Reviews of Fishermen's Memorial State Park and Campground
One of the best places to see a sunset. Really great to go swim as well and it is protected by a break water so no waves. Perfect for the kids or people who prefer to just swim. Can be very crowded for parking around sunset and the porta potty’s can be rough depending on the time of day but that is par for the course
Nice place but don't get the spots closest to the bathroom. We are literally camping feet from the building. People walk through sites all day and night cause that's how close we are to building. No privacy at all. Not the least little bit.
First time camping and it was a great experience! Clean and beautiful sites. Will return again!
What a great state park. Full Hook ups nice big rig friendly pull through sites!!
Great sunsets....don't be late though.
Stayed in site #3. Bring your leveling blocks but nothing outside what a normal camper can't over come.
Campgrounds--for tents--are small and close together! The trees and shrubs provides plenty of privacy.
The showers and bathroom was clean and tidy.
This is the best state campground! Roads are paved, a lot of sites are pull through and level.
Pop up tent section is tightly put together people seem nice!! Can’t have AC going and can’t have a fire cause Mother Nature won’t give us rain!!!
Drive in spots are the places that have water and possibly electrical!!!
Too bad Smokey the bear not around to help with teaching people about forest fires!
How to put out, have water ready, dirt helps clean area of fire don’t set a fire on a very windy day always watch for embers!
Drought so no fires on this property!!
Bathrooms are nice quarters only, outside water hose on side! Access to water little rocky hill!!
Place needs to be updated for electrical and possibly water for smaller sites!
Great spot to get away. Had a tent spot which most seem to be limited on space but it worked out well for me. Site was green and clean, no dusty areas that got everything filthy. Bathrooms were spacious and clean too. 1st time here and will definitely be trying to get back.
Well maintained and managed. One of the cleanest RI state parks. 3 areas of camping with electric and 1 with primitive sites. 2 of the 3 with electric also have sewer on site. Book in advance as it fills up quickly due to the close proximity to the beaches and BI ferry. Only 4 stars due to the lack of services provided by the campground (used to be fun stuff for the kids) and the run down state of the playground
Nice clean state park, a mile from Point Judith. Close enough to visit Providence for the day. Farmers markets on Sundays. Good Verizon service. Beautiful view of sunsets by the sites near the water. Cons- no alcohol allowed, daily guest passes over priced.
Loved the place, especially finding the hidden bunker behind our campsite!
It is a decent camp ground but definitely not our favorite. Pros include that it's quiet, clean, well maintained and close to Newport and Beaches. Now for cons, sites are very close together some with very little privacy, there are odd rules (no alcohol). In the tent area there are no places to really do dishes. But the weirdest thing is the showers they are cheap which is a pro but no locking doors and no curtain to separate your clean clothes from the shower, also very few hooks and no benches.
All and all an ok camp ground if you want to stay in this area it's a good spot but some oddities about it.
The campground is clean and staffed with friendly folks. Felt safe to leave our site and venture into town. Would definitely come back again.
What a beautiful little state park with full hook-ups. Clean. Friendly staff. Very walkable. We were lucky and have a large corner lot. Definitely worth a revisit!
Great state park with beautiful lookouts. Clean, dog friendly, full RV hookup. Had a blast staying on memorial day weekend with my 2 dogs. 20 minutes walking to beach and restaurants.
Definitely a nice campground, quiet, peaceful, cheap. Only thing that I didn't like was the tent sites had no water or power at them. And they said my camper was to small to move to a site with hookups. I have a pop-up camper. But besides that witch wasn't bad we delt with it, it was a great 4 days.
Easy check in and nice areas to camp. Loved the little observation hill and tower. Loved our short stay.
This was our first trip using a camper so it was a trial run for us and everything worked. Sites are small, so no privacy. I get it, the park is all about proximity to the beaches. --my camping has been in tents, car camping and backpacking. Trailer is for the wife.
