Went to my granddaughter's birthday party here. So much fun. We had the nicest birthday helper, he served the pizza to the kids, lit the candle on the birthday cake, and cut and served it. He made sure we had everything we needed including water, plates, forks and napkins. A big hit with the kids. I'd say it was an absolute success.

My son really enjoyed his time here with his friends. It was awesome seeing them bounching in a herd across the room. There were nice couches at the front of the enterance for the parents to rest while the kids bonced their little hearts out. The only down side that I saw about this place is that some of the kids have the tendancy to pinch out designs in the foam blocks. Some of the kids got covered in dust The pinched foam dust really bothered the lungs of one of the kids at the party.

If you’re debating buying the party package - just do it!! Hands down the best way to do a 7yr old party! And the best customer service I’ve ever received at a business was here. I was running the party solo with 10 kids and feeling a little worried because I forgot a cake too! Our assigned party helper from this place (I wish I could remember her name!!) went above and beyond to help me make it special for my son. They helped me get a cake - and even wrote his name and got a candle for me too! It’s not everyday you are blown away with kindness from a normal business but I was! Thank you for helping me out! My kids and I had the BEST time!!

This is by far one of my favorite trampoline parks! I love how open it is and you can see you kids from far away. The section for the Littles (5 and under) is a great place for them to explore a foam pit, trampolines and a small slide, but it's all suited for their age.

Soooo our first visit to Altitude Trampoline was for my niece's 11th birthday and wow!! What a place! Trampolines everywhere set floor level so there's no climbing or having to worry about kids falling off the side- the whole floor area is covered in either padded vinyl or the cool recycled rubber tires like at most parks these days (it's not cheap either) and there are giant foam square pits the kids (or adults) can jump into or fall into! My sister and brother-in-law purchased a birthday package for ten kids that included pizza and drinks for everyone, plates and napkins, cups and cutlery. A cake was brought in and with the party host was served up for the group. Our host seemed to be a bit overwhelmed as he would appear and disappear without much notice-however, each group has a time frame for their party and when it was time for pizza or cake they announced it over the intercom system so that helped. The kids had a blast and my niece was really happy with the turnout. I will add the following as an advisement I'll call it- when you arrive you immediately need to go to a kiosk to fill out the waiver for each child, after you complete that then you head over to the registers to get checked in and each jumper gets a color coded wristband- It was a little bit unorganized and chaotic but once we got through that it was pretty painless. It's kind of noisy with music and kids running amok so don't show up with a nice book to read.. overall it was a really cool place that's reasonably priced and a great alternative for things to do in the summer out here!! Check it out- I think you'll have a really fun time!! Cheers

Took our 20mo old. She's loved it! Large place with lots of room and a dedicated area for the real young ones with a slide, foam pit, and bball hoop. Super cool, good spot!

Jennifer was the bees knees of party hosting! She took care of everything, and was so attentive! When I told her I was running to Salad and Go for my lunch, she offered to have someone grab it for me, so that I could stay and enjoy the party. When I mentioned that I needed some caffeine, she immediately ran to the front and grabbed me my drink of choice. She was amazing to the bday girls! She took photos and videos for us. Everyone should request Jenny From The Block to be their party hostess. Thank you!

Is quickly ovious why young and all would like this place; specially in a nice, wide,soft floor space like this,until you really get to try it yourself and everything also that goes with it. The floors/ foams bouncing materials aren't as human friendly as it seems, specially if you land the wrong way; as, some hard plastic like floors can be harsh on the body as you fall and foam squares loosess dusty material. Socks are very low quality n should be free or not required. Admission prices and even worse messured by the hour seem very high. Food menu/ variety not impressed, although fries were good value.

Update 10/18/19: came again today with cousins. My 3 year old was in heaven. I love the amount of comfortable seating available for parents to sit and watch their kids burn of energy. 👌🏽 I visited for the first time today and loved it. Unlike other jump places I've visited, this place was super clean and didn't have a gross smell. The staff was helpful and kind. I liked that everything was in one big room so I could always see my child. I felt like the price for toddler jumping time we really reasonable compared to other places I've visited. We had a great time, we will for sure visit again.

Absolutely loved this place. I took a 2.5, 4.5, 9.5, and 10 year old here this afternoon and everyone had a blast. My first impression was with how open this park is. It may not be the biggest in the valley but it is so open and everything is so easily accessible, which outweighs anything it may lack. The staff at the front were super friendly and nice and this was by far one of the cleanest indoor parks we have been to. We will definitely be back!

