Went to watch my son play in a Spider Draft. Had a great time. Beautiful complex with 8 fields and lots of food and drinks. Last day got rained out. But still enjoyed all the other games.

Thank goodness this place has a sports bar! When you're sitting at a baseball tournament for 8-10 hours, it's inevitable that at some point you're going to need a drink. Which is perfect because you'll be thirsty and worn out from chasing your other kids from the field to the playground. Parking could be better, it's tough to find a spot if you don't have an early game. Cute idea overall, try the soft pretzel.

I went to do an assignment. Since I'm not a big fan of baseball, I didn't think much more, that is... Until I got there. I was thoroughly impressed!!! It was a replica of a professional ball field made for kids (like lil leaguers)! And there were three fields! It was the most adorable sports grounds I've ever seen! And even more, I was impressed with the restaurant! It's designed like a VIP box, where you can eat and STILL watch the game!!! And what made it the utmost incredible, all the restaurant workers were the absolute best!!!! Pictures forthcoming, and I promise you're gonna love em!!!

Went for the cages and had a good time even though there was a few issues that the staff was quick to fix. There are 2 slow, 1 medium and a fast cage for baseball. Decent speeds from all and keep you engaged because the zone will change on each pitch. Of course there are softball cages too. Enjoy!

Wow our first time visiting Cactus Yards and it is a pretty Unique place. Think Fields of Dreams with food and batting cages. We took a couple 360 drone shots of the facility and decided we will be back just to catch some games and grab a bite to eat.

I went here for a tournament and the fields were so cool! The food was really good and the seats inside the cafe and near the fields are amazing! I definitely recommend going here!! I only got pictures of Wrigley field.

My son is 11yrs old and plays baseball tournaments here!! This is the most amazing little ball park in the country. There are lile 8 stadiums each on replicating mlb stadoum.

Great place to visit and play ball. Stadium style seating, fields are in excellent shape. The concessions are top of the line. I recommend the pretzels as they are baked fresh. They serve cold and hot beverages along with adult tasty treats too.

Great fields.$5 entrance fee. Biggest problem is parents not policing their kids in concession areas. Kids of all ages running around. Staff is going to have to step up and be firm on no running policy. Many near misses.

Incredible place to spend the weekend with friends & family! The entertainment provided is superb I.e.)Batting cages for only $1.00, being able to watch multiple games at the same time, live music, Etc… And you cannot go wrong with the food at Sliders Grill within Cactus Yards!Absolutely fantastic when it comes to ballpark food! The pretzels 🥨 are hand made every hour so they’re always fresh, & if you’re ever ordering a burger or chicken strips; they are being cooked by a high end chef 👨‍🍳 with years of experience & a high skill level. As opposed to many places similar to this where you’ll generally find a kid in high school working their 1st job cooking your meal. I’d have to say a major reason for this is due to the great staff that seem to be running this place, especially within the F&B for “Craft Culinary Concepts–Gilbert”. They’ve all done an incredible job turning this place into a gem. Kristen, Stacy, Adam, & Chef Mark always do a wonderful job. Definitely would highly recommend this place!

Nice huge clean baseball field area. It was kept immaculately clean, no litter anywhere when I went to visit. The fields are huge, and there are tall fences (I mean, really tall!) to prevent balls from flying out. There is plenty of parking spots in their spacious lot and ample lighting. It was easy to find and navigate to as well.

Nice location with lots of team sports locations. Several large baseball fields, a large indoor soccer field and a few restaurants and batting cages. They also have a nice big playground for the kiddos. If you get the chance to sign up for a sport or watch an event here, I recommend it.

It's likely the nicest youth baseball facility in AZ and maybe beyond. Always super clean and the kids love playing here mostly because of the dugouts. You can watch your kids game from indoors also which is a big plus during the hot months.

Cactus yards is like visiting the old and new facilities in the MLB baseball. Stadium like experience. Great place for softball and youth baseball tournaments. Two big snack bars on both sides of the park also Indoor Soccer area plus playground.

Dang. Super cool place and lots of activity. Absolute destination to take the kids on any given afternoon and even if you just want some alone time and swing your bats and balls. There's a lot of people to talk to their friends to be made and it's always a great experience. Prices are reasonable and there's lots of sunny days! Definitely a destination for the active tight and good socialization. Parking is nice and easy and it's usually not that crowded. Thank you very kindly and will be visiting again soon. Good on you!

Really cool place to visit for baseball fans. It would be fun for tournaments or to play in. We only used it for indoor soccer practice. It is good, but not great. They have swam coolers, but not air conditioning. This saves alot of money, but is loud and a few warmer spots. It is comfortable enough to spend hours in though. Also, have used the indoor facilities for LaCrosse and football. It is a walk to areas, so bring a cane or walker for those who need it. They really spend a lot of money to make it nice.

