purchase tickets for the Alpine slide and their coaster with them knowing the Alpine slide was closed and then not refund and me everything that I had paid I was pretty upset because today was my daughters birthday and I thought it was ruined Utah Olympic Park was amazing and quickly turned my daughter’s birthday around. this is my first time there I paid a little bit more than what I paid at the other resort but I give me 3 1/2 hours of an amazing Lee good time. Riding the slide multiple times doing the tubing the ropes courses the jump bags everything we got so much bang for our buck at this place I really hope that anybody who has not been here will take the time to try it it was a great time
Makoto Kern
So much fun here. There are two time sessions you can go to. Bobsledding just on the weekends. Kids had so much fun as well as the parents!
Tony Wuerfel
Such a fun place to visit with the family. Make sure you check to see if jumpers are practicing that day— worth the wait!!
Jeff Contos
If you are a Winter sports fan, this is the place for you! Awesome ski history museum. Views of ski runs and World Cup/Olympic Bobsled course.
Adam Thompson
Beautiful museum, facilities, and views. They were redoing the museum during our visit. I can’t wait to see the updates. If you love the Olympics, this is a must see.
Ashley Miller
I love that Utah is using their Olympic Center instead of abandoning it. From Colorado, this was emaculate and a little overwhelming when you first see it. We made it around the end of their summer season so not all rides were open. The bobsled track was turned into a little go-kart track. They have ziplining down the ski jumps, chairlifts to get to the top so you aren't climbing the stairs. They had extreme tubing down the slopes, and an awesome looking alpine slide we weren't able to go to. The lines were long and they were only running one person at time for all rides, so wait times are long. Plan to spend several hours there if you plan to do more than 1 or 2 events.
Marta Gerasymchuk
It's an impressive place. Love it. The museum was free and interesting.
Makenzie Callahan
This is a great spot to take your kids young and old. A lot to see for free but options for pod activities as well. We loved watching the skiers go off the slopes into the Olympic pool. The museum is awesome and has interactive spaces to try out and learn more about snow and snow sports. We absolutely will be back for more next time! What a neat thing to see.
Lily Bloodworth
Utah Olympic Park is located in Park City, just 25 miles east of Salt Lake City, Utah. This park was built for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games。it's very good place to visit.
Gemma Spruiell
So much to see and do! Very spacious, indoors and outdoors. Inspiring photos and exhibits, spectator opportunity, fun activities to participate safely.
Peter S
This place is great. The price, 65$ for two and a half hours, is way better the the other place up the hill. Try it, you'll love it.
Oswaldo Albornoz
A lot of history to learn about winter sports in the museum. Really good facilities for sky. Outstanding view of Park City.
LeWayne Ballard
Purchased the Gold Pass Session for a morning session while visiting Salt Lake City. It was only about a 40 minute drive from downtown Salt Lake. The Gold Pass gives you 3.5 hours of unlimited rides during the morning block or afternoon block. I liked the limited number of tickets for each block to reduce the crowds. This was very helpful as didn't wait more than 10-15 mins for any ride and many rides didn't have any line at all. I opted for the morning block of 9:30-1:00p to beat the heat since the afternoon block was from 2:00-5:30p. In addition, I also purchased the Bobsled Experience since it is not included.
All the rides were extremely safe and appropriate for the ages they required. The ziplines were the ones where you wear a seated harness and not the free-hanging ones with the exception of the short freestyle zip and small zip to the Drop Tower. Of all the Gold Pass rides, my favorites were the Extreme Tubing and Alpine Slide. On the Extreme Tubing, you have to take the ski lift about half way up, then a small hike to the start where they provide you a helmet. In order to ride the larger K90, you must ride the smaller K64 tube where they'll mark your wristband. Although the K90 looks much larger, the ride is basically the same. On the Alpine Slide, I initially thought it was a kiddie ride, but it was pretty fun for any age. These rides are all on one side of the park.
The other side of the park consist of the Canyon Course (lower rope course), Summit Course (higher rope course), Airbag jump, and Drop Tower. These experiences were fun, but not nearly as much adrenaline as the other side of the park. They're much more slower paced and suited for those who don't like speeds.
Lastly, my overall favorite as the Bobsled Experience. This was separate from the Gold Pass experience, but was definitely worth it. You ride with a trained driver as you hit speeds around 70mph. At those speeds, you'll feel your head whip around on the corners. You'll be amazed and thrilled as you hit those corners at those speeds. It lasts less than a minute, but it's due to the speeds. There's many left and right hard corners you'll experience.
Olympic Park is is must do if you're in the Salt Lake City area. It is appropriate for all ages as there's different rides for everyone. The 3.5 hours for the Gold Pass does go by fast if you ride every ride, so do your favorites first.
Tracy Hild
Awesome place. Learned so much about the 2002 Winter Olympics held here in Park City Utah. A MUST SEE!
Chris Schnitzer
This is a great place to visit in the summer. There are not too many people around and there are lots of activities
Rob Stillwell
This was a greatest birthday fun I have had in years. We really enjoyed the ski jumping and the thrill of Bob sledding. There are not words to properly express the experience we had.
Yesenia Roses
Awesome being there and know the ho.e of Paparazzi Accessories found ders and the corporate building. This people really change lifes
Lisa Wayment
My family really enjoyed waking around and looking at the Olympic venue. Wish we would have made it during summer or later in winter to enjoy their activities.
Stacy A
This was pretty cool to go watch the practice jumps into the pool. Could have watch for hours but was getting hot…I wanted to jump into the water myself. Nice clean pool. Looked like fun
Fernando Mladineo
Bought tickets online, signed waiver online. Showed up and asked a worker where to go and they just directed us to the Nordic lift. Get to the top and they say we can go down because we didn’t get the wristband at the bottom. It would have been nice if the first worker and the worker at the bottom of the lift had let us know this. It cost an hour of our time here.
The lift is running at half speed, so it’s very slow to get to the top. Taking the lift to tubing is also messed up because you have to walk down the hill a ways. Super inefficient use of one’s time. Hard to do much in the allotment of time they give you. Then you stand in a 20-person deep line.
The tubing was way more fun than the alpine slide. And far less wait. I recommend just hiking up versus the lift.
Micah Brown
It’s kind of a must see if you come to Utah. There are a lot of fun summer and winter activities. I did the ropes course and the summer bobsled. Summer bobsled was such a cool experience but was a little expensive for just one ride down.
The ropes course was crazy fun as well.
Sean Carnes
Great place to visit! Free museum and today the skiers were jumping and divers diving.
Caroline Tadych Marcyes
We had so much fun with our Gold Pass! Definitely worth it. We got to get on everything we wanted to, with minimal wait times on a week day. Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful. Alyssa G and Sofi were awesome when we were the very last group on the zip line, and made us feel appreciated despite it being well past closing time.
Norm Bour -Travel Younger
I have been coming to Park City for half a dozen years but never came to the Olympic Park! I'm so glad I made it now, the museum is awesome, and there is a wonderful sense of History. I will never be that close to an Olympic gold medal again!
The activities were closed, they open this week, memorial Day weekend, so I will return.
Aaron Tonks
We had a great time at the adventure park. you get 3.5 hours to enjoy the activities with your $75 pass. I thought we wouldn't be able to do everything in that short of time but we fit it all in. I wish we had another hour so we could do some of the activities more than once. I gave it four stars because the website is poor at giving you the information needed to know what you are getting for $75 and once you get there it takes a while to figure out what you get to do and how to get to it.
PNW & Beyond
These three stars are for us figuring out on our own that we could ask for a ride up and down the hill to get to our part of the olympic park, the two younger staff members who were friendly, helpful, and understanding, along with the opportunity this park provides for great and exciting ride experience. If it weren’t for a couple of concerns we ran into towards the end of our time there, I would have given five stars. The company we work for paid for us to have a pass to the tubing, zip lines, alpine slide, and discover adventure course. We started on the smaller zip line which the younger staff were running efficiently. They had both lines open, which allowed for us to ride at the same time. When we got to the bigger zip line, only one lane was open even though there were multiple staff available. We waited quite a long time for this, which would have been fine had we known we wouldn’t be able to do another ride two minutes after our park time ended. The family in front of us was also become upset at the wait time, to which his wife left the line to question what was going on. We also were clueless in terms of waiting to eat in the cafe until after this time. We walked up to eat which took an hour. If we had known that we could be driven up instead of walking, we would have made it back in time to do another ride. Also, if the wait time in the cafe was more efficient we could have been back out on another ride. If the different options were explained to us when checking in we also would have known that we could ask for rides. My advice, visit the park on the early shift, not the late afternoon shift. Ask for rides when you need them and don’t waste time eating in their cafe until after you’ve finished with your park experience. It was a fun time and my first time zip lining ever in my life, which I thank the park for that. But, if we would have kept going on the rides, we still wouldn’t have had enough time to do tubing, adventure course, and the alpine slide. We went back to do another ride after our time walking to the cafe and we arrived to the lift at 3:02pm. The younger gentleman did wonderful listening to our concerns; however, the older lady was rather blunt and wouldn’t say anything other then your time ended at 3pm. We explained we thought it was 3:30pm and that we didn’t know we could get a ride, along with the fact that it was only 3:02pm and we would be happy with one more ride. She didn’t care. The younger gentleman expressed that we weren’t the only ones who thought it was 3:30pm ending time and not 3pm. This gave us the impression that customers who visit this park often become confused about the process of everything. You’ll have a great time as long as you keep riding and do not take time to stop and have a drink of water. But, I highly doubt there is any way to do all the activities provided in the pass, even during less busy park times. Tons of people started showing up at 3:10pm for the next time slot and I’m not sure how they will keep up with that work load. Don’t stop and look at museum items either (which we didn’t). I’m just mentioning this because if you do then you won’t have time to experience your rides. They do have a board in the front that tells you predicted wait times, but the fact that we only had time for two rides from 1230pm to 3pm just shows that you can learn from our mistakes and the parks mistakes, so at least you can have a better time when visiting this park. Good luck to those visiting the park today on the later shift. Also, don’t spend less then a minute per picture to capture your time there.
