Not a lot of close parking, facility was clean and comfortable. Bring shade for day games good lights for night games. Field is due for new turf. Cool back drop of Nashville in left field.

Great turf fields in Nashville. Baseball soccer and football plus a running track and seasonal pool (which full disclosure I have nor used nor seen used) and kids playground. Only issue I have with this park is that the turf fields are frequently booked and thus unavailable for public use otherwise its a great place we use for pickup soccer.

Super nice park with excellent facilities for sports. The fields are nice and it's in a great area with a top notch view of the city. There is not a lot of parking and it's spread over a weird area so prepare and plan. I would recommend to arrive earlier then anyone else to secure a hood spot. The neighborhood is a little sketch but other then that it was a better then expected.

Open to the public until dark, if no scheduled events. Rubberized track, turf soccer, baseball, softball felds. Small covered play area. Bathrooms and water fountain in the community center.

Great field! Couple bad things about it though, trash was over flowing..so much that it was litter all over the ground. Second thing that was bad is that the drinking fountains were not operational. It was a very hot day today and kids ( baseball team) couldn't get a drink of water. Temperature was 101 today...🤦 …

It was hot today… and I wish they would replace the turf on the Baseball Field, it certainly look worn down at this point. Showing its age, but still a good place to play baseball. Wish they had covered seating…. But few fields do.

I love this park, one of the best underrated parks in Nashville. The view of the city skyline is amazing, and for as much traffic as this park gets - it’s very clean. The toddler playground is gated and safe - we come here all the time!

Watched a Belmont men's soccer game there. Nice field and bleachers. Playground nearby for the kids. Housing projects also nearby so be aware of your surroundings especially at night.

Its great to have availability to a running track since the high schools all lock them up for some reason. Better on joints once in a while over roads.

YES to the football turf field. Gosh it’s phenomenal and very well made. I’ve played in a football league here recently and the field is in perfect condition, not to mention the beautiful view of downtown. I highly recommend it. They also have basketball courts, playgrounds, and a turf baseball field (which I think is private). The football field also has a rubber track around it. Love this place!

I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and gourmet selections on the menu. My first time here and I thought it was a burger joint. Boy was I wrong! Definitely worth a try. Specialty brews, amazing choices of burgers such as turkey, lamb, bison and homemade ketchup!

My go to place for kicking the ball around with friends and training, field is consistently a great surface to play on. Only downsides are that there are too many rubber turf pellets (they practically drown the field in them) and sometimes people reserve it (obviously a part of the park's function, but frustrating nonetheless)

I haven't visited this Metro park in years. A great childhood outdoors space for families and others wanting to enjoy the weather. It was much better before the city of Nashville stole it from residents and gentrified the neighborhood.

Beautiful place! Remodeled and maintained by Belmont University. Offers free access to a track, weight room, ball fields, soccer field, basketball, a playground and picnic area. I love it! I go there all the time and I have the place all to myself.

Great community center for all ages celebrating senior games award ceremony it was awesome turnout. Here are the winners this year Hartman Park 2019. Metropolitan Nashville has the greatest community centers it's a must for everyone of all ages to please visit

Rose Park has a walking path which is just over a half a mile long. It's a nice place for a walk or you can exercise on the track there. There are also splendid views of downtown and the surrounding Edgehill neighborhood.

Great park in the center of town with one of the most beautiful views in all of Nashville! Incredible view of downtown (especially at night) and a 360 of the whole city. Has nice modern sports fields of all kinds plus a track and a running loop around the whole park. Come watch the Belmont Bruins play baseball and softball for free!

Pretty nice facility. Turf was a little worn. Good location. There were people running, walking, cross training, etc & Belmont was playing a baseball game next door.

Great soccer and/or football turf, clean and well kept up. The down side is theft! Be FULL of CARE with your valuables stuffed in bags as you play as well as valuables in you cars. Young guys walk the track and parking lot watching and wating to stick and have tried on more than one occasion to break into cars and attempt to grab unattended bags of busy soccer players. Police caught them this evening!!! If you are going to play here leave you valuables at home!

This park is AMAZING! I ran across it in one of my many ventures and I was so glad I did. The views of the city of Nashville were simply GORGOUS! There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy at the park also. There is a great playground for kid's! I may have to go there to watch the fireworks! It is also near MANY AirBnB's so there's lots to offer our out of towners! Enjoyment for everyone!

We were there to watch a Belmont baseball game. It was a nice ball park with a nice concession stand. The neighboring softball stadium was also very nice and has a wonderful view of Nashville. I would go back.