This park is the best park I've ever been too. It is huge and professionally done. I'm very impressed with the quality of this park. It looks like you are at a professional softball stadium (small version). They have a variety of food and drinks on their menu. They have fun arcade games and an ice cream vending machine. It is a cool place to visit and enjoy.

Great stunning fields, such a great experience for the team. Snack bar is good, but only down side about this place is there RESTROOMS!! there awful! No toilet paper, stuffy and no air what so ever in the restrooms. Just plain Dirty. Told the employees and nothing was done.

Given the covid-19 restrictions for attendance spectator seating is limited to parents and siblings of participants. That being said the venue is still amazing with great food, not a bad seat in the house and plenty of laughter to cheer up anyone. Mask up and maintain distance from crowds and have a great day here at the Cactus Yards!!!

Nice fields, great for kids! It's got everything needed for kids to play competitive baseball games. It does have some glaring omissions however, including no scoreboards for live games. The fields also have no on-deck circles which the boys miss. The pitcher's mounds could also use some redesigning. Overall though, it's perfect enough for kids to feel special playing here!

This place is so cool! Little mini versions of popular fields around the country. Also, they have a restaurant where you can get a snack or a meal....and a beer! Yay. Awesome for the kids to get a chance to play in a more pro-like stadium atmosphere.

The renovations and improvements at this facility are phenomenal!! The grounds and fields are in superb condition, the staff is all very friendly and helpful! The pretzels are the best we have ever had and the beers on tap are a great selection! We love playing youth baseball tournaments at Cactus Yards!

What a cool place! Themed baseball fields modeled after famous parks. Concessions indoor soccer field. And now, at least when I went, free admission for visitors! I brought my kids to watch a softball game my friend was playing in and we made a great night of it! Check it out the new management has changed things for the better!

Cool concept... Love the themed fields. But they overcharge at the gate . Only place I know that Also charges all coaches to enter as well as fans. Teams pay around $500 each just to play here for a weekend, and then they charge our fans and coaches to get in on both days! Also fields are pretty poorly maintained . For all the extra money they make at the gate and in concessions. The fields should be way better. Worst fields in the valley that we have played on. Fix the fields and this place is 5 stars. Most All other tourney Venus are free in the valley for all and have way better maintained fields.

Wow Gilbert, I know it was public dollars, and expensive but thank you! Hopefully people who come here in January from a cold weather state realize the experience you provide our youth baseball players. Great facility, the city of Gilbert Parks Department deserves a big thumbs up as well. Fields look amazing and my son(and family) will take home some great memories.

The only thing that kept this from being a five-star would be the grass in the fields was pretty choppy, they were very loose where you would leave divots whenever trying to plant. Other than that very good atmosphere, good dugouts, good umpire, fun facilities would recommend them to anybody.

A super venue for kids to play baseball and for adults to reminisce about ball parks of years past. You can't bring in your own food or drink, except water, and the food at the park is a bit pricy. But the stadium seating and atmosphere are worth the $5 per person entry. Maintenance is probably costly.

Place is EXTRA nice clean, but the reason for 3/5 is the cost!! A lot of us drive a ways here for tournaments once here its $5 a person!! Each day!!! So for my family to see our son play we paid $20 A DAY!! $40 just to get in that weekend!! And Gilbert residents are free! They dont allow coolers, ok I get it but I have a baby that drinks milk, eats fruit! They dont sell healthy food and it's not cheap! Total I probably spent well over $100 that weekend and unfortunately will have to do again for another tournament.

Now that the menu is ran by Craft Culinary Concepts, the food is fantastic!! Try the pretzel when you get a chance. Also fields are in much better condition now that big league is gone

Great complete but holy cow!!! The lines!!!! Bromg back whoever ran BLD! 2 register's... usu6only 1 open. Rude people servings us. Oh not to mention on the T.V's people were having sex! When I told the manager she shrugged her shoulders. I couldn't wait for this place to re open, now I can't wait for our next tournament at Victory lane. Oh, did I mention how expensive everything is. My boys can no longer have a snack in between games. Get it together!

Nice softball fields, batting cages, indoor soccer field. Crazy overpriced drinks that make movie theaters seem cheap. Leagues are hit or miss with comparable teams to play against. Most of the time there's one or two teams that shouldn't be in the league level they're playing in. Plenty of parking.

Great fields, second to none in AZ for youth baseball. They will make your future MLB’er feel like he or she is in the Bigs already. AmIng replicas of current and former major league parks. As far as the fees and the amenities go, not sure how I feel about $5 as an entry fee especially when you are already paying for your kids to play in a tournament. Additionally, it is pretty chaotic to get a drink or something to eat in the concession areas. I’d suggest more staff to get guests thru lines faster and pre-cook more common items. Awful long time to get your food and snacks.

I do not like sports myself but had to attend an event and there is a nice indoor bar for non-participants to relax ..Thankfully I found a little corner to hide in ..to do some paperwork... However the children inside the bar running around being obnoxious and not in the game room but out in the bar area was very annoying... However that's just lack of Parenting.