Coach Bird
We bought the gold pass. We had fun but did not get to do much for $75. It took us an hour to do the extreme zip line (was not worth an hour). Just wished we could have done all the activities. We felt so rushed and yet we only got to do alpine slide (1x), one challenge course, extreme zip, sledding hill (small 1x) and big sled hill (2x). We liked the big sled hill and challenge course the best. Would have been way more enjoyable if not rushed by giving people a full day. Then when lines got bad or hit could go to museum or get a snack.
Christina Curley
Super cool spot! The museum is free and has a lot of fun artifacts. Make sure you go upstairs. Good time waster if you’re waiting for a flight in salt lake
abiracmd
We purchased tickets for the Flying Aces in mid July and we're so glad we did! We arrived late but the parking lot still had a few spaces. The area where the show was staged was massive and I was surprised at the amount of people! Good they are drawing these crowds to support the skiers. The show was a blast and it was cool to hear the announcer talk about each skier's accomplishments and future goals. Didn't get a chance to see the rest of the park but we do know they had a drive movie scheduled for later that night. Pretty cool!
Darrin Baxter
Olympic Park was more fun than I expected. Lot's of different adventures and surprisingly, the ropes course was our fam's favorite! We did the gold pass and worth the money and memories. Thanks UOP!
Roger Pownell
Quite the layout for the adventurous ones out there. We did the bobsled run, on wheels, and it was exhilarating, shaky, and fast. See if you can beat out 72+ mph at 58.42 seconds for your run.
Yvonne Gal-Van
The staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend the tour. So worth it! We were able to see and hear about things that you can read about on the second floor of the museum but to see it in person is something else!
If you are interested in the bobsled experience make sure you look at the hours they run it. I didn't pay attention to that part and we missed it.
I really enjoyed the virtual experience rides too. They were fun and different.
It was all a wonderful experience!!!
Ramon Allred
The activities here are phenomenal. We bought the two hour pass and did the alpine slide, extreme zip line and extreme tubing. Everyone there was so friendly and kind. They even ran into some electrical issues and yet they were super professional. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
Ray C
What a great visit! We're seniors and enjoyed all simulators and the Museum. Very interesting Olympic campus.
J C Mathis
Great history of winter sports in Utah and the places you can go. Athletes were training on the ski jump and bobsled today. Tours are available which will get you all around the park. Museum is free to see.
Dusty Ledbetter
What a sight/site to see... it was amazing to see a site where the Olympics were held. Amazing stuff.
Mimi Kayla
We had so much fun here. Great zip line and tubing. Alpine slide was awesome too- helps to give the rider in front of you a little more time than they give, so you can go FULL SPEED all the way down.
Adrienne Triplett
So much fun. The view is amazing. If you're afraid of heights this isn't scary. There is no free fall feeling. It's just fast and fun.
Chris Kinberger
Everything about this place was interesting. We took the tour and had a great guide. We were fortunate to see men and women practicing their ski jumps.
Suzi Scaramuzza
An incredible piece of history for anyone who is visiting Park City. In the winter you can see national teams practicing. They provide incredible tours, one that takes you to the top of the Alpine slope. In the summer they have one of the best and steepest zip lines in Park City.
Mathew Woodring
Interesting visit on our off skiing day. Cool history and stay until 4:30 to see the kids come in for after school training!
Robert Alvarez
We had a great time here at the rides were a blast, staff was very friendly. Views from here are fantastic and lots of hiking opportunities here at the park. The museum was very nice and was nice to learn more about the Olympics. Now the bad.... the lines and the wait. We were there early and so were several field trips classes. Lots of kids in line for same rides. My suggestion to the park if they read this. Have a line for gold pass member and one for field trips. They use wrist bands already and this would make it more enjoyable for people visiting the park.
Mindy Vega
Really fun walking around the museum part of the park...but the highlight was my husband being able to try his hand at bobsledding. AWESOME!!!
Christy Tietjen
Ropes courses and drop tower are Awesome! We came in the spring when the weather is nice and there are virtually no lines. Great for those who are only a little brave, and fun for the adrenaline junkies. If you want to do more than two activities then you save money by getting a day pass. our family enjoyed doing all three courses and the drop tower.
Robert Kuba
Super fun, we enjoyed the time here
Daniel Call
This is a a very fun place to spend an afternoon. There are many trails for hiking, a ropes course, zip lines, a bobsled run, and many other activities.
The bobsled is a unique experience, but it can be pretty violent. Your head and shoulders get thrown against the side, and the high-g turns push down hard on your back.
The ropes course is pretty challenging, which is fun.
The staff is a little less service-oriented than best-in-class organizations, but are good at what they do.
Greg Roth
This is a great family friendly fun place to visit. The Olympic museum is free, but the zip lines into being are well worth the price of admission. The mountain biking in this area is also outstanding. The yeti trail can be a bit steep in places but the scenery more than makes up for the effort.
Aljaž Bizjak
Great place to visit. Every modern child should go through this experience to realize that there is a world outside the 5" touchscreen.
Great events and shows, most of the below posted views can be seen for free. The bobsled and the Ziptour are definitely worth the additional charge.
Cathy Birdsong
There are fun activities for families of various ages. Even though there was not that many people, the wait times were still long. There is not refreshments sold here so bring a refillable water bottle and snacks. All safety procedures are followed and be sure to bring a mask.
Eric Jackson
Great visit to see a lot of Olympic history (obviously!) I would highly recommend you go after May 20th, because the only thing open before then is the Museum's and a little guided tour. The Tour guide Deani was great. Very informative and cheery attitude made her very pleasant to spend time with...
Scott Eggenberger
They have really done a good job at the Utah Olympic Park to provide things to do in the summer. They have two ziplines, one extreme and a shorter one. The extreme one is super long. Take the chairlift all the way to the top. The extreme tubing is fun, too, with a drop off that makes your heart sink into your stomach! There were a few other activities we didn't get to, but really watch out for the weather. We waited about an hour for lightning off in the distance, then wind shut down the ziplines.
Robert Sanders
Enjoyed our visit today. This is off season, but still very nice. Great place to reminisce about Utah ski history, and the 2002 Olympics.
Justin Lanclos
Such a cool place. The museum is very cool. Full of Olympic history and memorabilia from the 2002 Olympics. The bobsledding is closed on Monday. That was a bummer but I'll definitely be coming back with the family. Staff is super polite and very helpful. This is a place I could visit multiple times. Had a ton of activities listed for a family to do butbkowt looked like summertime fun. $12 bus tour to see everything . Overall a must see for everyone that loves the mountains, Olympics, snow, or sports.
Darbi Haley
This was so cool! I highly recommend taking the guided tour. It's $12/adult but so worth it! We went in January and there were some athletes practicing and amazing views.
Steven Sexton
This place is awesome! It was really cool to just sit in the parking lot and watch skiers come down the hill!
Chris Perry
We had a great time going down the ski hills on tubes and zip-lines. Tons of fun for older kids and young adults. It would be a great date spot.
On top of that Utah fosters one of the best Olympic athlete communities in the world. We have visitors come here from all over preparing for the next winter games.
Whether you are looking to have some fun or become elite this is a great place to do it.
Lenny
Our family loved going here. Seeing the athletes do the ski jump training is so impressive. Get there early, like 8:45AM and be the first to get on the zip lines and tubing a few times before the lines forms. By noon the lines were well over an hour long. We bought the day pass, spent the morning there and left for a lunch break. We came back around 3:00PM and got a couple more hours of fun in.
Tannen (the guy who looks like Jack Black) was very patient with my children, very informative and kind. He's a great guy!
Craig Samuelson
Great place to visit. I visited in late May 2019 and saw many members of the US ski team practicing their aerials in at the pool. The museum is free. The guided tour is $12 per adult. You can try the zip line, bob sled, extreme tubing. The day pass is $55 for kids.
Craig King
We love coming here! Great museum and displays from 2002 games. You can often see ariel practices or kids learning to jump. Decent small snack bar. Clean bathrooms. Ropes course, ride bobsled in summer... A great stop!
Khiem Nguyen-Trong
I didn't know what I could expect to see here during the summer but the Olympic Park still manages to charm with acrobatic shows and great tours!