Great park within walking distance to the park. It looked like they had a nice big water park. We didn’t check it out though. Nice laundry room, bathrooms. Some trails
We come here every summer to camp. Beautiful state campground, kids and pet friendly. Nice playground. Near to the Scarborough beach and wheeler beach.
If your looking for amazing scenery, great beaches, great seafood close by, camping? Then this is a MUST for any beach or outdoors enthusiast. An amazing day for the family.
Beautiful view from the top "observation" area, but the view was obscured by the dense fog. We walked along the rock filled coast until we reached the nearby lighthouse.
Ocean made an awesome noise as the waves receded. Sounded like a waterfall, as it cascaded over the rocks.
A beautiful Statepark Campground because of it’s well-kept environment and the cleanliness of the facilities. It would have been very nice to get exactly informations about rates and locations of the different kinds of sites...
Keep in mind that this place fills up fast and the RV sites offer no privacy whatsoever. We were booked for 2 nights this weekend but left after the first night after feeling like we were on display for all. The tent sites are much better and offer more potential privacy.
A simple fix would be to add more shrubs/bushes between sites. You also cannot switch sites if you're not happy with yours
If you're rig is self- contained or you need no hookups.. stay away room the RV area. There is also no camp store. The bathrooms amd showers are new and clean though.
** if you're looking for more of a secluded experience with trees/nature, Burlingame state park is a much better option
Very peaceful other than white noise from the area. Spaces are well laid out. I'm giving it four stars for the bathroom/shower situation. Quarters are required to shower ($3) for a brief one, very limited space, the entire floor in the changing area is a puddle of water when you're done showering.
Very nice campground. Well maintained. Full hookups with many large spaces for bigger rigs. Ideal location to see the sights and go to the beaches.
Clean, well kept state campground. Close to many beaches and restaurants. Some sites more level than others, but all in all pretty good. Not too much privacy between sights though.
We went on Sunday to the farmers market .We brought our dog Jack. Everybody was friendly.. we got a great lunch… all natural nut bars ….dog treats… All natural mosquito spray… ….there was a lot there ……people were friendly….. it’s worth the trip.
Still here camping! New shower facilities, lots of parking and trailer camping! Cost $.75 for a shower though.. very busy here but big
My only complaint is there was no electric. Beautiful, very secure park with great bathroom and shower facilities. Bring quarters for the showers.
We go camping here every September or early October new bathrooms Campground is very scenic and the beaches in Rhode Island are free after Labor Day very hard to book the site as they fill up fast very popular with large RVs every Sunday there is a farmers market that is really really good highly recommend this Campground but I wish that less people would go so I can get us a site easier also no alcohol is allowed which is a plus for me
A really awesome place I will definitely be coming back a really clean facility and friendly atmosphere, plus endless beaches and fishing locations
Great campground! Well kept, friendly staff, sites are very nice. Brand new picnic tables this year.
Campsite ⛺️ is a little small but location it’s excellent. Bathroom is clean.
Inexpensive, great views, close to beaches, seafood and attractions. Great farmer's market on Sundays.
Have been and will continue to go to this amazing campground for years and years to come. Love the location and the scenery from being so close to the ocean. Have a blast every time we go!
Very nice state park. Wish the prices weren't so much higher for out-of-state residents. Very quiet, clean, well-kept campground. Nice location...easy drive to Westerly, Watch Hill and Newport.
Easy pull-through sites. Lovely landscaping.Very clean bathrooms. Beautiful view of ocean and walking access. Could use a few pails and bag dispensers for dog waste. We'll definitely be back!
Such a great little place! Can't beat the price of $18 to pitch a tent! Loved it! Sure it's not your typical wooded campground, but there are shaded parts of the sites.. just have to pick the right one. Playground for children, dog friendly, fire rings, operating bathrooms, indoor as well as outdoor showers. The beach is a 5min drive! Will definitely be coming back this summer!
The fireman memorial adds a point of interest to an area otherwise known for beaches. I enjoy walking on the rocky barrier that juts into the water, but walkers should be careful of the many holes and cracks in the barrier. This area can get super crowded and wild during the hottest days of summer.
