Very impressed. We had a reservation for the suits, we were able to get in on time and enjoy our adult beverages and food. Hawaiian pizza and loaded fries were pretty good, but I’d pass on the chicken tenders. The adult cocktails, were beyond amazing. The atmosphere was loud but to be expected on a Saturday evening. The staff was Johnny on the spot when help was requested when the balls didn’t return. Honestly the only bad thing was the bathroom situation… not too many stalls for the amount of people the place can hold. I would absolutely come back here again, but make sure you Make a reservation- I highly doubt you would get in as a walk in.

We threw my wife’s party at JB’s, Chris was our host and acting GM. He did a great job in taking care of us. Food was good, facility was perfect for our group. The staff was prompt and all very nice. We had 13 people and were very comfortable with the 2 lanes. I would recommend this place for a bowling party! He told us there is going to be a remodel this next year, and am looking forward to seeing the updated.

Tried this bowling alley for the first time and really liked it. The bowling area is comfortable, they also have additional seating for enjoying your food away from the lane. The food selection is nice and no complaints on prices. The employees who helped were awesome as well. Definitely will be returning. They were out of food items but the curds were pretty good.

GREAT Changes! We have come here for NYE for the past 2 years now and we could not say enough great things about how smoothly everything ran this year as well as the customer service. I was skeptical to book again this year given last years experience but we were so happy that we did! Everyone was phenomenal and attentive. We had a party of roughly 20 with kids and adults and it went off without a hitch. Thank you!

Employees are very kind and generous! Chris helped me out and answered every question I asked. Sarah the bartender has great customer service skills. The mechanic fixed the bowling machine extremely fast. I think Alex was the one who helped me at the front counter and he was very nice. There are more employees that helped but those names are all I remember.

We got a package for a birthday party and it exceeded my expectations. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. I read the details of reserving a birthday package online so there were no surprises. It was super easy to book online. We selected the chicken tenders meal and they were really good. Just fyi the food comes approximately 30 minutes after your reservation starts. The facility was very clean. It's a bit pricey but I would totally do it again, we had a blast.

We had an awesome party here! Alejandro, the gentleman working at the counter, was so helpful and kind. We had some issues on lane 12 and he came to our rescue in no time! So happy we came here today and will be coming back for sure!

Place its big. Food its good but pretty expensive for the flavor and portion. Staff are nice but only like 3 people working the rest are on their phone. During the week for up to 6 people for 1hr you pay $40 or $45 if u want the suite(VIP) kinda deal where theres less people and dim lights. Theres a pretty big area with little machines like chuck e cheese. Theres a bar area and 3 slot machines like at the casino

Was here for my 2 yr old cousin’s B-Day party and i was surprised. The food was good and when the kids got done bowling they went to the arcade. And the staff was helpful when we needed them. Pretty decent bowl alley compared to other ones in the area.

Great place... the only problem is the bowling balls... there is never enough of large number 10s... SMH but the game room, drinks, food, and amazing customer service makes up for it...there maybe a wait... SO JUST WAIT... LOL just go already 🙃 🙂 You will not be disappointed …

Wonderful service from Ari! She was great about answering questions for our group, and just generally being welcoming and friendly. She was able to help us out quickly with a little lane malfunction and making things right for our group (even though we didn’t ask or expect it)! The F+B quality is great here; pizza recipes and customization are a phenomenal way to cater to any picky eaters. I’ve had some of the sandwiches before, and I’m always happy with what the kitchen puts out. Staff was fantastic about running items and seeing if we needed anything else, general hospitality, etc. And WOW do you guys have your ordering system figured out! QR codes were effective, and though I’ve seen other places ordering through Toast, I had no idea you could do ordering/tabs/splitting checks on that system. Was genuinely delighted by every part of coming here and seeing this place maintain wonderful quality through the years.

This was unexpected. Not gonna lie, I didnt expect much from a bowling alley kitchen,but I had their Cajun shrimp pasta and loved every second. My bartender Erin was a treat. She chimed in at the right times, joked around, and was super knowledgeable about the job. Food was out pretty timely. The front desk trio were really cool too. They all seemed kind of young, but enjoyed their job and helped a lot. I can't recall their names but there was nice brunette that joked with me and my party because I was being clueless, a fun haired teen with braces, and a Latino guy who helped us with our lane issue instantly with a lot of charisma. This crew killed it on a Friday night. I appreciate the good time you gave us guys.