Jeremy Dueñas
I had a fantastic time at the Utah Olympic Park. Bobsledding was such an amazing experience, and the Salt Lake 2002 museum was fantastic.
Wilson V&M
Short on time, but visit was wonderful. Very well done museums. Highly recommend.

During my hols in Downtown SLC last week, I spent one day visiting Utah Olympic Park combined with PC Main Street.
Took the bus 902 SLC to Kimball Junction from where you can already see the Olympic Park. When you wait there a van will come and pick you up to take you up the mountain (every half hour). The driver was such a friendly older man with whom I had a lovely chat.
Now visiting Utah's Olympic Park was one of my main agenda points and let me say : it was fantastic!
I took the tour ($12,00 p.p.) however, still had time to go through the Museum where there's lots of Olympic facts, ski outfits and also props used during the 2002 Winter Olympics etc.. on display which didn't disappoint!
The tour was guided by a 'skeleton'-athlete (think his name was Kyler?) who did a terrific job at explaining us all about the luge, skeleton, bobsleigh etc. and answering any Q's about it. Per van he took us to the bobsleigh track and the ski-jumps. From up there you have some amazing vistas!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Utah's Olympic Park and would highly recommend it!
Oh, should you be interested in going for a bobsleigh ride yourself (fee + better book in advance) and to avoid disappointment, don't visit on Mondays as that the track's maintenance day 😉

Fun and interesting! We watched athletes practicing jumps into the pool and the air bag. The museum is fascinating with numerous stories about athletes from the area and from the 2002 Olympics which were held here. The museum is free but you can pay for a guided tour. There are all sorts of rides, zip lines and mountain coasters available.
Julie Christiansen
The tubing hill is a good time! You might have to wait in lines to be able to experience it, but it is definitely worth it! We went in the evening and the view from the top of the hill was great. I was also impressed with how kind all of the staff was! Overall a great activity!
Nupur Naidu
The place is really interesting and must visit for people who are into sports. They have two museums and the entry is free. There are a lot of activities one can do and spend whole day there. I would definitely visit it again to do the activities offered by them.
Colleen S
Great visitor center and comprehensive history of snow sports and important people in local history. Fun virtual ride experience.
Gentry Stephenson
Really awesome places for adults and kids. They have a lot to do and the kids had a lot of fun. There is a free playground for the kids as well as activities to pay for. We did the zipline. It was a lot of fun, but was expensive at $15 per person. We enjoyed watching kids learn how to jump off the ski slope into water!
Lindsey Lewis
Fun place to visit for a couple of hours. Nothing amazing, especially for free, but if you are a serious Olympic buff or happen to already be in the area, you'll love it. My girls ages 3 and 5 loved the interactive exibits on the first floor. Cafe and snacks were overpriced, but that was expected ($7 for a glorified white cheddar 'grilled cheese' panini; tasty, but small and expensive). The kids loved playing on the sleds (bob, skeleton and luge). Paid VR experiences seemed short and not worth if from watching others. Ski outfits and skis through the years were fun to see.
Sonny Beech
I went with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The rides are fun, watching the ski jumpers practice was entertaining. Worth the stop if you are in the area.
Eli Galloway
Amazing experience with lots of excursions to choose from. Building and grounds are really crazy with athletes coming to train. You can watch them practice these amazing sports. Giving 4 stars because of high excursion prices. Gets expensive quick.
Dave Brandman
Nice museum of ski history in the US and about the 2002 Winter Olympics. Various Nordic events outside to view and even try out.
TD Nicolaus
It was a lot of fun to see where the Olympics were held and look through the different museums. The guided tour was definitely worth the money to be able to see where the bobsled/luge/skeleton track starts and the ski jumps without having to hike up a long way. There were many people doing the bobsled, zip line, chair lifts, and ropes courses while we were there, and they looked like they were having fun. There is a gift shop in the welcome center with clothing, hats, posters, stuffed animals, books, magnets, etc.
Josh Crider
Jacobi that was working the Alpine slides was extremely helpful and nice. This place is so great had a blast on our honeymoon! The worker is the one in the photo. Give a raise!
Looking To Get Lost
This place was very interesting to visit and see things up close that most have only ever seen on a screen. Really enjoyed seeing some athletes train while strolling the park. I did the 4 hour wrist band and was barely able to do each item once as the lines can be frankly ridiculous wait times. My experience showed me that the young carefree employees had little concern for being punctual as I waited at the top for over 20 minutes after the start time for someone to even show up and open the zip lines and slide.
Also they need to figure out a way to limit maintenance to certain days or time as several items that were to be included were closed on the weekend in the middle of peak season and was frustrating.
Book early! Many items like the bobsled experience were booked before we even arrived. All in all its worth a visit once.
David Burger
This place is a lot of fun and nostalgic of the 2002 Olympics in Utah. I regret not giving us more time to explore, take the tour or bobsled ride. Definitely a lot of fun and recommend stopping by if your in Park City and enjoy skiing and the Olympics.
Lindsay Hubbart
This is such a fun stop! They have a free museum and there are a few "rides" I side. The best part is you can stand outside and watch the Olympians practice when they are there! I've seen adults and I've seen kids practice. You can also go zip-lining, or bobsled here too! Such a fun stop!
Emery White
This experience was very fun! My boyfriend isn't a big fan of rollercoasters so for this to be the same price as that I have no regrets at all! It is heavily important to wear closed toe shoes, without them they will not let you on a majority of the 'rides'. I definitely intend to go back on day and pay for the Zipline tour!! Legs are certainly sore but I've felt lighter than ever creating those memories and trying things I had never done before.
Dave Hofmann
Very cool place and lots to do. $75 gets you a gold bracelet and you can do almost everything there as many times as you want. Go early as it got very crowded in the mid afternoon.
Cody Thompson
Unique place to visit that is well maintained. I saw a summer ski show here. The show had a few Olympic medalists, the talent density and execution was pretty spectacular.
I'd give it a 5 if they let me soap up and blast down the bobsled slide.
Jennifer Rook
Unfortunately, my family did not enjoy this place this time around. We bought a gold pass but the lines were just too long. They only got
To enjoy one activity. We got a refund. They were very nice about it. It probably has something to do with the volume of people visiting PC post Covid. That’s hard to control.
Ameerico
Love this place it was a great time when I came so many things to see and do and the area is really beautiful and the staff where nice and gift shop has a lot of cool items :) a must see in northern Utah
Andi
Definitely a place to visit if you go to Park city. We went this summer (2021) and were amazed by the skiing practices landing in a pool. There’re plenty of activities also for the entire family, including the little ones. I recommend getting the day-pass as it is much cheaper than paying for individual rides which are quite expensive at $20 each, lasting in less than a minute per experience.
Aldrin Albano
Only visited the site (free) but what I was able to see (and photographed) looks to be fun (e.g. zip-line jumps over the free-style ski jump venues, gondola rides over the bobsled course, guided tour of the venues, etc.)
Steve Wright
Fun place, take a self guided tour, and it doesn't cost. Cool to see all of the different Olympic medals. Would be cool to see the jumps being used, but there at the wrong time.
Jacob Lundquist
It was so cool watching the skiers practice jumps into the pool! We loved the museum too, and it was fun to go up close to see everything that went into the 2002 SLC Olympics! Definitely worth the visit if you are in the area.
caleb krumel
Can walk around pretty much every were in the park for free. They have ziplines, bobsledding, etc for extra. The place has seen better days but has some ongoing repair work.
fredbrackely
Free ski museum, trails for hiking, pet friendly trails, shop and bathroom facilities. Stunning views of the slopes and mountains
Dana Thompson
A fantastic experience! You walk right up to ski jumpers and divers twirling in the air into the pool and the Outstanding SLC Olympic museum. Guided tour was sold out as was other activities so book early! We did the scenic chair lift ($15pp) and went to the top. We had my senior mom with us who also did the chair lift. Thank you to the chair lift operators all slowed/stopped the lift so her getting on/off was easy! The view at the top was spectacular! The only feedback we have is it would have been nice to know what we were looking at. The 2002 Luge? Skelton? Ski jump? No signs, history summary, information etc. You can get that info if you can get into the guided tour but since that sells out fast, it would be nice for those who are on their own to have some signage at the various courses.
Billie Williamson
Awesome place to visit while in Park City Utah. Lots to do and see. Great food and experiences to be had here.
Paul Burgio
From Ohio and have been out twice. Such a cool place, I wish the Bobsled was running one of the times I was there. Still so awesome to think you're standing where the best of the best in the world have!
Jaycee Burns
Great spot to visit if you’re in town. I wish they would post somewhere visible on their website that you must have closed toe shoes to participate in summer activities. The museum was cool, and it looked like their other activities were a lot of fun.
Quinn and Laura Crawford
About a 20 to 35 minute museum on skiing & Olympics. Very well done. They offer ski lift, zip lining, extreme tubing, virtual rides, and bobsledding. Bring your wallet $$
Doug Pierard
Summer or winter, wow! Multiple choices to pursue.
Scott
Lots of fun to be had here! Not a great place if someone is scared of heights, but otherwise there is a lot of thrills to be had. Don’t forget to watch the ski jumpers practice into the pool!