Nice trampoline park for the size. They have a variety of different areas like a foam pit, trampoline dodge ball and a trapeze in addition to the general trampoline areas. We came on a Wednesday evening and there couldn't be more than about 25 kids here. It's nice to come to a place for kids that isn't overly crowded and reasonably priced at the same time!! We will definitely be back!

Today was Our first time here. I was afraid of being too packed since it’s Saturday. No worries! The place is huge! There was two or three gigantic birthday parties, but fear not! There is still plenty a space for all kids! I recommend filling out the waivers prior to coming in. As it will save you tons of time. My kids were so anxious to come! The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. We will be back and I might even consider this place for our twins birthday party coming up in November!

Best trampoline park we’ve been to! SO MUCH more than just jumping, totally fun for adults too! Toddler time (10 am- 1 pm) was perfect for our family of little kids but teenagers would have the best time too! A trapeze, zip line, rock climbing wall, multiple dodgeball courts, Olympic bounce trampolines, a high dive into foam, and so much more! You need their brand of jump socks but can trade in yours. Pictures don’t do it justice, so big and so fun. Definitely will bring the family back

We have had many quick nights of stopping by after school to let the kids jump and get some energy out. We love the openness so we can keep an eye on all of the kids while they play. We’ve enjoyed the park so much we’ve had two birthday parties here, one we rented one of the party rooms and the other we decided to rent out the whole park during covid. It was a blast and the staff was so friendly and super accommodating. The host of our parties both times was Ellie and she was super helpful and available whenever we needed something. She even interacted with the kids when they demanded her attention. We moved further away and have other parks closer to us as options but still choose to drive the extra distance because of the friendly staff. Good job altitude on running a fun and safe place for our kiddos to enjoy.

As a nanny, I am always looking for places to take the kids to have some fun and get some energy out! The kids I have taken there absolutely love it. It is fun and clean, and I always feel like the staff keeps a great extra eye on the kids which always feels amazing. Ellie was so helpful, kind and a joy to interact with! Kids here and had a good time. 6-8 years old. 50 bucks to include socks for 2 hours. Food is basic but pretty responsible. Couches to sit on if you are patient to get one.

The bathrooms are super dirty and there was pee on the floor and one of the toilets was broke. Overall the facility is super nice and the trampolines are great

I need to run this kid out! Altitude Gilbert is a great place to make this kid use energy so we can get some sleep. We went early on Sunday - Family Day and there was already a line outside before it opened. Rian loved it. He was so tired when we left. There was plenty of staff on hand to manage the kids and adults. They had dodgeball and ninja warrior areas. Very clean, ok staff; they tried hard but not very polite. Very good lay-out. Even a nice sitting area for parents. The only thing that I would like to mention is that the pricing seemed high to me. $40 dollars for one hour of jumping for two kids (incl. socks) seems over-priced. Also, the clerk did not really consider the time we were checked in and we basically got 45 minutes of jumping. My kids follow rules and even though we told our kids that it's okay to keep jumping when they're colored bracelet has expired, they feel like it's wrong to do so and the fun level goes from 10 to 0 really quick. Then they also turned the lights out at 530pm (until closing time supposedly) and started some dim, colored spinning lights because the "kids like it". I was sitting right by the front desk and I did not see any kids requesting for the lights to be turned off and even if they did, it is unsafe. I know my kids don't like jumping around trampolines and playing dodgeball in the dark. Let's see what the city thinks. They did turn a section of the lights that I asked for, but it just seemed like a cheap way to save a few dollars on their power bill IMO. I could be wrong about the intention, but not about it being an unsafe condition for kids.

Perfect for families because you can see the whole facility from any spot! A toddler section and lots of jumping spaces! They have plenty of couches for parents and lots for tables to sit and eat! Inside there is a Concessions food court. Fast food in the same plaza Little Ceasers, Arby’s , and Salad to Go! My kids said it’s their favorite jumping place! We will be back! They have toddler time 10-12 during the week and daily deals!

Great toddler time experience! I love that it's open and I can keep an eye on my kids while letting them enjoy the fun. There are trampolines galore, a foam pit "platform diving board", rock wall, etc. There were so many fun things to do to keep my kids occupied.

People that work there are very mature they watch over the place very carefully I haven't heard of one covid incident they keep it super clean about 300 kids a day come through here maybe a little bit less than that on the average but it saved my sanity with my grandbaby during quarantine great place to relax and let your kids run wild and the prices are so affordable it's unbelievable

A fairly straight forward trampoline park, lots of open trampolines, also had some foam pits, basketball, dodge ball, some other little games as well. They require you to use their grip socks, so plan on that. They have a couple high performance trampolines as well, my kids weren't interested, but they seemed popular. We were there as part of a birthday party, they had tables you could reserve as well as a couple rooms. Overall fun experience and open enough that you can easily keep track of your kidos (a big plus)

Wow! What a great place to celebrate a birthday! If you choose to have a party here definitely get the party package, it's worth it. The pizza was delicious, our host was fantastic and the kids had an excellent time! We enjoyed every minute while we were all there. Adults can play too, or sit back on comfy chairs and watch. Either way you are going to enjoy it. Awesome foam pits, dodgeball and more. They even have a little trampoline area for smaller kids. We are definitely going back for more.