⭐3.5 stars: Pretty pricey for everything. We spent almost $300 for about 3 hours of bowling/arcades for our family and that was with trying to be very frugile. Kids had fun in the arcade but a lot of the games were messed up. They would work on and off or not at all. The workers did a good job of cleaning promptly after each group.

Usually my go to bowling spot with my friends, but haven't gone much since covid, hoping to go more since they have decent food, helpful staff, and there is always a lane open. They handled covid pretty well having everything sanitized and spaced, but hopefully it goes back to normal soon! Priced decent too, sometimes weird days I feel like I pay more, but for a broke college kid, it works:)

My family had so much fun here. For less than 50 dollars we spent 3 hours bowling and enjoying ourselves. The scores are automated and the bumpers can be raised for specific players only. They have daily deals that really maximize your funds/fun ratio. We ordered food (not included in the $47 bucks it cost for 3 games and 3 shoe rentals) and were pleasantly surprised by the wings. They're no Jonny Hammers but they were cooked perfectly, not over breaded, and flavored pretty good. We weren't impressed with the chicken parm as it was overcooked. Like, kinda burnt but we wont take a star because it's a bowling alley not a James Beard winning restaurant. And that detail didn't ruin our experience at JB's in the least. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and will be returning to replicate this experience more often.

It is a decent alley. Check for deals. They have many deals and a game area for kids (and adults). I only come here a few times a year so I dont know how busy they can be. Seems clean and family friendly.

Had lunch and drinks in the bar area. The bowling alley was super busy on a Sunday afternoon. One of the bartenders was very helpful and on top of things while the others were just kind of standing around but other than that, good food family friendly atmosphere, bowling and game room for kids.

The prices are a bit higher for games and rentals, but I’ve been here multiple times and the staff has always been very friendly and understanding. When I had technical issues with a lane and asked for a refund, the management was very understanding and gave the full refund. Overall, a very good establishment

One call thats all 📞! I advise you call in advance regarding their wings because they sell out FAST, they are that good! We ordered wings, a caesar salad and mac & cheese for the little ones! I like my wings spicy and they surely were able to accommodate that. You get good food and bowling alley! Will definitely come here on my next visit!

The FOOD at this place is Fantastic! Every time I eat something whether it be a go to, or something different, I have to stop and look around to see if I’m “still at a bowling alley” 😂 I’m sorry bowling ally’s but y’all ain’t known for A-1 quality Gourmet food.. However, JB’s is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the food. The Lanes could definitely use More Oil, if it ain’t a Thursday night, just use a House Ball, because they Dry like a Lint Sheet after A High Heat cycle.. ⭐️⭐️ 1/2 for Lane Conditions

It’s rare to find a place that our 9, 6 & 3-year old kids agree is fun but JB’s on 41 was just that. The family deal worked out perfectly for us: an hour of bowling, pizza for 5 and $20 worth of arcade games with prizes all for $60. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will recommend JB’s to all our friends with young kids!

Only had the pleasure of ordering delivery from here so far. The food was excellent! I was surprised to find out that this place was also a bowling alley as well. Will definitely be going there to bowl. Food portions were generous and very tasty. Huge shout out to the pulled pork fries and the quesadillas. If delivery was great, I'm sure getting it as fresh as it could be is even better.

I cannot say enough about JBs on 41 and their incredible staff! Had a last-minute change of plans due to another bowling venue canceling our reservations made a week prior. James at JBs took care of us without question and our out-of-town high school lacrosse team had an exceptional time! The atmosphere is so much fun and the food & staff are top notch!!

I had a dual birthday party and it was a good experience overall. There were 2 other parties happening at the same time as ours and mine had 17 children alone. The attendant was very busy and was sometimes not available to help. I paid for 3 lanes and the bowling and had to pay for refills of pitchers of soda and the pizza was gone fairly quickly. Each child had one or two pieces. For the price that I paid ( over $400) I feel like there could have been more included. The attendant was very nice and the customer service was good, except for in the arcade area. No one really explained the arcade cards and the fact that there is "tickets" and "credits". Just a few things that left a sour taste in my mouth. The atmosphere was fun and the children at the party had a good time- but I would think again about having a party there again.

My group had an awesome time last night. The prices were great and the shoes weren't bad either! It was my 7 yr old nephews first time bowling and he had a blast! From the moment we walked in the young ladies at the front desk were very nice, upbeat and fast. Got us all shoes and set up in a flash! There were plenty of balls to choose from, the music was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. You could definitely tell everyone was having a great time.