Book early. In itself, this place campground is just a place to set up camp. Tent sites do not offer privacy. But! Facilities are well maintained; soccer field and playground for the littles, a really nice sunset views and affordable access to nearby Narragansett beaches. Newport is 30 min drive.
We stayed one night here with our camper and it was wonderful! Nice pull through sites, good amount of room in between sites, friendly staff and clean bathrooms! Overall excellent and wish we could have stayed longer!
Our first trip to Rhode Island, which made 49 of the 50 States. We were delighted with the campground. Bring your quarters for the showers but they were clean and worth it. The campground is centrally located for excursions to the beach or even Newport.
Most sites are nice, only 30 amp, sites. The remainder of the sites are on hills and very hard to level and dump tanks on
A beautiful campground, clean with brand new restroom facilities. However, zero control over the behavior of the guest. Screaming children running through our campsite for literally hours on end and another site blasting their music have nearly ruined our weekend getaway. This place could be wonderful if it weren't a free-for-all.
An absolutely picturesque Vista over the ocean. You can go here and see the light glittering off of the waves and sailboats careening off into the distance. The flower gardens are absolutely stunning. There are plenty of areas where you can walk down onto dog friendly beaches.
Beautiful campground with water view
Love this campground hookups, great staff, friendly people nice campsites, pet friendly
Immaculate, great location and affordable. Can't go wrong with this three
Clean RV park. Nice staff. Good location. Nice views in section 1. Full hook ups have tar pull through sites. Half however have significant mounds of grass right out the door.( 3-4' higher than tar)..some sites in section 2 have curved and sloped pull throughs. Section 3 has tent sites. Section 4 has gravel and grass pull throughs with E&W...these all appear flat and level.... Great play ground and activities area. We would definitely go back..but select a site in section 4 if we could not get a site in section 1 or one of the center rows in section 2.
Close to the beach, hiking, clamming and shopping. Fishermen's has tents to full hookups and plenty of walking and biking. Sites are not super close either. Being a newbie, I can appreciate that. Dog friendly, considerate neighbors. It's our 1st year at this but, we'll be back often.
Beautifully kept park. Nice sites. Three huge problems, no trash receptacles in the bathrooms. No dishwashing areas, no firewood for sale.
Nice peaceful campground except some people might find the windmill sound hard to sleep with. Some of the sites were very small. Not much privacy between sites. We had a nice time riding around the grounds and to the beach. It has two lookout points to climb up to. Good place to bring kids.
Great place to camp. Near the beaches. Wonderful views. Spacious sites that are well kept.
Beautiful, spacious sites. Very quiet and so far all my fellow campers are very friendly. The maintenance crews have been (inconspicuously) hard at work sprucing up the area where needed. Bath houses are clean and we're recently redone. This is our second time here and plan many more visits. The only downside to some sites is that they have a decidely front to back pitch on their pads, making leveling very difficult. Area 4 really doesn't have this. Area 2 has the most. Area 1 has a few sites like that, but most are flat and some have beautiful water views
Very comfortable stay. We were very lucky given our state of mind, and got a spot that was almost entirely private. Large grassy area, birds and bunny rabbits to watch. Very comfortable wandering around the park.
Clean facilities, tight tent spots, great location & friendly staff.
Place is near beaches, seafood joints, lots of summer hot spots. The camping itself is tight, all spaces are a little bit small and very close to one another. If you are looking for more of a secluded area then this might not be the campsite for you. Not going to lie one of our neighboring lots was here this evening this might not have been the same experience. But with that said they weren't so it was great! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay and do some outdoor adventures.
Note there is a windmill that can make some white noise at night, so be warned of that.
Haven't been here since I was very young my father would take me there my maiden name is Jacqueline Picard
Great place been coming here for almost 30 years. Close to beaches and great for family's at a good price. Recent upgrades such as bathrooms are a good sign they are investing back into the park. However the booking process through reserve America is a joke. Sites can be booked 2 weeks at a time so it doesn't give the average camper a fair chance at a weekend away. You have to hover over the website right when the clock changes to book a site. Big free for all. Such a gambling system. I know the state is aware of this but I also know there getting there money so I'm sure they don't care.