Very clean, well run facility. It's quite interesting to me to have a place like this that I can bring my grandchildren to, that is actually INDOORS, with the refreshing a/c keeping it comfortable, when just outside the building, it's a sweltering 110°F! I grew up & lived in the West Valley until I turned 22, and we had a cool place that had 100's of trampolines that were all connected to each other, called Thrasher Land. But, they were OUTSIDE! They also had skateboard ramps & halfpipes, etc., as well as a couple of pretty decent dirt bike, 3wheeler, and quad tracks. As odd as it may seem, the heat didn't phase us much because we were still young(teenagers), and also to busy having a s*#%-load of fun! Anyway, this one here in Gilbert, is a cool place(no pun intended, honestly), guaranteed to fill the youngster's faces with smiles all day!

Update: Went here again today, another great experience! Great outlet to get my kid's energy out! My kids (6 and 3) both love this place! They have tons of different types of trampoline activities for kids of all ages including a dedicated area for smaller children. There are also comfy chairs and free wifi for parents to hang out while your kids are playing. Taking the kids here gets a lot of their energy out and is reasonably priced. Grip socks (that are reusable) are required to jump and can be purchased there. It seems like a great place for a kids birthday party with private rooms and large tables for your group to gather. We will most likely have our son's next birthday here!

I adore this place. We got memberships and within a few months the altitude employees had taught my 5 year old to back flip! Best decision I ever made getting a membership here. I figures we would try to come once a week... we rarely miss a night. They all know my kids by name and some will come out and jump with them. I can't say enough positive things about this place

Liked how many trampolines there were but there was one station that needed an employee who only stayed there for about 10 mins at a time. There was one poor kid that was making everyone food none of the other employees were helping him even tho there were at least 4 others there so it took a long time to get the food. I had my kids birthday party here today! It was wonderful! I may try making it an annual thing until my kids get sick of it. It was a wonderful environment, they were so helpful. We had some bumps come up during the party and they were handled by Sabrina the manager on duty amazingly! They made everything so easy, ordering pizza and cutting and serving the cake! Everyone who attended had a wonderful time! I highly recommend playing and partying here!

Great place for the kids and parties. It has a party room so you can do your pizza and cake. If you pay for a party package they will supply you with Barros Pizza. The party planner is usually on top of everything bringing you water and anything else that you need, keeping you up to date on the time frame and stay on track.

Places like this scare me, kids having so much fun they aren't paying attention to the 360° of action going on around them. Haven't seen anyone get hurt but definitely a few rolled ankles. Also the instructions video had examples of "what not to do" which of course my 7 year old saw and wanted nothing more than to try it out too.

My 2.5 year old daughter is obsessed with this place! It’s fun for adults too! The staff is fantastic- so friendly. They obviously care about cleanliness and have sanitizer stations throughout. I personally witnessed one staff member meticulously stationed by and dedicated to wiping down the dodge balls as needed and quite frequently. This is a great find! While every staff member has been so nice to us, I’d like to shout out Sabrina and Ryan to management- they both consistently go above and beyond to make my daughter feel special are always so super friendly and helpful! This place is such a wonderful asset to the kids community (and their parents) in Gilbert!

Was looking for a place to do my son's 5th birthday and saw this place had the best reviews so I went with it. It was a big hit, other parents at the party were looking into having their kid's party there too. Great service from our party host, lots of activities for the kids, clean. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Only issue was at the end when it was time to pay. I was told one price, charged another and when I pointed it out, the guy tried to downplay it like it was no big deal. I was already spending a good amount so I'd at least like to make sure you're charging me correctly. After showing him the math, he did get me a refund for the difference. We're looking forward to going there again...eventually.

My son had a really great birthday here! All staff members we're really friendly and energetic. The place was really clean. There was something for everyone here, even Grandma! The private Dodgeball time was a great time! I love the open floor plan so I could see all my guests. The suggestion to have a smaller child party earlier (10am) was spot on! My only critique is this, the pizza included was Lil Caesar's $5 Hot n Ready. The run a little small so I would've ordered more or perhaps asked if I could bring in my own? We can't wait to go back to play. It's fun for everyone! Thanks for a great time!