Came here for "Parents Night Out" on a Wednesday evening. Had a great time! Mackenzie at the front desk super sweet and helpful as this was our first time here! We took advantage of the Wednesday daily deal which was $0.75 wings and $6 for 2 games plus shoe rental. We also signed up for their email club and saved an additional $5! We upgraded to the "suite" which was almost like a "glow in the dark" experience which was really cool! The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because the female bartender for the evening was a bit rude and seemed annoyed as we were placing our order. As a bartender myself, I get it, I've had bad days/nights too but I NEVER let me guests see that. There was a group of 4 of us and we ordered at the bar and she just assumed we were all paying together. Once we mentioned that the bill would be separate she gave this look as if she was super annoyed, not cool! She could've easily asked us if we were all together or separate before she rang up the transaction! The female manager was really nice and sweet, she really made us feel welcomed! We will be back and hopefully the bartender can at least pretend to be not annoyed. We ordered drinks, pizza, wings (needed more dry rub seasoning), fried oreos and a skillet cookie! The food options were good! Overall a great time in a fun environment!

This place is great for a family outing. We usually go here with a group and have never had a problem getting a lane, even around the holidays. They are almost always running some kind of special and they have food and drink. I set up for my whole family to go bowling over Christmas and we had a wonderful time! Oh, and they have ramps for little ones and can do bumpers for individuals so they automatically pop up and back down for that persons turn!

I really love this place but whatever you do do not go on a Friday or Saturday it is crazy busy and you are right up under each other and literally I didn't like the fact that the service is all over the place I'm a very good tipper and I didn't know who I should tip and the servers ended up getting into an argument about who deserved my tip which was ghetto but other than that like my kids had fun the food was good just don't go on the weekends

What a wonderful place! The staffs are kind and friendly. The lanes are in a pretty good shape, although the pines come in different colors aside from the orginal color. By different colors, I mean some of the pines in our lane were high light yellow. The food were pretty good and at a decent price as well. Overall, the experience was good. It isn't a very busy place either, plus they have a wonderful arcade section. Would come back again.

We came here for my son's 5th birthday party. We reserved two lanes on the Suite 41 side, and it was great! We had a fantastic time. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and had great attitudes. And we even got bowling pins for the kids to take home as a party favor. Everyone had fun in the arcade after bowling was done. The pizzas we had were delicious, and we were able to bring in our own cake. It was awesome and we will definitely be back!

It's alright to be low key but at least smile and say hi once in a while. The people who are friendly make your time there so much better and makes you feel like you are valued as a person. We had a company party here a few weeks back. First time I was there, great place! Environment was fresh and clean. Nice layout and plenty of room when bowling. Also we ordered some snacks and pizza, great food. Much better than I would have expected from a bowling alley. I would go back just to have dinner. If you haven't been here, check it out.

This is the best place ever! The staff and the management are the best. I had my son's birthday party there last year and it was awsome! The young man who was assigned to us was great! He really cared about his job and helping us. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun! People were enjoying themselves and having fun. This is a family friendly place to go. Tonight was absolutely perfect! I am so last minute with my planning and the staff was very accommodating and helped me through all my questions. Im so mad I forgot our servers name (we were lane 13 14 15) but she was amazing! She was so attentive as we had many kids and needed something every 5 minutes lol. Came here for a Bachelor party of 12 and had a fantastic time. Definitely one of the nicest bowling allies I've ever been to. Leather couches, beautiful bar, legit arcade, and quality bowling lanes. This place has sensors for if you cross over the line onto the bowling lane you'll get a foul. I never knew that was a thing but this place has it! Kinda cool. We got 3 pizzas which were all amazing and were received in a timely manner. I highly recommend JB's on 41!!!

Because I’m always in a big group, they have a cool special where you can rent a lane (up to 6 people) for an hour and it comes with a pizza and $20 arcade card. It’s a fun time for everyone. Only thing is that the lanes freeze up or need to be reset way too often during a game

Fun to go bowl. But what isn't fun is the rude staff. Would order drinks and have to repeat our selves several times while the bartender was being rude because she couldn't hear us. Then you can only order from certain parts of the bar and only one staff could make drinks. Then took forever to get our drinks and food. ordered a pizza and it took 45 minutes before it came. First time here. Might try again.