Love this place, alot of old growth has been it down , my opinion I liked the old growth much better more privacy other than that I will be coming next year again with my family
Me and my wife love going here. They allow tents to stay where there are RV hook ups so if you like camping in a tent but still need electricity in your life you can have that as well as a water faucet. The bathrooms have been redone as well and are nice and maintained. You also have access if you have a clamming licence to go and get clams in lowtied. The campsite is by point Judith so if you want to go to block island the ferry is bike distance away. If your in this area definitely go-to Iggy's and get some dough boys you won't refer it all.
Stayed October 2017
We stayed in a motorhome and found this to be a spectacular state park. The sites were roomy and came with a spectacular view, one of the benefits of travelling in the fall season ... choice of sites. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The site we had was level and had the hookups conveniently located. All services worked without a problem.
The location is perfect for exploring the area, and there is lots to see. Coming and going from the park is monitored, making for a safe place for all the gear that gets hauled out. The park covers a large area and it must be quite a site when it is full. Cannot comment on the park facilities as we did not use them.
Excellent location and a Beautiful area. I'd say about 80% of the campsites don't have any shade and unfortunately the $25 for electric hookup for out-of-state people like me is $45 not $25. Other than that it's a pretty great place
Great experience over our stay. Has many pull through options for big RVs. Clear drive paths, friendly staff, friendly campers to mingle with, good roads to bike and jog on in addition to play ground and view of ocean. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the bathrooms could have been cleaner for a state park. I would recommend this for both long term camping or just one night.
Sites are very close ,however rv and tent sites diffrent sections, but you can tent in a rv site, if you want electric which is nice, , depending how close you are to windmills you can hear them whine, no store or swimming on on campsite, no hiking trails etc. You can drive to nearby stores, but state beach is nearby if you looking for things to do on that notedepending how busy you might find parking for it. Hoping that the add a Camp store someday, they also have like a farmer's market on Sundays which is nice also . Hoping one day they add alittle more on amenities .over here . I suggest bringing activities to do if you have younger children
Very nice very clean campground. I've been going here for the past 10 years and have always enjoyed my stay. Very close to some amazing restaurants, and if you are in to fishing there are countless places for that within 20 mins drive. I stay on the camper sites and when it's quiet time you could practically hear a pin drop.
Awesome state park filled with history! Honestly, when camping here you forget it's a state park because it has full hookups which many don't. Very quiet place and awesome scenery. Close by to many popular destinations in Narragansett. Clean place, friendly staff, and overall great environment. Can't go wrong with the price per night either! We love camping here. :D
Clean and quiet. This was our 3rd year there and will be going back next year.
I really liked this campground. My wife and I visited from western NY and picked it randomly. While there were a few loud guests, that's pretty normal. Facilities were nice and clean, though I wish they would install some shelves, it is a challenge to take a shower when there isn't anywhere to put your stuff.
Clean bathrooms; showers were 75 cents for first three minutes and 25 cents each for subsequent minutes. Employees were friendly and helpful. Location is conveniently close to town and ferry but the campsites in the older part of the park are very close together.
Great location close to beaches, restaurants and the Block Island Ferry. Clean facilities. Sites can be pretty unlevel but overall a wonderful campground in Narragansett.
I have been here many times over the years, easy access, close to the beach, and good clam cakes, also close to the Block Island ferry. Showers could be a little cleaner but that is my only complaint. I love that you can hear the waves at night and two years ago we had a very friendly skunk that visited my friends and I at our picnic table so we fed him. It was awesome. I am hoping to get back this fall after the crowds leave. I love it.
Tent sites are too small and none are level. Some are literally a few feet from the bathroom. Choose your site carefully. Bathrooms are new and cleaned every day. Campers were quiet and considerate. Close to the beaches and the ferry to Block Island. Lots of local restaurants.