James Rice
Fun place but long lines. In your 2 hour ticket, you will barely make each ride once. I had a 10 and 11 yr old with me. Start in zip line, then extreme tubing, the lounge and end in the ropes course, because they keep that open past your ticket expiration window.
Rodica Luca
Almost everything is closed but bobsledding, sports simulator. Skiing and snowboarding is open just for athletes, as December 17 2020.
Dave Goodman
This place was amazing... looking forward to going back there next sunday to do the bobsled experience before I head home... its definitely a must see if your really into the olympic games like I am
Aishwarya Nagarajan
We had the best time here. All the activities were amazing. Everyone there was very helpful. The price you pay for entrance is worth it. The best was the tubing experience.
Kent Mitchell
Lots to see and more to do. Will have to make another trip when we have more time
Ed Robbins
Well worth it. Moderate amounts of walking with elevation changes. Nothing was disappointing. Everything met my expectations and the staff did a really good job.
Laura Vazquez
What an excellent time spent in Olympic history. Learned a lot, and future Olympic athletes train here. We took the tour and it was so we'll worth it!
Blake Baker
Only thing keeping this place from 5* are the prices. This is a great asset and was a blast to visit. I had a great (and challenging!) time at the challenge course. I really would like to try the day pass with my wife so that we could do the zip line too.
Jay Kuhn
This was a great time. Zipline and Alpine Slide were great. There are many hills so be prepared. Take water too.
Ken Sellers
Olympic Park is fun and different. It's not not an amusement park; it's an (extreme) activity park. With multiple adventure courses and zip-lines, airbag-jumping, and more, you won't get bored! There were two things that we wanted to do above all others; Bobsled was one. It was more fun and intense than words can convey. If you can only do one thing, do Bobsled.
The other must-do attraction during our once-in-a-lifetime visit was the large Extreme Tubing hill. You have to complete a run on the small Extreme Tubing hill first, which we did (it was a blast). We literally ran from the end of the Bobsled ride all the way back to the lift for Extreme Tubing, beating the posted cut-off time (see photo) by at least ten minutes. "We're sorry," they said, "we stopped letting people on the lift at 3:30." WHAT??? We couldn't believe it. Aside from Bobsled, it was the one thing we most wanted to do. This cast a dark cloud over what was otherwise a most enjoyable day.
Brooke L-J
Really great variety of activities for different ability levels and ages. Everything from a gentle, scenic chairlift ride to extreme zip lining and bobsled rides. My only complaint is that some of the staff seemed very bored and could be a bit more friendly.
thelittlethings theyarentlittle
On a whim we stopped in for the Red Bull 400 (September 15, 2018). It was a such a blast that we almost missed our Dirty Dash 5k. We're so lucky to have the Utah Olympic Park and fun events to watch and participate in!!
Thankful Customer
The guided tour with Carl was great. Very interesting to see behind the scenes, and hear how fast the athletes travel down the runs, plus all the efforts put into maintaining the ice on the runs. The Flying Aces show was awesome as well.
Jeremy Zorkocy
A place we almost didn't stop at but am glad we did. Very in depth tour and lots and great info in the museum.
Mark Joseph Russell
It was alright. No complaints. I just wasn't into it that day.
Mike Austin
My kids had such a great time. They said the bobsled was better then any roller coaster they have ever been on.
aaron 81006
This place is pretty cool. I stayed and watched the freestyle ski jumpers for about an hour. It's really amazing what those guys can do on skis. The museum is interesting. It and the gift shop are well done. I wanted to check out the bobsled course but it apparently wasn't open that day. The view of the valley from the mountain is really nice too. Definitely something to see and it didn't cost me a dime.

Fun family activities for those with an adventurous side. An informative tour about the Salt Lake Olympics held on site is a good take too. Did I mention you can ride a bobsled on the Olympic track?!
ABBY
Lovely 😍 This place reminded me of my Father who passed away the month of June 2020 and he was present in some Olympics attending high performance athletes, that is why we visited this place🥰❤🙏 …
San Aili
It is so amazing! It was empty and clean. My husband and I reallly enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and Sharon at the Ski Museum was so friendly and informative. She was the best!
Lori Rawlings
Awesome to re-experience the Olympics. Checked out the bobsled run, got to see kids learning how and practicing to do aerial ski jumping, and checking out all of the cool memorabilia in the museum!
Ana Lira
Amazing place. The tour around the facility was great. Also, really enjoyed the museum.
Kelly Nelson
I am not a native Utahan but have lived here for at least 12 years now (in Salt Lake City) and it wasn't until recently that I visited Utah Olympic Park for the first time. My husband had a company team building activity there and spouses were invited to attend. As part of the day we rode the comet bobsled. It was a once in a lifetime AMAZING experience!
In short, an olympic bobsled driver takes you down an olympic bobsled course in an olympic bobsled. I was an experience unlike any I have ever had in my life and I've been sky diving twice! They time you and everything so you can "compete" with other groups. We finished in 53 seconds. It was the most wild ride I've ever been on. If you want the wildest and most extreme ride, ask to sit in seat 5. It's the seat that feels the most G forces when going around turns.
They can take pictures and video for you for a cost as well. We got the video (GoPro on the front of the sled) and it was incredible to watch afterward!
Note: It isn't cheap. Something like $200 normally, but if you want to do something amazing and save your money, it is absolutely 100% worth it. How many people can say they done this!?
Christy Olsen
Really cool museum (free) and we saw some Olympic skiers practicing their jumps into a huge pool! Very cool to see
Dmitry Lvov
I am regularly donating to Olympic Team USA and very pleased to see conditions of complex. Everything is in very good condition!
Jesus Palomino
If you are in the Salt Lake City area, make it a point to visit the Utah Olympic Park, and get to see the Training grounds were our awesome USA Winter Olympics Team trains up.
Let's wish our Athletes the best as they go to PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games in South Korea. scheduled to take place from 9 to 25 February 2018. Go USA!
Mindy Kirkton
Totally great. Must visit! Especially if you have an adrenaline gene! Bobsled was awesome. Didn't get to do luge or ziplineing, but next time I will. Watching the athletes practice was AWESOME too!!
Megan Boren
Aaaamazing!!!! It's expensive but if you buy the gold pass and hit everything it's Soo worth it. WEAR CLOSE TOED SHOES!!!! Or you will only be able to ride the bobsled.
Becca Shingler
From the outside, this place doesn't look so big. But Wow so much on the inside. A lot of interactive activities. True an excellent experience.
Ysabell Olson
Amazeballs! I didn't have my phone so I took like no pictures. But this place is incredible! Extreme zip lines, super extreme tubing. I have two preteen boots and this place was a dream come true for the whole family!!!
Hai L
Our first time to do the activities and all was good. They weren't very helpful in the direction of how to get started but we figured it out. The zip tour was over an hour so we didn't do that but allow for at least a few hours if you were wanting to do everything else. There was little to no wait Monday afternoon mid July.
Montana
Awesome museam showing the history of skiing! The activities include ziplines, ropes courses, and even tubing down a ski jump! Also, the all stars show in the summer is super cool and insane!
Brady Crump
Super awesome!!! Probably could have done a 5 Star, but a lot of the attractions were closed while I was there. But their tube slide down the ski jump is INSANE!! One of the coolest things I’ve done! Such a rush, so steep and fast!
They also have a super high zip line down the mountain, it’s not super fast, but still very cool. Had a great time!
Branch Ranch
Great fun on the bobsled run.
M Boone
It is a good place to see history- nice slopes and sleepy, yet informative museum.
Paul Rowton
Fun place with a free museum and a tour of the olympic venues. They have ziplines and other things but none of that was open in early May.
Tracy W
Such a neat place. Very cool to be where the Olympics were held in 2002. We watched some ski training going on and it was fun to walk through the museum and see so many things from the Olympics. Highly recommend stopping by here if you're in the area
Andrew
What a great place to have fun as a family. We loved all of the adventurous activities.
GiGi Fuentes
Wonderful place to visit. Free to visit the museum. Guided tour is about $10. Great location , experience.
Jeff Abbott
Fun day touring the museum and doing the Zip lines. Fun watching the ski jumpers practice
Ulianna Pavlova
Cool place to experience! Theres a cool museum that's free and you can walk around the area and check it all out. If you park at the bottom there are a few hiking trails you can use to walk up to the museum.
Jennifer Allen
We went when It was closed and just walked around, taking everything in. It was absolutely stunning! The scenery was breathtaking! The history is incredible! It is an absolutely amazing experience that we will never forget!
Christopher Creveling
Awesome venue for anyone to see bobsled, skeleton, or luge! The cost is nothing for anyone to watch. It usually is cold so bring warm clothing. There is also live music at big events which is nice in between races. I would recommend you get up there if you haven't. You won't be disappointed!
Jeff Maroney
Went for EXTREME TUBING! 2 seconds of downhill action was a lot of fun but not worth all the confusing hiking to get there on top of the $25 a person and don't go anywhere close to 4: 30pm when they try to shut it off because it's a little bit of a madhouse.
Christopher Dunn
This is a must do in Park City. Please take one of the tours of the park. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and showed us the bobsled track, the starting gates, and also the 120ft Nordic jump starting point. You will quite often get to see Olympic hopefuls in action!