They have a really great membership deal of only $20 per month. My teenage boys love it. They don't have to wear a mask while they jump. I get to do a chair massage while I wait which does cost extra. The chair does not take my card so I have to use cash. The place is often crowded.

We had a blast at Altitude! I love how open it is and easy to see kids. I love there was a variety of options from a rope wall to basketball hoop. My kids had a blast in the kids corner (2-6 year old section). I do wish this section was better labeled/marked for. There were tons of older kids in the section which was a little hard when they played rough, but mostly wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely come again and recommend it!

One of best jump Parks in the east valley. It's well set up with lots of different zones to mix it up. We had a birthday party there today and it was great and surprisingly affordable. I was skeptical because of the previous reviews but this place is awesome! I'm glad we tried it! The entire place was super clean, the bathrooms were even super clean and smelled good (coming from a picky pregnant woman), the staff was super nice and attentive, i personally did not think it was over priced. It's actually not expensive at all. My husband and daughter had tons of fun! I love that they allow parents to jump and play with kids here. There was a small hiccup with the lockers locking us out completely but the staff fixed that in no time at all! My very tiny complaint would be the massage chair not really working, I did exactly as instructions said to but didnt get my massage :( and i think the ac could be a little lower but again, I'm pregnant and those are my tiny "complaints". Overall, extremely satisfied with our visit! We will definitely be returning!!! Even my husband said he wants to go back lol

So fun, I had not been before! Having a 5 year old show you around also helps make the experience even better! Lots to do here, dodgeball, huge foam pits, basket ball, and tons of stuff for the kids. They also have a toddler area for smaller ones so they don't get knocked down. They serve snacks and refreshments and certain nights they have pizza parties and you can also host your Birthday party there. I recommend you go check them out if you haven't already!

My family and I came here Saturday night for the Glo In The Park. The price includes a slice of pizza and a water bottle, but when I went to get my kids their slices of pizza they were out. I was a little frustrated because the only thing I was offered was an extra bottle of water. The place is clean and fun and I would recommend going. Just don't expect them to have enough pizza if you do the Glo in the Park.

We love this place! I take my two boys (5 and 1.5) and they have so much fun. The entire staff is so friendly and are so helpful and sweet to my boys. My older son loves dodgeball and there is always an employee ready to play dodgeball with him and is also very aware of my youngest son when he comes in and tries to play with my oldest. It’s very open so you can almost see your kids at all times no matter where they go. It is also very clean and well maintained. We have been there almost every week since they opened for toddler time. I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will still offer toddler time during the summer! No other trampoline park offers this during the summer so I’m hoping Altitude will!

Only real downside was the food at the snackbar was the usual sub-par "family entertament venue" reheated from frozen you'd expect. I didn't like that nearly none of the customers were wearing their face masks, but the ratio of customer-to-staff was somewhere between 10:1 and 20:1, so enforcement was probably more than eve could have expected. Other than that it was great and lots of fun.

One of the best jump places in the valley. It's a nice combination of foam pits, trampolines, dodge ball, and more. There is a small climbing wall over a foam pit but no top roping or obstacle course. They have a frequent jumper card that starts to give you a little deal if you go a lot. I hope they offer more flash sales and ways of earning discounts in the future and we will be coming even more.

Lots of fun trampolines for the kids to jump on, and some other stuff we didn't get to see because there were busloads of high schoolers swarming them. Not sure why they scheduled that during Toddler Time. "Toddler Time" wasn't anything special. The toddlers have a small area that teens can't go into, but it's like that all the time, not just during the designated toddler hours. Maybe the special is just the pricing? There is a food stand, but it was pretty slim picking and not very good. I threw out half the pretzel and all of the cold dipping cheese. The icee was good.

YOU CANNOT USE YOUR UPTOWN JUNGLE GRIP SOCKS. We brought ours to avoid paying for more grip socks, but were told we have to purchase Altitude grip socks because "it's against our policy to use any other grip socks." Dumb, since they are literally the EXACTsame socks as uptown jungle besides having Altitude logo on it. Same exact rubber grip and everything. Altitude socks are just $2 each, but still. Lol We went during toddler time with a 2 and 4 year old and they had too much fun! Cheap. Everyone in there was little kids so no worries of big kids bouncing my littles high into the sky. Seems clean upon initial look, however... The hard floor in the entrance and around all of the picnic tables was extremely dirty. My kids crawled on the hard floor for about 2 minutes while I was at the register paying (toddlers lol) and within that short period of time, their hands were BLACK from the nasty floor. Is moping the hard floors part of the daily clean up? It doesn't seem like it? Overall super fun for kids!