Pleasant grounds with tree & bush cover for lots of privacy between campsites. Some back-in, some pull-through sites. Very xlean restrooms with super hot coin-operated showers, too.
My site was nice, very clean but not level. I had to go home to Coventry to get ramps and blocks to level up. Not a big deal. They should tell people ahead of time to bring them for certain sites. If I was coming from out of state it would have been a problem. Had a good time. Nice clean park with a lot of history.
It's an ok park. Stayed on site #163 which was nice and private. The site doesn't seem to get checked and cleaned prior to campers checking in as the fire pit was full and small pieces of trash scattered amongst the site. The gal at the desk wasn't friendly at all. It was almost like we were bothering her. Bathrooms gets spot clean, no real cleaning. I was in the bathroom while they were "spot cleaning". You have to pay to take a shower. Which was a surprise. We've been traveling the country and have been to 21 states and this was a first. Cost .75 for 3min and each addt min .25. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 is location. It's close swimming, fishing, exploring. Newport is a short drive.
We had a wonderful time this weekend at Fishermans. We drive a 32' Class C and stayed on site #67. It was a nice private site, but a little shallow. Not to worry, as it has ample space for our needs. If you have additional tents, etc., this might not be the site for you. Area 1 of the CG was quiet, clean and the people camping her seemed to be very nice. I haven't camped in State CG's for decades and this was a nice stay. We walked to the pier to catch the Block Island Ferry and it was not a bad walk at all. I'd stay here again.
Great little spot, bathrooms and showers good. Will be returning next summer.
Really nice state-run campground!Mix of full-hookup RV sites, water/electric sitesand tent sites. New facilities too! Close to lots of fun stuff!
I really enjoyed this state park. The bathrooms were old, but it looks like they're updating this winter((2016). Campsites were nice. But be careful of which site you pick. Looks like there was a design flaw when it came to the sewer stack placement. Every other row the sewer connection is significantly uphill of the camper, and is completely useless, you'll need to use the dump station. We were in the 20s and we were fine, so it would be the 10s,30s,50s ect that would be of concern. The playground looked new, and the kids had fun. There is a farmers market on sundays which is a great bonus. Extremely close to the beach.
Not your average campground. Slightly a cut above, but just below being excellent. Definitely not a shanty! Come and have fun at this place. Close to da beach. Build ya own fire in the designated fire pit.
Tough to get a reservation, but once you are here, it is paradise.
Love love love it here! I have camped here since I was young! Close to thw beach and friendly environment! Online booking system is a little complicated but the location is everything! I do wish they still had greywaters in the tenting area though! Hard to do dishes in that area!
Very nice RV campground. Large pull-thru sites - some of them are enormous. Very private for pull-thru sites, most have bushes, hedges, and or trees between them. Well maintained. Full hookups. Rock firepits. Paved sites with grass surround. Not a ton of other amenities, there is an outdoor playground. No pool. Some of the sites have quite a slope to them so setup can be challenging. Highly recommended.
Went to the farmers market on Sunday. We love the calzone, pizza and bagels at the tent next to the entrance road. Also like the apples being sold near Point Judith Road
Very clean campground with plenty of amenities, including clean restrooms. Great location. Lots of rules to abide by, but we didn't have any issues.
We loved the location and well maintained camp sites. Really enjoyed our stay here last weekend. Only reason for one less star is Women bathrooms were not clean at all, they were literally filthy.
A great RI treasure!
The people here are great, alot of things to do around in this area, dog friendly, and playground for kids. This is also a peaceful and laid back place. I will definitely be back next year, and if y'all plan on coming, book way in advance, cause the spots here go quickly!
Most sites very unlevel, we are only 23' and had to have 3 legos under each tire to be close to level. Sites nice but kind of close together, charge for showers...was very clean and well maintained.
Too many campsites in small space.
No shade, noisy, feel like apartment.
And expensive for out state residents.
Clean facility. Ample campsite spaces! Beautiful location. It is nice to be welcomed warmly!