Bradley Smith
Very awesome! This is a great town 30 mins east of salt lake city. The views are stunning. I visited the park after hours and was very relaxing
Scott Hege
Wonderful place, checked out the skiing museum, watched athletes do tricks into the pool, stood at the bottom of a 90 m jump and watched people fly down a very big zip line. Lots of fun!!
Kyle Griffin
While we didn't have time to participate in many of the activities, most of the winter facilities have been cleverly transitioned into summer-friendly activities. The museums are just the right amount of in-depth. Wish we could have had access to the tops of the ski jump and bobsled hills, but still an enjoyable visit.
jack petty
just an amazing place! If you can do the Bobsled run, DO IT. what an experience and intensity you can't imagine, just have to experience it. Great place to go and the museum for the history
Ryan Ferguson
The tubing and Bob sled were lots of fun. Watching the skiers jump into the pool was cool to watch. The Alpine slide was partially ruined for my family because the family in front of us decided to put their scared cat teenage son in the back of their group causing a back up and ruining our experience.
David Kuffner
Very beautiful and interesting place.
Matthew Davis
Definitely worth a peek. Its free so there really is no excuse. Wish I had time/funds for the bobsled experience though.
Alex Melendez
Would 100% recommend the bobsled. Worth every penny. The Olympic park itself needs to streamline its checkout service. Waiting in line took half an hour. Whether to purchase something at the gift store or get tickets for attractions.
Joshua Pittendrigh
Wonderful place to visit for history of the Utah Olympics as well as get a look at many practice runs because it's a training facility. A wonderful time for the family with many activities to do
Ann Liverett
Nice little walk through museum with plenty of ski history.
Ben Alder
The prices vs. what you get out of it makes the trip fall short. The park itself has amazing views, the museum was a cool thing to see as well.the only problem was the short list of activities. The activities were extremely fun but the lines for then can be unbearably long.
Kelly Christensen
Very excited place to be and watch and meet are Olympic athletes
Kelly Marin
So much fun. Way better than we expected. It was nice to be able to see the ski jumpers practice the kids enjoyed this place. We spent about 20 minutes in the museum the rest of the time we walked around outside. We did not spend any money on the activities they seemed over priced, but we still enjoyed ourselves.
jodi dotolo
This was just ok. My kids enjoyed the zip lines and alpine slide, but the lines were an hour long for each activity. We bought the gold pass which is for 3 hours, but two of it was taken up waiting in lines. I wouldn’t go back nor would I go out of my way to go there. Very expensive $85 per kid for gold pass.
Julie S.
So much fun! Lots of great activities and we even got to watch athletes practicing on the platforms and ski jumps. Super fun for all ages.
Elizabeth Reynolds
Such an amazing place to visit! So much history and fun things to do! Even in the summer!
Granger
Was a little worried after reading other recent reviews but this place was awesome. Fun experience and with enough options for everyone in the group to have fun. Yes there are some waits for certain activities but we went during the week which I think helped and were able to do almost everything that we wanted to. They have shade canopies set up as well while you are waiting which is nice. I would recommend leaving water in the car and periodically stopping by there to hydrate. Watching the skiers practice jump into the pool was awesome as well. Have fun!
Doug Wankowski
Spent the whole day and seemed like we had the park to ourselves. Did everything twice and had a great time! Must do for families:)
Scott Carpenter
Very well done museum and training site. The guided tour was worth it for the price since it got you access to amazing views and interesting information.
Heidi Reiter
Worth a visit! Extreme zip line was super cool!
Don Schmidt
Totally awesome very nice place to spend the afternoon you can go down an Olympic Hill jump into a pool even go down the hill with Preston in a bobsled very very exhilarating!!!
MnJ Nugent
Lots of summer fun for the whole family. Bring food though - When we went there in June, there was no food since the cafeteria was closed.
Kevin O
Garret was an awesome tour guide! We got snow in June.
Jesús Avila
This is one of the top places to go in park city the view, the history, the memories! Go there.
Jen Krantz
Great place for all ages! The entertainment was super and kept kids excited the whole time!
Richard Federbusch
Excellent tour. I learned a lot about the differences between the luge, skeleton, and bobsled. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, and was an Olympic ski jumper himself. Much of the tour was outdoors, and we saw the luge and bobsled tracks, along with the areas where the ski jumps take place. The park still serves as a training facility for many college and competitive athletes. Highly recommend visiting the Olympic Park while in Park City.
Miles ILONGGA
I love watching winter Olympics and im glad i was able to come here. Nice exhibits!
Anthony Edelen
A great place to learn about the Olympics that were held in Park City in 2002. There is Zip Lining, Bob Sledding, serious Olympic training going on. Great vibe for a half day getaway
Ariana and Forrest Harris
The ropes course was a ton of fun, and the people working it were fantastic coaches: very positive and encouraging. We'll be back!
Luke O
Great set up, ask 4 people for help with various things and they were very little help. Prices are high, with a family of 4 that wants to do like 2 activities each could be 250$. But is a pretty cool place
Keith Decker
Very neat place!!! I recommend a trip out there!!
Brittney Lewis
Had a fun experience! Did the zipline tour, very fun crew that worked there, they made sure my group had a good time.
Gabrielle Hemlick
Cool museum and fun Canyon ropes course. Best part was watching the ski jump practice!!
Jackeline Savino
I loved the virtual winter sports you can try. The Olympic museum is so pretty and is so interesting to see so many memories from the Winter Olympics celebrated in Utah in 2002. Very nice place to go on a weekend and spend a very good time.
Scott “DC Cheetah” Suchyta
This review targets the bobsledding experience. We enjoyed our trip down the track. There are only two tracks like this in the US (the other is Lake Placid, NY) and we were glad we decided to try it. Objectively, it's fairly expensive, given the ride itself is about a minute, but maintaining a facility like this is incredibly expensive. If paying a bit helps sustain its existence, I'm more than willing to front that cost. In terms of intensity, I would compare it to a fairly intense (though not maximally intense) roller coaster. You experience some significant g-forces, but the ride was actually less bumpy than I was expecting.
kathy mack
Wonderful! You leave excited with all you see. Be sure to call ahead to get the practice schedule for the aerial pool!
DAVID I. Klein
GREAT PLACE PLACE 2 SEE. BEEN ON MY BUCKET LIST SINCE 2002. I DON'T GIVE 5 STARS 2 JUST ANYONE. WILL HAVE 2 GO BACK. DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME 2 SEE EVERYTHING.
Rebecca
Coolest sight ever up close.
No time for the museum.
Breathtaking
Definitely a place to visit.
Robert Sabo
Nice place w plenty of activities for kids and adults, many things to try what you don't see anywhere else( bobsled ride)
Luis Perez Marcos
A must visit if you are visiting Salt Lake City
Jordan Simon
Awesome place to check out, good if you want to burn like 20 minutes. Nothing was open when we went over there.
kevin davidson
Fun place to play. Great for a date to get away from the old dinner and movie. We took the whole family this time.
Kelly Olivieri
Beautiful area! Friendly staff and tour guides are available if you book in advance. Free ski museum is very interactive!
matt callow
Amazing to see the jumps and practice pool as well as the bobsled track, very impressive.
Anthony
Extreme tubing 55mph, can't wait to do it again
brian dean
Very interesting & informative, fun shows by potential & past Olympians. Tour is well worth it!
Tiffany Ross
We were able to play on the obstacle course, zipline, tubing and more. It was a great sunday! Tubing is the best!
Breakthrough Dad
Pretty cool place. Free museum and we got to watch some of the practice on the ski jumps.
Chris “Impulse” Butler
Great 😃👍 was super fun on Saturday to watch the people practicing so where really good and some beginning 🤣🤣 alot of old things to look at and make sure you have Closed toed shoes to be able to use any of the fun Paying things …
Micah Jeppsen
Super cool place. Way better than park city mountain’s alpine slide which you pay $40 for one ride. Here you pay for an all you can slide, jump, zip, and tube, for one price. Tubing down the long jump was my favorite. But they also have amazing ropes courses, dead drops from high towers, alpine slides, and even the
Bobsled with a professional driver. That was an experience I’ll never forget.
Ashley Weining
My husband and I visited on our off day from skiing in Park City. The tour gets you up close to where the athletes compete. Tannin did a fantastic job and had alot of great information about the winter sports. There were also younger athletes training while we were on our tour, it was very cool to see the bobsled, moguls and other events being practiced. Highly recommend but remember to dress warm half the tour is outside.
R S
Excellent museum. Simulator games are fun for entire family.
Dawn Greer
Fun place to visit. Lots of activity to do for all ages, and it was fun watching the ski jumpers practice into the water
Andrew Lin
Interesting free museum about the Olympics and history. Bobsled is expensive at $195/person. We didn't do it.
Judy S
Very entertaining day looking at all the exhibits & seeing how skiing has improved through the years. The fashions were crazy.
Ryan Miller
Have been up here a few times and done the ropes course and the bobsled always a good time!
Swati D. Doshi
Go on the tour to learn more about Olympic Athletes and what it takes to run this training and performance stadium.