I loved this place! It has a regular bowling room, and a dark party room with neon lights!! It also has an arcade room with games like Crossy Road, Driving games, & even 2 basketball games with the Milwaukee Bucks, & the Chicago Bulls! I would highly recommend coming here. Also has nice staff and a bar for people over 21 years old. It's perfect!!!!! It also has couches.

Fun bowling, one lane we used bumpers had to either be up or down because it was not working properly. Kind of disappointed because we booked two birthday parties for two of my kids. Pizza was good but appetizer platter was really small. Should be a better price for soda for parties.

Awesome! The staff worked really well helping us plan our grandson's 10th birthday party. Everything was super organized when we arrived. Teresa, our party hostess, couldn't have been nicer or more enthusiastic with the kids! Neon bowling was a hit, as was the pizza, soda and gift bags. To end our party, the kids enjoyed the games in the arcade area. The kids had a blast and we appreciated the hostess's facilitation with everything. We are definitely doing this again!

This place was packed on a Saturday night. Instead of bowling by # of games the price packages were best to bowl for an hour - with kids that meant we were cut off before we finished, I was having the best game (score) of my life but I'll never know what the 10th could have been. I'll never bowl by time again, personal lesson learned! The arcade was fun with newer games that rewarded electronic tickets exchangeable for baubles. Pizza was on par and beer was cold. 2 hours of entertainment/food/beer for six people for only $90 jumped this from a 4 to 5 star for it's great value.

I've been bowling before here and it's all good, but me and my guy went to the other night and the bartender didn't even make eye contact to let us know she will take care of us. It took her a while(didn't serve us), maybe because we are Hispanics or it was just me thinking that way. Didn't feel comfortable and not going back. Perhaps she was racist, it's not even busy for her to not take care of us. She never attended us so we left. I think it was just her, other than that it's okay.

I was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this bowling alley. JB's on 41 is the old Olympic Lanes. Typically, I choose AMF Classic Lanes when wanting to bowl....but decided on something different. JB's on 41 is an upbeat bowling alley. The place is smaller which provides an intimate and very cozy atmosphere making it enjoyable for the bowlers. This is not just a bowling alley! Here, you find a happening bar featuring slot machines, pool tables, karaoke, and live music nights. If those two aren't alluring enough, you can test your gaming skills in the large arcade featuring a variety vast variety of games for all ages. And to top all of that off, the prices are unbelievably low! My husband and I bowled 2 games and rented shoes for only $12.97. I pay nearly that amount for one person to bowl 2 games and rent shoes anywhere else. I will definitely be returning, many more times, to JB's on 41.

Right down the street on the east side of 27th Street (41) JBs is a neighborhood institution. Under new ownership it's been updated. It's fun, clean with a family crowd and bowling regulars. Bar is busy with good service and the pizza is great!

Paid for an hour of bowling and our balls kept getting stuck and not returning. (no less than 5 times) When called for service they would come over in a good amount of time to fix the problem however they don't stop your 1 hour timer while they fix the problem. We probably lost 15 minutes of bowling time due to the problem.

He LOVED it so much we bought a $50 gift card to keep practicing until the next Jr. League. This is not close to our home but we will not bowl anywhere else. THANK YOU! JB’s on 41 is the renovated Olympic Bowling Lanes. It is improved in every way. There are 36 lanes available. There is automatic scoring and the staff is very ‘kid friendly’. (They will raise bumpers on any lane and provide a ramp for young bowlers.) Adult bowling is standard fare - if you don’t own your own equipment, balls are free, shoes are rentals. In addition to the bowling there is a small arcade and a sports bar. There is food available - typical ‘bar food’ - pizza, hamburgers, chicken wings, etc. Parking is very easy.

Super fun. Went moonlight bowling with the kids. They had the bumpers that popped up for my young daughter and the ball ramp for her. Sadly they stopped using the colored pins as incentives for strikes which equaled prizes. That was something fun I remember from my childhood.

What a fun bowling center! A huge step up from the cold, almost sterile atmospheres of bowling centers of the past. You can watch sports on TV's right on the lanes. Comfy couches vs. the old plastic seats. And finding the right fitting bowling balls has been made easy.

Open bowling in the morning on the weekend was a PLUS!! Most places have leagues bowling in the morning on Saturday and or Sunday. The bar and grill is nice, enjoyed the game room&customer service was excellent. I will defiantly be back.