It was great. The sites are big. The park is very clean. It was very relaxing. We were able to watch the sunsets. Had a wonderful time 😀 …
Synchronicity made for a wonderful, last-minute check-in on a spot with a view. The community of campers are courteous and the grounds are well kempt.
The location can't be beat, but the tent sites don't have any privacy. You can quahog right at the campground and the beach and Block Island ferry are each a 3 minute ride away. Sites book 365 days out, and RV sites can be tough to come by if you aren't on your computer a year out at exactly the right time. It's very clean and the roads are paved. No store on site but a convenience store and dunkin donuts a quarter mile away as well as a range of restaurants nearby.
We didn't stay here ,but our friends did & what we saw when we visited we loved
We go here every year. Love the park and the area.
Nice campground, ask for a level site as some are on a hill with some challenging pitches.close to a light house with beautiful sunrises. There's also old battery mounds which make good viewing of the back Bay.
Was cloudy and rainy most of the time we were there. Although there were many things to do within a very short drive even walking distance
Great campground. Very clean facilities. Quite an increase in price this year but is still worth it. Only complaint I have is it is very difficult to get reservations.
Everything was nice everybody was friendly very clean facilities are very very excellent I had running water but it was very difficult to find the water I was very confused but overall it was good it was decent quiet
Strategically located near fishing whale watching and many beaches all accessible by walking or bike. Sites are a little cramped but the place is well maintained and reasonably priced
We had a great time there it's very nice and clean. We were surrounded by friendly people as well.
Great location for a state park. We got screwed with the worst site in the campground though. Stay away from site 175 - VERY SMALL.
Great location. Plenty of things close by to do and eat.
Great campground with several tent, powered, and RV sites
Cheap place to stay. There is nothing there. No pool which it is near ocean. Nothing for kids to do.
You can't get a good site cuz they are reserved a year in advance. Even though you can only stay 14 days a a time and you have to leave for 7 days.
Some of the staff are great, others are to concerned with not doing their jobs, and casually making your camping trip unbelievable, & the bathroom attendants hardly ever clean the bathroom s and they hangout and talk about doing drugs and drinking not professional !!!!
A family friendly camping ground that is conveniently close to a fairy that can take you to Block Island. Not the best spot if you are looking for a quiet place to camp
Inexpensive place to stay near food and attractions. Friendly staff and beautiful campsites. Will definitely be staying here again.
First time camping here
We will definitely come back
been camping here since I was little. Love the place but they need to work on the bathrooms. Gross...
They upgraded the bathrooms!!!! Too bad they left out power outlets :/
Campgrounds are kept clean and very safe.
Great vacation. A tent, a fire, a short walk to the best beach in RI, an area to go clamming and more than enough fishing.
Love being a vendor there for the farmers market. Love meeting new people that are on vacation camping. The grounds are so clean.
Not a bad place to go camping bathrooms are okay but no where to get out of the Sun but all sites are different and some campsites a very small
Nice place to stay, very kind of urban campground site but still a relaxing time. Only $35
Have been going here for 30 years, but it has really changed. They have made many improvements, but it is really crowded and more expensive. Seems to be much louder than it always was. Dogs barking, people up late. Maybe I am just getting older......
Tent sites are the smallest I’ve ever seen in the tenting area. The pull through sites are nice
Nice place to place your Trailer RV. Close to beaches and excellent fast food and sit down restaurants clost by. Beautiful scenery.
Spacious camp sites . new bathroom facilities. Secure campground. Visitors are required to obtain a pass to enter
Great, clean, beautifully kept.Near food, ocean beaches
The bunkers should be open to park visitors to explore. Have guided tours and make it safe!
Good base to stay to enjoy the beaches of Narragansett & Galilee. Book early.
Clean, Quiet and New Bathrooms, Big difference in the price for Rhode Island residents and Non-Residents.
Beautiful. Lots of space. Family oriented and pet friendly. Near beach and fishing. Budget friendly. Near block island ferry and newport. A real gem
One of my favorite campgrounds,. Well kept, nice walks, close to the beach, historic WWII gun emplacements
Spent a couple windy days here. Been here a few times before. Nice clean and quiet even when its busy.