Brenna Snow
It was really fun! There was a little hike to get to the slides but its was shaded so it wasn't that bad. The discovery course is fun and it only takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on how fast you go. The zip line is worth the wait. The Alpine slide was entertaining because you can control your speed and every so often you get a nice view off the mountain.
Shahid Malik
This is one of the most beautiful places is have ever seen. If you are in Salt Lake City don't miss check this spot
Gordon Freiburg
Impressive place. Many attractions. Make sure to take the bob slide down the Olympic bobsleigh run of 2002.
Otavio Maffud Cilli
We did the paid tour and it is interesting. They explained most of the sports they have there and took us to the top of the mountain where the skiers jump and where the bobsled starts. The museum is small but cool.
Robert Hedrick
This place was great the bobsled was worth the extra money we did two ziplines drop tower and extreme tubes
Gary Rosier
They were practicing..ski jumping into the pool! Great museum too!
Brian Yager
Awesome tour!
Help if a replica of the Olympic podium would be present.
Margaret Huston
This park is amazing we visited the museum and walked a couple trails. We took a few pics of ourselves with the ski lifts behind us and they turn out real good. Everyone should try it. The pics looked like we are stand right up on top. Enjoyed this place a lot.
Rachel Olson
We went to their twilight movie here on Halloween. Such a neat experience for the whole family
Joe Metro
Great show and a beautiful view. My family loved the show, it’s a little expensive but what the Hell its just money and you can take it with you when you die...😜 …
Joyce Rice
Amazing to see parts of the Olympic site still in place and being used.
Watched skiers practice the hill runs with single, double and triple flips into the pool. The ski museum is excellent and we could have bobsled if the run wasn't under maintenance.
Beautiful surroundings!
Justin Edwards
A great opportunity for outdoor fun with the family and friends. The lines can get a bit long in the mornings on the weekends, but each adventure is worth the wait.
Samuel Santoscoy
This place is awesome! You can go around and explore the park where they had the Olympics and go through all these rides, ziplines, giant slides, ropes courses, and more. I definitely recommend this place for a date or family fun.
Greg James
We had such a great time today. My wife got scared on the smaller ropes course. Maddison was not judgmental and helped her across. We had fun!
Dane Oates
Great private event space and show, catering ehh.
Elissa Huebert
There is a tour of the park, and a free museum. There are activities available, such as a zip line, bobsled rides and downhill tube rides for a price. Closed toe shoes are required.
Robert Steagall
An interesting experience. A variety of thrill based experience that are pretty well done. However, it's expensive, the three hour gold pass session isn't quite long enough, and the the lines, while not Disneyland long, move slowly. Still, all in all, we were glad we went. Google maps took us right there, and there was plenty of parking. The staff is great. They took great care to get one of my grandkids through the easy level ropes course. But they made it.
Michelle
Watching the ski jumpers show in the pool, ultimate tubing, climbing psicobloc. Fun place!
Amy Bass
Had a great time, some of the lines were really long, the tubing was great fun!
Chandra Ferguson
Wow! Saw the free style ski practice and walked thru the museum while waiting for the bobsled to open.
Chris Hatch
Fun place to bring out of town guests and check out the place. Best is in the summer to watch the ski jumpers go into the pool.
Franck Lambret
Fresh air compared to salt lake heat. All buildings are very nice and totally integrated in the landscape. This place should be awesome during winter.
Justin Galbraith
Pretty neat place to see where a winter Olympics were held and what it looks like in summer time.
Marco Castro
The museum is small, but it has a pretty nice view
Susan Crockett
Olympic Park is a lot of fun! The museum has interesting things to see.
Travis Crump
The experiences are fun but warning, we waited 2 hours in line for the 3.5 hours we were given. Not sure if the wait is worth the price.
Melody Mahusay
Nice staff. Interesting place to spend 90 minutes or so, more time if you participate in their activities.
Rory Fargo
No snow yet. Cool museum to tour. Not crowded at this time.
Alan Luse
Being of an age we only did the tour which was very informative and interesting. Also watched the freestyle ski jumpers getting in their summer practice by jumping off wet plastic coated runs into a special pool. For the younger crowd there are great activities of all kinds throughout the facility.
Eric Abrams
Nice to visit. Fun watching them Jim into the pool
susan small
Be an Olympian for a day! Fun place for the whole family. Did the grass sledding, zip lines, alpine slide...all very adventurous but tame enough for kids. It's great exercise with considerable walking and some hiking. Exhilarating way to spend time in Park City! Where good boots or sneakers. Buy tickets in advance as tickets are limited.
John F.
terrific !!! the tour is very nice to do ! love to see the ski jumping
Linda Andrews
Really nice museum and there is a no charge admission. Alot of family activities.
Christian Egger
Lots to do! Zip lines, tubing, and ropes course were all a lot of fun.
Yady
Really cool place to take your kids for a good workout 💪 …
Caleb
We watched the Bobsledding World Cup Competition! It was so fun!
Melissa Mona
Such an amazing place to visit. Enjoy watching athletes practice. Head to the museum for learn some interesting things and see props from the 2002 Olympics. Or be able to have some fun on the exhilarating rides. These are not for the faint hearted, but so much fun.
Claudia Ortiz Pawlowski
Awesome place, great experience for everyone in the family! The golden pass is well worth!
Randy Torres
Enjoyed our visit to the Olympic Park. Was lucky to see so e ski jumping into a pool and a high dive competition
Tom Windeknecht
A really cool place to see some Olympic history and learn about the athletes and games!
Chris Ernst
Great place to visit while in Salt Lake City area. Very nice Olympic museum. Very friendly staff. Great view.
Christopher Twohig
This is a must-see when visiting Park City. The tour was great and informative. With a potential 2030 Olympic bid, you'll want to he able to say "I was there!"
Natasha Lord
If you come at the right time of year, you can watch professional skiers from all over the world practice their ski jumps into the pool. Very cool to see.
Philip Rainey
Spent a weekday afternoon at the Olympic Park with the "Jumpside Pass." We (parents and teenagers) were here for 3.5 hours and had a blast doing zip lining, tubing, ropes course. We happened to be here on a day when the weather was excellent, the crowds minimal and we had a great experience. Would happily visit often to do it again.
Ryan Stokes
Great place to do activities outside. We had a wonderful day doing the ropes course, alpine slide, and extreme tubing.
Carol Benzing
Great place to explore and learn about the 2002 Olympics and events in Park City. Several interactive exhibits and wonderful photos and stories. Free admission.
Russell Reese
Awesome time watching jumps. Lots of activities.
WEYLIN Barrett
Great training venue for athletes and one of the best spectator venues
Justin Craven
Awesome seeing people train off the jumps. Really brought back memories watching the Olympics here in 2002
Scott
Love this place. If your from out of town and looking for a cool place to escape winter and summer then look no further.
DeeDee Epps
We enjoyed the visit. We loved seeing all the memorabilia. Also enjoyed seeing the mountain display with the lights to show all the different ski resorts.
Karen Hamilton
OMG!!! This place is AMAZING. There were training athletes on the ski jumps and it was thrilling to watch them. The museum is free to go through and it is free to walk around. With a Salt Lake Connect Pass, there is a choice of rope courses that are free. There are other activities that cost $30 per activity and it is TOTALLY worth it. The requirements are closed toe shoes along with some height and weight requirements. I can't wait to go back.
Travis Markel
Spent a whole day here and had a great time. Thrill seekers have to do the big tube hill (do the little one first to qualify for the big Kahuna. ). Overcome whatever fears you have to do the bobsled;. 1 minute of extreme speed that gives you something to talk about back home! And the extreme zip is cool to see the surroundings from a birds eye view. Take the time to do the little museum, don't miss the second floor where a lot of the Olympic stuff is. Highly recommend!
Erin Sietsema
Highly recommend visiting to anyone in the area. Super cool to just walk around but also, so many fun activities. I did the zipline tour and had a great experience. Staff were very safety focused, friendly, and informative.
Chris Hicks
The Museum is really neat. Fun simulators to try too!
Alison O'Connor
Had an awesome time at the Olympic Park! The lines can get a little long (we had to wait 45 minutes for both the Alpine Slide and Extreme Zip line), but they have a sign at the bottom that they update throughout the day to warn you about the wait for each attraction. The tubing was our absolute favorite and is a must for any thrill seekers!
America Flores
Do beautiful experience in all the activities and the amazing people who works there
Kelly Z
Great place to see people who have fun..
Ashley Roberts
The extreme tubing was fun. You get to go twice. Once from the smaller Hill, the second from the larger of the two.
Reese Ford
Really fun and cool place to go (If you don't know, it's where the 2002 Winter Olympics were held). It is a little confusing how everything works, bit if you just go straight into the visitor center, it gets explained. I recommend doing the extreme tubing and the bobsled experience.
Kathy Vero
Awesome to see where some.of the 2002 winter Olympics were held. Beautiful views. The museum has so much to see. Definitely stop by if you're in Salt Lake City
CJ Smith
Awesome place to experience in the spring or winter months. This training facility is awesome!!
v hill
Awesome place to visit and still has a lot of stuff going on despite the Olympics being 15 years ago.