Clean sites. Great location to tour southern Rhode Island.
This is a great state park. We had a wonderful week here, but I took away one star because it got a little loud on the weekend.
We have spent a few long weekends here and love it. Nothing fancy but it will do!
Nice place. Great if you want to camp and go to the beach the next day.
Great Camp groumd, clean facilities and friendly staff. You MUST book a year in advance to get a site.
very nice park. wish the ww2 ruins were more accessable. playground is nice and grounds are clean.
Nice campground
Close to beaches and ferry
Love coming here, disappointed that is has been harder to get in this year. Close proximity to beaches and shops.
Nice state park campground, a bit crowded, sites are kinda close together but its at the beach so totally worth it.
Nice park. The staff was amazingly friendly and gave me a lot of advice on where to go to see things in the local area.
It's kind of crowded not as we expected, camping site areas are too close together.
Great farmers market with alot of variety. Babble Brooks Farms' stand was the best. Very helpful and kind!
Great campground quite no noisy neighbors spectacular sunsets and awesome beaches.
No grill and small size for tent only area. Location is the sale point
One of our favorite places to camp. We just wish it was easier to get a site!
Great family camp ground
Clean,,organized and close to many things to do.
Nice campground but hard to get a site.
Excellent layout for RV's, great places to hike, and close proximity to beautiful Narragansett!
So sad to see they cut out alot of trees n brush out..... Makes the campsites all open n uninviting. No trees for shade neither
Been going for over 50 years wonderful camp ground one of the best in the. USA
I liked the location, not thrilled with campground.
It is a beautiful park with full hook ups and the spot for the rvs are very big
Great place to stay close to beaches and a lot of great places to see and a stop by iggys. Seafood is a must
Started coming again after 45 years and this the bathrooms in area 2 and 4 totally remodelled very nice.
Great campground. Reasonable prices and convenient to Rhode Island beaches.
Good rv and tent camping. Close to beach and near Block Island Ferry. Farmers market on Sundays.
Been coming here every July for the last few years. It is clean and well kept.
Great spot to camp. Quiet spot close to beaches and food
Fantastic camp grounds, Excellent views, clean restrooms.
Great camping for families. Plenty to do and see in area.
It's beautiful. My wife and I loved our stay here.
A Very nice campground
I go to the Farmers market there
Busy place despite it's being the end of the season. Friendly campers from all over the country!
Reasonable prices. New bathrooms very nice. Good location
Perfect location for all the attractions in the area
Large sites and quiet
Awesome and close to beach..some sites out in the open...
This place is great because of its location really close to all the beachs in Narragansett.
Love camping here, so much to do in the area
Fantastic RV camping state park, clean and quiet.
Very nice and quiet for a camp ground
Some sites can be a challenge ro get level in. Most $ I have ever paid At a state park !!
Cramped tent sites, but great service and excellent location.
Beautiful campground
Excellent camping
Great campground, state beaches, ferry to Block Island, good kayaking
Had a great time living less than a mile from the beach.
Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. Pretty. Overlooking ocean
I went to the farmers market. I have no idea what the campground is like.
Great campground! Clean and quiet.
Always low key and not too crowded for the sunset.
Awesome place to stay and near the beaches 😎😃🇺🇸 …
Love it! Surrounded by beaches, clean campground
Bring lots of quarters of you want to take a shower.
Well run, great location, some sites could be bigger.
I spent time with my children in the park. They loved it.
Nice secluded campsite at a great price.
Excellent campground
Small, but very nice Farmer's market
Boats
Really nice csmpground
Clean and beautiful
Great campground.
Wow! Experience Live Band.
Good Food for Food lovers .
My favorite place but hard to get a reservation.
Hard to get in to because it's an awesome campground.
Awesome place to go camping⛺ Quiet place.

Love this place and sundays they have a farmers market
Very clean well organized State Park.
Clean and friendly. The staff is terrific!