Mari Graner
It is a great place to visit and see the Olympic venues. However we were quite disappointed with the Gold pass which claims you can do 6 to 8 different activities. We were there for the afternoon session and could only do 3 activities because of the very long wait in the lines. Then when we rushed to try the tubing event, after we took the chair lift to get there they said it was closed even though they still should have let us go down. They made us walk down the mountain instead and now I have swollen ankles. It is better to just pay for one separate activity and call it a day.
Sharon C
Love, love this place. Had so much fun. We did the 3.5 hour alpine slide (twice), zipline, and extreme tube. We also paid to do bobsled experience - wow that is an experience to remember.
stacey jones
So much to do! Not great for tiny kids, but for my neice, age 8, my son, age 14, then a bunch of adults, we all had a blast. Full day of activities
Jennifer M. Frank
Absolutely loved this place. If you don't want to do any events, it's completely free. You can watch ski jumping practice and check out the museum and take a chair lift to the top. Highly recommend the bobsled experience! Better than any roller coaster ride! We spent about 3 hours at the park, recommend going early to see all the activities. Loved it!
Capt.
Good place to visit, Highly recommend the Bobsledding!
Sherie Korneman
Great museum of 2002 Olympics. Fun activities for a family with older children.
Steve Edwards
Awesome place for the family. Definitely worth the price. We had a little issue with Alpine Slide and our daughter getting stuck. The manager Hunter quickly got issue resolved and daughter was stoked. This guy (Hunter) makes this place great and we will return for sure. Hannah was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to both of them.
Colton Langford
The site of the 2002 Winter Olympics. There’s a ton of recreation (mostly skiing and sledding), as well as a free museum. If you’re in the area, you might as well stop here.
Fred Rosa
Pretty quiet in the Fall.
Sebastian Rivera
Very fun to watch people ski down :)
David Escobar
Decent mix of static displays and multimedia in the museum. The virtual ski jump exhibit was fun if brief. They offer a run in a bobsled with a pro driver but they only have a limited number of slots per day and were booked for the entire week I was there. Much of the rest of the facility was either empty or people or in use by Olympic hopefuls training.
Kimberly Begalla
I have lived in PC since 1983 and this was my 1st visit to Olympic Park. 2 of 5 of us took the bobsled ride and they raved about it! Can't wait to return in summer for a bit more thrilling adventure. Museum brought back alot of memories as I was part of the half pipe and XC events (as an observer!)
Layla Wright-Contreras
So fun to see the kids practicing on the jump
Trevor Hooper
A must-see in Park City. Many Olympians still train here. The Utah Ski Museum and 2002 Winter Olympic Museum are awesome and free!
Bruce Archer
Awesome amazing place. So glad we have this to honor our athletes.
Craig Dean
Great family fun
Chris
Fun place to visit for the history. But unlike a lot of Olympic parks, memorials, facilities this one is still in use which adds another flair if you are able to catch a practice or competition. It's also a little ways away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of other parts of town. Was surprised to see Skullcandy right at the foot of the hill. There are also lots of activities to engage in, the obvious hiking, biking and skiing the area has to offer. But the park also has tubing, zip lining and a ropes course on the premises. The tubing uses the landing part of the ski jump.
J Smith
Really interesting and participatory exhibits and activities. Beautiful setting and easy to get to. Definitely recommended for active families and travelers
Ga4 PV
Awesome bobsled with wheel is worth trying, nice park with great view of mountains around.
Lyn Smith
Great place for kids. There is so many things to do with kids.
Doug Anderson
Recommend the free activity of watching practice skiers do tricks and land in the 1M gallon pool.
Eric L
Would not recommended for children under 6 years old. Probably much better for families with all kids over 8 that are adventurous.
Antoinette & Gerry Owens
Cool place. I bought a half day pass but probably should have brought a full day pass even though we would have had to either leave and get lunch or pack our own. The lines are LONG - not because of the people but because the safety precautions take a long time. By the time you walk everywhere and wait in line, 4 hours goes by very quickly. The Alpine Slide and Extreme Zip lines took 1.5 hours of waiting and they were the first things we went to. Then we did the smaller ropes course and we were behind a family with a very scared 5 year old who cried her way through the course. And just so you know, once you are in these courses, there is no way down. You have to complete it. And the courses are ALL higher up than you think or than they look (even the little kid one). Anyway, we got held up for over an hour waiting for this little girl to go. Someone advised us to go to the other side of the park for the more advanced courses because we wouldn't be held up over there. Guess what? Same situation. Some little kid who shouldn't have been on it in the first place was crying throughout the course and causing major delays. Maybe just see who is a ahead of you before you commit. I hate that we lost so much time on the courses just waiting behind other people. Also? There aren't nearly enough water fountains. We kept stopping by the car to drink but there is no place to set your bags so they don't encourage that. By the end of the day, we were all very dehydrated despite our attempts to rehydrate. Drink a LOT of water and get the full day pass and pack a lunch. I'd also get there before it opens (9:15), use the admittance desk INSIDE the building on the right, and then make a beeline for the alpine slide and the extreme zip. Good luck.
Don Hardy
A great place to share with your family and well worth shared history of the greats in skiing.
Aleesa Parsons
We went to an outdoor drive in movie. Such a fun experience! The venue is beautiful, in the mountains. Bring your own speaker so you don’t have to keep your car going.
Jim Olds
Nice experience wish you could walk and see more
Karen Lewis
It was nice to be at an Olympics site. The museum shows waaaay back to the start, photos of famous skiers in black and white. And a walk to get a closer look at the bobsled setup. Very awesome.
Zac Koch
Eh... We went in March. There's a museum but it's a bit boring in my opinion. Only takes about an hour to get through. I suspect the summer months you maybe be able to explore a bit more of the park itself.
Corey Sitkowski
The museum here is very interesting.
Michael Brooks
Great time and gold passes are well worth your money. Staff were attentive and helpful. Facilities were top notch. Did a morning session on a Wednesday and wasn’t too crowded at all. Would definitely come back!!
Laurie Stanley
Great place, great views, nice museum! We visited in the midst of the Olympic trials for the skeleton, which was exciting to see (as they speedily passed by strategic openings used to protect the track from melting, sunshine, etc.)
Paul Lehfeldt
My family and I bought the Gold Pass. What a GREAT decision. Showed up to partake of the amenities. Anne, who helped us a the ticket counter was simply AMAZING...for lack of a better word. She made sure we knew exactly what, where and when. She went beyond expectations. Thank you Olympic Park and especially Anne. Unforgettable time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
sabra sandoval
Great place for kids 6+. 10 years and older are able to enjoy more activities than younger children.
Beware of getting stuck in the rope course. If you happen to end up behind a group that is scared of heights it can really drain your time for other activities. Once you are in the rope course there isn’t an exit until the zip line out at the end.
Lori Pilgrim (Plexus For Health)
Great free spot to spend a little time and see Olympic memorabilia.
Jason Jones
Great summer fun for the whole family. Get there early if you plan to do the bobsled.
Donald Schmidt
Awesome visit from ski jumping and the a killer Rockwall to bobsledding just can't beat it!
Joe Marzan
We came to see the freestyle ski jumping. Lots of fun.
Michael Martinez
Alpine slide is really fun, along with the zip line. Staff was really friendly and overall a great experience.
Jayne Harding
What a fun day! The zip lines and tube slides were awesome!
John Louvau
Very interesting place to visit and a lot fun. The best surprise is the amazing views.
Shelley Welch
We got the Jumpside pass for the activities. It allows you to do as many activities as you can in 2 hours for $65. It’s mostly a good value for the money but depends on how many people are there. I thought that since they sell a limited amount of passes that they were limiting crowds, but it seems like they will then sell individual tickets for each activity. This means lines can be pretty long and we waited almost an hour to zip line. In hindsight, we would have skipped the zip line and just done tubing and the alpine slide over and over. We also enjoyed the museum, and it was free. Overall a fun way to spend the afternoon.
darren chacha
The gold pass was not worth it. The things my kid wanted to do requires 100lbs or 13 yoa. I already have all trails and I could of hiked a mountain for free. We spent most of the time hiking back and forth or waiting in line. I wouldn’t recommend it
nateisasnake!
What a thrill! Very entertaining and I highly recommend this place, make sure to bring warm clothes.
Ben Ervin
Lots to do for kids. Best of they are 10+ but still some great things for younger kids as well.
Cali Cook
We had a blast! Employees were super nice and friendly, great activities. I wish we had more time!
Carol Basinger
Very COOL! Informative tour, up to the top to understand exactly HOW HIGH the Olympic jumps are; quite a new perspective for us to greater appreciate the daring, adventurous persons required for this sport.
We missed opportunities of enjoying the adventure park arriving in May-"the muddy season"-between ski season and Memorial weekend, when everyting opens for summer.
Matthew Meek
Museums are free. Loved watching the ski jumpers and high divers.
allen r
Best place too see if you really love ski and some good memories from Olympics.
Ann Peterson
If you have time take the guided tour. Totally worth it.
isaiah sanchez
Its was so amazing every thing was so scary but once you do it its east and fun!
Gerrit German
This place is awesome! Went in the middle of the week so it wasn't too crowded. There was something fun to accomodate every age level in our group. The big tubing hill was insane! Highly recommend it
Bex
The staff was friendly, and we loved our time here. Bringing a water bottle helps, and we were glad for the snacks we had with us. Be aware that weather can potentially close the most fun experiences, so going in the morning is recommended for the best weather conditions.
The freestyle jumps were fun to watch. They turn on a bunch of bubbles under water to break the surface tension on the water, and skiers take jumps off ramps into the pool. The ropes course was definitely a challenge. I have a fear of heights, so we got through the lower course, and I volunteered to take pictures while my husband completed the higher course. He also took a zip line to the drop tower and loved the adrenaline rush of jumping off the edge. Next, we went to the extreme zip. AMAZING!!! I had never done anything like it.
Mandy Davidson
OMG! What an awesome adventure we had going up the zip line tour.! First time zip liners which has 7 lines hooked up to one another, making you feel like you are soaring above trees. I recommend this to anyone
Harold Johnstone
The museums were very interesting and the flying All Star exhibition was great!
J Fraser
So many amazing things to do and see but not enough time in a day. Tubing down the big hills was a rush!
D LC
Had a fun time doing the zip line and visiting kids playland. Friendly workers.
Phillip Freeman
Amazing place to visit and ride in the bobsled!
Steve Saucedo
Great place for all Olympic games . Olympic Museum.
Kerstyn Smith
had a lot of fun ziplining. The guys that worked there were cute.
Peyton Kowalski
Crazy cool that you can just go here and see the Olympians training
Ari Vernon
We bought the Gold Pass for the morning session. Lots of fun! Zip lines and Ropes courses can be long waits, so get there early and do them first. Alpine slide was the highlight!
Eli Fauss
Cool museum and we watched people ski jump into water during the summer.
Taylor Burch
Visited in winter and it was well worth the side-trip. They have a great museum with quite a few fun interactive exhibits. We also took the 1 hr tour which was very informative. The highlight was watching athletes train. While we were there the, the Freestyle Team was training right outside the windows of the visitor center. While out for the tour, we watched jumpers flying off of one of the many alpine jumps. Great experience and worthwhile.
Isabelle Ku
Awesome. The people were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the ropes courses and tubing. The extreme zip line was okay, good views, but kinda boring if you've done zip lining in just a harness before. Disappointed that the alpine slide was closed for construction
Chris Bellanca
We stopped by in the evening after dinner to see what was going on. This is definitely an active training center. We were able to watch some aspiring athletes train on the BIG freestyle jump while others jumped off the ski jump or ran gates. My son likes watching the amazing flips/turns.
We had an extra hour before our flight and we stopped back in the next morning to walk thru the museum. Learned a little more about local ski history.
Kirt Whitehead
My wife and I went here on a day off without the kids. So much fun! Definitely a good way to fill a day with some awesome activities. Wish I could have experienced the alpine slide (closed for two years running) and the zip line course (closed for maintainance) but still plenty to keep us busy. There is a lot of walking so if you are looking for a nice relaxing day off... This isn't it.
Robert Anderson
An absolute blast, everyone at the park was very friendly and helpful.
Michal Janota
Nice experience to see the Olympic park, although it is quite different to what we Europeans know from Alps and its steep peaks and slopes. It was very interesting to see the freestyle skiing training and nice to visit museum with the video of Aleš Valenta winning ride. Thank you Utah!
Colette Moss
Can't wait to get back. My kids were only able to do the anticipated ropes course and airbag drop before the park was shut down for lightning. The front desk people handled the disruption fairly, reimbursing us for 2/3 of what we paid for the gold pass.
Roman Varela
It depends on if you enjoy the winter or the summer but either way this place does not disappoint plus also a piece of history for the training place for Olympians. There's so much to do it's kid friendly and it's just a good time all around. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need something to do on a weekend.
Marina Enclarde
Super fun! A bit costly so check the prices before going. The tube ride is fun and the zip line is fun. Lots of great activities and photo ops.
mary thomas
Lots of adventure activities. All levels of activity from easy to extreme. The bobsled ride was amazing. The views are spectacular
Monty Stockton-Fresso
AWESOME Place with great history and exhibits. However, with all of the activities the average age of the employees was about 20, which lead to alot of delays and lack of communication. These delays and lack of relaying information to the guests casue lots of people frustration and time.
Flora Fuller
This would of been a 5 but weather did not allow us a bobsled joy ride...Great museum on the 2002 Winter Olympics.
friedo851
Nice Place , but i would like to prefer this area in Winter Season
Julie Goldammer
Very awesome experience despite the cold temperatures. We did a guided tour which took about an hour. They have 3 per day at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. While we waited we went into the museum. It's 2 levels and something for all ages. We really liked the sport simulator (nominal charge). The museum is indoors but the tour goes outside, with a heated shuttle bus taking you around. This is a great option for an excursion while visiting the Park City area.
Jorge Paredes
The olympic park museum is great and a lot of fun.
Anna Marie Haddock
This is a Fabulous excursion for the whole family. If you are athletic, lots of opportunities to show balance and agility. If you are not, like myself, then there are many fun things to do without exertion. You will do a lot of hiking if you go; be prepared to walk.
Plenty of restrooms and places to get water. The zip-line tour is terrific. Also, loved the tubing...a pure thrill.
Highly recommend for all ages. Best day trip of our vacation to date.
Melanie Terpstra
The half day gold passes are not enough time. We had good weather and no lines but a full day would've been better. This half day stuff started with covid so hopefully it'll go back to normal soon. But the park is alot of fun.
Miles Wheeler
Didn't know what exactly there was to do here when we first went, but we were pleasantly surprised! We watched the practice jumps for at least an hour, spent a good amount of time in the museum, and enjoyed watching the ziplines/ tubing. We were on a budget when we checked it out, but we definitely plan on returning and trying out all their fun activities!
Benjamin Sutherland
It was a great place to take our kids for an afternoon there was a fun bobsled and Museum in which we could learn about past Olympians. There were some paid things that you can do like a fun skiing demo. A little bit crowded for our tasting and it was an overall good experience.
Jessica McNutt
We went for bobsledding and really enjoyed it. Folks were friendly, the museum was cool and the experience was fun and unique.
Cris Mertz
It's amazing to watch top athletes train.
911MonaLisa B
Lots to do and see. You probably should be able to hike paved trails and be in good physical condition. The museum has no limitations but if you want to zip line, luge, tube etc... Read the restrictions first. There are weight and height requirements and well as being in good physical condition to handle the strength needed. Beautiful views and busy, plan on a hike from where you park. Price point is about the same or a little less than amusement parks. Single ride passes and day passes available.
Ryan Blalock
Do the bobsled ride! Museum was OK. Be sure to go upstairs too.
Robert stewart
Spectacular and amazing! Good for all ages.
Carina Alleman
Very fun experience at the Utah Olympic Park, even in the summertime! The museum is full of interesting things. We enjoyed watching ski jumpers practice jumping into the pool and giant airbags. And the extreme zip line? Totally worth $25. Great time for all.
Rick Nerud
Museum is very interesting, with a couple hands on things for the kids. Many youth were practicing jumps off the ramps and into the pool. There is one free rope course for the kids. Then the other experiences cost money, beginning with the Discovery Course for $22/kid. They go up from there to $80 for extreme tubing and zip line. We had our 4 grandkids and had a blast!
Holly Shafer
This place was quiet impressive. The massive equipment is amazing. I'm not a snow girl, so, it really doesn't take much to impress me with this. The place smells and looks like money!
Katie Lockhart
Was there for an event it was beautiful setting and great atmosphere
Ryan Jackson
Fun times during the pandemic were had during summer time on the slopes. The price was a bit much for only 2 hours of action on the zip lines, tubes, and alpine slide. It was worth going but I'm not sure I would pay such a steep price to go again.
Thr33
We have three very active boys ages 10, 13, and 16. They enjoyed the ziplines, tubing, ropes course, drop tower, and airbag jump. The bobsled was closed. The lines were reasonably short. The bottleneck was getting the tubes to the launch point but that was not a great delay still. The food was typical amusement park type food. We had the hamburgers and fries and my wife had the salad. The ride operators and staff were very friendly and engaging. I am giving it 5 stars since I think 4 would be too big of a down grade for the tube delay. The price for one day visit seemed a little high but there was a special online when we were making our travel plans which made it a good deal to me. We probably would have done it without the discount still since it is something the boys would enjoy.
Christopher Fowler
Great place for some history. You can tell it's a little outdated and needs some updating but it's fun to learn about the Olympics.
Kenny Parkinson
Had a blast be sure to plan on staying all day especially if it is crowded! Alpine slide was great, ziplines are awesome. Extreme tubing was awesome! Ropes courses are fun unless someone in front of you gets scared, luckily the staff can go rescue them.
David Ainscough
This is a place to take the family and have a lot of fun. Zip lines rope courses and extreme tubing is so much fun. The alpine slide has been down the last two time I’ve gone. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars
Reinaldo Andrés Cesco
Awesome place to visit and watch all the athletes training surrounded by by a breathtaking view.
